Hello, this blog is dedicated to my foreign friends.I like Music,Mystical,Astrology,Airplanes,Nature,Sea. Because I am a heartpatient,I need sometimes a day off, to rest.But do my very best to make this a place to enjoy...
A few months ago, I had the honnor to meet a writer, his name is Geert Kimpen. He was born in 1965. He studied stage-manager education at the Amsterdam Highschool for Art. Since 1993 he writes for Belgium, Flanders and The Netherlands, for cabaret, TV and theatre, beside this he also writes in columns and stories.
Geert is the writer of The Kabbalist, the book I wrote about a few days ago. It's his first novel and has appeared in diffrent European countries. The Kabbalist is a story based on a true life.
Geert was so touched by the story of his character Chaim Vitalin, that he travelled to diffrent countries to learn more about it. So he went to Israel, Egypt, Amerika, the UK and France and changed his hectic life as stage-manager for the silence of the table to write. The Kabbalist has been translated in many languages and loved by many readers who are interest in knowing more about The Kabbala.

What on earth is the Kabbala you are propably thinking....well it is a way of living, which you need to integrate into your life ! It's a growprocess. It's no religion, but a way to find out about " the real way of being !" Kabbalists have no church, no dogmas, no responsabilities. The Kabbala gives a symbolic explanation for the existance of the Univers, and by studing these symbols, we get more insight, which can make our inner richer.
Kabbala is looking for the base in wisdom, and searches for the source. Maybe its a bit hard to understand for some of you, but if you want to know more about the Kabbala, you can find it in several sites.
Famous people like Madonna, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and many more, are practising the Kabbala, they feel good with it. I read about it, and you need to open up for this otherwise you better not read it.

Before going on a short break next Monday, but on Tuesday evening, I am back again, so its a very short trip to the Coast! I will tell you about The Kaballa. Famous people like Madonna and Britney Spears follow it too, and propbaly many others. It's some kind of view about religion.
I already read a book about it, and it was just great stuff. I hope you will like it too. I like reading mysterial lecture...and I know an autor who writes about the Kaballa, so it makes it easier on me too. I will tell you about him tomorrow.

Today is a very nice day ! The sun is shining, and people are happy ! They feel good, they enjoy their life ! Some of us, travel at the North Sea with their kids, others work in their gardens and others just do nothing, but enjoy the sun !
Because of this beautiful sunny day, I am not sitting in front of my computer, but will go out for a walk, will sit by the pond, in our area, and watch the ducks, there are many benches, and people come from around, to have a seat and enjoy nature. We are so lucky to have that in our neighbourhood! We also have a big fortress, where you can walk around the water, it's called the inside of the fortress, then there is also an outside walkpad, which is bigger and longer, but always surrounded by water. In summer many toerists a,d citizens of our village, go there to relax and have a chat with others.
So, now I will end here and have a break, and enjoy the sun.... I wish you a very nice day today, till later.
Travellers through the desert, seen often a fata morgana. When they walk for hours and hours in the heat of the desert, they see " water ", " oasis ", trees....even a village and people...but that's not true. It's only an optical illusion.
When you have a plan to go there, see that you have enough water to drink, a hat to protect your head, and try not to walk in the heat during the day, but at dawn or night, with a guide of cause, never by yourself. That would be suicide !
At night many dangerous animals comes out there nest ! Prairywolves, scorpions, snakes, even small mice ! They live at night, because during the day, they sleep....in fact, they are smart !
People who live in these deserts are called " Nomades, or desertpeople ", they live in big tents, they sit on beautiful carpets...and drink mint tea, smoke the waterpipe......
When I go on a short break, I usual choose a parc called Center Parcs, there you have the posibility to float in a room. You are there alone, no ons else is in the same room,...and ... It's good for the mind. While you are floating, there is soft relaxing music, soft light, and the water is very warm. You lay on the water, because there is so much salt in it, you can't drawn. It all takes one hour, and when you come out again, you feel like a diffrent person. It is also good for your muscles and joints. Greetz

I hope you all had a nice and joyful day. It makes me happy, to see that many come and have look at his blog ! When I first started my first one, I had no idea that it would be so nice and pleasure to write on the blog. I thought, "what if I have no ideas to write down..." but, it is all in the mind, and in memories of urly days. So...many pictures I found, come from holidays I once did with my parents and alone. I have many good memories on these places, ..but that I'll tell another time.
Before I write something down, I want to let you all know that, I do whatever I can, to make this Blog, so nice as I can..and if it'll take a while..you know that there are nice things to come.

A desert rose is a accumulation of plaster crystals mixed with very fine sandgranulars. This material crystalises like a leaf shape, that's why they are called " sandrose " or " desertrose ".
