De raadpleging welk ik hou via het FORUM onder het onderwerp NIEUWS geef ik door aan een aantal EU-MEP welk daar degelijk wel aandacht aan besteden in hun inbreng via hun politieke groep en de gevormde besluitvoering tijdens de debatten over dit onderwerp.

Sedert enkele maanden werd een klasering aangevraagd van de onlangs verlaten gebouwendie vroeger tot 1946 voor onze SABENA en vervolgens voor de LUCHTMACHT tot in  2001 als vlieghaven   dienden en die op het grondgebied van HAREN liggen.

AVIA PALACE  en zijn uitbreiding van 1933 van de laatste terminal zijn prachtige verwezenlijkingen tussen ART DECO en MODERNISME

En is verbonden  met onze pionieren van BELGISCH CONGO en van DE BELGISCHE LUCHTVAART  via SABENA

Daarom tracht men nu om daarvoor de nodige handtekeningen te verzamelen, voor dit lovenswaardig iniatief raden we u aan contact op te nemen per E-MAIL  LUC.BARRY@SKYNET.BE

Bij onze AMERIKAANSE FAA heeft men nu een program ingevoerd om jongeren te motiveren voor de VLIEGTUIGONDERHOUD om het voorspelde gebrek aan goede LUCHTVAART MEKANIEKERS op te vangen!!

After aditional evaluation of the situation of SAINT HUBERT, SPA and CERFONTAINE AERODROME do whe urgently advise the WALOON AIRSPACE USERS to start up prepare their organisations to be active with a number of dedicated VOLUNTEERS or BENEVOL in a similar way as this has been aplied in FRANCE under the inpuls of the FFA and the UK PFA

Een der punten welk ik tijdens mijn contacten met de BELGISCHE VLIEGTUIGEIGENAARS  die  vliegen als GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK zijn de steeds terugkerende klachten over het gebrek aan goede onderhoud.
In vele gevallen is de onderhoud  in de firma's van lage kwaliteit maar de facturen zijn torenhoog

As I was already aware the LASER SURGERY has been a solution for obtaining a perfect vision.

Apaerently in the USA has this now been aplied and aproved for the NAVY PILOT population in such a way thad aging fighter pilots can remain longer operationel in the cockpit, and recruits who in the past due to bad vision would have disqualified are now aproved for the FIGHTER PILOT training.

Where in EUROPE a number of persons after LASER SURGERY are found unfit to be aproved as a ICAO or JAR/FCL-3 medical ?????

In function of my initial advise to the FI dit i receive also a justified aditional point to be taken  in function of a number of recent incidents during the conversion , qualification , check out or Bi-annual flights:

 1- use of BASIC INSTRUMENT FLYING exercises
 2- Revieuw of FUEL PLANNING
 3- PERFORMANCES calculation
 4- Operational LEANING for the specific AIRCRAFT

Tijdens een aantal gespreken aangaande de aanpassing van de REGULATION 1592/2002 van 15 july 2002 door het voorstel COM(2005)579 wees ik er op dat de DEFINITION of RECREATIONAL OPERATION schould be adapted from 5700 kgr down to 2000  kgr and a maximum seating capacity of 4 the PILOT included with a NON-COMPLEX_MOTOR-POWERED AIRCRAFT

Yestoday made some follow up on the future CHARGING SYSTEM at EU LEVEL  for AVIATION related SERVICES and INFRASTRUCTURE witch  CBA is going to be presented  to the SES-COMITIE,ENLARGED COMMITIE ( EUROCONTROL) and  the ICB and if no major changes to be introduced to be voted in SEPTEMBER

I presume the AIRSPACE USERS ORGANISATION will be present on this presentation to evaluate the efect on the NON CAT operations

