    Out of obtained information is there a urgent need  for the FI involved in AEROCLUBS to introduce  beter aplicationt by the  qualified PPL in their club on the folowing subjects/

    1)- The use of aproved  and updated ICAO NAVIGATION charts insteead of the non aproved AERONAUTICAL CHARTS without the correct AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION.
    Some ICAO memberstates are now introducing regular control on the FLIGHT DOCUMENTATION during spot checks.

    2)- Also urgent revieuw of the FUEL MANAGEMENT to avoid  SHORT on FUEL, whe receive many reports of GENERAL AVIATION fuel exhaustion incidents thad lead to inflight emergencies or of airport landings.

    3)- PREFLICHT INSPECTIONS schould avoid thad a AIRPLANE arrive  in flight at the maintenance chop with between the cylinders a bird nest with intacts egs

    4)- The correct introduction of the ATC FLIGHT PLAN is also strongly advised and the timely closing of the FLIGHT PLAN is needed to avoid the SAR services to be activated witch now in certain casses will result in the cost recovery from the negligent pilot.

    5)- strongly caution with the WEIGHT & MASS calculation with the correct figures , it is not because a AIRPLANE has 4 SEATS thad you are always abel to take 3 passengers on board.

    6)- Always suppervise the refueling operations of your aircraft particular if this has a DIESEL ENGINE !!
