Unknown Object Caught on Photograph in Austin, Texas

I am a professional photographer and amateur astronomer that works at the New Jersey Astronomical Association Observatory in Voohees, New Jersey.

I was taking pictures of my son and because I am a drone flyer I saw an object in the sky moving rather quickly across airport grounds. Because I thought that this object was a security drone I snapped the picture and didn’t really look at it for weeks.

After finally looking at it to compare to my drone I noticed that it was not a drone at all. It had 4 dome-like structures and a central structure holding it together. There is no obvious flight surface to provide lift so one would assume a balloon.

Unfortunately I had never seen a balloon move this fast and with such purpose… in a straight line and at a level height.

Could it be a drone? Possibly… but given the distance and using some simple geometry (and some assumptions) I estimated the craft to be roughly 20-25 feet across.

This is my 3rd strange sighting I have had in my life. And the only one made during the day OVER a VERY active airport.

In addition I have the RAW. I took this with a 70-200mm f2.8 canon lens… so not cheap glass… and the detail on the raw can be zoomed way in with little loss of resolution. I will try to attach.

MoD accused of UFO cover-up after delaying release of massive cache of evidence dubbed 'Britain's X-Files'

Defence chiefs stall publication of 18 'bombshell' documents relating to unidentified flying objects in the skies over Britain

UFO spotters have accused Westminster of a cover-up over a delay in the release of a cache of documents known as "Britain's X-Files".

The Ministry of Defence promised to release 18 UFO files at the end of last year, but they have failed to materialise.

After Lord Black of Brentwood tabled a question to the House of Lords last month, the MoD admitted it had not yet handed the cache over to the National Archives for release.

It blamed "additional processing requirements" for the delay and said the files would be released in late 2015 or 2016.

Nick Pope, who used to work as a UFO investigator at the MoD, said: "This massive delay will have conspiracy theorists up in arms. It looks like the MoD is stalling.

"The suspicion will be that there's a bombshell in these files and that the Ministry does not know how to handle it.

"I can understand why conspiracy theorists will be angry and suspicious."

The Rendlesham Forest UFO encounter is so famous it has become a tourist attraction

Some of the files are thought to relate to a famous UFO encounter in Rendlesham Forest which has been dubbed "Britain's Roswell".

American Airman First Class John Burroughs was exposed to radiation during this incident, leaving him with serious health problems.

"These documents could be legitimately called Britain's X-Files and almost certainly contain further documents on the Rendlesham Forest incident," Pope added.

"Given the US government recently settled an injury claim on the basis of a UK government admission that the Rendlesham witnesses were probably irradiated, it's possible this has caused a high-level diplomatic row, and that's what's causing the delay."

John Burroughs is still looking for answers about what happened to him in 1980

Pat Frascogna, Burroughs' lawyer, recently won a legal bid to force military health chiefs to pay for the treatment of this illness.

"We know there is information contained in these MoD files about the Rendlesham Forest incident because the MoD clearly indicated so in responding to a Freedom of Information request by John Burroughs last year," Frascogna said.

"It further frustrates all of us who are simply trying to get to the truth of what happened. I believe we may very well be witnessing a situation where someone in the MoD is either having second thoughts on releasing these secret files, or has been ordered by someone above to stall their release."

Whilst many conspiracy theorists hope the documents contain evidence of extraterrestrial visitations, it is likely they contain top secret defence information which potentially relates to classified weapons or aircraft.

Last year, the CIA claimed responsibility for more than half of all reported UFO sightings in the late 50s and 60s.

In answer to Lord Black's question, Lord Astor of Hever, Under Secretary of State and Lords Spokesman on Defence, said: "The schedule for the transfer of files from the Ministry of Defence to The National Archives consists of around 10,000 files per annum. The schedule is continually updated to take into account changes in priority and progress on different record sets."

Skeptics offer UFO passengers $100,000

A skeptical paranormal investigation group offers $100,000 to anyone who can prove that they’ve been aboard a UFO.

The Independent Investigations Group (IIG) is a volunteer organization that is part of the Center for Inquiry in Los Angeles, California, which was founded by James Underdown.

He explains to media outlet Times LIVE, “I live in LA, which is crammed with people with New Age ideas – water dousers, psychics, healers, clairvoyants, past-life regressors.” He continues, “It got to the point at which, instead of arguing, I thought: ‘All this stuff is testable by science’. So I started a centre for inquiry.”

The IIG launched its IIG Challenge several years ago. This challenge calls on people who make extraordinary claims about paranormal abilities or experiences to demonstrate his or her evidence for the group of investigators to scientifically observe.

The IIG’s website describes:

• If you pass the IIG Challenge, we’ll pay you $100,000 ourselves and release the results publicly, which will raise your profile immensely among those who doubt your claims. The true skeptics will have to take notice!
• The person who refers the claimant who wins the IIG $100,000 Challenge will receive $5,000 for introducing us to a winning claimant. Spread the word – even those without special powers can be $5,000 richer.

A similar challenge was issued in 2013 by filmmaker James Fox–$100,000 for the best UFO evidence.

Those who feel they can prove they communicate with extraterrestrials or have been aboard an alien spacecraft can apply for the $100,000 challenge on the IIG website.

Although “a lot of people” have attempted to claim the $100,000 prize, nobody has been able to conclusively prove their extraordinary claims.

Giants Once Roamed Earth

According to legends, giants once lived and breathed. We’re not talking about a few scattered tales here and there since most cultures present a variation on this subject. There’s the well-known biblical tale of the Nephilim, we have the Daityasin Hinduism, the Gigantes in Greek mythology, the Jotun in Norse legends and many more.

According to most instances, giants were once commonly found in many areas and they often played major roles before perishing during a global catastrophe, most commonly a flood. For example, Inca legends say that the city of Tiahuanaco in modern-day Bolivia was built by giants that survived the flood. They were calledHuaris and they inhabited the land before the period of darkness called Chamak-pacha. By the time the Inca empire had risen, the giants’ city was already in ruins.

The ruins we see today are the remnants of what was once a great city built to accommodate people far taller than today. The legend goes on to mention that the height of these giants was so great that regular men only reached their knees. One of the first Europeans to record these legends was Spanish conquistador and chronicler Pedro Cieza de León. Regarding the origin of giants, natives of South America told him that they “came by sea in rafts of reeds after the manner of large boats” and that some of the men were “so tall that from the knee down they were as big as the length of an ordinary fair-sized man.”

This is in no way an isolated anecdote. People of Africa tell tales of powerful and brave men that once ruled the land. They had bright eyes and booming voices that could be heard from one town to the next and extraordinary feats are celebrated in their name. The earth trembled under their footsteps.

Bulgarian mythology describes the ispolini as the second out of three generations of men to inhabit the world, the third one being modern humans. They lived in mountain caves, fed exclusively on raw meat and would often engage dragons in battle, as they were natural born enemies.

The story of David and Goliath is so well-known that we’ll only mention it.

One might argue that while entertaining, these are only myths and giants are no more real than the Easter bunny. There is absolutely no scientific fact backing up these stories. Except there is.

Excavations either intended or accidental have unearthed tools and weapons too large to be handled by even the strongest man. They could have been used for ceremonial purposes, but not when they number in the hundreds. At Agadir, Morocco, a French captain discovered an arsenal of hunting weapons that included five hundred double-bladed axes, weighing seventeen and a half pounds each, twenty times heavier than what an average man would comfortably wield.

