 Very intresting INFORMATION on the future development

 48 Nationality present and 248 participants

 I sugest to evaluate the intentions of the ATSP and AERORODROMES very closy in the next YEARS ??

 Somme AERODROME and ATSP are dreaming to oncrease their EFFICIENTY ( or in other words their financial revenue by  PROHIBITING  VFR OPERATIONS and also in some places the NON CAT-OPERATORS...............CAUTION ???

UAS ( UAV) ADVANCED NOTIFICATION

Presently there are planning in progres to operate 25 GLOBAL HAWKS  as GH or EH  in GAT in

 the EUROPEAN AIRSPACE in 2010

this operation wil be in CAT  see AIP and SEGREGATED AIRSPACE ( PRA, TRA, and acording

 NOTAMS

Be very carreful on YOUR FLIGHT PREPARATION on this activity ??

There is NO PILOT on BOARD ??  ((  SEE AND AVOID  wil be SENSE AND AVOID))

 op 01 JANUARIE 2010

 Het  CAFETARIA en het RESTAURANT van BELAIR is tussen 23/12 en 03/01/2010 open elke

 dag van 0900 uur

TCAS II UPDATING

After the very intresting evening at the RAeS on wensday 02 december in the MDA have I obtained

 the release of the interventions on this very intresting SAFETY aspect about the TCAS version 7.0

  and the version7.1

  NOTE:  I regret however thad non of the speakers reacted to the question of a person in the

 audiance about the possiblity of the presently used system en GLIDERS, HELICOPTERS ,LIGHT

 AIRPLANE and AVANCED ULM  to avoid AIR COLISSIONS

ADVISE

The utulisation of untrue titels in publications toward the Pilots & Owners to atract attention and

 maybe Memberschip is not given a Organisation the right imago  and the required impact to obtain

 positive results for the operational  Owner or Pilot!!

GOOD TO KNOW

For a number of E-mails have I reacted imidiatly,  however some information need verification from

 other sources and I was informed by some of the destinators of a question thad they only open their

 E-MAILS one day a week, this explain why I have not been abel to suply the requested

 informations ASAP

I myself open my E-mail at least every day in the morning !!!

DE RIJKSWACHT

In functie van de taken van de huidige politie ben ik niet op de hoogte maar in het verleden heb ik als

 HELICOPTERPILLOT van het LT/AVN van DE LANDMACHT te BRASCHAAT heb ik veel

 zendingen uitgevoerd met de toenmalige BELGISCHE RIJKSWACHT in BELGIE en zelfs in

 enkele zeer speciale gevallen  over  de grenzen heen( onder mijn militaire NATO Diplomatic

 Clearances )

 Ik zal trachten hier later  een aantal zendingen toe te lichten ??

8,33 KHZ

Last week there was again a meeting in HQ EUROCONTROL on the project to make 8,33 KHZ

 MANDATORY for ALL AIRSPACE USERS in the LOWER ECAC AIRSPACE

 There where delegates present of the VFR  operating NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS

  I myself are not more openly involved with this subject, but I maintain via personnel contacts in  

 EP-TRAN, DG-TREN en HQ EUROCONTROL

 In vieuw to maintain via LOBBYING the strong position to keep the requirement for the VFR

 OPERATIONS in lower AIRSPACE possible with NON  8;33 KHZ equped aircraft in the   

EU-SES for the 27 EU MEMBERSTATES against the whishes of the NATIONAL

 FREQUENCY EXPERTS
