    Ther is a major DIFERENCE between a

    LOBBYIST and a person

    REPRESENTING a ORGANISATION

    A number of Years I was the
     
    OFICIAL LIAISON OFFICER

    for IAOPA ( world) at the
     
    EU INSTITUTIONS in BRUSSELS

    I was assigned in 1980 by DOC to introduce

    IAOPA for GENERAL AVIATION
     
    in this new developing institution  and

    AUTHORITY in EUROPE composed

    of 12 memberstates

    For this I was introduced on behave of

    IAOPA at the following;

    EP

    EC

    ESEC

    COR

    STOA

    Variuos DG of the EC

    EUROCONTROL

    NATO

    and the many other ORGANISATIONS

     representing AIRSPACE USERS at

    INTERNATIONAL level

    I also made visits with the

    SECRETATY GENERAL,PRESIDENTS

      and DELEGATIONS of IAOPA

    I was involved in developing IAOPA-EUR

    and EGASF

    Until 2004

    This means YOU are visual as the

    DELEGATE of the ORGANISATION

    That is where I obtained the denomination

    MISTER GENERAL AVIATION

    In 2005 I started as EU-LOBBYIST at the EU untl 2010

    This is a complete different way of operating

    YOU DO NOT SCHOW no more the

    FLAG or the OPINION of IAOPA

    But try via personnel contacts  with MEP,
     
    POLICAL GROUPS,EXPERTS

    and ADMINISTRATIF PERSONEL to

      influence their KNOWLEDGE and their input 

    and  obtain via this  BENEFITS  for

    GENERAL AVIATION and

    AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS
