    Presently I have the feeling thad in AVIATION the SAFETY is mainly orientated toward a very detailed

     inspection of the documentation and mutch less to the practical operational situation of the AIRCRAFT

    , EQUIPMENT in the AIR and on the GROUNDINFRASTRUCTURE due to the lack of personnel

     with Aeronautical experience before beeing assigned on the inspection job !!

    Also is there to mutch confidence on the present developed AUTOMATISATION for the PILOT and

     for the ATCO

    The human is losing his grip on the SITUATION ....??????
