Concerning the new ICAO PILOT LICENSE of MPL do I receive a number of comments witch are very contradicting.

A major difference is the hich number of SIMULATOR TRAINING

NO SINGEL PILOT operation

No SOLE FLYING

the utulisation of the CBT

Always FLYING in CREW COORDINATION situation

NO SINGEL ENGINE experience

There is STRONG INTREST and SUPPORT from the AIRLINE OPERATORS

IFALPA seems to expresed a very POSITIVE recommendation but I do not have located the written confirmation of this vieuw .

SORRY ????

I sugest thad the NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS operating VFR take a close look to the EUROCONTROL document on the :

EUROPEAN ACTION PLAN for AIRSPACE INFRINGEMENT RISK REDUCTION.
edition 0.6

This document is on the tabel for discution in many meetings at various level and subjects ??

There is urgend need to introduce some information to the CHAIRPERSONS of this meeting since it is not possible to be present at ALL this meetings at the HQ EUROCONTROL , since MANY MISCONCEPTIONS are very strongly circulating in this population on the so called MANY INFRINGEMENTS  witch are not documented  and  not looking at the so MANY AIRSPACE USERS operating in VFR.

ICAO is inviting at the ICAO HQ MONTREAL CANADA from 8 to 10 September 2008 to be

PART of THE GLOBAL AIRTRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM !!

INTIGRATION and HARMONISATION   via a FORUM and a EXPO as

SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR/ATTENDEE

Caution on the requirements introduced at ICAO level from  406 MHZ from 1 JULY 2008 , there is

no mandatory requirement to retrofit ALL non CAT operated AIRCRAFT with this new version as

promoted bij some persons who are involved in the SALE or INSTALATIONS of this new ELT

NOTE:  Verify what does aply to your situation.  !!

Citizens' AGORA on CLIMATE CHANGE

This is taking place in the EP on 12 & 13 JUNE 2008 and the EP asks for citizens' input on this subject, the AGORA debat is taking place with 500 civil society representatifs in vieuw to develop a complete and intensuve programme of parliamentarian work on the subject and contribute to future iniatives.

This is the fist time thad I will not be presents at such a debate and hope thad other persons intrested in GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK or mainly the needs from ALL the NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS operating in VFR to promote in this very actif AGORA iniatifs !!!

EUROCONTROL  voorschriften vanaf bldz 53

Today I had a long discution with some delegates of organisations representing VFR AIRSPACE USERS:

Ther are very strong differences in how to proceed in the SESAR project!!

1e principe:  WHE SCHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE in vieuw to be abel in a later stadium do a strong oposition in vieuw thad whe where not aware or consulted ??

2e principe   WHE SHOULD BE STRONGLY PRESENT in the SESAR project in vieuw to introduce the requirements for the operations of the VFR AIRSPACE USERS ??

QUESTION:  What is YOUR OPINION ???

Witch I will threat as confidential information

Pleas transmit to ;   SYLVAIN_D_W@YAHOO.FR

The presentation of the  ;  FLIGHT OBJECTS WORKSHOP  are now avaible at:

Some clarifications on the variuos questions are in preparation for the VFR operations and I will suply them here ASAP !!
