Luchthavens en Vliegevelden beschikken over een vierletter ICAO code voor het invullen van een FLIGTPLAN voor ATC

Tevens gebruiken DE AIRLINES de drieletter IATA CODE

Ik beschik deze gegevens in papiervorm maar heden zijn deze ook beschikbaar via de website van ICAO en IATA
Ik heb echter daar geen ervaring mede

EVENEMENTEN in DE LUCHTVAART

VRIJWILLIGERS in VZW
In het verleden waren er in de verschillende LUCHTVAART VZW vrijwilligers aktief welk
kosteloos hun tijd en hun diensten beschikbaar stelden mits vergoeding van hun kosten.
Heden werden er een aantal verplichtingen ingevoerd voor VRIJWILLIGERSWERK en ziet men nu
een aantal VZW gebruik maken van personen welk via een BVBA hun diensten aanbieden voor de
VZW tegen betaling.
Heden stel ik vast dat in vele VZW waar ik kennis mee maak deze verleners van diensten voor
de VZW dat doen tegen zeer hoge vergoedingen met het gevolg dat in verschillende VZW de
kostprijs voor de leden uit de pan reizen en de toegang tot de LUCHTVAART AKTIVITEITEN
in de VZW voor jongeren wordt beperkt behalve voor de jongeren van zeer welstellende ouders
Dit verschijnsel in EUROPA heeft voor gevolg dat er een gebrek ontstaat van gemotiveerde
jongeren voor de 90 mooie maar veeleisende beroepen in de EUROPESE LUCHTVAART.
DENK hier maar eens overna ???

SECURITY ( BEVEILIGING)
Presently some of the PIC requested me why the have to cimplete a new document before each
TAKE OFF thad the have made a EXTERNAL VERIFICATION thad they have inspected a
number of AREA on their AIRCRAFT thad there are no FOREIGN OBJECTS present and each
time a document to be completed and signed before T/O
Again ADITIONAL PAPERWORK instead of the VITAL aspect of SAFETY in
OPERATIONAL FLYING
VERY soon a CREW wil need again a THIRTH PERSON in the CREW for ALL the LEGAL
requirements to be verified and documents before and after flight to be completed
QUESTION: What is YOUR EXPERIENCE, COMMENT or ADVISE??

Many persons and also some representatifs of Organisations are asking me what the MAJOR
PROBLEMS witch whe have to adresse in 2010 for the NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS ????
A VERY IMPORTANT TARGET to adress for the future is a AVIATION COORDINATION
PANEL witch evaluate the need of the many mutch to smal organisations present ocasionaly in the
EU-ARENA in BRUSSELS in vieuw to have via the common avaible financial budget a
PERMANENT LOCATION in BRUSSELS who COORDINATE the possiblity to have A
PERSON on behave of the PANEL of the ORGANISATION a representation on the various
INSTITUTIONS involved in AVIATION on DIRECT or INDIRECT way
Some of the larger organisations are ocasionaly present but are missing some VERY IMPORTANT
TASK FORCES, WORKING GROUPS, HEARINGS or other MEETINGS!!!
TEAM WORKING is VITAL for the future of the COMPLETE NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS
GROUP who are now doing VERY GOOD work but in a UNCOORDINATED APROCHE
A COORDINATED APROCHE is VITAL !!!!

DE SNELSTE MENSEN TER WERELD
In het verleden bekwam ik een aantal vragen over de SNELHEIDSRECORDS in de LUCHTVAART, ik most daarop het andwoord schuldig blijven
Heden ontmoete ik via VLRI ,BART VANDAMME de voorzitter van FLANDERS AVIATION SOCIETY en uitgever van een boek dat de geschidenis van het absoulte WERELDSNELHEIDSRECORD en over de 21 piloten die met hun vliegtuigen tot het uiterste gingen om dit te bereiken
OP 07/11/1945 was dit 975 KM/U
OP 28/07°1976 was dit 3500 KM/U
dit is 100 maal sneller dan ALBERTO SANTOS DUMONT in 1906 !!!!

I sugest to evaluate the intentions of the ATSP and AERORODROMES very closy in the next YEARS ??
Somme AERODROME and ATSP are dreaming to oncrease their EFFICIENTY ( or in other words their financial revenue by PROHIBITING VFR OPERATIONS and also in some places the NON CAT-OPERATORS...............CAUTION ???
