Receive a invitation for the LOW COST AIRLINES from 22 till 25 September 2008 at the

QUEEN ELIZABETH II CONFERENCE CENTRE, at LONDON , UK

for intrested persons see:

WWW.LOWCOSTAIRLINESWORLD.COM

MULTI PILOT LICENSE ( MPL) witch has been introduced by ICAO seems to give the idee of the AIRLINE MANAGERS and also ERAA and ELFAA are of the opinion thad this is the solution for the lack of PILOTS on the AVIATION MARKET to be solved

Some experts are now evaluating the posiiblity of the CBT,DLS,VPT and the new generation of SIMULATORS to introduce the MPL training.

The ICAO MAGAZINE  vol 63 N°2 ofFEBRUARY 2008 contains  intresting information on

SWIM/AIM and GLOBAL ATM.

Also on PAGE: 33 till 36 some intrestig information on  BUSINESS AVIATION by

                 DON SPRUSTON of  IBAC mentioning some clarification of this part thad acording

ICAO a GENERAL AVIATION OPERATION is

Participated on the 04 of JUNE 2008 at HQ EUROCONTROL at the WORKSHOP,  this subject is very complex on the echange of information between  ;                                                     AIRPORTS, ATSU,EUROCONTROL/CFMU   and the AIRSPACE USERS are not involved , acording my evaluation does it also concern te ATC FLIGHT PLAN circulation for IFR, VFR and CVFR. in vieuw of SESAR ??

 I have introduced a written request  on what will be te efect on GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK operations to the Chairman .

 They are also speeking about the aplication of RWY SLOTS for TAKE-OFF and LANDING at CONTROLLED AERODROME .in vieuw to heve the maximum RWY capacity to be used via a reservation system !!!

I receive from many inputs thad there is a urgent need to train PILOTS for the AIRLINES in a

different way in vieuw to avoid thad when the Pilots join the airlines the first thing to do is forget the

way they have been taucht to fly !!!

I received similar reactions from IFALPA examinators

URGENT & ASAP reaction , sugestions or information requested ??

 SYLVAIN_D_W@YAHOO.FR

I ame not going to reply any more to the many request concerning the MANDATORY instalation of the SSR mode "S" for VFR operations in the EU region or ECAC region.

 24u = 70%
 48u = 50%
 72u = 30%
 96u = 10%
