Grundig 4040 W/3D

One of my favourite radio marks from the 50 ties is Grundig, this constructor is popular for its extremely luxurious radios with especially a very good sound.

This model is a "automatic" version this means that the radio search the station automatically using a motor.

GRUNDIG 4055 W/3D

Hi, I have this radio that still plays very well. The only problem I have is that on 'UKW I' and 'UKW II' after a while I have some cracking noise or the sound falls away. Just by touching somewhat to the buttons the sound comes back. So I think those buttons have dirt inside which gives connection-problems. I opened the radio. I cleaned/oiled everything. Only those buttons : how could I clean them without having to unmount them ?
Anny suggestions ?

Many thanks !!

Lieven (Belgium)
