PRECAUTIONS
For flights toward a number of aerodrome or airfield there is the requirement of a PPR.
I advise all pilots to obtain this PPR in advance of the flight.
I usual will do this via such a way to have a written proof of the PPR but now white the use of the GSM this is not always possible.
In this case I advise the pilot who obtain a PPR by phone to always keep note of the Time and the identification of the person you spoke to, i usual suply them the name of the PIC and give them my initials SDW and then request there name or their initials.
This can be very important in case of incidents, accidents or verification by the Nationan Security services.
CAUTION:
Be also aware thad ANY flight crossing INTERNATIONAL BORDERS inside the EU a ICAO ATC FLIGHT PLAN is still mandatory except a few exceptions mentionet in the National AIP of both involved countrys ??