Excavations at Puma Punku, Bolivia uncovered four mysterious giant hard stone masks. Austrian artifact researcher Klaus Dona documented the find and after examining the masks, he concluded that only giants would be able to bear these masks.

But the strongest evidence supporting this theory is the discovery of gigantic human bones or even complete skeletons. Fortunately, accounts of such discoveries being made come from all over the globe. A skeleton that belonged to a seventeen feet tall human was discovered in the Philippines. Bones belonging to a similar being were found in South-Eastern China and carbon-dating revealed them to be at least a quarter of a million years old.

The Lake Delavan, Wisconsin excavation in May 1912 was overseen by Beloit College and it dug up more than 200 effigy mounds. The skeletons inside these burial mounds were exceptionally large and also possessed elongated skulls. They also had a double row of teeth and 6 fingers and toes. This wasn’t even the first time giant skeletons were found in Wisconsin. On August 10, 1891 the New York Times reported that scientists from the Smithsonian Institution had discovered large pyramidal monuments on Lake Mills, Wisconsin. The pyramids were part of a large metropolis that also possessed an elaborate system of defensive works.

In 1964, Klaus Dona came across some bones from Ecuador and the experts that examined them confirmed they belonged to a 25-foot human. And several discoveries have been made in the Caucasus Mountains region in more recent times.

In Romania, on the Bucegi Mountains plateau lies the famous Bucegi Sphinx. After excavations in the 1960’s uncovered giant skeletons and massive tunnels carved in the heart of the mountain, the area was closed for excavations, at least official ones.

A mysterious figure in an equally mysterious area

All of these discoveries have a common characteristic and that is they never make it to local or national news. That could mean they never occurred in the first place. Naturally, this explanation would be satisfying if it weren’t for government tendencies to cover up discoveries that could challenge conventional beliefs.

The implications of these scientific finds would reinforce claims by other scientists and observers of having contact with ‘off-world’ human looking extraterrestrials.

The ‘off-world’ human looking extraterrestrial have been claimed to have provided some of the genetic material for human evolution, and that many of these extraterrestrials have allowed some of their personnel to incarnate as ‘star seeds’ on Earth in human families. The scientists also claim that human dna is ordered so precisely that it reveals an “ensemble of arithmetical and ideographical patterns of symbolic language”.

Their research has led the scientists to conclude that we were invented “outside the solar system, already several billion years ago”.

Het is een gegeven dat het wemelt van de mensen die menen de wereld te moeten misleiden met nep UFO-opnames.

Dat niet alleen, de reden dat ze dit doen, is bovendien honderd procent egoïstisch omdat het lezers trekt en dus advertentie-inkomsten oplevert. Afgezien van de trollen die met opzet desinfo verspreiden om de sector in diskrediet te brengen.


We kijken als voorbeeld naar eenzelfde gebeurtenis, weergegeven door twee verschillende websites die zich met UFO-meldingen en -waarnemingen bezighouden.

De eerste, The Ufo Chronicles, geeft simpelweg weer wat er gebeurd is, sluit een video bij en verwijst naar de bron.

Het gaat om een vreemde melding uit de Australische stad Gorokan, enkele honderden kilometers ten noorden van Sydney (Australië).

De 15-jarige Josh Elton zit met zijn familie ’s avonds rond half acht op de veranda als hij plots een groot vreemd licht ziet.

Zijn broer en hij dachten dat het een vliegtuig was dat problemen had en zou neerstorten.

Josh slaagde erin om snel zijn Iphone te pakken en een 12 seconden lange opname te maken.



Naar later bleek, was er geen vliegtuig in de buurt wat was neergestort en dus het blijft een raadsel wat Josh en zijn familie hebben waargenomen.

De opname is overhandigd aan een aantal experts en ufologen die proberen te ontraadselen wat daar in de lucht vliegt.

Dit is een Franstalige site en het verhaal van Josh Elton en zijn familie staat hier ook.

Echter, wat opvalt zijn een paar dingen. Ook hier wordt in de tekst gesproken over een video-opname die door Josh gemaakt is, maar deze is niet geplaatst.

In plaats daarvan staan er de volgende twee indrukwekkende foto’s:

Probleem is alleen dat deze foto’s gemaakt zijn bij daglicht, terwijl het in Gorokan ten tijde van de waarneming duidelijk donker was. Daarnaast komen deze beelden niet voor in de door Josh gemaakte video-opname en dat zal de reden zijn dat de video er ook niet bij is geplaatst.

Wat we hier zien is weer een opzettelijke misleiding van de lezer. Er wordt een verhaal gepakt wat op zich echt is en er worden beelden bij gefabriceerd die het geheel spectaculairder zouden moeten maken. De kans dat dit bedoeld is om de UFO gemeenschap in het algemeen in diskrediet te brengen is natuurlijk ook aanwezig; desinfo. Hét kenmerk daarvan is het naar hartelust mixen van feiten en fictie waardoor onzin een authentieke uitstraling krijgt. Pas na gedegen onderzoek, waar de meeste mensen niet aan toe komen, blijk je als lezer te zijn misleidt.

Zo is er voor UFO liefhebbers wéér een website om met een grote boog omheen te lopen, net zoals Third Phase of the Moon.

Disc – shaped UFO sighting on Mars on 27th March 2015

NASA Veteran Claims Slender Alien Hitches A Ride On The Space Shuttle

A former NASA employee claims he spotted an alien, standing approximately 9 feet tall, hitched a ride on the space shuttle. He further saw the strange creature having a quiet chat with astronauts.

Many believe that this is a conclusive evidence of the extensive, global conspiracy where nations’ leaders are in contact with aliens.

Others, however, are less sure.

In a video released on a news site, Clark C. McClelland makes the claim about the tall alien. McClelland says that he has worked for 35 years at NASA and become part of the Apollo missions. As of this writing, no one has ever disputed his claim.

McClelland says that he unexpectedly saw an alien that he describes as gangly and slender. He explains that he was monitoring a Space Shuttle mission during that time. To his surprise, he saw something different with two astronauts in the payload bay of the Space Shuttle.

Interestingly, he claims to have seen an alien ship parked nearby. Many people have ridiculed McClelland, saying he is nuts. Others, including UFO fans, believe that those who poke fun at him only want to spread disinformation like the work of the Men in Black.

McClelland says he knows ET and alien aircraft and can identify any of the two when he see them. He believes that aliens have been on Earth and walking among humans. He suspects that these aliens may have been implanted into different governments on Earth.

Giant ancient underground city found that may be the largest in the world

In the area of the world, known as the "cradle of civilization," it is often that we find ancient structures during construction or archaelogical digs.  Not to be confused with the Derinkuyu undergound city in the same region (which is a giant cave structure), this giant underound city is thought to be one of the largest in the world and one of the greatest archaelogical finds of all time.

The city dates back as far as 5,000 years and is located near the NevÅŸehir fortress.  The Cappadocia region, where this city and other underground cities are located, is ripe for underground habitation because the volcanic rock is easy to carve.

The city was found during a dig, preparing to build a new section of the modern-day city.  Since the discovery, all construction was halted and attention has been shifted to excavation.  At least 44 historical objects have been removed and preserved so far.

The city was first noticed as spires began popping up through the dirt in 2013; it is only recently that the realization occured that this is the largest underground city ever discovered.

Voilà des années que des témoignages relatent le passage d'objets volants non identifiés dans le département, notamment au col de Vence, où les observations seraient en recrudescence.

Certes, E.T. l'extraterrestre a téléphoné maison pour retourner at home. Mais des entités aliens ont-elles fait des Alpes-Maritimes leur second «chez-elles»? Une base favorite pour aller et venir au gré de leur humeur et de leurs lueurs stellaires?

«Des témoignages d'une activité inhabituelle dans le ciel dans les années 1950? C'était nous!», raille presque la CIA sur son compte Twitter. Qu'importe. Les fans de Roswell, théoriciens du complot militaro-étatique, n'en croient pas une antenne de Martien.

«Nous recevons un à deux témoignages par jour», confirme-t-on au Geipan (2), le département spécialisé du Cnes (Centre national d'études spatiales). Notamment celui de Renato Nicolai, qui a vu une soucoupe atterrir dans son jardin en 1981, ou de Pierre Peake, qui a médiatisé le fameux « triangle lumineux ».

Fiction ou science?

Même X-Files, la série culte des années 1990 (9 saisons de 1993 à 2002) va faire revenir les agents spéciaux du FBI, Fox Mulder et Dana Scully, pour six nouveaux épisodes.

Et la saga Star Wars se poursuit sous l'égide de Walt Disney et de l'oncle Picsou. Alors, pourquoi renoncer à l'Ufoland de Vence et d'ailleurs? D'autant plus que beaucoup, tels Serge Tinland, semblent sérieux et sincères. Les pieds sur terre pour traquer l'extraterrestre. Un paradoxe?

A Strange Visit to the Grave of an 1890s Airship Occupant

In the late 1890s, newspapers around the world were abuzz with a most bizarre and sensational series of claims. Mostly, these had to do with airships that were beginning to be seen above earth, fueling speculation about visitors from other worlds sailing through our skies.

On Nov. 25, 1896, the Stockton Evening Mail carried this unusual headline: “Three Strange Visitors Who Possibly Came From the Planet Mars,” with the addition that these mystery beings had been seen on a country road by a “Colonel H.G. Shaw and a Companion.”

The bizarre looking individuals, wearing no clothes but covered in a strange, silken “growth” about their bodies, were recalled recently by Record columnist Michael Fitzgerald:

• “We were jogging along quietly when the horse stopped suddenly and gave a snort of terror,” Shaw said.
• “Looking up we beheld three strange beings. They resembled humans in many respects, but still they were not like anything I had ever seen. They were nearly or quite seven feet high and very slender. ”

Stories like these, in many cases the stuff of newspaper dailies that were having a lighthearted go with their readership, were widely reported around the time. In fact, a similar case made headlines in 1897 when one of the “airships” associated with these supposed space-creatures reportedly crashed near Aurora, Texas. According to popular local legend, the sole inhabitant of the aircraft, who died when the vessel collided with a windmill, was buried in a local graveyard.

A few days ago I decided to make the trek to that graveyard, after getting directions to it from fellow MU blogger Nick Redfern, who lives nearby. Nick was unable to join me himself due to a prior engagement, and hence my traveling companions were Cam Hale and Kyle Philson of the Expanded Perspectives podcast, who joined me for a visit to the famous location.

At the entrance to the cemetery is an official state sign, procured in the mid 1970s, which actually notes the supposed “alien” funeral that occurred here. One portion of it reads:

• “This site is also well known because of the legend that a spaceship crashed nearby in 1897 and the pilot, killed in the crash, was buried here.”

The cemetery is much like any other you’d expect to see in a rural community, and there are no other particularly defining characteristics about it. This may not have always been the case, however; another native Texan, author Jim Marrs, told me about his visit to the same location when he visited Asheville, North Carolina, a few years ago. In his book Alien Agenda, Marrs describes how he had formerly written about aerospace and aviation for the Fort Worth Star Telegram, and following up on the story of the 1897 crash, in 1973 he had contacted Bill Case, another writer with a background in aviation who claimed he knew some details about the incident. Marrs noted that he found Case “to be exactly what one would expect of an aviation writer. He was a practical man who was highly knowledgeable of the aircraft industry and, like most people in that field, very precise and technical in his approach issues.”

Marrs went on to describe his visit to the Aurora cemetery with Bill Case, where he was shown the purported headstone of the airship’s occupant:

• “Case told me he had spoken to some of the old-timers in Aurora and was convinced that something had indeed occurred there in 1897. I arranged to meet Case at the Aurora cemetery where he showed me what he said was the airship’s pilot’s grave. The grave was not full-size. It was obviously the grave of a child or very small man. At the head of the grave was a crude rock headstone. It appeared that half of the marker had broken off and was missing. On the remaining half was etched a design the resembled a large V lying on one side. Inside the V shape were three small circles. The entire design indeed resembled one end of a saucer shaped structure, and the small circle seemed to be portholes. I was acquainted with the old cemeteries in the area, many containing the graves of early settlers and the Maltese cross markers of Confederate soldiers. This was a very unusual and intriguing marker.”

Case further indicated to Marrs that using a metal detector helped him outline three pieces of metal that had been buried alongside the purported “alien” grave. Around that time, Marrs had sought any locals who might have been witnesses to the events of 1897, one man in his 80s, Charlie Stephens, claiming he vividly remembered his father traveling by horseback into town the day after the crash, and reporting that he had observed the wreckage, but no “alien” bodies (Marrs found this detail encouraging, since the body was purportedly buried immediately after the crash, and hence would not have been visible by the time Stephens’ father would have arrived). Others said the entire thing had been a hoax administered by the town judge, and that there had in fact been no windmill on the property in question at all.

An interesting side note about this, however, was turned up during an investigation that accompanied filming for an episode of History Channel’s UFO Hunters program. During the investigation of the property formerly owned by Mr. Brawley Oates, who purchased the land in 1935 that had belonged to Judge J.S. Proctor at the time of the supposed crash, the discovery of an old windmill base near the location of a “contaminated” well on the property seemed to conflict with previous statements that no windmill had existed there. Metal samples were purportedly taken from the well also, which Mr. Oates complained had “contaminated” the water within (analysis of the water in 2008 only indicated a high concentration of aluminum in the samples).

According to Marrs in Alien Agenda, previous analysis of the actual metal samples retrieved had garnered mixed opinions: some claimed that they were primarily iron in composition, but strangely, bearing no magnetic properties. Marrs also notes that Philip J. Klass claimed a Canadian study found the samples were “unordinary”, but gave no citation for this claim.

A final strange twist in the case involved Marrs being brought back to the cemetery later by Bill Case, who revealed that no traces of metals below ground could now be detected; his opinion at the time, Marrs reports, was that they had been taken from the site by “the government.”

The story would seem highly dubious under any other circumstances, and in truth, the majority of it does still seem incredible. Perhaps we cannot rule out that something was happening in the skies over the United States, parts of Europe, and other countries in the 1890s, but what was it?

Less often discussed in relation to the “mystery airship” reports of the 1890s is the fact that several airship designs, some of them steam-powered, and capable of a surprising degree of maneuverability for their day, were being produced by as early as the 1850s. These included crude designs by Henri Giffard, who built such a prototype in 1852; Dupuy de Lome’s propeller driven airship would follow, and was able to carry up to eight individuals, and was capable of limited flight by 1872. Gas engine designs would appear around the same time, such as Paul Haenlein’s airship which used an early internal combustion engine to inflate the craft, and Charles Ritchel also built a hand-powered aircraft six years later, which was so successful that he managed to build five more of the aircraft, which he sold. It would be nearly two decades before reports of the “mystery” airships would begin to appear, prompting speculation about some eccentric–and secretive–inventor somewhere who had made his own private innovations on the earlier designs which, until recently, had maintained a surprising degree of obscurity even among aviation historians, as noted by researcher J. Allen Danalek in his book, The Great Airship Mystery of 1897. 

Of equal intrigue are patents that have come to light over the years, such as this one, attributed to a Mr. C.A. Smith, dated August 11, 1896:

Within just a few months, reports of a surprisingly similar flying object were making headlines after being seen over parts of in southern California (quite near Smith’s home, in fact), as well as other parts of the country.

And in Aurora Texas, near the site of a (once contested) windmill, local legends still tell that such a craft may have crashed, killing and badly burning the remains of an “alien” occupant whose body–whatever its origins really may have been–were too badly scorched to be discernible.

To assert that an actual airship had existed around the time, and one capable of the sorts of flight described in newspaper reports of the day, is not impossible. It is entirely speculative, however, and should be taken with a grain of salt. Hence, for now, and perhaps forever, the great mystery of the Aurora crash will remain just that: a mystery, and only one of the many colorful legends of the Lone Star State that still make news occasionally even today.

Ancient Aliens In India? - Secret Underground City of Ellora Caves

"We are at Ellora caves in India, and I am going to show you some solid evidence about a secret underground area that is hidden under these caves. As you can see, there is a rectangular tunnel about 1 foot wide that is vertically going down, and is not open for public access. I asked the security guards if I could take a closer look and they told me that visitors are not allowed but they also told me that, this tunnel is over 40 feet deep and then it takes a right angle turn to proceed underground. Nobody knows what's inside after that because the tunnel becomes too narrow for human beings to get through it. 

Here is another one that is hiding in plain sight. You can see a channel on the ground and there is a small rectangular opening at the end of this passage that would drain the water to the other side of the temple. But, I went to the other side of this rock but guess what? It is a solid stone!! So, there is no other way, except that this rectangular opening leads to the underground. Notice that the rectangular opening is only large enough for a 10 year old to go in? Since adult human beings can't access it, was it designed for human beings at all? 

This is another hidden passage in Ellora caves that I tried to get through, but after 10 feet, it becomes so narrow that I can't go any further. Where do these mysterious tunnels lead? Who could have used such narrow passages? The other important question is: how can you carve such narrow passages if human beings cannot even get through them? Was it carved by humans at all? Were these carved for extraterrestrials that are smaller than human beings?

Notice how this entrance is clearly going underground, in this cave temple. These are underground areas hiding in plain sight. The security guards told me that there are several underground tunnels in Ellora caves which gradually become too narrow for human beings to access them, and all of them are locked. From these old doors, we can assume that these tunnels have been closed from public access at least 30 to 40 years ago. 

These underground tunnels are not found in the same area, but are scattered over many different caves in Ellora, which stretches across a few miles. Is it possible that there could be a vast underground city like Derinkuyu in Turkey? Derinkuyu is an enormous underground city with advanced technical features that could accommodate more than 20,000 people, which was hidden for centuries only to be discovered in 1965. 

If it is true that there is a vast underground city in Ellora, shouldn't there be ventilation shafts that would allow air from the ground to reach below. In Derinkuyu, there are thousands of holes drilled from the ground that act as ventilation shafts to the underground city. Look at this long ventilation shaft in Ellora caves that is drilled secretly in a dark chamber. It is about 4 inches wide, but it is so deep that we can't even see the other end. Could this be a ventilation shaft that reaches the underground city?

How about this ventilation shaft, which is also going underground? You can also see hundreds of holes like this drilled on the rock floor. Some of them are unfinished, and only few inches deep, but notice how the other holes have been closed with concrete recently. I asked why some of these holes have been closed and my tour guide told me that someone dropped their car keys into one of them, but these holes are so deep that they couldn't retrieve it. So, they just covered these holes by putting concrete over them.

What else could be the purpose of these deep holes on the floor, if they are not ventilation shafts? Why would hundreds of holes be drilled on these rock floors with painstaking efforts without any reason? Now, this is one of the abandoned, bat infested places and let's take a look at what's inside. This seems like a very old sanctum holding a lingam, which is a Hindu god. Centuries ago, plenty of water would be poured on this lingam everyday as part of religious worship, and it would drain through this channel. Notice that this water drain has been closed recently with some rocks. Where would the water go? Let's see...It would go vertically down through this tunnel. 

Unless there is an area underground, this would be pointless because the water would just overflow all over the place! All over Ellora caves, there are hundreds of idols which would require thousands of gallons of water poured on them every day. Was this a technique to get clean water underground that could be used for different purposes?"

BIGGEST Snake EVER (195 Ft.) Analyzed & Confirmed

 

The Biggest Snake in the World recorded, seen, or filmed is analyzed in depth and confirmed to be around 195 feet in length and could easily eat a man.

A monstrous snake nearly the size of a football field is captured on film as it rears back to attack a helicopter flying by, but could anything that big really exist? Follow my in depth analysis and by the end of this video try asking yourself that question again.

Humanity is familiar with some pretty big snakes, both in person and in the fossil records, and sometimes through photographic evidence by reliable witnesses.

During World War Two, Belgian fighter ace and squadron leader Remy Van Lierd rose to the rank of Colonel in the British Royal Air Force, and received the Distinguished Flying Cross medal of valor, after shooting down six enemy aircraft and forty four V-1 Flying Bombs. After the war he was put in command of the Kamina Air Base, in the Katanga region of what was then The Belgian Congo.

His reputation and spatial recognition abilities are impeccable, which means we must give careful consideration to this incredible report.

One day in Africa in 1959, on the way back to the airbase from a helicopter mission, Colonel Lierd was astounded to see a massive snake winding it's way along the terrain below.

He circled around for a better look and had one of his flight crew take a series of photographs. As he descended to about 500 feet altitude, the gigantic snake took notice, and reared back as though ready to strike at the helicopter if it dared to come within range. 

By his own estimate, Colonel Lierd guesses that the snake must have been a minimum of 50 feet in length, with a triangular shaped jaw about two to three feet wide. In his own words, “It could have easily eaten up a man!” 

Keep in mind that a reticulated python is the longest snake ever measured alive at 33 feet or 10 meters in length. T he longest measured known extinct snake is the Titanaboa, which was 42 ft or about 13 meters in length. 

After “countless reports from the Kamina area of giant snakes”, the original photos were sent to CIA Captain Lorenzo W. Burrows, director of the National Photographic Interpretation Center with some further analysis of the photo. Let’s look at that.

As you can see at the bottom, the type of camera the photo was taken with was recorded, which adds some authenticity to this photo.

The key factor in this photo, as pointed out in the letter, are the termite nests, which is a little confusing at first unless you know what an African termite nest looks like.

They look like this…they’re absolutely huge and they take on recognizable shapes.

The letter reads “Further, the two black spots in the upper left hand quadrant are quite plainly termite nests, or rather, their shadows. 
Under high power you can very easily see this, and that the top one is a column, circular in the horizontal section, while the bottom one is typical of the flange types that always point north to south.”

See the termite nests? Now remember how big they are?

Let’s use them, as is done in the letter, to approximate a scale of reference. These termite mounds can easily be 2 and a half times the size of a human. So, we’ll say the top termite nest is 15 feet or about 4.5 meters tall.

This is a bit of a guess, but if the snake was fully stretched out, I’d say it’d be around this long.

So if we just stack our 15 foot or 4.5 meter termite nests next to this line…we get about 13 of them.

This yields a rough approximate total length of about 195 feet or about 60 meters and closely matches what the letter says of about 200 feet.

That’s up to 5 times larger than even the Titanaboa…allegedly the biggest snake ever and that was thought to have gone extinct shortly after the dinosaurs.

What sort of monster did Colonel Remy Van Lierd encounter and photograph here?...and why are there so many other alleged reports of massive snakes by others in the same area?

The Congo seems like a very, very scary place.

“We just could not explain it. They were not hot air balloons. They were not Chinese lanterns. They were just something else.

This is a lot scarier than the name suggests as it will permanently affect life as we know it.

The Earth is protected against cosmic rays by its magnetosphere. The magnetosphere is generated by our planet’s molten metallic core. Once every 450,000 years or so, the magnetic North and South poles shift and this process takes anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 years to complete. 

During a magnetic pole reversal, the Earth’s magnetic field is weakened. This process has a severe impact on most life forms. The last geomagnetic reversal occurred 781,000 years ago and scientists believe we are due another in a relatively short period of time. The last time this happened, the magnetic field dropped to around 5% of its current intensity.

All electronic devices would be rendered unusable, effectively sending us back to the Middle Ages. Society as we know it would rapidly crumble.

The weather patterns on Earth would change drastically as storms and hurricanes would increase in intensity and frequency. Freak storms would rage all over.

There are several hypotheses that link magnetic reversals to mass extinctions.

A New York couple at Massena reported watching two orange-red spheres near power lines as they drove eastbound along Route 131 directly behind the Alcoa Plant and parallel to the St. Lawrence Seaway Shipping Canal, according to testimony in Case 64114 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.  The reporting witness said the day was a high pressure day, no clouds, with no aircraft in sight, and temperature about 60 degrees F. about 8:15 p.m. on May 24, 2014.  “I observed a solid looking reddish-orange sphere flying above and along power lines that lead directly into Alcoa,” the reporting witness stated. “They originate at the Robert Moses Power Dam that lies east-northeast of Alcoa by about five and-one-half miles.”  The witness noticed the object did not have any lights on it as required for aircraft navigation.  “Upon making this observation and bringing it to my wife’s attention I saw the second sphere following the first on the same flight path. I was nearing a section of the highway that didn’t allow any further observation.”  The couple continued moving east along Route 131 for approximately 200 yards when they observed a sphere.  “I assumed it was the first one, cross Route 131 at right angles to the road and at an elevation of approximately 600 feet. The sphere was larger in diameter due, I assume, to our closer proximity to it. I quickly lost sight of the sphere as trees on the north side of the road blocked our view. I had reached the turn to the south for the Dennison Road and took the turn and stopped.”  The couple then saw the second sphere leaving the proximity of the power lines at a right angle and it seemed to follow the same northerly flight path of the first sphere.  “Again, due to trees we lost sight of the object. I brought the vehicle back on Route 131, traveling east and sped up to allow us a better view to the north. When we reached an overgrown meadow with shorter trees we saw the first sighted object in a stationary position over the Seaway Shipping Canal. As the second object neared the position of the first sphere, the hovering sphere moved off to the north very quickly.”  The witness watched as the first object moved away and could no longer be seen.  “The second sphere, upon reaching the recently vacated position of the first object, began hovering, stationary without discernible movement. When the first sighted object was no longer discernible, the second object followed the flight path of the first sighted object until it too was no longer visible.”  Massena is a town in St. Lawrence County, New York, population 12,883.

New York is currently a UFO Alert Level 5 – with 0.41 sightings per million population based on MUFON February 2015 statistics. New York received a total of eight UFO reports in February.  The UFO Alert Rating System is based on five levels – 1 through 5 – where states with 4.01 or higher reports per million residents are rated an Alert 1; 3.01 – 4.0 reports are an Alert 2; 2.51 – 3.0 are an Alert 3; 2.01 – 2.5 are an Alert 4; and those states with 2.0 or lower are rated an Alert 5.

Engineer Behind Iranian Saucer Technology Comes Forward

Nuclear Engineer, Mehran Tavakoli Keshe, has came forward as being the developer of the technology being used in Iran's new "flying saucer." His technology is claimed to harness magnetism and gravity to allow travel throughout the solar system and beyond.

On March 16th, 2011, the hard-line Iranian news agency Fars issued a press release stating Iran had developed a flying saucer. The unmanned saucer named "Zohal" is stated to be equipped with an auto-pilot system, GPS, and an imaging system. It is claimed the craft can fly indoors and outside. Initially, the press release included a stock photo of a flying saucer that was obviously from an old SCIFI movie. This image was later replaced with a picture of what looks like an ordinary quadrocopter. Such an image would tend to indicate there is nothing exotic about the craft. 

Now, nuclear Engineer, Mehran Tavakoli Keshe, who we have interviewed and covered here in our news for a couple of years, has came forward and claimed to be the developer of the gravity manipulating technology being used in the Iranian flying saucer – something he divulged to us in the past, prior to the official Iranian announcement. 

Mehran Keshe is the director of the Keshe Foundation. He claims to have developed a special plasma reactor that allows for the manipulation of gravitational and magnetic fields to produce motion. Multiple patent applications have been filed for this reactor, and details of it are explained on his foundation's many websites. Importantly, in a recent interview with William Alec of Vortex Network News, Keshe specifically states his technology is incorporated in Iran's new saucer. He also claims to have given the technology to the Iranian government years ago and is actively working with them. This contradicts the idea that the saucer is a kind of multi-turbine helicopter. 


Powerful and Affordable Propulsion

This technology sounds too good to be true. It is claimed to allow for both a gravitational and magnetic field to be produced around a craft. The gravitational and magnetic fields are used for propulsion. They work for or against the fields of other bodies in space such as planets, stars, or even galaxies. A device that weighs seven to ten kilograms is claimed to produce many tons of lift. The lifting force is created without the need for any conventional fuels. These devices are very cheap to build. A small reactor costs around one thousand dollars in components.

The benefits of this astounding technology are many fold and address many of the challenges found in space travel. To be blunt, it seems to combine all the best technologies of the fictional Starship Enterprise. For example, the magnetic field produced by the craft protects the occupants from cosmic radiation. Apparently, this field is so intense that small dust particles that would normally destroy a space craft, are simply disassociated on the atomic level. Due to the fact the craft produces its own gravitational field, occupants can walk about normally and will experience the same level of gravity they do on Earth. This would prevent the muscle and bone degradation found when exposed to long periods of zero gravity. Also, the occupants should not feel the inertial effects of sudden acceleration.

If verified this technology could suddenly leap mankind forward to an age of space exploration beyond that of Star Trek. This technology is claimed to offer not only faster than light travel, but almost instant space travel. Theoretically, a craft could travel to the nearest star system (4.2 light years away) in seconds! Of course this technology offers benefits inside of a planetary atmosphere. A craft utilizing this technology would not come into physical contact with air due to the powerful magnetic field around the craft. This would eliminate drag and prevent sonic booms. It is also claimed that the craft would be able to travel underwater without any drag! 


Potentially Game Changing Theory of Gravity

The theory behind the reactor and how it produces such forces is potentially revolutionary. Keshe claims that all matter (including protons and electrons) are composed of anti-matter, dark-matter, and normal matter. Gravity is produced by the magnetic fields of these various types of matter interacting with each other. By turning matter into a plasma these different components can be disentangled from each other. Doing so can allow for powerful magnetic and gravitational fields to be created. Also, the same process can be used to produce an unlimited supply of energy. This can be done by simply adding special coils near the spinning plasma.

It would be easy to dismiss this technology as being fantasy, except for the fact that many specific claims have been made. Apparently, work on the propulsion aspect of the technology is complete. They have small units (less than ten kilograms) that can produce tons of lifting force. The first prototype produced so much lift that he had to jump on top of it to stop it from flying too far upwards! This technology has been shared with various nations including the USA, Iran, and Russia. NASA and other space agencies have been given all the information about the technology. It is claimed the technology is now being scaled up, but Keshe states he cannot talk about the details. 

The goal of the Keshe Foundation is to open up a university in which students from around the world would spend six years learning about the technology, building systems, and going back to their home country to teach others. This would make sure all nations have access to the technology. By 2015 the foundation also plans to have a full scale craft that would allow tourists to visit the moon. 

There are only three options here. Keshe has produced a breakthrough technolology that holds the potential to change our world, he is an absolute liar, or he is delusional. There is nothing in between these possibilities. Either his claims are true or they are not. Tons of lift from a ten kilogram device cannot be a measurement error.


Beyond the Tech of Star Trek

Please let me be clear about my position on the reality of this technology. I very sincerely hope he is telling the truth. In addition, I have no reason to believe he is lying. But the simple extent of this potential breakthrough is almost unfathomable. This technology would overcome every single obstacle to interstellar space travel plus provide an unlimited source of energy. If he is telling the truth, our civilization could soon advance beyond the 24th century.....

There is practically nothing in the world of Star Trek this technology does not also offer.

Iranian Saucer Connection

The critical issue I see is to get verification that his technology is being used in the Iranian flying saucer. We need some sort of official reference, statement, or document directly linking his technology to the craft. I have emailed Keshe a list of questions about his connection to the saucer. The questions I asked are as follows, along with the answers he provided (in red) on April 07, 2011 12:46 AM Mountain time: 

1) I believe I heard you say in a recent interview there is a video of your reactor producing lift, but it has not been made public. When do you think it might be made public? This is the decision of the Iranian government.

2) Is there any reference you can provide that would directly link your technology to the technology used in Iran's flying saucer?

A Viewpark man is desperate to know what has caused strange lights to appear in the sky over his house for the last few weeks.

While most people only looked skyward last week to try and see the eclipse James McRobbie, of Windsor Walk, has been fascinated by something else.

He has noticed lights appearing overhead several times at around 10pm for the last three weeks, but has thus far been unable to tell what is causing them.

James showed the Speaker a number of pictures he had taken while watching the lights and while some resemble lightning others are far more twisted and curly.

He said: “I first noticed the lights a few weeks ago and they keep reappearing, but I just can’t work out what they are, I don’t drink so I know I’m not seeing things.

“It’s not lightning and while the lights do sit and hover for several minutes, usually long enough for me to go and get my camera, I don’t think it’s a helicopter as there is no sound of an engine, there is no noise at all.

“I thought at first M&D’s had been putting on some sort of laser show, but the theme park is still closed before the start of the season and actually when it was open for its preview weekend on Saturday and Sunday I didn’t see them.

“The lights are actually too far down from Strathclyde Park to make M&D’s a likely candidate anyway and appear to originate from Uddingston itself

“To me it looks like they are coming from perhaps around where Tunnocks and the cement works are, but I can’t imagine either of them are blasting lasers into the sky unless it’s part of some sort of advertising campaign.

“I am absolutely stumped as to the cause, I expect there is some perfectly simple explanation and hopefully someone will be able to come forward and provide it.

“Who knows maybe they’re extraterrestrial in nature, I am a big fan of War of the Worlds so I know what to do if it is aliens.”

Milky Way Galaxy Contains BILLIONS of Habitable Planets. We are not alone!

March 29, 2015 - A new study claims that the Milky Way is home to billions of planets positioned at the ‘habitable zone.’

According to the new study based on 151 multi-planetary systems found by NASA’s Kepler space telescope, a lot more planets than thought before are at the right distance for liquid surface water, which is necessary to harbor life.

Steffen Kjær Jacobsen, co-author of the study published in the  Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society  journal, said:

“We decided to use this method to calculate the potential planetary positions in 151 planetary systems, where the Kepler satellite had found between three and six planets…But we only made calculations for planets where there is a good chance that you can see them with the Kepler satellite.”

If there are billions of habitable planets in the Milky Way, can you imagine how many exist in the Universe that holds billions of Galaxies!

A visual concept of a sophisticated new home which will be capable of floating through the air has been showcased by Russian designers, who claim that the house can also be used as a summer cottage and a small airship, media reports said.

The Freedom house, which has first and foremost been designed for so-called citizens of the world, can be installed almost anywhere on our planet — in the woods, at sea, on the coast, in the mountains, and in an urban area, according to Dmitry Ulitin and Anstasiya Taratuta of the design studio Artzona.ru. 

The owner of this house will be able to make him or herself at home while soaring through the clouds, a dream that now may finally come true.        

         However, 'Freedom' comes at a price: the prospective home, which will take at least four years to perfect, will cost at least six million euros.

Freedom is touted as a house that is not tied to any particular place or time. It provides a unique opportunity for its owners to live in any city without spending money on rent. On the other hand, it will help put an owner in a cheerful frame of mind each time he (or she) feels upset.

The house's aerostatic air power is provided with a container of phlegmatized hydrogen, as well as a thermal volume and vertical-horizontal propeller power. The propellers' engines can run both on hydrogen and petrol, and in the parking mode are used as wind generators.

Rocky planets may orbit many double stars

Luke Skywalker's home in "Star Wars" is the desert planet Tatooine, with twin sunsets because it orbits two stars. So far, only uninhabitable gas-giant planets have been identified circling such binary stars, and many researchers believe rocky planets cannot form there. Now, mathematical simulations show that Earthlike, solid planets such as Tatooine likely exist and may be widespread.

"Tatooine sunsets may be common after all," concludes the study by astrophysicists Ben Bromley of the University of Utah and Scott Kenyon of the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory.

"Our main result is that outside a small region near a binary star, [either rocky or gas-giant] planet formation can proceed in much the same was as around a single star," they write. "In our scenario, planets are as prevalent around binaries as around single stars."

The study has been submitted to Astrophysical Journal for review, but as is the custom in the field, the authors have posted the unreviewed paper on the scientific preprint website ArXiv.

With Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens due to hit movie screens Dec. 18, fans of the epic series may be cheered at the possible reality of planets like Tatooine, home planet of both Luke and Anakin Skywalker, meeting place of Obi Wan Kenobi and Han Solo and the domain ruled (until his death in battle) by crime lord Jabba the Hutt. Luke stares at Tatooine's double suns setting in a classic film moment.

The title of the new study is "Planet formation around binary stars: Tatooine made easy," but the paper looks anything but easy: it is filled with mathematical formulas describing how binary stars can be orbited by planetesimals – asteroid-sized rocks that clump together to form planets.

"We took our sweet numerical time to show that the ride around a pair of stars can be just as smooth as around one," when it comes to the early steps of planet formation, Bromley says. "The 'made easy' part is really saying the same recipe that works around the sun will work around Tatooine's host stars."

The study was funded by NASA's Outer Planets Program and was a spinoff of Bromley's and Kenyon's research into how dwarf planet Pluto and its major moon, Charon, act like a binary system. Both are orbited by four other moons.

'Planets form like dust bunnies'

From a swirling disk of gas and dust surrounding a young star, "planets form like dust bunnies under your bed, glomming together to make larger and larger objects," says Kenyon, whose observatory is part of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. "When planets form around a binary, the binary scrambles up the dust bunnies unless they are on just the right orbit."

Scientists call that a "most circular orbit," which in reality is a not-quite-circular, oval-shaped orbit in which the entire oval has numerous little waves in it, Bromley says.

"It's an oval with ripples," which are caused by the cyclic tugging of the two central stars, he adds.

"For over a decade, astrophysicists believed that planets like Earth could not form around most binary stars, at least not close enough to support life," he says. "The problem is that planetesimals need to merge gently together to grow. Around a single star, planetesimals tend to follow circular paths – concentric rings that do not cross. If planetesimals do approach each other, they can merge together gently."

But if planetesimals orbit a pair of stars, "their paths get mixed up by the to-and-fro pull of the binary stars," Bromley says. "Their orbits can get so tangled that they cross each other's paths at high speeds, dooming them to destructive collisions, not growth."

Previous research started with circular orbits when pondering planet formation around binary stars, Bromley says, while the new study shows that "planets, when they are small, will naturally seek these oval orbits and never start off on circular ones. … If the planetesimals are in an oval-shaped orbit instead of a circle, their orbits can be nested and they won't bash into each other. They can find orbits where planets can form."

In their study, Bromley and Kenyon showed mathematically and by simple computer simulations that rocky, Earth-sized planets can form around binary stars if they have the oval "most circular" orbit. They didn't conduct their simulations to the point of planet formation, but showed that planetesimals could survive without collisions for tens of thousands of years in concentric, oval-shaped orbits around binary stars.

"We are saying you can set the stage to make these things," Bromley says. "It is just as easy to make an Earthlike planet around a binary star as it is around a single star like our sun. So we think that Tatooines may be common in the universe."

Kepler and worlds discovered

NASA's Kepler space telescope has discovered more than 1,000 planets orbiting other stars, including some rocky planets in the so-called habitable zone neither too near and hot, nor too far and cold from the star they each orbit.

So far, Kepler has found seven planets orbiting within or near the habitable zone around binary stars, but all of them are giant gaseous planets, Bromley says.

"The planets that Kepler has discovered so far around binary stars are larger, Neptune- or Jupiter-sized gas giants," he says. "None of those found so far are small and rocky like our Earth – or like Tatooine in 'Star Wars.'"

Bromley believes Kepler hasn't yet spotted Earthlike planets around binary stars because they are small compared with gas giants, "so it's a hard measurement."

While Kepler has found other gas giants farther from binary stars, there has been debate about how the seven in the habitable zone got where they are.

The new study shows it is possible they formed in place from gas and dust – something "everyone else says is impossible," Bromley says. He also doubts it because there doesn't appear to have been enough gas and dust for gas giants Kepler has spotted near binaries to have formed in place. The study also showed that the gas and dust could have moved in from elsewhere so the gas giants could form where they now are seen.

The prevailing theories contend the gas giants discovered by the Kepler spacecraft must have formed farther out in a cooler, calmer part of space and then migrated closer to the binary stars, either by spiraling inward though a disk of gas surrounding the binary pair, or by being hurled in by the gravity of another more distant gas-giant planet.

But "an Earthlike Tatooine would have no problem forming right where it needs to be to host life," Bromley says.

2 Earth-like planets could be hiding close to our solar system

Russian Navy UFO records say aliens love the ocean

The Russian navy has declassified its records of encounters with unidentified objects technologically surpassing anything humanity ever built, reports Svobodnaya Pressa news website.

The records dating back to soviet times were compiled by a special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships. The group was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov, and the documents reveal numerous cases of possible UFO encounters, the website says. Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says the materials are of great value.

• “Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water,” he said.

On one occasion a nuclear submarine, which was on a combat mission in the Pacific Ocean, detected six unknown objects. After the crew failed to leave behind their pursuers by maneuvering, the captain ordered to surface. The objects followed suit, took to the air, and flew away.

Many mysterious events happened in the region of Bermuda Triangle, recalls retired submarine commander Rear Admiral Yury Beketov. Instruments malfunctioned with no apparent reason or detected strong interference. The former navy officer says this could be deliberate disruption by UFOs.

Another place where people often report UFO encounters is Russia’s Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world. Fishermen tell of powerful lights coming from the deep and objects flying up from the water.

In one case in 1982 a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured.

Stanton Friedman Chimes in On Alleged Roswell Alien Slides and His Declination to Participate in Upcoming Show

connection between the slides and Roswell."

     I keep being asked my views about the so-called “Roswell” Slides. So, let me summarize my position. I have tried to obtain as much information as possible and
responded with interest when at the International UFO Congress in Scottsdale, Arizona, in Mid-February, I was interviewed by journalist Jaime Maussan of Mexico City who has arranged for a huge event focused on the slides. I recall the so called Roswell Autopsy which turned out to be a fiasco. I had spoken with Ray Santilli over the phone, checked on a number of his claims which turned out to be false, met with him twice in England and even had some comments distributed at his big press conference.

Jaime invited me to attend the May 5, Mexico City, conference as had Don Schmitt. My expenses would be paid. My first thought was that since I would be asked about my views, as the original civilian investigator of the Roswell crashed saucer event, it would be nice to have first hand information. This being the worst winter in our 35 years in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, it would also be nice to get to some warm weather. So I read as much as I could, positive and negative. I have not held
copies of the slides. I could find no convincing information that there is any connection between the slides and Roswell. How would an outsider gain access to the real bodies? I worked under security for 14 years and have been to classified facilities in New Mexico. The barriers are tough. I have seen no specific data to convince me that these are phony. But that doesn’t establish a connection with Roswell events. Yes, I am still convinced that alien spacecraft with bodies on board crashed near Corona, in the Plains of San Augustin, and near Aztec. But I don’t want to appear to add legitimacy by my presence in Mexico City in the absence of serious evidence of the slides being what is being claimed they are. Absence of evidence is NOT evidence of absence and I have a large “gray” basket.

Incident At The Rogelio Farm Spain

“It was around four or five in the afternoon on a spring day. I was working, cutting grass at the farm, and my position afforded me a good look of the surroundings, as the house is higher than the rest of the property, being located on a small hill. I looked at the sky and was able to see an object that drew my attention. It was a sort of very large sphere, like the size of an average car, and it appeared to be surrounded by some sort of steam or smoke…”

  

After much hearsay and a bit of news appearing in the media, members of the Red Nacional de Corresponsales – a UFO research center – visited Alcalá de Guadaira, specifically the area known as “la Lapa” and its surroundings. Repeated questioning led them to get in touch with the ranger of the Rogelio Farm, located in the community.

 

A small property surrounded by orchards which allow for a dairy farm to be maintained. A flat surface with low vegetation, some eucalyptus trees and pines. Sedimentary rocks are found in the vicinity and chalky, compacted sand. At this location, a fifty-five-year old man, father to a numerous family – three boys and a girl – with no other livelihood than his work and without time to waste on far-fetched scientific notions, recalls how one spring day, while working, he saw an object that caught his eye.

 

“The object was some 200 meters over the ground and some 300 meters over me. I watched it for about five seconds. I wanted to call my wife and daughter, who were the two ones at home, to come out and see, but the minute they arrived, and I turned my head, the object had vanished. I ran to get a better vantage point, but no use. There wasn't a trace left.”

 

There is no further information, no exact dates are provided, but there is something strange in the air. The investigation is ongoing, questions are asked here and there – some time having elapsed from the original sighting – but there is an item that begins to clarify things, bolstering the underlying storyline…

 

Leopoldina Becerra, at five thirty in the afternoon on 19 April 1976, went to purchase milk at the Rogelio Farm. She was accompanied by a cousin. Leopoldina, an uneducated woman, remembers the events…

 

“My cousin and I went to the Rogelio Farm to buy milk, as we often did. It would have been five thirty in the afternoon. We saw something odd in a bend on the road: something seemed to be on fire on top of a dung heap near the farm wall. At first we thought it might be the dung heap itself, because a lot of smoke seemed to come out of the ground, but it wasn't the case. We saw an egg-shaped object, dark in color, suspended in the air, about a meter from the ground. I alerted my cousin, a much more educated and learned person than myself, and she said that thing could be a UFO. The object was some fifty meters away from us. We broke into a run and were truly scared, thinking that the object would head our way at some point. As we ran, we fell and screamed, since the ground is very rough in that area. One of the ranger's children came out to help us. What happened, he asked. We pointed toward where the object was, telling the boy to look at the sky, that something strange had come out of the dung heap. When he looked, there was nothing to be seen, but I'm sure there was something there.”

 

 

There is a close relationship between some statements and others. These are two other direct witnesses to the case, and a long time has elapsed from when the event took place to the investigation. Neither woman wants any publicity. “Because, you know, some people do not believe in these things, and in a village, well, you understand…” and they are completely uninterested in the UFO phenomenon, having never found themselves in a similar situation.

 

The members of the Red Nacional de Corresponsales managed to contact two more witnesses who appear to be connected, but this pair refuses to make any comment whatsoever, while the ranger at the Rogelio Farm and Leopoldina Becerra remember the event vividly. On that spring afternoon, specifically on 19 April 1976, an unidentified flying object landed in Alcalá. One witness saw it at an altitude of two hundred meters; another witness saw it fifty meters away, suspended a meter off the ground. It was an egg-shaped object that issued smoke, and was dark in color…

Keel mentions the persistent connection between unidentified objects and "dirty" places much like the dung heap on the Rogelio Farm.  Petitioners Seek Everything From Boosting Raw Milk Sales to Legalizing Pot

WASHINGTON—When the White House promised to answer citizen petitions on the most pressing problems of the day, it may not have had extraterrestrial life in mind.

More than 10,000 petitions have poured in since the new initiative was announced last month in a bid to bring government closer to the people. And issues like massive federal deficits, two wars and high unemployment don't appear to be on the people's minds.

One petition wants to legalize raw milk sales. Others seek to mandate the spaying and neutering of pets, abolish the Transportation Security Administration and "formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race."

The White House has promised that any petition meeting a threshold for a number of signatures—more than 50 so far have met it—will get an expedited hearing and an official policy response.

The first responses could come as early as Tuesday.

Some of the petitions are somewhat cryptic: "Make Bribing Politicians Illegal" refers to banning corporate campaign contributions. Others are narrow; the second most popular by number of signatures calls for an investigation into the prosecution of Sholom Rubashkin, a former kosher slaughterhouse executive spending 27 years in prison on 86 financial fraud charges. And others could use help with their marketing, such as "Allow Seriously Backlogged EB2/EB3 Beneficiaries with Their I-140 Approved to File I-485 and Apply for EAD & AP." Nonetheless, that last one, which would aid people awaiting employment green cards, has collected more than 7,500 signatories.

Then there's Stephen Bassett, who wants to end the "truth embargo," or what he believes is the government's deliberate decision to withhold what it has long known about the existence of extraterrestrial life.

"The fact is that there is an extraterrestrial presence. I know this because I'm familiar with the research and a couple hundred government witnesses have come forward in the last couple years," he said. "Acknowledging this E.T. presence is about open government."

Mr. Bassett decided to post a petition as soon as he heard about the opportunity and immediately sent a link to his 10,000-person email list. He posted to six Facebook pages and his Twitter account and the petition now has more than 9,500 signatories, making it the 20th most popular.

The "We the People" petition project was proposed a couple of years ago by Macon Phillips, director of digital strategy at the White House. The idea languished until David Plouffe, a major force behind the 2008 Obama campaign's online push, arrived in January to serve as a senior adviser to the president. Mr. Plouffe overrode concerns of others in the White House about increased workload, privacy implications and sticky situations such as requests for clemency for a particular individual, a White House official said.

The petition drive was inspired by a similar project in Britain. The most popular petition there currently calls for convicted London rioters to lose government benefits.

Mr. Phillips allows that some U.S. petitions submitted so far are a bit outside the White House agenda for America. "Some of these issues are going to be inconvenient," he said. He added that all these issues are important to someone and deserve a government response.

Asked which official or agency would tackle the E.T. question, Mr. Phillips said it would be decided at a meeting the next day. Asked after the meeting who drew the assignment, a spokesman said they wouldn't be commenting until the official response is ready.

What about that truth embargo? "You're going to have to wait," Mr. Phillips said.

Of the 202 petitions posted with at least 150 signatures, not one mentions President Barack Obama's jobs plan, something the White House talks about almost every day.

Indeed, the only mention of federal spending is in reference to the TSA's "monstrous budget," which, at $7.7 billion, is 0.2% of the total. Only one petition refers to the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan, and that's a call to provide troops with free Internet service.

The White House's initial threshold for consideration was 5,000 electronic signatures in 30 days, but more than 30 petitions met that in the first week, blowing past expectations. Officials then raised the bar to 25,000 names.

Mr. Bassett's E.T. petition quickly surpassed the first threshold and he hopes a "very large number" will force attention to the issue. "We'll never catch up with the legalized marijuana petition, but everyone knows that."

Marijuana legalization is the reigning champion of we'll-take-any-question politics, reaching the top of the heap every time the White House takes suggestions from the public. Indeed, five petitions calling for pot legalization in one form or other are in the top 10. Mr. Obama has said repeatedly he doesn't favor legalization.

Dan Bingham, a 25-year-old software developer from Bloomington, Ind., was having trouble sleeping when he tried his hand at a petition draft and picked the first issue that came to his mind: forcing the patent office to stop issuing software patents, a move he thinks will protect small developers from larger companies. He accidentally submitted his petition before proofreading it and posted the link on a couple of techie websites. The next morning, he found several errors in his text, but the link had already gone viral.

"People were signing it despite my poor writing, though the most frequent comment was something along the lines of, 'Did anyone proof read this?' The answer is 'No. They didn't,' " he said. His petition is now the 12th most popular, with more than 13,800 signatures.

JP Massar, a blogger for the liberal DailyKos website, decided not filing a petition was the better strategy for one of his causes: promoting same-sex marriage. After consulting with like-minded allies, he concluded either Mr. Obama would say he was against it, which would hurt the cause, or he would be for it, which could hurt the president's re-election chances.

That didn't stop others. A similar petition blew past the signature requirement and now has more than 10,000 names.
