    Presently some of the PIC requested me why the have to cimplete a new document before each

     TAKE OFF thad the have made a EXTERNAL VERIFICATION thad they have inspected a

     number of  AREA on their AIRCRAFT thad there are no FOREIGN OBJECTS present and each

     time a document to be completed and signed before T/O

     Again ADITIONAL PAPERWORK instead of the VITAL aspect of  SAFETY in

     OPERATIONAL FLYING

     VERY soon a CREW wil need again a THIRTH PERSON in the CREW for ALL the LEGAL

     requirements to be verified and documents before and after flight to be completed
