ACTION REQUIRED !!!

On Friday 10 October 2008 there was a presentation of phse 1( core EUROPE) Results under the chairmanship of R.STEWART;

The deliverables D1, D2 ,D3 ,D4 wher presented and DRAFT CONCKLUSIONS and SUGESTIONS for way forward where presented.

Information of ICAO-EUR FMG where presentes

also the ARB

also IATA

also IAOPA-EUR

also DMAC

feedback from EUTOCONTROL REGULATORY UNIT

THe EC CONCLUSIONS and the reference to the EU-SES proposals.

Y have not evaluated the study in depth ...BUT I have the ompression thad under the inpuls of the  FRQUENCY MANAGERS there is a strong pressure to influance the DG-TREN at EC to imposse the 8,33 KHZ below FL195 and continue the NATIONAL FMB instead to go in line with the EC-DG.TREN proposing in the EC-SES toward the EP and COUNCIL for a SINGEL EU FREQUENCY BOARD

I have the feeling thad the results are manipulated very strongly to extend the 8,33 KHZ below FL195

During individual contacts whas I warned thad if the GA,AW and SPORTING AIRSPACE USERS where still oposing so strong the introduction of teh 8,33 KHZ below FL195 theu would introduce some NATIONAL aplications below FL195 instead of waiting for the EU-SES progtres and SESAR

CAUTION required !!!!

 WWW.INT-BIRDSTRIKE.ORG    IBSC

UAV symposium in VLOC 11/12/13/ MARCH 2009

   Bezoek EBUL   ( vliegveld URSEL)

   Opvolgen ZELFBOUW

   opvolgen ASA

Opvolgen aanvaring ULM en DUIF met ring !!

   Opvolgen voor FLAG

Folow up on the latest EUROCONTROL 8,33 KHZ report te the DG-TREN

   ADS-B

  GNSS

  ELT

  MODE-S for VFR

  LANGUAGE level 4 examinations

  EASA NPA

zie    WWW.IAOPA-EUR.ORG

Today will be present at HQ EUROCONTROL in the FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP.

If you have not received reaction on YOUR E-MAIL pleas sent it again I may have lost it ???
