    Participated today on the:
      PRC Evaluation of the FAB iniatives-consultation meeting at HQ-EUROCONTROL. chaired by Mr Jean-Francois VIVIER PRC Chairman

    Initial this aplication of FAB was adressing only the UPPER AIRSPACE above FL 285 but!!

     CAUTION the project has evaluated in aplication ABOVE FL195 and BELOW FL195

     Including  MANAGED  and UNMANAGED AIRSPACE 


    The detailed ionformation wil be avaible on the WWW.EUROCONTROL.INT   under the PRU information ??

    CAUTION and I sugest to keep a close scrutiny on this evaluation and the PRC recommendations.

     The present proposals for the 10 FAB from a bottum up is very confusing and I have the impression conflicting with the SESAR
