Verneem via AINalerts van 04 January 2007 dat het experiment CAPSTONE wordt opgenomen in het USA NATIONAL ADS-B PLAN
een mooi voorbeeld voor de EU om een gelijkaardige beslissing te nemen in de toekomstige SESAR project.

Normaal zeg ik steeds dat ik 100% tegen de DOODSTRAF ben maar op de POL heb ik toch maar LICHT TEGEN DE DOODSTRAF gestemt omdat ik mij afvroeg hoe ik daar zou over denken moest iemand mijn VROUWTJE of ONZE ZOON vermoorden.

 Als ik het zeker moest weeten  en die persoon kunnen benaderen dan denk ik dat ik die persoon zelf zou afmaken hoor!!!

DUS ben ik maar LICHT TEGEN DE DOODSTRAF ???

 Heden kreeg ik weer de vraag of een bepaalde LUCHTVAARTMAATSCHAPPIJ veilig is om mede te vliegen van senioren welk zich in AFRIKA bevonden.

 Ik kan hen enkel verwijzen naar de Website van de EU-DG-TREN of hen per E-MAIL deze lijst bezorgen

 Ik heb geen persoonlijke gegevens over LUCHTVAARTMAATSCHAPPIJEN in het buitenland 

Op de website van de EU van DG-TREN is de lijst beschikbaar van de LUCHTVAARTMAATSCAPPPIJEN waaraan een volledig exploitatieverbod is opgelegt in de GEMEENSCHAP en aangepast tot op 12 October 2006.

When I visited one of my contacts  on 3 January 2007 at the EU INSTITUTIONS I informed hem thad some persons where complaining thad it always took a long time before they received a reaction !!

 He opened his PC for me since his last day in the office was 23 December  2006 the number of  NEW incoming E-MAILS where 8418!!!!

 This may explain why it take some time to obtain a reaction??

 I receive a average of 100 E-MAILS a day and it take me a average of 3 days to react to them except for the very urgent witch I usualy threat each morning before traveling to Brussels

In fubction of the various contacts with the various EU INSTITUTIONS at Political, Administratif or Technical level a major comment is thad the EU AVIATION ORGANISATIONS schould have a PANEL in witch they educate each other of their specifique activity of their members in vieuw to avoid the present strong misconcepitions witch are now forwarded via their delegate concerning each others requirements for their operations in the EU AIRSPACE and AERODROME or AIRFIELDS.

 There is a possiblity to have reasonable good acces and activity of ALL the AIRSPACE USERS if they are better aware of each others activity

The excemption of the  taxation on the 100LL AVGAs as autorised by the EU will not be extented due to the fact that only a limited number of EU MEMBERSTATES where using this possiblity and only three memberstates under the impuls of the NATIONAL GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK organisations ( AOPA)  had made a strong input to obtain this exception on the taxe of 100LL.

 This subject was in the past one of the topics witch I was keeping on my agenda by regulat vistits to the COMMISION on TAXES and ACCISE and also strongly supported by the input from LARS HJELMBERG who visted the EU INSTITUTIONS on many occasions in the past and whitch made at the RM the strong recommendation and information avaible to aproche the  Ministry of FINANCE to maintain this exception each time renewed.
 
 This subject is not been on the agenda of the  DG-TREN or the TRA -COMMITTEE since it is not considered a TRANSPORT SUBJECT but mainly as RECREATIONAL, SPORT or HOBBY under witch most NON  CAT AIRSPACE USERS are adressing their input toward the EU INSTITUTIONS and  to their MEP

 I dont think this wil have a effect on the price for the 100LL in most EU country's since many country's where already using the taxation of the 100LL anyway.

