UFOs worried about the explosives we play with

CHENNAI: In the previous eight columns we discussed the validity of the UFO phenomenon and how efforts even at the highest levels of the American government to seek Disclosure has not borne fruit. But one question many readers keep asking me is why are they coming?

UFOs are not crossing oceans of space and time to visit Earth to see the Taj Mahal or the Pyramids at Giza. The reason can be given in one line. E=MC square. In 1945 we turned this equation into a weapon and they responded.

Since the 1940s there have been many, sometimes repeatedly, UFO incursions at American nuclear weapons manufacturing installations, test sites like Nevada, Pacific Islands, and Weapons Storage Areas like Malmstrom, Loring, Wurtsmith, F E Warren, Kirkland and Fairchild Air Force Bases as well as RAF Bases in England and nuclear bases in former Soviet Union.

But it is only in recent times that 100s of U.S military veterans who were in charge of nuclear facilities and missile bases have come forward to openly testify about these extraordinary incidents thanks to the efforts of UFO researcher Robert Hastings who after interviewing more than 150 military veterans regarding their involvement in nuclear weapons related UFO incidents at various bases around the world since the 1940s, published in 2008 the 600 page book UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites which provided a comprehensive summary of their revelations.

This book exposed the American government’s cover up on incidents involving UFOs and its nuclear weapons and installations. Hastings and Robert Salas one of the officers involved in the 1967 Malmstrom missile/UFO incident even appeared in CNN’s Larry King live program and shared their experiences.

But as usual the American mainstream media and the government ignored these events. The American government and media finds a bunch of Jihadis hiding in the mountains of South Waziristan and Yemen plotting to attack America with AK-47 guns and RDX explosives more dangerous and news worthy than the warnings of people like Hastings. If Hastings, Salas and 150 former military officers are lying about UFOs tampering with nuclear missiles, then they must be tried before the law or their warnings must be taken seriously and acted upon. But neither of the two is happening.

American government’s official policy shrouded in secrecy and dictated by a small unelected, unaccountable group is — See no UFO, Hear no UFO, Speak no UFO. Because any acknowledgement of UFOs will inevitably lead to the release of radical energy clean, green energy technologies that will get rid of our addiction to fossil fuels, which in other words means granting Energy-Independence to 1.3 billion Indians who right now only enjoy political independence. As of now 20 American companies control the world oil market and any truth about UFOs can easily destroy that.

From their perspective as Hastings and Friedman point out, UFOs want to make sure that these children (human race) who have found a gun (atomic power) don’t create problems for them. During the Second World War humans managed to murder 60 million of their own kind. In 1945 humans tested the atom bomb. Few weeks later they dropped it on their own kind — twice. Not surprisingly, the same UFOs started showing up all over the world. In 1903 the Wright Brothers made the first manned flight, 66 years later, in 1969 humans walked on the moon. ETs would be wondering what would happen if these warlike, destructive species start colonising space?

Stanton Friedman notes that during his lectures when he asks his audience — If you were an Alien, would you want Earthlings out there? The answer has always been NO.

The sun at the moment is completely blank. But don’t worry, everything’s going to be all right.

YOU may not have noticed but our sun has gone as blank as a cue ball. As in, it’s lost its spots.

According to scientists, this unsettling phenomenon is a sign we are heading for a mini ice age.

Meteorologist and renowned sun-watcher Paul Dorian raised the alarm in his latest report, which has sparked a mild panic about an impending Game of Thrones-style winter not seen since the 17th century.

“For the second time this month, the sun has gone completely blank,” Mr Dorian says.

“The blank sun is a sign that the next solar minimum is approaching and there will be an increasing number of spotless days over the next few years.

“At first, the blankness will stretch for just a few days at a time, then it’ll continue for weeks at a time, and finally it should last for months at a time when the sunspot cycle reaches its nadir. The next solar minimum phase is expected to take place around 2019 or 2020.”

According to NASA, the sun goes through a natural solar cycle approximately every 11 years. The cycle is marked by the increase and decrease of sunspots — visible as dark blemishes on the sun’s surface, or photosphere. The greatest number of sunspots in any given solar cycle is designated as “solar maximum.” The lowest number is “solar minimum”.

“During Solar Max, huge sunspots and intense solar flares are a daily occurrence. Auroras appear in Florida. Radiation storms knock out satellites. Radio blackouts frustrate CB radio as well. The last such episode took place in the years around 2000-2001,” the space agency’s website

“During solar minimum, the opposite occurs. Solar flares are almost non-existent while whole weeks go by without a single, tiny sunspot to break the monotony of the blank sun. This is what we are experiencing now.”

Given that the sun is the main driver of all weather and climate, the sinister-sounding “blankness” to which Mr Dorian refers has some experts predicting a “Maunder Minimum” phase similar to one which began in 1645 and which is referred to as the “Little Ice Age”.

The Maunder Minimum, named after solar astronomer Edward Maunder, lasted for a brutal 70 years and was so cold the Thames froze over.

A slightly less intense ice age-like period called the Dalton Minimum — after British Meteorologist John Dalton — arrived decades later and lasted from about 1790 to 1830.

“If history is any guide, it is safe to say that weak solar activity for a prolonged period of time can have a cooling impact on global temperatures in the troposphere which is the bottommost layer of Earth’s atmosphere — and where we all live,” Mr Dorian says.

Mr Dorian’s findings back research by professor Valentina Zharkova of Northumbria University, who warned that a predicted sharp decline in solar activity between 2020 and 2050 was a sign another ice age was coming.

“I am absolutely confident in our research,” Prof Zharkova said.

“It has good mathematical background and reliable data, which has been handled correctly. In fact, our results can be repeated by any researchers with the similar data available in many solar observatories, so they can derive their own evidence of upcoming Maunder Minimum in solar magnetic field and activity.”

And there are other consequences of a sun without spots. Not least for astronauts who face the risk of having their DNA “shattered” by cosmic rays, whose potency surges during periods of solar weakness.

