I ame just remembert via a E-MAIL on a succes whe obtained to have a DEAF FRIEND obtaining his JAA JAR/FCL PPL LICENSE in the UK.
Of cours in the USA there are many DEAF PERSONS obtaining their FAA-PPL but in EUROPE this to my knowledge a very exceptional case.
Until now I failed to obtain the DEAF FRIEND a JAA JAR/FCL PPL in the EUROPEAN country and particular all actions in FRANCE and BELGIUM where until now negative !!!
A DEAF PERSON is still not accepted as a NORMAL EU CITISEN????
