    She's Crazy For Leaving
    Composer(s): Rodney Crowell; Guy Clark
Performer(s): Rodney Crowell; Guy Clark; Steve Wariner

    Well the bus pulled away
    In a roaring black cloud
While I stood in the road
And honey I hollered right out loud

    Hey darlin' I love you
    Hey bus driver whoa
But you can't stop a woman
    When she's out of control

    She's crazy for leavin'
    I told her so
When the boys at the bus stop
Just said man let her go
    She's crazy for leavin'
    I told her so
But you can't stop a woman
    When she's out of control

So I punched out my truck
    On a telephone pole
    Now she never looked back
She just said go driver go

Well I know I could have caught her
But I ran out of luck
She was long gone to Lufkin
By the time they cut me out of my truck

    She's crazy for leavin'
    I told her so
When the boys at the bus stop
Just said man let her go
    She's crazy for leavin'
    I told her so
But you can't stop a woman
    When she's out of control

So I kicked and I cussed
    That old east Texas road
I throwed rocks at my truck
    Which had busted my nose

    You add insult to injury
    What do you get
You get a bus stop full of honkies
    That don't ever forget

    She's crazy for leavin'
    I told her so
When the boys at the bus stop
Just said man let her go
    She's crazy for leavin'
    I told her so
But you can't stop a woman
    When she's out of control

    Say You
    Composer(s): J.B. Hicks

Say you, over there, please come here
Say you, over there, don't be afraid
Say you, over there, my name is Ronnie
I think you're gonna be my girl

Tonight mister moon, shines his light
Tonight be mine, let me hold you tight
Tonight your lips, glisten so bright
I think your gonna be my girl

I know we're strangers, frome different places
And it doesn't seem right at all
But when I saw, your angel face
    I couldn't help but call

Say you, you are, the one for me
Say you, I'll treat you, so tenderly
Say you, oh this just, has to be
I think you're gonna be my girl

One Child, One Day Composer(s): Gerry House; Layng Martine Jr. Performer(s): Reba McEntire

Three wise men, a shining star A mother and a father who had come so far How could they know about their son And the miracle he'd become That he held the soul of man In his tiny little hands One child one day And the universe will never be the same From Bethlehem 'Cause the angels' voices rejoicing in his name Oh, and I believe with all my heart That he will show the way And you and I will meet One child one day A small white church, a mountainside Cathedrals filled with music, and golden light Oh, we gather everywhere For the peace that's always there For the story that is told Of a birth so long ago One child one day And the universe will never be the same From Bethlehem 'Cause the angels' voices rejoicing in his name Oh, and I believe with all my heart That he will show the way And you and I will meet One child one day

    Say Yes
    Composer(s): Nicholas Caldwell
    Performer(s): The Whispers

    Come here, let’s talk dear
There are things inside me, I want you to hear
I want to soak into to you like rain
Make love until my energy drains
And as lust erases all shame
    You’ll scream my name
    Out of pleasure not pain

    If you just say yes
    I will do the rest

Come here, this is your hour
    Like raindrops on a flower
Come bathe in my love shower
Then let me blow your body dry
Kiss the tears from your sexy eyes
And as our passion begins to rise
We’ll lay hypnotized by the pleasure inside

If you just say yes, please say yes
    I’ll do the rest

Ooh, I want to build you a dream home
Made of love not just wood and stone
Give you the deed to all that I own
    Give you love beyond limit
Give you babies in our image

    If you just say yes
    I’ll do the rest

    Have you ever been kissed
From head to toe, down your back
    Around to your navel?
Well, you got that coming my sweet
And even more tricks and treats
I’m willing and able because I love you
    Really, really love you
And I’m so damn proud of you baby
    Say Yes
    Baby please say yes!

    Once Upon A Christmas
    Composer(s): Dolly Parton
Performer(s): Dolly Parton & Kenny Rogers; Selah

Once upon a Christmas far away in Bethlehem
Mary being great with child had no place to lie down
So Joseph found a stable in which Mary had her child
Once upon a Christmas was the birth of Jesus Christ

Once upon a Christmas in a manger far away
A King was born his palace was a manger filled with hay
His royal robe was swadding cloth a halo was his crown
Once upon a Christmas away in Bethlehem

And all the world rejoiced because the King was born at last
A saviour had been promised now it had come to pass
And the joyful news that he was born spread quickly far and wide
Once upon a Christmas was the birth of Jesus Christ

Once upon a Christmas from the Far East wise men came
With gold and myrrh and frankincense to praise the newborn King
And shepherds left their flocks and came to see and worship him
Unce upon a Christmas away in Bethlehem
    And all the world rejoiced...

