Droevig verhaal/Sad story

Deze breiwerken zijn van mijn hartsvriendin Viviane
These knits are from my soul mate Viviane

Knit in the beautiful silk of the Dupie Wolhuis.
This picuture doesn't show off the beauty of the silk,
neither the most beautiful colour of the fuchsia
Red colours you know...

(Niet klaar - To be completed)

So nice...

I am trying not to purchase any knittingwool but use my stash. But... I couldn't resist this beautiful
cone of 100% silk, 500 grams, 30 euro, as well as this most beautiful kid-mohair wool.

I have fallen in love with this jacket I found on Ravelry (DutchJacky)
I hope mine will end up as beautiful as hers as I have little expierence
in crocheting.  It is easy to take away to the hospital, where grandmam
recovers from a broken hip...

Meer nieuws later.  Slaapwel.
More news later.
Have a good night.

Even tussenin: een paar heerlijk warme kousen
voor een zusje met koude voeten...
Quick: a pair of socks for a sister with cold feet....

I will have to knit socks forever. I still have 3 of these cones in my stash!

It's difficult to have the right collor.
I think this is the best picture.

Rugpand bolero

Garen: Kidsilk Haze

The shrug is knit with a dubble strand of yarn.
I know there can be some difference between one skeen
or another but this seems a lot to.  I think I am gonna
check the weight.....
But: the yarn is gorgeous.
It knits up beautifully

I love Peace and I am sure a will make me another one! Thanks Glassqueen for letting me use your picture.  It isn't always simpel to project the right color.  It's a simple blue cardigan in a cashmere/wool blend. It was fun working with it.

I'm working on a Peace by Kim Hargreaves. It's a light cardi in a wool/cashmereblend. Pictures asap.
I hope Glassqueen (a Ravelry-friend) doesn't mind me putting her picture on my blog till I can show you mine...

100 % handgeverfde merino wol. Super zacht.

Alexandre from the book Fitted Knits - Stéfanie Japel.  It's a top down project on circular needles knit in the round.  No seeming! Finished in 4 days in a 100% handdyed merino wool.

On this picture, the color is the most realistic, as well as
on the first one.

The sleeves are slightly bishop and I lengthened them up a bit.

Belofte maakt schuld.  Hier dus de beloofde foto's.
As promised: the picutures.