 Also a number of users are claiming yo be  using the MOGAS for their aircraft

 Also some GA/AW experts are claiming  very srongly thad this wil have for effect of increasing the transition in the GA .+ AW AIRPLANE fleet to convert to the new EU technologie of the DIESEL ENGINE  and using kerozine for the less avaible 100LL AVGAS in certain regions of the world

Via les actions de HENRI CORDEROY DU THIERS et via  le soutien de Mme HELGA  STEVENS de UED et parlementaire dans le parlement flamande  avons nous continue a demander la possiblite  pour des personne sourds a obtenir les licences nesesaire pour avoir des activitee AERONAUTIQUE en VFR dans l'espace aerienne  non controle de l' EU aux meme titre que cela est possible en UK, USA et AUSTRALI

Heden Dinsdag  02 Januarie 2007 om 0330 utc ben ik terug actief via mijn PC en zal trachten de vele E-mailtjes zo snel mogelijk te behandelen en beantwoorden na een vierdaagse afwezigheid in de Belgische  oostkantons voor een 100% relax en rustperiode met het vrouwtje.

Even gedult gezien de grote hoeveelheid te behandzlen onderwerpen welk ik vermoed op het einde van deze week te kunnen behandelt hebben, degene welk op 07 Janurie geen reactie bekomen hebben gelieve uw bericht te herhalen gezien er mogelijk bepaalde E-mails verloren zijn gegaan tussen de vele spams welk ik verwijdert heb !!!!

De THINK THANK van heden bestond slechts uit 5 personen namelijk een FINSE, DUITSE en PORTUGEESE ADVISOR en twee INDIVIDUELE LOBBYISTEN.

 De 60 minuten voorzien liep uit tot een drie uur lang gesprek waarin ik de punten in mijn BLOG hier vermeld aan hun aandacht kon brengen.

 Tevens handigde ik een print uit van de reactie der senioren op het FORUM uit dat de betrokkene verder zullen aanschouwen na vertaling in hun eigen taal en het engels.

 Tijdens dit gesprek nemen de experts geen standpunten in dan dat zij er kennis van nemen.

Tevens adviseerden zij dat de individuele SENIOREN hun bemerkingen zouden kenbaar maken via E-MAIL aan hun NATIONALE MEP en MP.

De EU INSTELLINGEN wensen de nooden van de SENIOREN te kennen , mits natuurlijk  met het geheel der EU  lidstaten rekening te houden.

Alsook met het SUBSIARIDITEITS ( ???) RECHT der lidstaten en de gewesten (regions)

 
 

I ADVISE very STRONGLY PILOTS and OWNERS of AIRCRAFT ( not only AIRPLANE) involved in GENERAL AVIATION and AERIAZL WORK OPERATIONS to join the NATIONAL AOPA in their country.
 
For the AIRSPORTS I sugest to be member of the NATIONAL.
 AEROCLUB

For the Compagnies involved in BUSINESS OPERATIONS  I advise to be member of EBAA

For the PPL IR do I sugest to join PPL/IR-EUROPE

 Via this four channels are your intrest at the EU INSTITUTIONS and EUROCONTROL brought forward via IAOPA-EUR,EAS,PPL/IR and EBAA

At ICAO(MONTREAL) they have their input via FAI, IAOPA and IBAC

I myself have no representing status in BRUSSELS and ame only active as INDIVIDUAL EU-LOBBYIST who via mij experience in AVIATION since 1954 and my presence since 1980 at the EU INSTITUTIONS and EUROCONTROL HQ in BRUSSELS ame acepted as a individual advisor or expert in GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK by a number of MEP,EXPERTS,CONSULTANTS and ADMINISTATIONS

I also SUGEST STRONGLY the ORGANISATIONS in EUROPE as EAS, EBAA , PPL/IR and  IAOPA-EUR to have regular contact and coordination to defent the intrest of the NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS

I ama always avaible for any clarification, advise or information from my personnel experience in this lovely AVIATION WORLD who is going to be changing again very mutch in the folowing years as I have seen this world changing since my first steps in this fascinating activity.

De voorziene THINK THANK vergadering vandaag  voorzien wordt herleid tot slechts een 60 minuten durende initieel contact vergadering  weges ziekte van twee de r 8 wijze mannen ???
