Many years ago DIETER PADE of AOPA GERMANY on behave of IAOPA proposed to have a HARMONISED TRANSITION ALTITUDE in the thad time 15 EU MEMBERSTATES

At EUROCONTROL a TASK FORCE made a proppsal via the APSD ant the ANT but this was contested bij a number of CAA and ATSP?

Now I noticed again thad a WORKING GROEP is working on a propsal to have the HARMONISED TRANSITION ALTITUDE on 10.000 ft insteaad of the 18.000 ft whe proposed in function of the experience in teh USA-AIRSPACE

I whished the chairman succes since this proposal wil be introduced in the ICAO and the EU proposals in vieuw of the EU in the SESARJU project

I will continue to lobby for this HARMONISED TRANSITION ALTITUDe since it will benefit the SAFETY during a APROCHE and avoid the present confusing aplications !!

I will try to make a folow up on the information obtained yestoday and in function from a number

questions obtained via E-mail

Tot op heden heb ik een aantal E-MAILTJES beandwoord over dit ongeval maar gezien de vele vragen kan ik dit niet verder opvolgen

Last week mentioned the speaker during the EAD USERS DAY that there where also a high
 
amounth of PRIVAT PILOTS using the information avaible on the EAD for the  FLICHT

PREPARATION

Whe could not locate of this was done for IFR or VFR operations

I would like to obtain written reaction from PRIVAT PILOTS who use the EAD if this is for VFR

operations or IFR, I ame also intrested in any COMMENTS, SUGESTIONS concerning the EAD

in vieuw to influance the future adaptions on the next generation of EAD

Enkele mailtjes stellen de vraag hoe ik de verschillende aktiviteiten heb kunnen combineren in mijn levensloop;

 Sedert 1954 tot 2004 besteede ik 10% aan mijn huiselijk leven en 90% aan DE LUCHTVAART aktiviteit

 Sedert 2004 heb ik mij aangepast en ben nu 40% met mijn huiselijk leven en nog 60% met DE LUCHTVAART

 Tot 2004 was mijn briefwisseling met POST ,TELEFOON , FAX, TELEX en E-MAIL voor 90% over DE LUCHTVAART

Dat is nu aangepast tot 40% LUCHTVAART en 60% vooral E-MAILTJES met SENIOREN en VRIENDEN

Maak nu ook meer tijd voor mijn huiselijk leven met ANNABEL en genieten van regelmatig onze uitentjes in ANTWERPEN STAD en van onze TUIN

Gelukkig slaap ik meestal maar 6 uurtjes zodat ik elke dag kan beschikken over 18 uur voor almijn aktiviteiten, elke morgend werk ik mijn BLOG,FORUM en E-MAILTJES bij en ga ook even op DE CHAT wat keuvelen met DE VROEGE VOGELS

 Een dag van 24 uur is voor mij nog te koert en een week heeft maar 7 dagen !!!

MAAR ik geniet van het LEVEN

Deze toelichting heb ik geplaatdt om aan te toonen dat waar een wil is, is er een weg maar het vraagt wel 100% inzet van studie en van uw tijd, het was een zeer mooie beroep maar zeer veeleisend, en ik zou het zeker weer aandurven moest ik de kans krijgen als jonge snaak !!!

In function of my activity as IAOPA LIAISON OFFICER at the EUROPEAN

INSTITUTIONS  in BRUSSELS from 1980 til 2004 , have Y promoted the memberschip of

PILOTS and OWNERS toward their NATIONAL AOPA's

In function of this advise do I receive regular e-mails of pilots thad teh AOPA's are too mutch

orientated toward the VFR OPERATIONS

In vieuw of this DI I LIKE TO REMIND thad I also have made reference in EUROPE toward:

OPERATIONS in the ICAO-EUR REGION  and their  publication  INSTRUMENT PILOT

contain a lot of very usefull information they are also member of EAS and are keeping close

contact with AOPA-UK and so toward  WWW.IAOPA-EUR.ORG

Although their main activity is located at UK-LEVEL do they also have a number of other
 
nationality's involved, also in function of the EASA development I would advise to join the PPLIR
 
also beside your AOPA memberschip

 Tevens deze regels toetepassen bij het overvliegen van NATUURGEBIEDEN en ook hinder te vermijden voor de broedzones van vogels

 De noodzaak van een orderlijk gedrag is noodzakelijk om de publieke opinie gunstig te beinvloeden tegen het HELICOPTER VLIEGEN

Vragen over het AF447 ongeval met een AIRBUS330 zal ik hier behandelen als er meer informatie beschikbaar is.

 Their are proposals to have BLACKBOXES to be mandatory in ALL TURBINE POWERED AIRPLANE

Reeds deze morgend kreeg ik een E-mailtje van Rio de Janeiro welk melde dat een A330-200 was verdenen van de RADAR.

Daarna bekwam ik verschillend mailtjes met allerlei gissingen van wat er kon gebeurt zijn.

Tot op heden is er geen verdere juiste informatie

Het is echter zeer onwaarschijnlijk dat een toestel van het type AIRBUS 330 gewoon door DE BLIKSEM of TURBULENTIE kan verongelukken.

Het enigste we zeker weten is dat het niet op zijn bestemming in PARIJS is aangekomen, verder is allemaal gissingen en moeten we wachten op efectieve informatie!!!

Verschillende E-mailers beklagen zich over de nieuwe toegepaste tarieven te EBAW:

ADIVISE TO PIC  GA & AWO

 Presently the operational SELFREFUELING is becoming a utulisation at many AERODROME.

 Read careful the instructions on the  FUEL-SERVICE-STATION

 dont forget the problem of STATICAL ELECTRICITY

 Be aware thad  NO PERSONS may be on bourd during REFUELING except special STANDBY of the FIRE SERVICES.

 Be aware of your responsablity as PIC for the SEFETY PRECAUTIONS !!!
