APROCHE CHARGES

INTRODUCTION of APROCHE CHARGES
to VFR operations at EU level

In the past GERMANY has introduced VFR CHARGES for ANY flight and is collecting this via a GERMAN NATIONAL SERVICE

Regently THE NETHERLAND has been introducing APROCHE CHARGES to any VFR flight in to a CTR and collecting them via CRCO-EUROCONTROL

BELGIUM via BELGOCONTROL has not introduced APROCHE CHARGES ........BUT

Via rumors from THE NETHERLANDS and AUSTRIA is the BELGIAN GOVERNEMENT of introducing a FEE from 50 to any VFR FLICHT ENTERING for a CROSSING or making a APROCHE at any CTR be it at a CIVILIAN or MILITARY TWR or AFIS bij a MOTORISED AIRCRAFT inVFR wit a EXEMPTION for VFR flights operated by a EU located FTO
This has been made up in consulation with the in VFR operating AIRSPACE USERS

I could not locate the originating authority of this in french introduced proposal and there seems no introduction at
EC-DG-MOVE or at CRCO-EUROCONTROL , but the COREPER 1 and BENELUX and the MILTARY are involved, the latest in the project of the INTIGRATION of the MILITARY ATC including BELGACONTROL SEMMERZAKE in to the BELGOCONTROL ATC
