Een aspect dat heden terug onze aandacht vergt is  "GROUND DEICING during a PREFLICHT !!!

On 09/10 took place in the TRAN of the EP the first introduction of 2005/0228 by MR JORG LICHTFRIED on the EASA

In the presence of Mr PATRICK GOUDOU of the EASA there was a very intresting debate in witch a number interventions where made by:

-JARZENBOWSKI  G. PPE-DE
-KRAMER M. VERT/ALE
-BECSEY Z PPE-DE
-DEGUTIS A  ALDE
-SIMPSON B PSE
-BRADBOURN P  PPE-DE
-EVANS R PSE
-TOUSSAS G  GUE/NGL
-LIBERADZKI B  PSE
-Mr SAVARINI DG-TREN
- and conclusions by  Mr LICHTFRIED J of PSE

Next discution on this subject on 21 Nov at 1500
The present documentation was only avaible in Englisch and ther was a lot of confusion in the translations on the subject SAFETY and SECURITY
the definition LICHT AIRCRAFT and RECREATIONAL AVIATION.

The Minister of  TRANSPORT of FINLAND was also present in the meeting but dit not participate in the debate.

Although it is not realy part of the debate a major element hidden in this document is the BUDGET EASA and where te recover the cost of the EASA activity, also the competences and task between the EASA and the NATIONAL AUTHORITY
Also the possiblity of OUTSOURCSNG assigments was very intresting aspect.

The intrest of the SME in the EU involved was also mentioned in the debate

I noticed a number of visitors in the room who where very mutch intrested in this point of the agenda

I sugest strongly the NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS  ORGANISATIONS to be very actively involved ASAP acros the major POLITICAL GROUPS in the EP since there are a number of very negative developments in progres  at POLITICAL leven !!!!!!

Some Questions are asking us who is to BLAME for this MIDAIR ???

Some questions and somme statements about the MIDAIR between the B737 and the LEGACY JET in BRASILIA are whe completly unabel to answer until al the facts have been recorded after the investigation.

According the annexe 13  of ICAO is our target to find out what whent rong in vieuw to avoid such dissaster in the future, whe are not going to try to evaluate who is to blame this is a task for the INSURANCEs and the LEGAL SERVICES in witch we dont want to be involved

Sorry for this NEGATIVE reaction to some of YOUR QUESTIONS !!!!!

Vandaag de GANSE DAG naar de EU INSTELLINGEN in BRUSSEL.

Zal enkel deze avond terug bereikbaar zijn!!

I will ONLY be BACK avaible this evening at 20.00b( 1800 UTC)to follow up any URGENT      E-MAIL
