SINGEL AIP-EU

As already circulated on previous occasions there is a project at EUROCONTROL to develop a proposal of a SINGEL AIP for the EU.

Initialy the target was only to introduce this above FL285 but out of the first reaction it apaers there wil be a proposal to have a SINGEL AIP for the EU from the GROUND up to the UPPER AIRSPACE.

Including the UPPER and LOWER AIRSPACE.

This means it will also to be developed for the IFR and VFR AIRSPACE USERS in the EU, also sugestions from non EU USERS is welcom since they fly in to the EU AIRSPACE and use the LANDINGPLACES in the EU.

Also the need to keep in line with the ICAO requirements is strongly advised.

THe IATA,AEA,IFALPA,IATA,IAOPA,EAS, and EBAA are also involved and can forward your proposals
