During a number of vists at some EU AIRPORTS and AIRFIELDS I notice thad their is a URGENT need for PILOTS to make their FLIGHT PREPARATION with up to date AERONAUTICAL DOCUMENTATION be it the AIP,NOTAMS,FLICHT MANUELS,and WEATHER INFORMATION.
Some AERODROME BRIEFING are displaying such non updated INFORMATION as a SERVICE to their USERS but I advise caution since this services have no responsablity and in some ocasions some nicly dressed persons but with very poor or no knowledge of the PILOTS REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSABLITY ONLY PERSON RESPONSABLE is YOU the PIC in case of accident or incident !!!!!
I also advise you to keep all the documentation of your FLIGHT PREPARATIOn at least 90 days avaible ( if not otherwise imposed by regulations in your country) for any later requested information by the CAA;

The SRCCG of EUROCONTROL is evaluating the LEVELS OF ATS PROVISION AT SECONDARY AIRPORTS in vieuw to have a recommendation if their is a need to develop a ATS at the SECONDARY AIRPORTS where ther is a mix of CAT IFR and VFR operations via the developing LOW FARE AIRLINE OPERATIONS at this AIRPORTS without ATS beeing presently involved.

Although I have not " CRISTAL BALL" on how to proceed in the future I have some SUGESTIONS
Develop some positive contacts to the other AIRSPACE USERS instead of neclecting them and inform them of your activity and targets for the future of PILOTS required in AVIATION. I mean toward the GLIDERS,ULM,SPOTTERS ,HOME BUILTS,BALLOONING and SIMULATORCLUBS

Start informing qalified PILOTS of your activity and have them become AVIATION MONITORS for the STUDENT PILOTS and CANDIDATE STUDENT PILOTS in vieuw to increase the final results of the new candidate and of the suplied training.
Try to locate persons who are sharing their PASSION for FLIGHT in their own NON AVIATION enviroment
Invite youngsters to join you in flight when you have a seat avaible in the front
STEP DOWN from YOUR PRESTGISE POSITION as A PILOT and spaek toward the NON AVIATORS about AVIATION as a target thad everbody can reach if he is motivated
