Today some very intresting conversation ap POLITICAL LEVEL concerning the HISTORICAL
AIRCRAFT in to the NEW EASA ERA
Initialy the EASA has no authority about the AIRCRAFT mentioned in ANNEXE II
But..........is intending to develop via the AIRSPACE USERS a PROPOSED GUIDANCE CODE for
the 27 EU-MEMBERSTATES in vieuw to simplify the procedure for using the HISTORICAL
AIRCAFT on CROSS BORDER OPERATIONS
Any SUGESTIONS are welcom for futher contacts at EP,EC,COR, ESC , COUNCIL and COREPER
with persons who expressed intrest in this activity
I sugest EFHA to develop ASAP a PRINSIPEL DECLARATION !!!
and circulate this via EAS, and IAOPA channels
