 During the  Stakeholders consultation workshop on the draft implementation rule on mode "S" Interrogator code allocation ( MSI)

-out of the very technical agenda do i resume the folowing points to be verified!!

a)-ICAO attachement "K" of ICAO-EUR air navigation plan( DOC7754) volume II , FASID

b)- still some precautionwith the MILITARY aplications in Europe

c)- Estimated cost seems to be too low according the manufacturers delegate present.

d)-II/SI codes can give problems if not good coordinated between the various ATSP( via CAA)

Obtained off the record a agreement thad although thad EUROCONTROL han no requirements for the MODE "S" SSR for VFR operations in 2008 they will try to make a document avaible giving the updated CIRCULAIRES of the NATIONAL AUTHORITY ,as a guidance although from the NATIONAL EXPERTS I was informed thad the CIRCULAIRES are maybe not the final aplication for the VFR operations
