On Friday 10 October 2008 there was a presentation of phse 1( core EUROPE) Results under the chairmanship of R.STEWART;

 The deliverables D1, D2 ,D3 ,D4 wher presented and DRAFT CONCKLUSIONS and SUGESTIONS for way forward where presented.

THe EC CONCLUSIONS and the reference to the EU-SES proposals.

Y have not evaluated the study in depth ...BUT I have the ompression thad under the inpuls of the  FRQUENCY MANAGERS there is a strong pressure to influance the DG-TREN at EC to imposse the 8,33 KHZ below FL195 and continue the NATIONAL FMB instead to go in line with the EC-DG.TREN proposing in the EC-SES toward the EP and COUNCIL for a SINGEL EU FREQUENCY BOARD


 I have the feeling thad the results are manipulated very strongly to extend the 8,33 KHZ below FL195

During individual contacts whas I warned thad if the GA,AW and SPORTING AIRSPACE USERS where still oposing so strong the introduction of teh 8,33 KHZ below FL195 theu would introduce some NATIONAL aplications below FL195 instead of waiting for the EU-SES progtres and SESAR

  Wat betrfd de werking van het tijdens WWI schieten door het SCHROEFVELD is did een PATENT van FOKKER tijdens WWI geplaatst op de D VII en DRI waarvan een exemplaar aanwezig is te ANTWERPEN AIROPORT   WWW.STAMPE.BE

 Schijnbaar werdt het machinegeweer bedient door een nok op de krukas, meer weet ik er heden niet over !!

Kreeg nog wat bijkomende toelichting vie vrienden in ASA welk er op neer komt dat er een staaf met een pin vanuit de nokkenas de 7,92 MM SPARDAN machinegeweer en er voor zorgde dat er ongevver 75% van de gevallen werkte, er was ook een yzeren versteviging om de andere 25% op te vangen zonder beschadiging van de schroef.

 Ik raad een bezoek aan het STAMPE MUSEUM aan waar er ergens een uitleg beschikbaar was en ook boeken over deze FOKKER toestellen.

 Het beandwoorden van mijn E-MAILS zal vermoedelijk maar eerst voor MAANDAG  13/10 zijn want vandaag ben ik naar OOSTEND-BRUGGE AIRPORT voor een vergadering in het VLOC en morgen ben ik bij FLAG en de RAAC op ANTWERP AIRPORT voor overleg

 De toelichting over FREQUENCY STUDY is ook voor maandag was zeer intrsant zeker als je weet dat ik daar reeds sedert 1990 bij betrokken was via IAOPA en ICAO.

Wat betrefd de omzeeing van de FAA  #ENCLISCH PROFICENSY" vermeldintg heb ik de indruk dat de DGLV deze niet zal aanvaarden.

Take nota; tussen EASA en FAA is  over gelijkstelling dienaangaande overleg bezig maar de EU lidstaten schijnen zich hierover 100% te verzetten

A question witch aries on the requied to have the mention ENGLISCH mentioned on you license acording ICAO .

 How do we transfer the mentinin ENGLISH PROFICENSIE on our FAA-CPL + IFR qualification   toward a JAA-FCL CPL -IR ??? in function of the new EASA requirements. and the diferent National Regulations.
