ENLARGED COMMITTEE

Although not more a member of the EUROCONTROL ENLARGED COMMITTEE FOR ROUTE CHARGES was I making a personel visit to the 80th Sessuion om March 7.

I noticed only the presence of ATA,IATA and ELFAA.

Although I dit not locate any dangerous actions toward the VFR in the documentation was I informed thad some participating FINANCIAL EXPERTS made the verbal statement thad the EXCEMPTION for VFR was not more a reasonable aplication since in their country the VFR where using the same facility's and services as the IFR???

A very URGENT follow-up and STRONG ACTION is REQUIRED by the organisations representing the VFR AIRSPACE USERS and IFR below 2000 KGR ............ASAP !!!

Because this are persons witch have very strong influance at EU level also.