According to Mr Dorian, cosmic rays surge into the inner solar system “with relative ease” during periods of solar minimum.

“Solar wind decreases and sun’s magnetic field weakens during solar minimums making it easier for cosmic rays to reach the Earth,” he explains.

“This is a more dangerous time for astronauts as the increase in potent cosmic rays can easily shatter a strand of human DNA. Also, during years of lower sunspot number, the sun’s extreme ultraviolet radiation (EUV) drops and the Earth’s upper atmosphere cools and contracts.

“With sharply lower aerodynamic drag, satellites have less trouble staying in orbit — a good thing. On the other hand, space junk tends to accumulate, making the space around Earth a more dangerous place for astronauts.”

Ancient passages to stone tombs could have been used by prehistoric humans to boost their view of the night skies as part of an ancient ritual, archaeologists have proposed.

Researchers say that the dark entrances to 6,000 year-old tombs in Portugal could have been an early form of astronomical tool that enhanced the visibility of the stars. In particular, they say, the orientation of the entrances to the passage graves suggests that they are aligned to offer a view of Aldebaran, the red star that is the brightest body in the constellation of Taurus.

The star might have been important to ancient communities who moved their herds and flocks to summer grazing grounds in the mountains each year. The annual event, the researchers argue, could have coincided with the star’s first appearance in the morning twilight each year. “This first rising of Aldebaran occurred at the end of April or beginning of May 6,000 years ago, so it would be a very good, very precise calendrical marker for them to know when it was time to move into the higher grounds,” said Dr Fabio Silva of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

The team, including researchers from Nottingham Trent University, believe the conditions within the tunnels could have provided viewers with a chance to spot Aldebaran’s first appearance before those outside.

That, they say, could have been linked to ancient rituals in which individuals were left on their own in the tomb with the remains of their ancestors. “There is a wealth of evidence now that these passage graves were not only used as tombs for burials, but they could also be used for rites of passage,” said Silva. Such rituals, he adds, often involved the revelation of an astronomical secret to the initiate. “Could the secret be that he could see the star rising days, if not a full week, before everybody else that was outside the passage grave could see it?” said Silva.

Presenting their work at the Royal Astronomical Society’s National AstronomyMeeting at the University of Nottingham, the team propose that the corridors boast a number of features that would have allowed someone within them to glimpse an early view of Aldebaran’s so-called heliacal rising through the small window provided by the tunnel’s opening.

“The key thing is that a passage grave with its long corridor acts like a telescope that does not have a lens - it is a long tube from which you are looking at the sky,” said Silva. “Its characteristics are going to impact how you are looking at the sky in three or four ways.”

Among these, says Silva, the corridors point towards the horizon, focusing the viewer’s attention on one area of the sky, while the walls would block out the pre-dawn rays from the sun, making it easier to spot other celestial objects and increasing the contrast with the sky. The viewer’s eyes, he adds, would be adapted to the dark of the passage, potentially making them better adjusted to spotting faint stars.

“All you are doing is making sure everything is dark apart from that small area in the sky,” said Dr Daniel Brown from Nottingham Trent University, who is also involved in the research.

Silva and the team are currently testing these ideas by simulating the conditions of the passages in the laboratory.

“We are going to simulate this star rising at twilight conditions and allow people to tell us when they can see it,” said Silva. “Then [we will] compare that with a control group of people that are in a room which would replicate the conditions of being outside the passage grave.”

The link between ancient sites and astronomy is far from new -Stonehenge being perhaps the most famous example. But the purpose of such sites is notoriously difficult to unpick.

“As any archaeologist will tell you, trying to understand what was going through the minds of the people who built these prehistoric monuments is a difficult task,” said Dr Marek Kukula, public astronomer at the Royal Observatory Greenwich. “But this team is carrying out a fascinating study into how the human visual perception of a small patch of sky can be affected by the narrow views along the passages of the Portuguese structures.”

While the team propose that such properties could have had calendrical and spiritual purposes, Kukula believes the work highlights the central role of stargazing in societies throughout time.

“Whether these really were were the reasons why the passage tombs were originally built is hard to say for sure,” he said. “But this kind of ‘archaeoastronomy’ highlights the fact that human beings have always been fascinated by the stars and that sky-watching has had an important role in human society for millennia.”

Researchers from the Case Western Reserve University, Kenyon College in Ohio, the Institute of Gravitation in Portsmouth University, and the University of Catania in Italy have joined forces to accomplish a momentous task: to build the first model of the universe based on all of the conditions stated by Einstein's full theory of relativity.

A MOMENTOUS TASK

Researchers from the Case Western Reserve University, Kenyon College in Ohio, the Institute of Gravitation of Portsmouth University, and the University of Catania in Italy all come together for one ultimate goal: to create the most precise and detailed representation of the cosmos using all of the equations Einstein ever postulated about the universe.

The partnership will be building the model of the universe using two computer codes developed by a collaborative team from the Case Western Reserve University and Kenyon College. Codenamed “Cosmograph,” the codes are embedded in a mathematical tool hopes to simulate a model of the universe that could provide insights on how gravity affects all objects in the universe.

The new codes are reportedly the first to collate the entirety of the general theory of relativityand would help explain why objects in the universe are where they are—specifically trying to understand how the distribution of matter throughout the universe came to be.

“No one has modeled the full complexity of the problem before,” says Professor Glenn Starkman, a member of the American team of researchers. “These papers are an important step forward, using the full machinery of general relativity to model the universe, without unwarranted assumptions of symmetry or smoothness. The universe doesn’t make these assumptions, neither should we.”

SUPERCOMPUTERS PLUS SPACE EXPLORATION

Einstein’s theory has been a milestone in physics and is so complex that even physicists are struggling to fully understand it to this day—more than 100 years after it was conceptualized.

Perhaps, the dawn of supercomputers would better translate these theories than mortals could. And with the help of developing telescopes as well as space missions on galaxy surveys, fully understanding the mechanisms that govern our universe may just be close to becoming a reality.

“In the end, as always in physics, it will be the interplay between theory and observations that will further our understanding of the universe,” said Dr. Marco Bruni of the Institute of Cosmology and Gravitation, Portsmouth University.

Astronomers are baffled by a recent finding wherein a magnetar, an immensely magnetic neutron star, is enveloped by a wind nebula. It was previously believed that only young pulsars spin fast enough to harbor a wind nebula and a magnetar definitely does not move fast enough to maintain one. An investigation is underway.

FIRST MAGNETAR WITH A WIND NEBULA EVER FOUND

Using NASA’s Swift satellite, astronomers found a wind nebula surrounding a magnetar for the first time. Why is this remarkable?

First of all, a magnetar alone is a very rare thing…and quite a scary one too. Magnetars, as their name suggests, are highly magnetic neutron stars. How magnetic? They are 1,000 trillion times more magnetic than our common environment–meaning to 1 quadrillion gauss.

And what does that mean for a human being? According to an article by astrophysicist Paul Sutter: “Get too close to one (say, within 1,000 kilometers, or about 600 miles), and the magnetic fields are strong enough to upset not just your bioelectricity — rendering your nerve impulses hilariously useless — but your very molecular structure. In a magnetar’s field, you just kind of … dissolve.”

Up to now, only 29 of the 2,600 neutron stars ever found have been classified as magnetars. And this is the first time a magnetar has ever been found enveloped in a wind nebula, a massive cloud of high-energy particles.

The magnetar involved was one discovered in 2011 and named Swift J1834.9-0846, J1834.9 for short. Astronomers are now trying to understand how the magnetar managed to sustain a windnebula.

THE MYSTERY

It was previously believed that only young pulsars are capable of harboring wind nebulae due to the fact that they spin fast enough, keeping the wind nebula from escaping out into space. And even these pulsars can lose the wind nebulae as they grow old and spin slower.

Magnetars are known to spin slower than regular pulsars, making it baffling how J1834.9 manages to keep its wind nebula.

“Right now, we don’t know how J1834.9 developed and continues to maintain a wind nebula, which until now was a structure only seen around young pulsars,” said lead researcher George Younes from George Washington University.

While a magnetar’s behavior is very chaotic and is not very well understood as of now, researchers plan to investigate this occurrence further.

“It represents a unique opportunity to study the magnetar’s historical activity, opening a whole new playground for theorists like me,” says Jonathan Granot from Israel’s Open University.

“If the process here is similar, then about 10 percent of the magnetar’s rotational energy loss is powering the nebula’s glow, which would be the highest efficiency ever measured in such a system,” Younes adds.

The truth is, no matter who, the 99% is controlled by the 1% and there are things that the 1% would be happy if the 99% never find out of. But, be that as it may, the Murphy ’s Law still stands even for those individuals who steer the wheel and as the law says “Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong”.

People with humanity still in their hearts leaked some information, people who see things as they really are revealed conspiracies, and some with a little logic still in the head discovered the truth hidden from the 99%. Here are some of the greatest secrets “They” don’t want you to know of:

6. They Control the Earth’s Environment

You have probably heard about the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). It is a project funded by The US Navy and The US Air Force and its cover is technology that can allow US military to communicate with its fleet of submarines through very long distances.

How this works? There is an instrument in HAARP called “Ionospheric Research Instrument” which is a facility that transmits high-power radio frequency directly into a limited area of the Ionosphere.

This instrument manipulates the Ionosphere, the place where free electrons exist, and has a potential to create radio waves that will manipulate the earth’s magnetic field. You get yourself a control of the earth’s magnetic field and you control the earth.

Even more frightening is the fact that HAARP has a potential to control emotions through wave frequencies and manipulate human minds. Who knows, maybe they are responsible for our sudden mood swings. Project HAARP was shut down in May 2013 — or was it?

There is absolutely no need for fluoride in tap water, well for us, but for the ones who want to control the world and make sure no one rises above them, fluoride in tap water is essential element. Why? Let me explain a little bit.

Fluoridation was recommended by Edward Bernays, nephew of Sigmund Freud. Mind manipulation is written all over their foreheads.

Fluoride is a chemical that has an effect on the Pineal Gland of our brain, some call it “The Third Eye”. This gland is responsible for majority of our emotions, as well as our serotonin and melatonin level.

Fluoride damages this gland and promotes apathy, depression, and low vibrations. This results in lack of motivation, bad health and boredom. To survive in the world today we must earn money to buy the necessary things like food, water, shelter, medicine.

Instead of following our dream and escaping the system, we are depressed and unmotivated which forces us to work for someone just so we can survive. These 2 forces, the survival instinct and apathy, limit us to follow the system and never rise above it.

We are scared for our survival but unmotivated to go our own way, so we let others lead our whiny ass to safety. Their safety. Just like sheep in the herd.

When you look up in the sky and say look a con trail you may be wrong, it may be a chemtrail. Don’t worry, it’s nothing, it’s just some guys spraying you with Aluminum, Arsenic, Barium, Boron, and yes Fluoride. Why? Because you ask too much. Now shut up and keep doing what “They” tell you.

Fluoride is now also being added to almost every food product made with water. Fluoride is also in insecticides and other poison products, toothpaste, mouthwash, and many psychotropic medicines, and if we are good we may even get houses made of fluoride, yay!

3. GMOs Are Destroying All Humanity

Genetically Modified Organisms or GMOs are plants or animals created through the gene splicing techniques of biotechnology. This experimental technology merges DNA from different species, creating unstable combinations of plant, animal, bacterial and viral genes that cannot occur in nature or in traditional crossbreeding.

In other words GMO is taking God’s dice in our own hands. It is the greatest disbalance nature has ever seen.

The Universe has one divine rule and that is that whatever happens it must always keep balance, every action has its own opposite reaction. We make disbalance to nature, but as we know The Universe will always find balance, so our action will result in conflict between us and nature.

The dumbest man knows that we come from Nature and the conflict will be between ourselves resulting in us becoming something else that is not Nature or our extinction, because let’s face it, we cannot go on the opposite side of the scale with such force and expect balance.

