FREQUENCY USAGE ANALYSIS

On Friday 10 October 2008 there was a presentation of phse 1( core EUROPE) Results under the chairmanship of R.STEWART;

The deliverables D1, D2 ,D3 ,D4 wher presented and DRAFT CONCKLUSIONS and SUGESTIONS for way forward where presented.

THe EC CONCLUSIONS and the reference to the EU-SES proposals.

Y have not evaluated the study in depth ...BUT I have the ompression thad under the inpuls of the FRQUENCY MANAGERS there is a strong pressure to influance the DG-TREN at EC to imposse the 8,33 KHZ below FL195 and continue the NATIONAL FMB instead to go in line with the EC-DG.TREN proposing in the EC-SES toward the EP and COUNCIL for a SINGEL EU FREQUENCY BOARD

I have the feeling thad the results are manipulated very strongly to extend the 8,33 KHZ below FL195

During individual contacts whas I warned thad if the GA,AW and SPORTING AIRSPACE USERS where still oposing so strong the introduction of teh 8,33 KHZ below FL195 theu would introduce some NATIONAL aplications below FL195 instead of waiting for the EU-SES progtres and SESAR

CAUTION required !!!!
