During the contacts at the ENLARGED COMMITIE for CHARGES was I informed thad there is progres in the abolischen of the MANDATORY ICAO FLIGT PLAN between a number of EU-MEMBERSTATES for FVR flichts outside CONTROLLED AIRSPACE
Presently GERMANY, AUSTRIA and CHEQUE have placed this excemption on the ICAO REQUIREMENT in their NATIONAL AIP.
Other EU-MEMBERSTATES are in progres of also doing so very soon
Due to the intensive mailing about the dead of KAREL VAN MIERT have I not been abel to update the information obtained on 24 JUNE at the EUROCONTROL ENLARGED COMMITIE
Bepaalde EU-LIDSTATEN maken op NATIONAAL vlak in hun LUCHTRUIM de SSR MODE "S" verplicht.
Kijk in de NATIONALE AIP??
Wij trachten zo snel mogelijk over te gaan naar ADS B voor de VFR zodat de MODE "S" niet nodig is voor de VFR OPERATIONS
Wat betrefd de ELT 406 MHZ is er ook nog geen EASA -EU verplichting maar weer zijn er EU-LIDSTATEN die deze uitrusting verplichten om in hun LUCHTRUIM te vliegen.
Kijk NATIONALE AIP voor verplichte vaste ELT 406MHZ of voor een PLB 406 MHZ ???
R/T 8,33 KHZ wij trachten ook deze verplichting voor VFR beneden FL195 of FL100 te vermijden in afwachting van de nieuwe COMMUNICATION-SYSTEMS in ontwikkeling
