LIMITING the use of FAA PILOT LICENCES in de EU

PRESENTLY the EASA has introduced a NEW REGULATION on 08 APRIL 2012 to LIMIT the utulisation in the EU MEMBERSTATES living CITISEN the use of FAA LICENCES to FLY IN the EU-AIRSPACE

There will be a transition periode from TWO YAERS
to aply this RESTRICTIONS

This proposal was already introduced in 1990 in the EP

But in 2011 this was VOTED in the EP in a very confusing procedure

I was for many years involved in avoiding this proposal to be voted

In 2010 i stopped my regular presence in the EP and my personnel contact with a number of MEP and also with the POLITICAL GOEROES from the various POLITICAL PARTY's on a almost daily base

IAOPA-EU lobbyied very strongly on a bumber of MEP of the TRAN but dit not have the personnel contacts withe the POLITICAL PARTY's who prepare the VOTING RECOMMENDATION for the MEP of their PARTY

Also had I lost a strong support in the EU-COMMISION by the dead of my close contact persons KAREL VAN MIERT and the stil living MEP's DIRK STERCKX and MARIANNE THYSSEN both vert active and a large number of MEP's from other nations who have knowledge of the importance of GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS at GLOBAL LEVEL

NOTICE;

The RESTRICTING EASA REGULATION is NOT YET FINAL and stil may be ABOLISHED
before 08 APRIL 2014

But STRONG COORDINATED ACTION of the EU ORGANISATIONS representing the CIVILIAN NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS is urgently required

Also presure via NATO is required since the MILITARY are a close friend of GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS
