Er is nu ook een Franstalige SENIORENNET onder WWW.CANAL50.BE ik raad aan om al degene die wat frans kunnen (met of zonder fouten) en welk franstalige contacten hebben dit te vermelden.
SENIORENNET heeft zijn nut voor ons allen en daarom is het nutig de iniatieven van PASCAL en zijn vrijwiligers te steunen door PRO-ACTIF te zijn.
Via de BLOG van onze vriend AFM verneem ik dat het ASTRIDPLEIN te ANTWERPEN aan het CENTRAAL STATION op ZATERDAG 16 DECEMBER wordt ingehuldigd met de ganse nammidag alerlei aktiviteiten op het plein en in de statie die de officiele opening om 1700 uur vooraf gaan!!
Als het weer meevalt mischien wel even gaan kijken ????

I usualy advise to use FLIGHT SAFETY INTERNATIONAL WWW.FLIGHTSAFETY.COM with witch I have contacts since 1961 via A;L UELTSCHI witch I had met in FRANCE wher I was flying and he developed the FLIGHT SAFETY ACADEMY in VERO BEACH in the USA and now has many FLIGHT TRAINING CENTERS all over the world. under the FSI denomination

The EGAST must be created on 1)-wide spectrum of activities -National Aeroclubs and Associations -Ten's thousands of pilots 2)-create a forum for: -sharing best practice -inproving sourczs of information -SAFETY PROMOTION 3)-taking soundings -plan consultation -rulemaking activities -national iniatifs
Was present today at HQ EUROCONTROL for clarification on the EAD ( EUROPEAN AERONAUTICAL DATABASE)
The EAD has been adapdet to be more user friendly for the use by the INDIVIDUAL PILOT be it for IFR and VFR for CAT, and any other NON CAT AIRSPACE USER operating in GAT (and OAT ??)
Via this EAD there is apossiblity to obtain a PIB about NOTAMS, AIP INFORMATION in function of your FPL and in the future also METEO-INFORMATION
Stel vast dat er nog weinige op de hoogte zijn van het FRANSTALIGE SENIORENNET via de www.canal50.BE
Mogelijk moeten we daar nu en dan ook eens binnenspringen daar zijn ook franstalige SENIOREN in BELGIE hoor !!
Mijn geschreven FRANS is ook niet alles hoor maar dat probleem heb ik ook in het NEDERLANDS , ENGELS en DUITS dus geen probleem ik vind communicatie belangrijker dan schrijfproblemen hoor, we hebben gisteren in het ANTWERPSE nog een eentalige ITALIAANSE met gebarrentaal verder geholpen
Tijdens het WE bekwam ik 5 vragen over de VLUCHTEN van uit BRUSSEL naar PEKING, ik begin te vermoeden dat dit iets met het NIEUWS te maken heeft over de beschikbaarheid tegen betaling van TRANSPLANTATIE ORGANEN in CHINA ???
Een groot deel van mijn aktiviteiten in de LUCHTVAART hebben betrekking op de VEILIGHEID of SAFETY in de LUCHTVAART, tevens is er sedert 9/11 ook de SECURITY of BEVEILIGING bijgekomen en daarvoor verspreid ik de INFORMATIE BROCHURE van AOPA-USA als leidraad voor de personen welk in EUROPA met de LUCHTVAART betrokken zijn.

om verwaring te vermijden in het taalgebruik zijn duidelijk twee verschillende onderwerpen en taken in de LUCHTVAART