What is Beauty? Victoria’s Secret Angels, I know, but what is the definition of beauty? The combination of elements like shape, color, size that pleases the sense of sight. But, we know that music has a beauty too, smell also, so if you ask me I would say that beauty is a harmony between elements and forces.

Sacred geometry is found where elements meet The Golden Ratio (1.618033989...) and it exists through all The Universe between gravity of planets, Nature, design of flowers, shape of animals, proportions of land, crop circles, it also exists in many manmade objects or famous arts like the works of Leonardo DaVinci, Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony, Greek and Roman architecture...

Almost everything we find harmonious, beautiful, and with that x-factor we cannot explain has The Golden Ratio shinning through it.

Why is this kept a secret? Well, it’s like a magic show. We find magic in things with The Golden Ratio but we don’t know why or how. The magician knows the trick and in order to manipulate the audience nobody else is allowed to know how it’s done.

Do you know that in 1955 the International Standardization Organization made 440 Hz a general tuning standard for musical pitch? Before that was 432 Hz.

As you may know sounds have the biggest impact in our thinking. 432 Hz makes the sound of music more harmonious, calm, promotes happiness and deep understanding, passion. 440 Hz is more energetic, faster, it is almost like racing.

It is more competitive and focusing on the details, the understanding of the things we can see. So why would someone and most importantly how, decides that 440 Hz is better than 432 Hz?

Because music touches us where nothing else can, where the essence of our Emotional Being is, and if you control what emotions/thoughts the music promotes, than your work of controlling the world is 99% done.

“They” don’t want people to understand Our True Nature and Our Higher Self. They want us to be in a hurry, to believe only what we see and be competitive about material things.

This way the 99% will live in the reality the 1% will create for them. This whole article is about that, the purpose of the 1% is to shape the reality of the 99% and through various of things “They” have accomplished that, and “They” are damn good in keeping the control.

Although not an 'official' Vile Vortex, the inland Bridgewater Triangle is likely one of the world's most concentrated areas of diverse paranormal reports.

Located just 30 miles south of Boston, this 200-mile square area has the Massachusetts towns of Abington, Freetown and Rehoboth at its angles. The town of Bridgewater is located nearly dead center within the triangle and the area also encompasses six other Massachusetts towns: Raynham, Taunton, Brockton, Mansfield, Norton and Easton1.

Mysterious Landmarks

The Hockomock Swamp

The Hockomock Swamp, a 5000+ acre area lies within the western section of Bridgewater Triangle and is the hub of many paranormal reports. Also the site of an 8,000-year-old Native American burial ground, when archaeologists opened the graves of Grassy Island, the red ochre within the tombs bubbled and then mysteriously disappeared. Photographs taken of the excavation would not develop1.

The swamp remains shrouded in superstition. Called, "the place where spirits dwell" by the Wampanoag Tribe of the Native American Algonquian nation, the Wampanoag avoided the Hockomock Swamp and the area remains a place filled with foreboding2.

Dighton Rock

On the banks of the Tauntaon River, Dighton Rock lies across from the Grassy Island Burial Grounds of Hockomock Swamp. Numerous inscriptions of unknown origins are carved into the face of the rock. Although various speculations attribute them to Native Americans, Vikings, and even Phoenicians, their identity has never been specifically determined 3.

Profile Rock

Profile Rock is another Bridgewater Triangle landmark that has gained a paranormal reputation. Located in Freetown, from a nearby hill, the rock shows a clear portrait of a Native American face looking out from the stone. Long before Massachusetts colonists arrived, the Wampanoag people considered Profile Rock sacred. Local legends claim that Native American ghost dancers in warrior dress dance around Profile Rock3, 4.

Located in Hockomock Swamp along Route 44 in Rehoboth, Anawan Rock is named for Chief Anawan and is the site where Chief Anawan surrendered to the colonists, ending "King Phillip's War". Legend says that the angry spirits of Chief Anawan's warriors continue to haunt the area, starting spectral fires and "ghost dancing".

Bridgewater Triangle Phenomena

Paranormal researcher, Loren Coleman, who named the Bridgewater Triangle in the 1970, revived public attention to the many paranormal reports emanating from the area.

Aside from the number and diversity of paranormal reports, what is phenomenal about the Bridgewater Triangle is that the first report of paranormal activity was made over three centuries ago, in 1760.

At 10 am on May 10, 1760, a "sphere of fire" was reported to hover over New England and emit a light so bright that is cast shadows in the morning sun. Reportedly, the light was seen from both Bridgewater and Roxbury3. Since then, the area has spawned a diversity of reports that include paranormal events that range from ghost dancers to UFOs to Cryptozoological sightings.

Bridgewater Triangle UFOs

The 1760 report is likely the first documented UFO report on the planet. However, it certainly wasn't the last UFO report to come out of the Bridgewater Triangle.

Halloween 1908 marked another UFO sighting, documented in local newspapers.
In 1968, five people claimed that they saw a strange ball of light floating among the trees in a wooded part of Rehoboth3.
In the 1970's, UFO sightings were frequently reported to occur in different areas of the Bridgewater Triangle1. In one 1976 report, two UFOs were seen landing along Route 44 near Taunton.
In 1994, a Bridgewater Law Enforcement Officer reported seeing a triangular shaped craft with red and white lights.
The town of Raynham frequently receives reports of glowing balls of light, floating over the ground at the local dog track3.

Mysterious Creatures

Cryptozoological sightings are numerous and varied in the Bridgewater Triangle. In 1970, reports of a big-foot like, 7-foot tall hairy monster and its footprints instigated both the Bridgewater and Massachusetts State Police canine unit to conduct a search for a bear. However, neither man nor bear was ever found.

In 1978, paranormal researcher Joseph M. DeAndrade claims to have observed another such creature as it slowly walked into the brush of the Hockomock Swamp, about 200 yards from his location. He chronicled his sighting in his 1997 book,Passing Strange: True Tales of New England Hauntings and Horrors8.

Not all of the creatures that allegedly inhabit the Bridgewater Triangle are land-bound. Since 1971, several sightings of phenomenally large, black birds, with wingspans that stretched from eight to twelve feet, have been reported as well. Coincidentally, the first of these reports originated from Bird Hill in Hockomock Swamp. In 1984, two of these avian creatures were allegedly seen fighting in mid-air.

Bridgewater Triangle Ghostly Specters

Besides the legends that tell of Native American ghost dancers, reports of several contemporary ghostly specters come from the Bridgewater Triangle.

A mysterious redheaded hitchhiker haunts a stretch of Route 44 in Rehoboth.
A ghostly phantom appears in Hockomock Swamp near Route 138.
From Freetown, a ghostly trucker is rumored to speed along the winding Copicut Road, blaring his horn and threatening passing motorists.

NASA finds Mars had a ‘ human ’ breathable atmosphere

It seems that Mars is turning out to have been a nearly identical planet to Earth in its distant history. There is liquid water on Mars; the planet had vas oceans in the past, and now we knwo the red planet had abundant oxygen in the distant past.

A new finding by NASA’s Curiosity has provided evidence of significant amounts of oxygen that once permeated the Martian atmosphere. Apparently, the Red Planet was more Earth-like than many scientists thought until now. In fact, it is highly possible that organisms that thrive on Earth could have thrived on Mars in the distant past. This second one is still debatable.

Using the ChemCam instrument aboard Curiosity, scientists at the Los Alamos National Laboratory have discovered high levels of manganese oxides in cracks filled with minerals present in some Martian rocks of the Kimberley region in the Gale crater.

The presence of this chemical suggests that in the past there were sufficient levels of oxygen in the atmosphere of Mars, which would have made the planet “breathable” for humans.

This finding is yet another important discovery which suggests that the red planet was once very Earth-like.

“The only ways on Earth that we know how to make these manganese materials involve atmospheric oxygen or microbes,” said Nina Lanza, a planetary scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. “Now we’re seeing manganese oxides on Mars, and we’re wondering how the heck these could have formed?”

While researchers are still not sure about microbes, finding traces of oxygen in Mars’ atmosphere is a very important discovery that will help us understand our neighbouring planet which in addition will help plan future trips to the red planet.

“These high manganese materials can’t form without lots of liquid water and strongly oxidizing conditions. Here on Earth, we had lots of water but no widespread deposits of manganese oxides until after the oxygen levels in our atmosphere rose,” said Lanza.

This scene shows NASA’s Curiosity Mars rover at a location called “Windjana,” where the rover found rocks containing manganese-oxide minerals, which require abundant water and strongly oxidizing conditions to form. In front of the rover are two holes from the rover’s sample-collection drill and several dark-toned features that have been cleared of dust (see inset images). These flat features are erosion-resistant fracture fills containing manganese oxides. The discovery of these materials suggests the Martian atmosphere might once have contained higher abundances of free oxygen than it does now.

According to experts, in Earths geological history, the appearance of high amounts of manganese oxide minerals is in important clue which indicates a major change in our atmosphere composition: from low oxygen abundances to the oxygen-rich atmosphere we have today. The discovery of the same materials on the red planet indicates that oxygen levels rose there too, before falling to the present values the Curiosity rover has seen.

“One potential way that oxygen could have gotten into the Martian atmosphere is from the breakdown of water when Mars was losing its magnetic field,” said Lanza. “It’s thought that at this time in Mars’ history, water was much more abundant.”

Experts indicate that without a protective magnetic field shielding the surface of the red planet, ionizing radiation began splitting water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen. Mars as we know is a planet with a relatively low gravity which means that the planet was not able to hold onto light hydrogen atoms. However, the heavier oxygen atoms remained on the planet. Researchers speculate that much of the oxygen ended up in Mars geological formations which eventually lead to the rusty red dust that covers the surface of Mars today.

According to scientists, the red iron oxides on Mars need only a mildly oxidizing environment to form, while manganese oxides require a strongly oxidizing environment, which is more than previously known on Mars

Lanza added, “It’s hard to confirm whether this scenario for Martian atmospheric oxygen actually occurred. But it’s important to note that this idea represents a departure in our understanding for how planetary atmospheres might become oxygenated.”

Abundant atmospheric oxygen has been treated as a so-called biosignature or a sign of extant life but this process does not require life.

The mysterious, elusive and enigmatic Planet X, aka Nibiru or Planet Nine, with its incredibly long 27-million-year orbit is considered by many as only a myth. However, indications that there is more to it than pure mythology has existed for many decades.

According to one astrophysicist, the elusive planet spells doom for planet Earth. According to researchers, the arrival fo Nibiru (Planet X) could bring about a mass extinction on Earth, wiping out life as we know it.

While many believe Planet X and Nibiru are two completely separate things, many are confident that the day we find Planet X, we will find Nibiru, the mythical home planet of the Ancient Anunnaki, creators of man, according to ancient Sumerian Legends.

Zecharia Sitchin described Nibiru –according to Sumerian cosmology– as the 12th planet. Nibiru is home to an ‘alien race’ called the Anunnaki, who are an extremely advanced extraterrestrial civilization. The planet –which, according to ancient text is around ten times the size of our planet– is located further away from the sun than any known planet ever discovered, beyond the Kuiper Belt.

According to researchers, the larger a celestial body in space is, the larger is gravitational pull is. This means that a bigger planet can gravitationally affect smaller bodies located near it. Jupiter, for example, plays a crucial role in protecting the planets of the inner solar system from comets and meteors. However, Nibiru, Planet X or the Ninth Planet could do the opposite, and many believe there are scientific facts that suggest such a planet could end life on Earth.

In 2008, Japanese researchers announced that according to their calculations, there should be an “undiscovered” planet at a distance of about 100 AU (astronomical units) that has a size of up to two-thirds of the planet Earth. These and many other calculations support the hypothesis of the existence of Nibiru, or Planet X.

According to many, a mass extinction that occurred 27 million years ago was caused by the approach of the elusive planet. Comets and minor celestial bodies plummed into earth changing the planet forever. According to researchers, there are fossils on Earth which suggest such a scenario did, in fact, occur in the distant past when a large object impacted our planet and caused a massive extinction. However, there are those who believe that this scenario is a recurring one and that it will happen in the future.

Ancient Sumerians and other ancient cultures are said to have documented the existence of the mysterious planet. However, our inability to find it in modern times has categorized the celestial body as being a myth, and not a fact as many believe.

Recent data, however, tells an entirely different story.

According to a retired astrophysicist from the University of Louisiana, Daniel Whitmire, Nibiru, aka Planet X, is real and it is a recurring celestial phenomenon that spells doom for planet Earth. A recently published research presented to the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society suggests that a planet similar to Nibiru could cause and has caused mass extinction on Earth several times in the distant past of our planet. Profesor Whitmire first speculated about the planet and its Mass-extinction connection with Earth in 1985 in the journal Nature.

Profesor Whitmire’s speculation was not taken much into account until earlier this year; scientists started seeing anomalous behavior in a small froup of celestial objects located beyond Pluto. Researchers speculate that only a planet, ten times the size of Earth –probably Nibiru—could influence other celestial bodies in such a way.

Professor Whitmire and his colleague John Matese suggest that a planet like Nibiru (Or Nibiru in fact) orbits our sun and passes through the Kuiper Belt ever 27 million years. During its journey into the inner parts of our Solar System, the massive planet picks up comets and other space debris along its way. As it travels towards the sun, the space rocks it finds during its journey are scattered across the solar system, and some of them end up bombarding planets like Earth, causing mass extinctions to occur.

Whitmire, who retired and has been teaching at Lafayette since 2012 and the University of Arkansas since 2013, says “I’ve been part of this story for 30 years… If there is ever a final answer, I’d love to write a book about it.”

However, astrophysicists Konstantin Batygin and Michael E. Brown, the duo behind the discovery say not so fast. They suggest the existence of a Planet Nine, but nothing like the mythological stories of Nibiru.

“Whitmire has been speculating for decades about a very distant very massive planet pushing comets around. It has to have an orbital period of something like 27 million years,” Brown told Discovery recently.

Whitmire’s theory “may or may not make sense, it definitely has nothing to do with Planet Nine, which is much closer to the sun and thus ‘only’ takes 15,000 years to go around,” Brown added.

Planet X has received so much attention mostly because of the alleged mystical connection between the celestial body and astronomical observations of ancient civilizations like the Sumerians, and other ancient cultures around the globe. Somewhere along the way, details and information about the planet were distorted and Planet Nine, which most likely exists, was confused with the mythical planet X, say, researchers, like Brian Cox, who refers to Planet x as “an imaginary bullsh*t planet.”

According to astronomers, a strange object just smashed into one of Saturn’s narrowest rings, leaving behind a cosmic tail.

Recently, NASA astronomers have spotted a mysterious ding in one of Saturn’s rings using the Cassini spacecraft.

According to a report from NASA: “Saturn is also known as the ‘Jewel of the Solar System’. With sparkling pinks, hues of grey and a hint of brown, its rings look like a painting where nature is the painter”

Researchers have concluded that Saturn’s rings are in fact made up of trillions of particles of dust, rock, and ice which are in orbit around the planet at different speeds (up to thousands of miles per hour.)

Interestingly, researchers have found that the size of these particles can vary in size from as little as a grain of sand to bigger than a building.

Recently, astronomers have found a dent in Saturn’s Fring – the planet’s outermost discrete ring. Astronomers believe the ‘F ring’ is the most active ring in the entire solar system. According to researchers, ‘F ring’ is 30-300 feet wide layer of dust, rock, and ice particles which form a circumference of some 881,000 kilometers, or 550,000 miles.

Scientists are able to observe its features shifting over the course of a couple of hours. The mysterious disturbance, spotted, according to NASA was possibly caused by a small object embedded in the ring.

According to John Weiss, scientists from Washington State:

“There’s good evidence that there’s a lot of these sized bodies in the core of the ring itself, but you can’t normally see them because they’re covered by the dust cloud around them. But they’re in there, and every so often move across the ring space and blow a bunch of those dust particles out. This one was travelling faster than [3 feet (0.9 metres)] per second.”

After the enigmatic object had smashed into the ring’s core, it formed something that astronomers call a ‘Jet.’ Scientists believe these ‘jets’ are created due to the gravitational pull of Saturn’s smaller weird-looking moon Prometheus.

So what was it?

Well, while researchers are still NOT one hundred percent certain, there believe the disruption was caused by objects embedded within the ring that interact with other objects inside it. Due to the influence and gravitational pull of Saturn’s moon Prometheus, mini ‘jets’ are produced which ‘blow’ some particles out of formation.

In a report written by National Geographic, “[Prometheus] acts as a cosmic shepherd, sculpting the F ring as it makes its orbit around Saturn. But the moon’s route isn’t perfectly circular, and its uneven pull can create clumps inside the ring that then shoot out as jets.”

Astronomers consider Saturn’s rings as cosmic sweet spots that reveal clues of cosmic events around it due to the fact that any collision will leave a trail of particles from the rings.

“You get to expecting in planetary science for things to have happened millions of years ago, and you don’t think ever to get to observe things actively happening,” Weiss said. “But that’s the kind of funky thing with Saturn’s rings. You can actually see evidence of things that happened yesterday or the day before.”

“ I Dare the US Government to Charge Me ” – Secret NORAD UFO Files Made Public by Disclosure Advocate

Canadian disclosure advocate Victor Viggiani has made a bold step towards the disclosure we all dream about by releasing several secret files from the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Runic Archives. “And I dare the US Government to charge me,” Viggiani said.

This past weekend has seen Canada’s first public hearing on UFOs take place. ET disclosure was once again brought to the discussion table and this time around, some intriguing documents were released.

