 This time  whe received information via  AIS-AGORA  that this time it is done under the denomination of ASCENA

 The bill is not in EURO but in USD
  The invoice is not on the header of ASCENA
  ASCENA HQ is located in FRANCE

The previous known illegal collection was done under a false header of EUROCONTROL and so fare we known have now be ceased.

Heden Vrijdag 12 OKTOBER even naar de MARKT met ANNABEL en nadien de ganse dag thuis om al de E-mailtjes van de SENIOREN die ik nog niet beantwoord heb door te werken.

Sommige zie ik morgen op de meeting in het DOCKS HOTEL  te ANTWERPEN tussen 15;00 en 18;00 uur en zal die persoonlijk beantwoorden , wij blijven niet eten.

Waarom spreek ik hier over deze ziekte??

De reden is omdat deze ziekte kan overwonnen worden en 100% geneesbaar is, Ik heb heden reeds enkele PILOTEN welk na vaststelling van KANKER en na een behandeling terug hun MEDISCH CERTIFICAAT hebben bekomen.

Enkele bezoekers van mijn BLOG vroegen via E-mail om eens een afspraak te maken!!

 Ik ben meestal de ZATERDAG en ZONDAG voormiddag op de ANTWERPSE LUCHTHAVEN  in de cafetaria van BELAIR tot 12;00 uur maar een e-mailtje is nutig want soms ga ik even hogere sferen opzoeken.

Tevens zijn wij op ZATERDAG 13 OKTOBER op de MEETING in ANTWERPEN van 15;00 uur tot 18:00 uur, maar we blijven niet eten

During my visit at the EU-INSTITUTIONS I received a debriefing on the EDF  ( EUROPEAN DISABLITY FORUM ) meeting of 05 October 2007 in Brussels.

The probleme of HANDICAPT AIRTRAVELING was also a topic of discution.

 The list of meetings documents EDA-AGA is avaible in paperform on request by E-MAIL.

 A quick fast scrutini reveals in pages 118-126 there is a negative  financieel inpact for the GA VFR operators

During the EP-TRAN meeting of 8 & 9 October the following to agenda points can have effect on the NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS:

-Sustainable European Transport policy study + HEARING by G.ALBERTINI, ( MEP TRAN)E.ESTRELA (MEP ENVI,,D VLASTO(MEP ITRE)

I Sugest you obain aditional information via TIMO SCHUBERT  who has followed the full meeting and is very intrested in the GA/AW activity via   ADS-INSIGHT

There was a intresting "WORKSHOP" by the  POLICY Department 'C'
Citizens rights and constutinational affairs,  chaired by Alexander STUBB

 The intentions are to make the DECISION MAKING in the EU more transparent for the EU-CITIZENS by creating a clear vieuw on how the LOBBYIST has influance on the decisions made by the EU in particular the COUNCIL, EP and EC.

  Of cours our USA experts where present to introduce the working of the U.S LOBBYING DISCLOSURE ACT .

  The first act was developed in 1938,  revieuwe in 1946 witch apaerently where readopted in the LDA of 1995 witch now is again changed in function of a seriuos incident called the Jack ABRAMOFF witch is subject to a FBI investigation  and the departement of Justice of the USA.

I sugest the NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS  organisations  in EUROPE to take a look an this development for witch Mr Alexander STUBB MEP is the rapporteur to make up a proposal for the COMMITEE to be introduced to the EP PLENAIRE.

It is important NOW to make your INPUT ASAP

I receive daily a number of E-mails from ALL over the world requesting assistance on FLIGHT PLANNING in to EUROPE.

However I have not the means to assist in this PLANNING and advide to contact the NATIONAL AOPA's who are mentioned on the:

sice although  there are 27 European countries member of the EU , there are still no homogene REGULATIONS for the 27 EU memberstates and each of them has his own AIP with the differences mentioned.

Apaerently whe have not been 100% intrested in the " FLEXIBLE USE AIRSPACE "  in the past, but this is going to play a vital role in the future for yhe below FL100 flying iFR operations and maybe also for the VFR traveller in the EU.

 Whe notice thad the development of the UAV in Europe result in the apaerance of a number of RESTRICTED ( mil) airspace zones  in the AIP  who are beeing publisched as 24/24 actif.

However this zone schould be included in the FUA procedure  in vieuw to obtain the hours thad this zone are  NOT operational and crossing in IFR or VFR are possible in the same aplication of the present FUA

ACTION REQUIRED !!!

I was informed by some MEP's and this seems to be confirmed thad there is a very strong intention to try to stop the production of the 100LL.

 Acording some experts ansd also GA & AW intrestred party is there no need no more to maintain this  costly production procers since their are now other solutions for the GA & AW operators.
 A) there are now the DIESEL ENGINES avaible
 B) A number of the present GA & AW fleet can operate on MOGAS

the target date seems to be  2010 ??( some sugest 2020)

On the other site some of the economic MEP's,experts and consultants seems to be very advanced in obtaining thad ALL KEROZINE be it for CAT, GA & AW would be subject to:
 A) ACCISE
 B)  ENVIROMENTAL FEE
 C) VAT

I ame intrested to get some back ground on the possiblities of:
-BIO-FUEL   from VIRGIN FUELS R/D
-SASOM
-HYDROGENE
-ETHANOL

Any sugestions or clarifications thad i can use in my contcts are welcom and i would like to see a recommendation to be developed  ASAP in the organisations as IAOPA,PPL/IR,IBAC,FAI(EAS),GAMMA

As usual I find a number of very intresting articels in the:

I receive many questions on how I evaluate the future of G/A operations in EUROPE infunction of the various project and programs apaering in the EU ,ECAC and EUROCONTROL corridors!!

  A very important factor for G/A in the future is to not make all the G/A operators subject to the same requirements as the CAT opertors.

 A certain level of G/A can be required to be equiped on a similar level as the CAT , but this is not the case for al G/A operations.

 Whe must make a clear difference between the IFR and VFR flying and not to try to have the VFR using the same sofisticated and advanced equipage as the IFR.

 I presume thad the VFR who intend to try to operate in the high density airports and airspace schould have almost the same equipage as the CAT and the pilot a hich level of knowledge and training to be abel to operate in a similar manner as the CAT

 However a large amounth of G/A wil not intend to operate in this hich density airports and airspace and wil not require the knowledge and training as the previous mentioned G/A operators.

I strongly advise the IAOPA, (AOPA's) ,FAI(EAS), IBAC( NBAA,EBAA)   and PPL/IR EUROPE to make a number of  coordinated proposals in line of the intended operations of the need of their different  members requirements and introduce them to the EU,EASA and EUROCONTROL.


Also evaluate the needs of AERIAL WORK (A/W) operations in function of the contacts with the SME and FTO involved in this activity


 BE  PROACTIVE ASAP !!!!!
