    I sugest thad the NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS operating VFR take a close look to the EUROCONTROL document on the :

    EUROPEAN ACTION PLAN for AIRSPACE INFRINGEMENT RISK REDUCTION.

    This document is on the tabel for discution in many meetings at various level and subjects ??

    There is urgend need to introduce some information to the CHAIRPERSONS of this meeting since it is not possible to be present at ALL this meetings at the HQ EUROCONTROL , since MANY MISCONCEPTIONS are very strongly circulating in this population on the so called MANY INFRINGEMENTS  witch are not documented  and  not looking at the so MANY AIRSPACE USERS operating in VFR.