    All the world rejoiced...
Unce upon a Christmas far away in Bethlehem

    Will There Be Any Stars?
    Composer(s): John R. Sweeney; Eliza E. Hewitt
    Performer(s): Alison Krauss
    and multiple other artists

I am thinking today of that beautiful land
I shall reach when the sun goeth down
When through wonderful grace by my Savior I stand
Will there be any stars in my crown?

Will there be any stars, any stars in my crown
When at evening the sun goeth down?
When I wake with the blessed in the mansions of rest
Will there be any stars in my crown?

In the strength of the Lord let me labor and pray
Let me watch as a winner of souls
That bright stars may be mine in the glorious day
When His praise like the sea billow rolls

Will there be any stars, any stars in my crown
When at evening the sun goeth down?
When I wake with the blessed in the mansions of rest
Will there be any stars in my crown?

O, what joy it will be when His face I behold
Living gems at his feet to lay down
It would sweeten my bliss in the city of gold
Should there be any stars in my crown

Will there be any stars, any stars in my crown
When at evening the sun goeth down?
When I wake with the blessed in the mansions of rest
Will there be any stars in my crown?

    Say What
    Composer(s): Jesse Winchester

    Hey girl say hey
    Say what a watcha say
    Hey girl say hey
    Say what

The latest news is somewhat depressing
The latest figures are a li'l bit distressing
So what you say can we let it slide for a day darlin'
    What you say

I get the word from Arthur my broker
He says "sell it all son and stick to poker"
So what you say if we let it slide for a day darlin'
    What you say

    What's the big rush
    What's the big hurry
We've all the time in the world for the worry
We'll tell the world that we'll meet 'em on Sunday
Then we don't show up until Monday, alright

I don't sweat it that much as a rule
But lately it's been rough keeping cool
So hey what you say if we let it slide for a day darlin'
    What you say

The daily grind is getting me frantic
'Cause I see myself as a laid-back romantic
So hey what you say if we let it slide for a day girl
    Oh what you say

    On This Day
Composer(s): Michael Patrick Heeney; David Scarlett
    Performer(s): Reba McEntire; Omaha

The kids were up before dawn this morning
Right to the Christmas tree they ran
Called up the stairs for us to hurry
Wait for this day for about as long as they could stand

While trading presents the little one asks me
Why do we have Christmas each year
I said long ago a child was born this day
He's a gift more precious then all you see here

    'Cause on this day
    A child was born
    In the town of Bethlehem
    And on this day
God sent his son to bring peace and goodwill
    To all men
Oh on this day we call Christmas
    We honor his name
    On this day
We recall all the reasons he came
    On this day
    On this day

Grandma and Grandpa arrived after breakfast
The rest of the gang by noon
We spent the day watching football and breaking in toys
    Helping out in the kitchen
    Catching up on old news

    When the dinner bell rang
    We all took our places
Grandpa said who wants to say grace
Before anyone else could utter a word
Oh the little one bowed her head
    And she started to say

    'Cause on this day
    A child was born
    In the town of Bethlehem
    And on this day
God sent his son to bring peace and goodwill
    To all men
Oh on this day we call Christmas
    We honor his name
    On this day
We recall all the reasons he came
    On this day
    On this day

Oh on this day we call Christmas
    We honor his name
    On this day
We recall all the reasons he came

    Say That We're Sweethearts Again
    Composer(s): Brent
    Performer(s): Dorothy Shay

Life used to be a gay thing
A filled with happiness, night and day thing
It was something to have and to hold
But it seems that your love grew cold

I never knew that our romance had ended
    Until you poisoned my food
And I thought it was a lie
When you kicked me in the pie
But now I think it was rude

I never knew that our romance had finished
Until that bottle hit my head
Though I tried to be aloof
When you pushed me off the roof
I feel our romance is dead

It wouldn't have been so bad if you'd told me
That someone had taken my place
But no, you didn't even scold me
You just tried to disfigure my face

You'll never know how my poor heart is breaking
It looks so helpless, but then
Life used to be so classic
Won't you please put back that acid
And say that w're sweethearts again

    Oh, how well I remember
    That night in Bridgeport
That was the night you gave me the hotfoot
I thought that there was sort of a strange look in your eyes
But you smiled, and well, it made everything alright
Then there was the time we went canoeing
And you set fire to my dress
You said you pushed me overboard to put out the flame
But I never quite understood why you held me under water so long
Now, I've never met this girl who's taking my place
But I wish you all the happiness in the world
And if there's anything I can do
You know you can always reach me in room number 304
    In the General Hospital
    Farewell, my sweet

You'll never know how my poor heart is breaking
It looks so helpless, but then
My love can go just so far
Won't you please put down that crow bar
And say that we're sweethearts again

On Christmas Morning Composer(s): David Foster; Kenny Loggins Performer(s): Kenny Loggins; Michael McDonald

    Ol' December's here at last
    Time for celebration
    Christmas present, Christmas past
Tumble down together like the snow
    What a show
    Now the snowman Karen made
    Is melting by the roadside
    On the wind a serenade
Of children's voices singing I believe
I believe in love, I believe

    On Christmas morning
    You awaken with a smile
You hold me in your arms
    We watch the snowflakes fly
    And then you love me
And I realize how sweet a life can be
    All the memories
    Coming back again this year

    Sentimental melodies
Surround me like an old friend
Spent a winter here with me
Silently we watched the seasons change
    And they change so fast
    Fade away

    On Christmas morning
    You awaken with a smile
You hold me in your arms
    We watch the snowflakes fly
    And then you love me
And I realize how sweet a life can be
All the memories will always take me back
    Hold me back in time

    On Christmas morning
    You awaken with a smile
You hold me in your arms
    We watch the snowflakes fly
    And then you love me
And I realize how sweet a life can be
Oh, the memories will always take me back in time
    To Christmas morning
    On Christmas morning

Say something sweet to your sweetheart
Tell her how much you care
Say something sentimental, it won’t cost a thing
You’ll find what happiness a gentle word can bring

You can’t hide those love words inside you
And still keep the one you adore
So, say something sweet to your sweetheart
And you’ll be sweethearts forever more

Say something sweet to your sweetheart
Tell her how much you care
Say something sentimental, it won’t cost a thing
You’ll find what happiness a gentle word can bring

On A Snowy Christmas Night Composer(s): Stanley Gelber First recording/First release by: Elvis Presley - 1971

Midnight prayers so softly whispered in
    A Cathedral's candle light
Bring the message of the holidays
    On a snowy Christmas night

    Holly wreaths and hidden mistletoe
    Symbols of the seasons might
    Joyful faces everywhere you go
    On a snowy Christmas night

Give thanks for all you've been blessed with
And hold your loved ones tight
For you know the Lord's been good to you
    On a snowy Christmas night

Mother Nature wears a bridal gown
For the world is dressed in white
There's a silent glow that fills the earth
    On a snowy Christmas night

For you know the Lord's been good to you
    On a snowy Christmas night

    and I need you

    Why, why make me weep
    cry in my sleep
    cause I need you

    Say maybe
Won't you even say sometime, baby
won't you say lovin' words again

    Say baby
Don't you know I'm a fool about you
If I tried, I could live without you
for maybe a day (maybe a day)

    I, I've been around
    finally found
    and I need you

Old toy trains, little toy tracks
Little toy drums coming from a sack
Carried by a man dressed in white and red
Little boy, don't you think it's time you were in bed?

    Close your eyes
    Listen to the skies
All is calm, all is well

    Say Man
    Composer(s): Ellas McDaniel
    Performer(s): Bo Diddley

(Alternate lines spoken by Bo Diddley and Jerome Green):

    Say man
    What's that boy?
I want to tell you 'bout your girlfriend
    What about my girl?
Well, you don't look strong enough to take the message
    I'm strong enough
    I might hurt your feelings
My feelings are already hurt by being here with you
Well, I was walking down the street with your girl the other day
    Ah-ha
And the wind was blowin' real hard
    Is that right?
And the wind blew her hair into my face
    Ah-ha
    You know what else happened?
    What happened?
The wind blew her hair into her face
    Yeh?
And we went a little further; you wanna hear the rest of it?
    I might as well
The wind blew her hair into the street!
Ok; since you told me about my girl, I'm gonna tell you about yours
I was walking down the street with your girl
    Yes?
I took her home, for a drink, you know
    Took her home?
    Yeh, jus' for a drink
    Oh
But that chick looked so ugly, she had to sneak up on the glass to get a drink of water!
You've got the nerve to call somebody ugly
why you so ugly the stork that brought you in the world oughta be arrested!
That's alright; my momma didn't have to put a sheet on my head so sleep could slip up on me!
    Look-a here!
    What's that?
    Where are you from?
    South America
    What's that?
    South America
You don't look like no South American to me
    I'm still from South America
    What part?
    South Texas!
Where are your workin' boots at?
    I've got 'em on
Those aren't no boots you got on; those broguettes!
    Hey, look-a here!
    What's that?
I've bin tryin' to figure out what you is
I already figured out what You is!
    What's that?
You that thing I throw peanuts at!
    Look-a here!
    What's that?
You should be ashamed of yourself
    Why?
    Calling people ugly
    I didn't call you ugly
    What you say?
I said you was ruined, that's all!
    You know somethin'?
    What?
You look like you've bin whooped with a ugly-stick!
Hey! I ain't got nothin' to do with it, but I beat the fellah right...!

