Although I ame now no more daily involved
with the various EU institutions
Have I circulated some advise and sugestions in line with the ECA documents to a number of contact persons
in EASA,DG-MOVE,EP(MEP) and HQ EUROCONTROL
I recal thad this subject was already on the agende in the EEC-institutions in meetings in 1981
I myself have never been involved in CAT but was active als PILOT/FI in LT/AVN and CIVILIAN AVIATION on FIXED WING ( SEL) and HELICOPTERS
And I ame aware of the problem of FATIGUE via a number of EX-STUDENTS operational in the present CAT operations