A recently-retired school principal from Toronto, Victor Viggiani has been researching Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs) for over three decades. When it comes to experience in the area of UFO sightings and anomalous phenomena, he has plenty to go around. Last Saturday, at the Alien Cosmic Expo in Ontario, Canada, Viggiani presented 11 documents that he obtained after filing a Canadian Access of Information Act (AIA) request. The documents reveal some unsettling statistics about what goes on in the sky above our heads.

I have here in front of me eleven documents. I call them the RUNIC Files and they are directly from NORAD indicating that over the last five years an average of 1,800 ‘tracks of interest’ with 75 intercepts. This is directly from the commander of NORAD.”

Mind-blowing. The US-Canadian organization tasked with providing aerospace warning and defense for Northern America intercepts and engages 75 unidentified flying objects per year. This means that the jet fighter pilots manage to get close enough to the UFOs to not only establish visual contact, but also get a target lock. Maybe not all of these encounters feature extraterrestrial airships as primary suspects, but it’s still enough to confirm our suspicions. And remember, this is the number of tracks of interest (TOIs) NORAD officials were willing to disclose. The real number of intercepts could be in the thousands and we wouldn’t even know.

Viggiani’s AIA request was aiming for more complete disclosure, a full “Table of Tracks of Interest” if you will.

This was the official NORAD response:

“The request for “Table of Tracks of Interest (TOI) are classified UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO). It is to be controlled, stored, handled, transmitted, distributed and disposed of in accordance with DOD policy relating to FOUO information and is not to be released to the public, the media or other personnel who do not have a valid need-to-know without prior approval of an authorized NORAD official.”

The document continues with:

“However, the NORAD Commander has approved the release of the following information regarding Tracks of Interest and Unknown Tracks.”

The document that lists the TOIs is a six page record (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) in list form, with some of the entries redacted, on account of the sensitive nature of the information they contained. As Viggiani points out, the “missing information is obviously what they saw when they intercepted.” He continues:

“I also have documents relating to UFOs that have been found by the RCMP. I also have an air traffic control report that references Mr Hellyer’s [Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Defense Minister, big proponent of UFO disclosure] indication that two CF-18s chased three UFOs in 2001 out of Comox Air Force Base, at 35,000 feet and gained contact with these UFOs.”

Another one of the documents (dated November 14, 2008) references the discovery of a metal fragment that “had likely formed part of a vehicle that traveled in outer space.” The fragment had been retrieved by an unnamed pilot from the Wollaston Lake area in Saskatchewan and was to be taken to the National Research Council in Ottawa.

The Alien Cosmic Expo public hearing is only the latest in a series of efforts aiming to uncover the truth behind UFOs and the UAP conundrum. Its organizers and the 350 attendees are only a fraction of the disclosure advocates that are sick and tired of the massive sequestering of information during the past 70 years.

As Stephen G. Bassett, the Executive Director of the Paradigm Research Group bluntly puts it, “in a constitutional democracy, the government has always been given the right to keep secrets, but the government has never been given the right to lie to the people.”

It’s become plenty obvious that this unconstitutional hoarding of information crucial to the future development of mankind has to stop. Victor Viggiani took a daring leap in that direction, even if it meant being threatened with indictment.

“Any distribution of this kind of information,” Viggiani read from the NORAD document, “threatens National Security in addition to the Espionage Act of the United States.”

“I am hereby releasing it to you and I dare the US Government to charge me,” he concluded amid cheering and applause

Ancient Technology: Could ancient cultures soften stone?

Is it possible that ancient cultures possessed thousands of years ago a now-lost technology that allowed them to soften stone? According to numerous researchers, the answer is YES.

Is it possible that the countless megalithic sites around the globe were built with the help of a now lost technology? What if in the distant past, thousands of years ago, ancient cultures from South America, Asia, Egypt and another part of the world, had in their possession an ancient method that allowed them to transport, cut and molded megalithic stones to their desire.

There are numerous inexplicable sites around the globe, and the most noteworthy to mention are Stonehenge, The Pyramids of Giza, Ollantaytambo, Puma Punku and Sacsayhuaman. At all of those places, ancient mankind managed to somehow perfectly place huge blocks of stone weighing hundreds of tons.

These marvelous stones are so heavy that modern-day machinery can be hardy move and put them into position.

This is why we ask: Is it possible that ancient cultures in Peru and Bolivia had a ‘technology’ that allowed them to modify stone and soften it? This would have allowed them to modify and construct huge structures without the need of modern-day tools.

According to a number of researchers like Jan Peter de Jong, Christopher Jordan Jesus Gamarra, some of the granite walls in Cuzco are the ultimate evidence that ancient cultures managed to heat at a very high-temperature different stones. This ‘unknown’ process vitrified the surface of the blocks turning them into giant glassy and smooth structures.

Based on these and other observations, Jong, Jordan and Gamarra conclude that ‘ ancient man possessed an advanced device which allowed them to melt stone blocks which were then placed into position and allowed to cool down next to hard, jigsaw-polygonal blocks that were already in place, forming an extraordinary puzzle that defies rational understanding today.

The end product –perfectly molded stone—would remain fixated against other stones in a nearly perfect manner, giving an impression as if these megaliths stones were melted into position. One fixated, these stones were so precisely placed that not a single sheet of paper could fit in between them.

All of this was achieved thousands of years ago.

However, researchers like Jong and Jordan believe that not only did cultures in ancient Peru and Bolivia possess the technology of melting stone; they believe that evidence of similar technology can be found all around the globe.

If the ancient did, in fact, have the ability to soften the stone, it would certainly explain the countless ancient structures belonging not only to Pore-Inca and Inca cultures but the Maya, Aztecs, and Olmecs that inhabited Central And South America.

Before disproving the theory that the ancient had in their possession sophisticated means by which they softened stone, consider that many of the ancient complexes in the Americas bear incredibly strange markings that could be explained by tooling the surface while it was still ‘soft.’