    Old Sam's Christmas Pudding
    Composer(s): Marriott Edgar
    Performer(s): Stanley Holloway

It was Christmas Day in the trenches
    In Spain in Penninsular War
And Sam Small were cleaning his musket
    A thing as he'd ne're done before

They'd had 'em inspected that morning
And Sam had got into disgrace
For when sergeant had looked down the barrel
A sparrow flew out in his face

    The sergeant reported the matter
To Lieutenant Bird then and there
    Said Lieutenant 'How very disgusting'
The Duke must be told of this 'ere'

The Duke were upset when he heard
He said, 'I'm astonished, I am
I must make a most drastic example
There'll be no Christmas pudding for Sam'

When Sam were informed of his sentence
Surprise, rooted him to the spot
'Twas much worse than he had expected
He though as he'd only be shot

And so he sat cleaning his musket
    And polishing barrel and butt
While the pudding his mother had sent him
Lay there in the mud at his foot

Now the centre that Sam's lot were holding
Ran around a place called Badajoz
Where the Spaniards had put up a bastion
And ooh...! what a bastion it was

They pounded away all the morning
With canister, grape shot and ball
But the face of the bastion defied them
They made no impression at all

    They started again after dinner
Bombarding as hard as they could
And the Duke brought his own private cannon
    But that weren't a ha'pence o' good

The Duke said, 'Sam, put down thy musket
And help me lay this gun true'
Sam answered, 'You'd best ask your favours
From them as you give pudding to'

The Duke looked at Sam so reproachful
'And don't take it that way,' said he
'Us Generals have got to be ruthless
It hurts me more than it did thee'

Sam sniffed at these words kind of sceptic
Then looked down the Duke's private gun
And said 'We'd best put in two charges
We'll never bust bastion with one'

He tipped cannon ball out of muzzle
He took out the wadding and all
He filled barrel chock full of powder
Then picked up and replaced the ball

He took a good aim at the bastion
Then said 'Right-o, Duke, let her fly'
The cannon nigh jumped off her trunnions
And up went the bastion, sky high

The Duke, he weren't 'alf elated
He danced around trench full of glee
And said, 'Sam, for this gallant action
You can hot up your pudding for tea'

Sam looked 'round to pick up his pudding
But it wasn't there, nowhere about
In the place where he thought he had left it
Lay the cannon ball he'd just tipped out

Sam saw in a flash what 'ad happened
    By an unprecedented mishap
The pudding his mother had sent him
    Had blown Badajoz off map

That's why fuisilliers wear to this moment
    A badge which they think's a grenade
    But they're wrong... it's a brass reproduction
Of the pudding Sam's mother once made

    Say it with music
    Beautiful music
    Somehow they’d rather be kissed
To the strains of Chopin or Liszt

    A melody mellow
    Played on a cello
    Helps Mister Cupid along
So say it with a beautiful song

    A melody mellow
    Played on a cello
    Helps Mister Cupid along
So say it with a beautiful song

    Old Fashioned Christmas
    Composer(s): Jimmy Martin; Paul Williams
    Performer(s): Jimmy Martin

I can see the holly in the window
    Decorations on the tree
    Stockings hung by the fireplace
Hung there with tenderness and glee
Soon old santa will be coming
There'll be lots of presents neath the tree
Back home at this old fashion Christmas
The whole family will make it complete

Yes this time of year is rather special to me
When the snow whitens the mountains
    The valleys and the trees
Memories form a picture in my mind from days of old
    Of an old fashion Christmas
And the family together back at home
I can see my sisters and my brothers, John & Roy
Everyone so happy and all so full of joy

Daddy and mother admire each one of us so dear
And the children are playing together
And all of them so full of cheer
Yes this memory of home in my heart
Is a memory that time will never take away
Because it lives all over again each year on Christmas day

So let me say to you,
If you are home or faraway
I hope you'll have an old fashion Christmas
And a Happy New Year's Day
Soon old santa will be coming
There'll be lots of presents neath the tree
Back home at this old fashion Christmas
The whole family will make it complete
