Nada (Raphael)
Nada
Composer(s): Manuel Alejandro
Performer(s): Raphael
Nada, nada, nada, nada

Impressioni Di Settembre
Impressioni Di Settembre
Composer(s): Franco Mussida; Mogol; Mauro Pagani
First release by: Premiata Forneria Marconi - 1971
Covered by multiple other artists
Quante gocce di rugiada intorno a me
cerco il sole, ma non c'è
Dorme ancora la campagna, forse no
è sveglia, mi guarda, non so
Già l'odor di terra, odor di grano
sale adagio verso me
resta fermo come me

Nada
Composer(s): Jose Dames; Horacio Sanguinetti
Performer(s): Juan Carlos Baglietto;
and various other artists
He llegado hasta tu casa
que hoy he vuelto arrepentido
a buscar tu amor
Ya me alejo de tu casa
y me voy yo ni se a donde
sin querer te digo adiós
y hasta el eco de tu voz
de la nada me responde
En la cruz de tu candado
por tu pena yo he rezado
y ha rodado en tu portón
una lagrima hecha flor
de mi pobre corazón

Fairy Godmother:
Cinderella?
Cinderella:
Who are you?
Fairy Godmother:
I'm your fairy godmother
Cinderella:
How beautiful you are
Fairy Godmother:
I'm made of all of your most beautiful hopes and dreams and wishes
Cinderella:
Oh, Fairy godmother, I have only one wish just now.... to go to the ball.... and I know it is impossible
Fairy Godmother:
Impossible?
Bah, what's a fairy godmother for?
Cinderella:
To make my wish come true?
Fairy Godmother:
If you wish it hard enough
Now let me see you'll need a coach, and four horses, and a coachman, and a groom
Cinderella:
Is it possible to get those things by wishing for them?
Fairy Godmother:
Well, the sensible people of this world will say
Fol-de-rol and fiddle dee dee and fiddley faddley foddle all the wishes in the world are poppy cock and twoddle.
Cinderella:
Aren't they?
Fairy Godmother:
Not always
The sensible people will also say
Fol-de-rol and fiddle dee dee and fiddley faddley foodle all the dreamers in the world are dizzy in the noodle
Cinderella:
And aren't they?
Fairy Godmother:
Not always, especially when there is someone who loves you to help you
Now, to work
For a coach I believe I see a pumpkin over there -- that'll do very nicely
Cinderella:
A pumpkin?
Fairy Godmother:
I see you have four pet mice in a cage .. they'll do very nicely for the horses
Cinderella:
Mice?
For horses?
Fairy Godmother:
Mm hmm..
Now let me see, something's peering at us from under that shrub
Oh yes, it's a fine fat rat with whiskers, and his brother they'll do very nicely for the coachman and the groom
Cinderella:
Oh, dear Fairy Godmother it all seems so impossible!!
Fairy Godmother:
Impossible for a plain yellow pumpkin to become a golden carriage
Impossible for a plain country bumpkin and a prince to join in marriage
And four white mice will never be four white hourses
Such fol-de-rol and fiddle dee dee of courses
Impossible!
But the world is full of zanies and fools who don't believe in sensible rules and won't believe what sensible people say ..
And because these daft and dewey eyed dopes keep building up impossible hopes impossible things are happening every day!
Cinderella:
Impossible!
Fairy Godmother:
Impossible!
Cinderella:
Impossible!
Fairy Godmother:
Impossible!
Cinderella:
And remember how very very hard I am wishing!
Fairy Godmother:
Impossible for a plain yellow pumpkin to become a golden carriage..
Impossible for a plain country bumpkin and a prince to join in marriage
And four white mice will never be four white horses..
Cinderella:
They will!!
Fairy Godmother:
Such fol-de rol and fiddle dee dee of courses Impossible!
Cinderella:
But the world is full of zanies and fools who don't believe in sensible rules and won't believe what sensible people say
Both:
And because these daft and dewey eyed dopes keep building up impossible hopes impossible things are happening every day
Fairy Godmother:
Look!
Cinderella:
Oh, oh, it is a golden coach, and four white horses and a coachman and a groom
Fairy Godmother:
You are going to the ball
Cinderella:
Oh, oh my clothes
Fairy Godmother:
Oh dear of course how thoughtless of me
There!!
Cinderella:
Oh Fairy Godmother how beautiful!!
I am dressed like a princess
Fairy Godmother:
And here are your slippers
Cinderella:
They're made of glass
Fairy Godmother:
Put them on
Cinderella:
They fit perfectly!
Fairy Godmother:
Now!
You are ready for the ball
But there is one thing you must remember
You must leave before the stroke of midnight, for the magic will last no longer
Cinderella:
I will remember
Oh fairy godmother how wonderful it all is!!
Cinderella:
It's possible for a plain yellow pumpkin to become a golden carriage
It's possible for a plain country bumpkin and a prince to join in marriage
Fairy Godmother:
And four white mice are easily turned to horses
Such fal de rah and fiddle dee dee of courses
Quite possible!
Both:
It's possible!
Cinderella:
For the world is full of zanies and fools who don't believe in sensible rules and won't believe what sensible people say
Both:
And because these daft and dewey eyed dopes keep building up impossible hopes Impossible things are happening every day
Cinderella:
It's possible
Fairy Godmother:
It's possible

It's possible
Fairy Godmother:
It's possible

Fairy Godmother:
It's possible
Both:

Naast Jou
Naast Jou

Impossible
Impossible
Composer(s): Steve Allen
Performer(s): Nat King Cole
and multiple other artists
If they had ever told me
How sweet a kiss could be
I would have said, “Impossible
Impossible for me”
And if they said, “You’ll find love
Beyond the rainbow’s end”
I would have said, “Impossible
Impossible, my friend”
To dream about what might have been
Is strange enough for me
But now it seems I’m livin’ in
A dream too beautiful to be
If they had said a moonbeam
Would calm a stormy sea
I would have said, “Impossible”
But now at last I see
That nothing is impossible
If you are here with me

Naar Oostland
Naar Oostland
(Traditional)
Naar Oostland willen wij rijden
Naar Oostland willen wij mee
Al over die groene heiden
Fris over die heiden
Daar is er een betere stee
Als wij binnen Oostland komen,
Al onder dat hoge huis fijn
Daar worden wij binnen gelaten
Fris over die heiden
Zij heten ons willekom zijn
Ja, willekom moeten wij wezen
Zeer willekom moeten wij zijn
Daar zullen wij avond en morgen
Fris over die heiden
Fris over die heiden
Daar woont er mijn zoete lief

Imposible

Performer(s): Rocco Granata
Ga je mee naar het land van de zon
De grote zon, een luchtballon
Geef mij je hand
Ik weet een land
Waar alles goed is
Geef mij je hand
Ga je mee naar het land van de zon
De grote zon, een luchtballon
Zing maar met mee met mijn accordeon
En wuif eens blij naar elk balkon
Roep naar je vriendjes 'kom mee'
En speel je blokfluit voor twee
Want iedereen moet het horen
Ik weet een land
Geef me je lach
Iedere dag
Zoen heel de wereld
Geef me je lach
Ga je mee naar het land van de zon
De grote zon, een luchtballon
Zing maar met mee met mijn accordeon
En wuif eens blij naar elk balkon
Roep naar je vriendjes 'kom mee'
En speel je blokfluit voor twee
Want iedereen moet het horen
Ik weet een land
Geef me je hart
Blank, geel en zwart
Zing van de vreugde
Geef me je hart
Ga je mee naar het land van de zon
De grote zon, een luchtballon
Zing maar met mee met mijn accordeon
En wuif eens blij naar elk balkon
Roep naar je vriendjes 'kom mee'
En speel je blokfluit voor twee
Want iedereen moet het horen
Ik weet een land
Ga je mee naar het land van de zon
De grote zon, een luchtballon
Zing maar met mee met mijn accordeon

Implications
Implications
Composer(s): Shawn Phillips
Performer(s): Shawn Phillips
She brought me love like no one else has ever
Brought me through these many years
She made me sound and took me 'round in ever upward swirling chandeliers
At the pain of an ending is like a cauldron seething in fire
For no one else could ever take me higher
The roses sent were never meant as offerings of peace for all the tears
Nor solace for the years alone
I cannot bring myself to voice my fears
Oh, but life you are sacred, you are the only the we bear
You are adamant implication that we care
The winds of life have brought me strife, I must face up to what
I think is real, and if she wants to go to him I will not hold her
back from what she feels
Ah the love gives me courage, it stops the pain and heals me inside
My very soul is a thing I cannot hide
The windows in her eyes are dark
The stars are never there as they appeared and gone is all the joy for me
She's found another man and I am here
Ah the pain of an ending is like a cauldron seething fire,
For no one else could ever take me higher
In the sky to the blue of God's eye where the winds begin to blow
And the earth is brown and green and gold
With the universe above and I must not lose my love
No I must not lose my love again

Naar Buiten
Naar Buiten
Performer(s): Wim Sonneveld
't Landschap is nu bloedrood

Immortality
Immortality
Composer(s): Barry Gibb; Robin Gibb; Maurice Gibb
Performer(s): Bee Gees
and multiple other artists
So this is who I am
And this is all I know
And I must choose to live
For all that I can give
The spark that makes the power grow
And I will stand for my dream if I can
Symbol of my faith in who I am
But you are my only
And I must follow on the road that lies ahead
And I won't let my heart control my head
But you are my only
And we don't say goodbye
And I know what I've got to be
Immortality
I make my journey through eternity
I keep the memory of you and me inside
Fulfill your destiny
Is there within the child
My storm will never end
My fate is on the wind
The king of hearts, the joker's wild
But we don't say goodbye
I'll make them all remember me
Cos I have found a dream that must come true
Every ounce of me must see it though
But you are my only
I'm sorry I don't have a role for love to play
Hand over my heart I'll find my way
I will make them give to me
Immortality
There is a vision and a fire in me
I keep the memory of you and me, inside
And we don't say goodbye
We don't say goodbye
With all my love for you
And what else we may do
We don't say, goodbye

