 HUGO UVIJN welk er in slaagde in 1 uur en 23 minten een vlucht uit te voeren met 23  

 verschillende modellen van MOTORVLIEGTUIGEN als viering van zijn 40 jaar ervaring als

 PILOOT het 25th toestel was de SV4B met het nummer V41 waarop hij 40 jaar geleden zijn  
 
  SOLO ttz zijn eerste vlucht alleen aan boord mocht uitvoeren  als piloot LT/AVN te 
 
GOETSENHOVEN  (TIENEN ) door zijn  instructeur PEETERS  van de BELGISCHE

LUCHTMACHT

wij trachten  deze sedert 6 maand trachten terug te vinden  zonder succes !!!

EU VERKIEZINGEN op 07 JUNI 2009

Deze lijst is opgemaakt in functie van mijn contacten als EU-LOBBYIST voor de LUCHTVAART in functie van GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS.

 Zoals ge kunt zien liggen mijn contacten verspreid over verschillende nationaliteiten en politieke groepen in het EUROPESE PARLIAMENT

Tijdens de verkiezingen op EUROPEES vlak kunnen we enkel stemmen op een MEP van onze eigen nationaliteit.

Tevens kunnen we maar stemmen op EENZELFDE politieke groep

Voor mij heb ik het meeste respect voor twee zeer aktieve MEP.

Nu tot 07 JUNI zal het in het EP zeer kalm zijn gezien de MEP nu tot deze datum vooral bezig zullen zijn met hun campagne om hun stemming voor te bereiden.

Op gebied van LUCHTVAART zijn er nog enkele intresante onderwerpen welk in de COMMISIE en de COUNCIL kunnen afgewerkt worden.

Mijn volgende aanwezigheid in het EP is voorzien op 01:02 en 03 SEPTEMBER met de nieuw samengestelde TRA ......???? steeds een zeer intresante ervaring

Asociations(   notice Assiciations with a "S"

The change was made toward IAOPA on request of the ICAO since the denomination was giving

confusion with the ICAO denomination

The original iniators of IAOPA where five ( 5)  NATIONAL AOPA's

USA,AUSTRALIA,PHILIPINNES,SOUTH AFRICA and CANADA 

IAOPA wasacceted in 1964 as the sole GENERAL AVIATION observer to ICAO proceedings a

distinction IAOPA maintains to this day 

On 1th JANUARY 2009  IAOPA is representing 470.000 GENERAL AVIATION and AERIAL

WORK PILOTS and OWNERS in 66 NATIONS via NATIONAL AOPAs

Note to be accepted as a member you need to be:

 -to be A PILOT or have been  from a AIRCRAFT ( this means have operated as PIC sole person on the commands)

or

-to be or have been a OWNER of a AIRCRAFT ( not only AIRPLANE as mentioned in certaintranslations)

IAOPA has been involved since 1980 to be present at the EU-ARENA in BRUSSELS  to

represent GENERAL AVIATION (GA) and AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS ( AWO) at the

various EU INSTITUTIONS by asigning me as IAOPA LIAISON OFFICER

In function of this dit I make arangements to have a HEARING at the EP-TRAN chaired by

HORST SEEFELD and regular visiting this EP-COMMITIE.

I also developed contacts toward KAREL VAN MIERT who became the EU-COMMISIONAR
 
for TRANSPORT including CAT, GA and AWO

( intresting due to my lobbying work toward KAREL VAN MIERT dit I introduce his son BART to the training of PPL at EBGB and later toward the CPL/IFR , and dit BART become now a operational  ATPL)

 Later dit I renew the contacts for IAOPA in 2001 toward MRS DE PALACIO for the GA &

AWO

I was involved in this function until 31 december 2004 when I retired, but a few days later I was

aprochrd to be invited as a individual EU-LOBBYIST at the EU in function of my reputation as
 
MISTER GENERAL AVIATION

I ame nos still reguler 2 to 3 days weekly present in the BRUSSELS EU-ARENA and involved

then with MEP and personel of the differente EU-INSTITUTION suplying individual vieuws

mainly oreintated toward the requirements for GA and AWO

The ICAO SARPS are published in the 18 ICAO ANNEXES

 So far I understand the legal aspect( I ame not a legal expert) this SARPS are MANDARY if

published and endorsed in the NATIONAL PUBLICATIONS of each state and if they do not
 
accept the SARPS they must inform and publisch a EXEMTION toward ICAO mentioned the in

ICAO DOC 7030

This SARPS aply to INTERNATIONA OPERATIONS involved by CAT, GA and AWO

RECREATIONAL AVIATION is a part of GA or AWO and to my understanding subject to the

ICAO SARPS if operating at International leven
