Reeds deze morgend kreeg ik een E-mailtje van Rio de Janeiro welk melde dat een A330-200 was verdenen van de RADAR.

Daarna bekwam ik verschillend mailtjes met allerlei gissingen van wat er kon gebeurt zijn.

Tot op heden is er geen verdere juiste informatie

Het is echter zeer onwaarschijnlijk dat een toestel van het type AIRBUS 330 gewoon door DE BLIKSEM of TURBULENTIE kan verongelukken.

Het enigste we zeker weten is dat het niet op zijn bestemming in PARIJS is aangekomen, verder is allemaal gissingen en moeten we wachten op efectieve informatie!!!

Verschillende E-mailers beklagen zich over de nieuwe toegepaste tarieven te EBAW:

ADIVISE TO PIC  GA & AWO

 Presently the operational SELFREFUELING is becoming a utulisation at many AERODROME.

 Read careful the instructions on the  FUEL-SERVICE-STATION

 dont forget the problem of STATICAL ELECTRICITY

 Be aware thad  NO PERSONS may be on bourd during REFUELING except special STANDBY of the FIRE SERVICES.

 Be aware of your responsablity as PIC for the SEFETY PRECAUTIONS !!!

Wat betrefd HISTORISCHE VLIEGTUIGEN was  Er een zeer mooie colectie toestellen in    

     vliegende toestand te KORTRIJK-WEVELGEM  / EBKT maar deze is nu verkocht naar
 
verschillende plaatsen  in het buitenland sedert het overlijden van de eigenaar de heer LANDUYT

Heden morgend vermelde ik dat ik slecht geslapen had en sedert gisteren een zware valling heb

alsook een bloedneus en dat ik me even rustig ging houden!!!

uur durende wandeling in DE ZOO gedaan hoor

 Morgen weer normale vrijdag met MARKTBEZOEK en wandeling naar DE ZOO

Predently the aplication of the RESTRUCTURATION of HQ EUROCONTROL has for efect

Developed today a number of new contacts on this subject and received invitation for a number
 
internal meetings to clarify the STAKE HOLDERS situation concerning mainly the VFR

OPERATIONS

A very important MEP visited yestoday a FLY-IN of HISTORICAL AIRPLANE acompagniet by a
Expert of a NATIONAL CAA

Afterwarts whe had a very long and intresting conversation in witch I was abel to inform hem thad

there is a urgent need to develop the required EU enviroment to protect the HISTORICAL

AVIATION ENVIROMENT

The advise of the NATIONAL EXPERT was very negative since he is promoting thad al the

HISTORICAL AIRCRAFT schould be made avaible in a MUSEUM in a NON FLYING

STATUS

I have strongly contested this vieuw I accept thad there schould be financial means avaible to place a

number of AIRCRAFT in the MUSEA

BUT there is urgent need to create the REGULATION to make it possible for SME,NPO or
 
INDIVIDUAL PERSONS to keep HISTORICAL AIRCRAFT avaible in FLYING STATUS

The EXPERT claim there are to many accidents with this old fashion aircraft but could not suply any

concrete figures of the number of accidents in relation to the number of historical aircraft operating in

 the 27 EU memberstates

CONCLUSION:

 IF    REELECTED   ????? the MEP is going to propose the STOA to make a STUDY on the activity of the HISTORICAL AIRCRAFT in the 27 EU memberstates

VISITING the USA, CANADA and AUSTRALIA to colect aditional information

He wil keep regular contacts on a personnel level

the HISTORICAL AIRCRAFT in FLYING CONDITION by NPO and INDIVIDUAL

OWNERS


 HOWEVER ???

 At the EU level via the EASA REGULATION 216/2008 from 19.3.2008 do I receive from various
EU-MEMBERSTATES some very ALARMING messages on a number of problems withe the

aplication of this regulation by their NATIONAL CAA

ontmoetejngen met veel oude bekenden en ook enkele senioren.

Nu even op de PC alvorens voor een lekker etentje te gaan.
