During my visit of the EU-COUNCIL dit I receive a copy of the prposed document on the introduction
of the EU-SES II as forwarded to the SWEDISCH and SPANISCH PRESIDENCY to be aproved
in the first part of 2010
It is very difficult to evaluate the efect on the NON COMMERCIAL OPERATING AIRSPACE
USERS in such a high leven document
I understand thad any IMPLEMENTATION schoud be evaluated with the CONSULTATION of the
STAKEHOLDERS
I also noticed thad a copy has been introduced via the DIPLOMATIC channels to the BELGIAN
PRESIDENCY on 01/07/2010
