    A number of the EUROPEAN AVIATION ORGANISATIONS are under pressure to have a

    internal reorganisation in function of the NEW EU assigments of responsablity for various

    AVIATION ASPECTS

    In this organisations you have differnt type of persons employed under a different status nampely

    STATUAIR or CONTRACTANTS

    It is typical thad the most operational persond the CONTRACTANTs are the persons with the most

    OPERATIONAL  KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE .

    The STATUAIRE has been to long out of the OPERATIONAL AVIATION OPERATIONS

    However I notice very strongly thad this reorganisation in the organisations are giving protection to

    the STATUAIRE and trying to use the maximum of the KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE of the

    CONTRACTORS without giving the required financial contribution to this very needen persons

    AVIATION is a very fast changing OPERATIONAL ACTIVITY.

    CAUTION this may have a NEGATIVE result on THE AIR SAFETY in EUROPE
