    Presently the CLOSURE of AIRSPACE or AIRPORT is a POLITICAL DECISION acording a

     number of EXPERTS in METEOROLOGIE and VULCANIC ACTIVITY completly NOT based on

     any concrete information or observations but on FORCASTS ??

    Also noticed thad  DANIEL HOELTGEN of EASA has prposed some PROCEDURE to be accepted

     by the NATIONAL AUTHORITY of the 27 EU MEMBERSTATES

     This is stil a NON HARMONISED EU AIRSPACE PROCEDURE

     BE AWARE thad EACH COUNTRY in the EU still has his own or more METEOROLOGICAL

     SERVICES actif ??and are not willing to intigrate in a EU METEO SERVICE ??