Out of a number of INCIDENTS REPORTS and DEBRIEFING from the involved PILOTS( PPL)of AIRPLANE,HELICOPTER,GLIDER,ULM and BALLOON does it apaer thad there is a urgent need in the NON COMMERCIAL AIRSPACE USERS thad the FI pay more attention to a number of factors:
 1- FLICHT PREPARATIONS
 2- WEIGHT & BALANCE
 3- AIRSPACE INFRINGEMENTS
 4- R/T phrasology acording ICAO
 5- By conversion on a new A/C pay also attention to the KNOWLEDGE of the present AVIONICS on each specifique A/C
 6- use of updated NAVIGATION CHARTS
 7- LOW NOISE PROCEDURES
 8- Selection of  FLICHT ALTITUDE to reduce GROUNDNUISANCES
 9- More attention on THE LOOK OUT and avoiding the HEAD DOWN situations

FTO & RF managers schould also play ae role in this recommendations!!!

FI during flight checks should make each flight with a PILOT a intensive revision of the les usual applied procedures witch the normal pilot is not more using during his normal flights

The UPGRADING schould be a permanent task in vieuw to avoid aditional imposed restrictions on the VFR AIRSPACE USERS POPULATION in the future?????

There is urgent need for a upgrading the QUALITY of the older PILOT POPULATION toward the new more complex AIRCRAFT and their AVIONICS

There is also a PROACTIF role for the AIRSPACE ORGANISATIONS to play in this

Pendant notre sejour dans les ardennes avec quelque mandataire politique le sujet concernait l'AVIATION.

Dans cela ont doit se realiser que la tendance de MET est de ne plus exploiter les aerodrome de SAINT HUBERT,SPA et CERFONTAINE par czs propres service mais de cela metre en exploitation par des firmes ou asbl prive a partir de l'annee budgetaire 2008.
Cela implique que les utulisateur devrai cherchez des formule pour fair gerer ces aerodrome sans participation financiere de l'ETAT ou de la REGION

Vandaag weer een intresante dag met bezoek te BRUSSEL van de EU EC bij de DG-TREN en na de middag in het EP TRAN  een aantal LUCHTVAART onderwerpen op te volgen

Deze vraag heb ik gesteld op het FORUM onder de titel NIEUWS in functie ven het daar gestelde onderwerp "VERGEEFS GEZOCHT"

 Een intresant onderwerp of niet ????

Gezien de veelvuldige vragen  via E-MAIL over het ULM vliegen verwijs ik naar vroeger berichten op deze BLOG door gewoon in de linkerzijde 'ULM' in te typen!!

ZOEKEN IN BLOG

Een kort bezoek aan het VLIEGVELD of moet ik zeggen :                                            LUCHTHAVEN   KORTRIJK-WEVELGEM

Stel ik vast dat er buiten de sterke ontwikkeling van GENERAL AVIATION voor ZAKENVLUCHTEN via de firma ABELAG  en van AERIAL WORK door enkele vliegclubs en FTO er ook nog altijd de aktiviteiten van :
FLANDERS AVIATION SOCIETY (vzw)  welk nog steeds zeer aktief is in de promotie van de  LUCHT- en RUIMTEVAART voor IEDEREEN
 en door een aantal vrijwilligers nog steeds een belangrijke taak vervult in de LUCHTVAART

Tijdens mijn kort bezoek aan het vliegveld EBMO ontdekte ik dat er naast de militaire paratraining en het PARA CENTRUM VLAANDEREN er ook  terug een zeer aktieve ULM VLIEGCLUB MOORSELE  er terug zijn vleugels in het luchtruim heeft ontplooid:  www.vliegclubmoorsele.be

Vernam vrijdag dat LUXAIR de aankoop van 3 of 4 BOMBARDIER Q400 heeft ondertekend vooral bestemt voor de vluchten op LONDON CITY

Op dinsdag 20 juni omstrreks 0900 uur komt het staatsbezoek van de NEDERLANDSE KONIGIN BEATRIX per vliegtuig aan op de ANTWERPSE LUCHTHAVEN
