Out of the draft documentation concerning GENERAL AVIATION economique value do I conclude thad their is urgent need to develop some information on the reel activity of all the NON COMMERCIAL AIRSPACE USERS operating in VFR.
Their is urgent need to obtain information on the many thousand SME who are involved in AERIAL WORK operations in the 27 EU memberstates.
I understand the economique value has been evaluated for:
-AIRTAXI OPERATIONS in IFR witch is CAT
-CORPORATE AVIATION by the members of EBAA
-GENERAL AVIATION for where the definition used included ALL the AIRSPACE USERS not involved in IFR .
However there is no information avaible in the EU on their activity in the SME,FTO and RF witch have for effect that the value is largely underestimated
