From a visual perspective, this is one of the most stunning books I've ever seen. It's actually not even a real book at all; it's a metal sculpture. The message behind it is just as beautiful as the book itself. It's all about a man who made a real difference in a lot of peoples lives many years ago. Rabbi Yossi Raichik saved over 2,500 children from the effects of the Chernobyl disaster. Before he died, he was the director of Chabadâs Children of Chernobyl. David Kracov was commissioned to create this sculpture to be given in honor of the rabbiâs work. Each page has words from the children (who are now all grown up) whose lives he touched. These butterflies represent the children whom he gave a renewed chance at life.
