Il faudrait etre plus profesionnel dans la maniere de se fair entendre des institutions EUROPEENNES, selon lui il faut mener un vrai lobbying politique.
Depuis 1980 via IAOPA j'ai essayer de developper un service avec un bureau permanent pour informer et influancer les differente SERVICES POLITIQUE, TECHNIQUE et ADMINISTRATIF des INSTITUTIONS EUROPEEN a BRUXELLES.
Malheureusement les differente organisation actif dans L'AVIATION NON CAT n'ont jamais compris qu'il devais metre toute leur effort via une representation commune a BRUXELLES !!
J'avais une lettre d'intention entre IAOPA, EBAA et EAS signe par les president mais qui n'as jamais marche.
Chaque organisation essay avec une presence limite et un budget insuficient de obtenir des resultat, et bien qu'ils font du tres bon travail a titre individuel mais l'aproche non coordonne manque le poid necesaire pour avoir un effet tres positive!!!!

During the LEGAL SERVICE workshop on RESPONSABLITY and LIABILITY in the ATM DOMAIN at EUROCONTROL on 18/19 Februarie was there again a very strong request from IFATCA by Marc..BAUMGARTEN to develop ASAP the EU-JUST CULTURE in vieuw to avoid AVIATION ACCIDENTS
There are NOT ENOUGH AVIATION ACCIDENTS in the EU-REGION to learn how to avoid them, but there are a number of incidents who could be useful to have them reported on a voluntary and anonyme level who coud give the expert the knowledge where the weak points are in the ATM or more for us the ATC aplications and procedures.
MPARC done again a very good presentation in this workshop, but it is only a workshop and whe like to see positive reactions and results instead of only nice SPEECHES;, and w<aiting for the next fatal accident before there are new positive reactions on AVIATION SAFETY.
I myself have been involved since 1973 via a good friend JOHN B. GALIPAULT of tha ASI at Worthington-Ohio in the USA whit a project of ANONYME REPORTING of INCIDENTS in vieuw to prevent AVIATION ACCIDENTS.
Some National Authority yhave now developed at NATIONAL LEVEL some iniatifs but whe need it URGENTLY at EUROPEAN LEVEL for the EU_REGION

Het beandwoorden van de E-MAILTJES kan soms even tijd vragen alhoewel ik ze elke dag normaal zeker SMORGENDS en S'AVONDS kom bekijken, maar ik beantwoord meestal eesrts de LUCHTVAART vragen en voor sommige moet ik wat opzoekwerk doen hoor.
SORRY voor de vertraging hoor maar ik heb een gemiddelde van 100 E-mailtjes per 24 uur en dat is soms niet zo eenvoudig om op alles snel te beantwoorden.
Veel der gestelde vragen zijn ook reeds behandelt op deze BLOG en als ge een trefwoord in " ZOEK in BLOG" typt bekomt ge de reeds gepubliseerde informatie hoor.
May we draw attention thad to develop the REQUIREMENTS for the NON-CAT at UE-LEVEL their is a urgent need to organise a AVIATION PANEL in wich al the organisations involved in the representation of their members involved in any AVIATION ACTIVITY not belonging to the CAT are coordinating their requirements for the activity of theit MEMBERS.
ACTION is requires ASAP since in the present various organisations their are to confusing request made to the various authority.
Heden verneem ik dat de dreiging van STAKING door de ATCO te EBBR, EBAW, EBCI ,EBOS, EBLG nog steeds voorhanden is door de voorziene invoering van de EU-ATCO vergunningen en bevoegdheden.
Heden verneem ik dat de hernieuwing van de vleugel der ANTWERPSE LUCHTHAVEN waar het CAFETARIA en de lokalen van de RAAC gelegen zijn een aanvang zal nemen op 09 MARCH 2008
Dit zal een aantal veranderingen voor gevolg hebben voor mijn wekelijkse contacten op ZATERDAG en ZONDAG voormiddag op de LUCHTHAVEN met bezoekende PILOTEN en SENIOREN na een voorafgaande afspraak per E-MAIL.
