I9k moet enkele E-mailers er op wijzen dat ik geen politieke mandataris ben en ook geen poltieke strekking naar voor breng in het EP te Brussel.

 Ik ben in mijn functie van mijn aktiviteiten als LIAISSON OFFICER bij de EU voor IAOPA ten behoeve van GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK van 1980 tot 2004 regelmatig aanwezig geweest en heb zodoende een netwerk ontwikkeld in de verschillende EU INSTITUTIONS , POLITIEKE FAMILIES en ADMINISTRATIES in de EU en EUROCONTROL

Nu nog actief zijnde als INDIVIDUEEL LOBBYIST ben ik nog ocasioneel aanwezig in deze instellingen.

Automatisch wordt men ook betrokken bij andere onderwerpen die worden behandelt en gaat men toch enige kennis opdoen van andere onderwerpen die er behandelt worden.

De ingenomen zienswijzen zijn dan mijn opersoonlijke standpunten in functie van de bekomen documenten en gespreken met een aantal personen in deze middens

Ik hoop dat deze toelichting u een beeld geeft van mijn betrokkenheid in het EU gebeuren.

Wat betrefd het verdrag van LISSABON verwijs ik naar mijn tussenkomsten in het FORUM bij het

  DISCUTIFORUM ondewerp POLTIEK met de titel  : DE IEREN MOGEN HET ZEGGEN

 onderwerp   PUBLIEK DEBAT met de tiitel     VERDRAG van LISSABON

 en vraag om uw  opmerkingen , vragen en voorstellen daar in te dienen.

  en Mogelijk ook deel te nemen aan de POL ??

Concerning the new ICAO PILOT LICENSE of MPL do I receive a number of comments witch are very contradicting.

A major difference is the hich number of SIMULATOR TRAINING

NO SINGEL PILOT operation

No SOLE FLYING

the utulisation of the CBT

Always FLYING in CREW COORDINATION situation

NO SINGEL ENGINE experience

There is STRONG INTREST and SUPPORT from the AIRLINE OPERATORS

IFALPA seems to expresed a very POSITIVE recommendation but I do not have located the written confirmation of this vieuw .

There is urgend need to introduce some information to the CHAIRPERSONS of this meeting since it is not possible to be present at ALL this meetings at the HQ EUROCONTROL , since MANY MISCONCEPTIONS are very strongly circulating in this population on the so called MANY INFRINGEMENTS  witch are not documented  and  not looking at the so MANY AIRSPACE USERS operating in VFR.

Citizens' AGORA on CLIMATE CHANGE

This is taking place in the EP on 12 & 13 JUNE 2008 and the EP asks for citizens' input on this subject, the AGORA debat is taking place with 500 civil society representatifs in vieuw to develop a complete and intensuve programme of parliamentarian work on the subject and contribute to future iniatives.

Today I had a long discution with some delegates of organisations representing VFR AIRSPACE USERS:

Ther are very strong differences in how to proceed in the SESAR project!!

1e principe:  WHE SCHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE in vieuw to be abel in a later stadium do a strong oposition in vieuw thad whe where not aware or consulted ??

2e principe   WHE SHOULD BE STRONGLY PRESENT in the SESAR project in vieuw to introduce the requirements for the operations of the VFR AIRSPACE USERS ??