Verschillende E-MAILTJES van SENIOREN en via contacten op de CHAT krijgen wij vragen over de KERSTMARKT te ANTWERPEN.
Daarom zijn we vandaag even langs daar gewandelt, maar er was heden veel te veel volk aanwezig op de GROENPLAATS voor de KERSTMARKT en op de GROTE MARKT rond de YSPISTE.
Wij zullen dit in de week nog eens overdoen want wij kregen wel de indruk dat er intresante zaken te zien zijn als het wat minder druk is !!!!
Mogelijk dat ik als geboren en getogen SINJOOR een vooringenomen indruk weergeef maar daarvoor sta ik steeds open tot reacties van degene die er ook op bezoek waren.
Onlangs werdt mijn aandacht gevestigd op de problemen welk de ROLSTOELGEBRUIKERS der GEHANDICAPTENSPORT ervaren bij het gebruik van het LIJNVLIEGTUIG!!
Was heden aanwezig bijVLG (VLAAMSE LIGA GEHANDICAPTENSPORT -vzw) te GENT in het Huis van de sport.
na een korte toelichting voorzie ik de volgende stappen:
1)- Obtain the ICAO regulation aplicable to wheelchair using passaengers 2)- Obtain the EU Requirements for PRM. 3)- Obtain information from ACI 4)- develop contacts toward MEP in EP
The initial located problems are: A)- the limitation of number WHEELCHAIR USERS during a FLIGHT B)- Aditional FEE"s aplied C)- Limitation on the allowed bagage due to the additional SPORTWHEELCHAIR in adition to the NORMAL WHEELCHAIR D)- Paperwork and requierements for the ELECTRICAL WHEELCHAIR USERS. E)- The need at some airports where ther is a assistant imposed althouch the WHEELCHAIR USER is completly autonom abel to travel. F)- Very differences in the inposed requirements in the various AERODROME

I participated on thursday 07 december on the iniatif of ANDRE BERGER at the JETAIRFLY and TUIFLY location at EBZR
The participation was composed of delegates from AIRLINES,FTO,AIRBUS ,actif FI .
The used slides and text will be made avaible at a later date on persons who are intrested in the subject of FLICHT TRAINING
The AIRLINE scowed us their intrest and problems in the selection of new pilots for their operations.
AIRBUS made us aware of their expectation of the newly trained pilots for the futher and the probleme theis is going to be a lack on PILOTS in the future.
FTO explained us their problems for the preparation for the CPL-MEL-IR pilot in the present high cost enviroment in function of a non adapted JAA-FCL.
A detailed look was taken at the new ICAO MPL LICENSE and the draft text on the JAA on this naw license.
The influence of the new GLASCOCKPIT was talen up and also the GPS introdiction and the conversion from the classic cockpit to the new generation cockpit.
The use of the new generation of TRAINERS and the DIESEL ENGINE was under scrutiny.
As conclusion was ther the proposals:
a) to have FI involved in FTO to join a AIRLINE CREW for a flicht in the cockpit to famalerise them with the ATPL operations.
b) debriefing toward the FTO of the problems in the selection and conversion of the new pilots.
c) follow up on the ENGLISCH level 4 to be introduced.
d)some publicite and support to the YOUTH for finding his way via the AEROCLUBS toward the COMMERCIAL AVIATION WORLD where whe see in the futher a lack of motivated candidates for the 92 professions involved in AVIATION
e) futher similar meetings to be organised
f) informing the CAA, JAA , EASA and EU from the various aspect from this meeting.
g) develop a iniatif to the political BELGIAN world of the need to obtain the financial supprt for the education towart the CPL-MEL-IR
h) Initiate the formation of FI and reavaluate this active as a full time raisonable paid professin instead of the present free lance employement
i) the beter utulisation of SYSTEME SIMULATORS and the various beter adapted FULL SIMULATORS.
j) closer co-operation between FTO for the utulisation of the very costly equipment in a kind of pool aplication

Gisteren op een vergadering bij TUI te Brussel collega piloten ontmoet welk mij kenden van over 45 jaar toen zij met korte broek als 16 jarige de eerste stappen in de LUCHTVAART deden en nu zijn zij PILOOT-INSTRUCTEUR bij AIRBUS in TOULOUSE , hoofd van een VlIEGSCHOOL hier in BELGIE en CHIEF PILOT.
Was een intresant weerzien en ervaring om hun uitleg over de huidige LUCHTVAART-OPLEIDING te aanhoren !!!
Tijdens de 25 JAAR FLAG viering in de UA te ANTWERPEN viel het mij op dat in de teksten der sprekers het aspect MILIEU veel voor kwam op gebied van LAWAAI, en EMISSIONS te verminderen in de toekomstige TRANSPORT WERELD en tevens de MOBILITEIT van de EU BURGER meer EFFICIENT te doen verlopen!!!!