Na Na Na
Na Na Na
Performer(s): Cozy Powell
Na na na na
When I was a kid my old man said to me
When you grow up son what cha gonna be?
You gonna go to school and get a degree?
Or you gonna go to work in a factory?
I said
Na na na na
I know what I want and I know what I can
And I wanna get a job in a rock'n roll band
Well
The man at the desk said
I know how you feel
But how d'ya like a job fixing automobiles
Your card says you got no musical training
I said hey
Look man
You just don't get my meaning
I don't wanna be no guitar star
And the man on the piano works too damn hard
And the bass man he don't cop for no glamour
I wanna be the man with the fifty pound hammer going
Na na na na
I know you get your kicks
Playing Hendrix licks
You're a wizard of Wembley Central
You're the J.S. Bach of Belsize park
And me I'm just plain mental
But when I play my boogie
When I play my blues
It's like a whole tank regiment on the move
You can play the notes and you can tell the story
Me I'll just settle for the power and the glory

Covered by multiple other artists
Two, three, four
Ah~ah~ahhh-ah!
Ah~ah~ahhh-ah!
We come from the land of the ice and snow
From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow
Hammer of the Gods
Will drive our ships to new lands
To fight the horde, and sing and cry
"Valhalla I am coming"
On we sweep with, with threshing oar
Our only goal will be the western shore
Ah~ah~ahhh-ah!
Ah~ah~ahhh-ah!
An' we come from the land of the ice and snow
From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow
How soft your fields so green
Can whisper tales of gore
Of how we calmed the tides of war
We are your overlords
On we sweep with threshing oar
Our only goal will be the western shore
So now you better stop
And rebuild all your ruins
For peace and trust can win the day
Despite of all your losing

Performer(s): Steam;
and various other artists
Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey-ey, goodbye
He'll never love you, the way that I love you
'Cause if he did, no no, he wouldn't make you cry
He might be thrillin' baby but a-my love (my love, my love)
So dog-gone willin'
So kiss him (I wanna see you kiss him. Wanna see you kiss him)
Go on and kiss him goodbye, now
Na na na na, hey hey-ey, goodbye
Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey-ey, goodbye
Listen to me now
He's never near you to comfort and cheer you
When all those sad tears are fallin' baby from your eyes
He might be thrillin' baby but a-my love (my love, my love)
So dog-gone willin'
So kiss him (I wanna see you kiss him. I wanna see you kiss him)
Go on and kiss him goodbye, na-na na-na-na na na
Na na na na, hey hey-ey, goodbye

Imbecile
Imbecile
Performer(s): Mike Batt
"With the eyes of a fool", he said
"You see the state you're in
And still you stumble through your stupid life
Still you laugh and grin
Vagabond on a winding road
That only leads you down
Blind to the dangers and dismay
That wipe the innocent smile away
From the face of a laughing clown"
Imbecile, you are acting like a fool again
In a world of thieves all ready to run you down
Imbecile, they are waiting till you make the first mistake
And you're going to make it
That's why I'll always call you an Imbecile
"You weren't always a sorcerer"
The Joker then replied
"It seems to me you learned it on the way
You lived by tricks and lies
Standing around in your juggler's gown
There seems no reason why
Flashing your eyes and casting spells
With candles and signs and magic bells
Oh, you are the fool, not I"
Imbecile, you can call me that if you feel the need
But life is short and I am living it while I can
If it rains, I'll get wet but in the sunshine I'll be dry
It is you who are foolish
Just 'cause I laugh don't call me an Imbecile
"We both are right" said the sorcerer
"And both of us are wrong
For though we walk this road we don't know where it leads
We only know it's long
You have something to learn from me
And I can learn from you
You with your jokes and simple plans
And me with my tricks and sleight of hands
Together we could get through"
Imbecile, we are dancing down a darkened road
Though the stars are out, not one of us knows the way
Imbeciles up ahead of us and millions more behind
And we're laughing and smiling
That's why I say we're all of us Imbeciles

English Title:
What Do You Want To Make Those Eyes At Me For?
Composer(s): Monaco; McCarthy;
Johnson; Mosnes
Performer(s): New Jordal Swingers
At leken tar overhånd
Så nå må'ru slutt' opp med å se på meg sånn
Hvis det bare er på fleip

Imán De Mujer
Imán De Mujer
Composer(s): Luis Eduardo Aute
Performer(s): Luis Eduardo Aute
ven, ven, ven...
Sólo por ti sigo aquí
imán de mujer, imán de mujer...
me voy a perder
matando a Abel
