NO FLIGHTS without TCAS in CONTROLLED AIRSPACE

In the USA are there more MIDAIR between GA and CAT then in EU

MR Arunas DEGUTIS MEP from ALDE  and PPL stated thad the  Luis Queiro  from PPE-ED DRAFT REPORT is aceptable for GENERAL AVITION but he would introduce some ammendemets before 10 NOVEMBER in vieuw to have te report on the Agenda for 02 December in TRAN and in PLENAIRY in January 2009

There was also STRONG SUPPORT from Georg JARZEMBOWSKI from PPE-ED