Some of the stones we are discussing are truly immense and are nearly impossible to maneuver into position using today’s technologies.

Also, it is important to consider that many ancient Inca sites have stones and walls that have up to 12 and 13 PERFECT angles on their visible surface. Below that and the hidden sections, these stones redefine the word perfect.

Better yet is the fact that even with today’s extremely advanced technology, it is impossible fro engineer and architects to replicate walls such as those found at Sacsayhuaman.

In the book Exploration Fawcett, Colonel Fawcett tells a story of how these incredible stones were softened:

This world is more than meets the eyes, and I literally mean it. Our eyes can perceive only a small part of the light spectrum which means that many things remain hidden from us, or cannot be understood due to the limits set by our body.

It has been discovered recently that an entire world of UFOs coexists with our own. They have the capacity to appear into our dimension – when we can see them with the naked eye, but most of the time they remain hidden from us, and can only be observed with the help of special light filters.

The phenomenon is absolutely real, and it may involve actual alien crafts, artificial intelligence, plasmatic entities with the ability to fly, or even spirits who reside inside the Earth. Mostly referred to as “orb UFOs”, the spectacular appearances are performing bizarre rituals in the sky which are beyond our level of understanding.

Apart from the dynamic movement and the tremendous speeds at which they travel, the orb UFOs were also filmed while morphing, shooting at chem trails or even releasing other small orbs. They appear to be drawn by huge energy fluxes, with some of them appearing above or inside of massive thunderstorms, while others seem to like the energy released by big crowds of people (during music festivals, meditating sessions and so on).

After Jim Martin, a UFO enthusiast and analyst witnessed a peculiar UFO encounter, he decided to upgrade his gear and start chasing UFOs in order to better understand what is going on. With the help of a full spectrum camera and other special lens and filters, he succeeded in capturing numerous UFOs performing different tricks around his house. After a while, he decided to share all the knowledge he had gathered so far with the rest of the world, so he narrated a short but extremely informative video with this intensifying phenomenon.

The orb UFOs behavior vary from sighting to sighting, but they also keep common traits such as the pulsating light which expands and then quickly closes in, and also the dynamic of movement which is a fairly impressive feat as it cannot be achieved by any of our earthly crafts. Speaking of crafts, another interesting thing to note is that ground radars fail to detect all these strange UFOs, thus making the hypothesis of them being otherworldly beings or devices more viable.

The nature or origins of these things remains yet another topic of debate, but from what we have seen, they appear to return to the ground instead of disappearing out in space. Could they reside here on earth? Is it possible that secret alien bases are found on this planet? I believe that it is likely to be so if we think of all the unexplored and inaccessible places on Earth, also since society brought us close inside of industrialized cities, our daily exploration range extends close to nothing.

So how can we explain these playful UFOs? And what might their purpose on our planet be? Are these protective spirits? Or maybe organic beings who used to reside here on Earth long before humanity called this place home?

Whatever the case, since more and more people are attracted by this phenomenon, the truth might surface at some point, and hopefully we and the rest of the world will be prepared to embrace a new concept of life, while erasing and rewriting the current one.

De Canadese UFO-onderzoeker Victor Viggiani heeft tijdens de eerste Canadese hoorzitting over UFO’s iets opmerkelijks gedaan. Hij daagde de Amerikaanse overheid uit hem aan te klagen nadat hij gevoelige stukken over UFO’s openbaar had gemaakt.

De 11 gevoelige documenten zijn afkomstig van NORAD, een militaire organisatie die waakt over het luchtruim van de VS en Canada, en gaan over radaropnames van ruim 1800 onbekende vliegende objecten.

“De verspreiding van dit soort informatie vormt een bedreiging voor de nationale veiligheid en is in strijd met de Amerikaanse spionagewet,” zei Viggiani terwijl hij voorlas uit de stukken. Hij voegde toe dat wereldwijd op het hoogte politieke en militaire niveau is gesproken over dit onderwerp.

“Ik heb hier 11 documenten voor me die rechtstreeks afkomstig zijn van NORAD,” zei hij. In de stukken valt volgens hem te lezen over UFO’s die gevonden en onderschept zijn door het leger.

Zo wordt onder meer gesproken van twee CF-18’s van vliegbasis Comox in Canada die in 2001 drie UFO’s achtervolgden op 10.000 meter hoogte en daadwerkelijk contact wisten te leggen met de onbekende objecten.

Viggiani zei dat uit rapporten van de Amerikaanse en Canadese inlichtingencommissie blijkt dat de twee landen belangrijke informatie over UFO’s onder de pet houden. “Men heeft gedreigd mij te zullen aanklagen als ik deze documenten zou vrijgeven. Hierbij openbaar ik ze en daag ik de Amerikaanse overheid uit een aanklacht tegen mij in te dienen,” zei hij, waarna luid applaus volgde.

Het grootste deel van onze planeet ligt onder water. Het merendeel daarvan is nog niet verkend. Op de bodem van de Grote Oceaan ligt volgens een Marsonderzoeker een ‘perfecte piramide’ verscholen.

De Argentijnse onderzoeker Marcelo Irazusta ontdekte afgelopen maand met behulp van satellietbeelden een mysterieuze structuur met een lengte van ruim vijf kilometer. Even ten westen van Mexico stuitte hij op een vreemde gloed in de Grote Oceaan.

Irazusta meent zelf een ‘monumentale ontdekking’ te hebben gedaan, schrijft de Britse Daily Mail. De Google Earth-coördinaten van de structuur zijn 12° 8’1.49″N 119° 35’26.39″W. “Dit object is bijna 5,5 kilometer lang en doet qua vorm denken aan een enorm vliegtuig,” schrijft Irazusta onder de video. “Is dit bewijs voor een grote UFO in de oceaan?”

Volgens Scott C. Waring van UFO Sightings Daily is het een piramide en zou het bouwsel wel 13 tot 17 kilometer groot kunnen zijn. Hij voegde toe dat er mogelijk een verband is met de nabijgelegen piramides van de Azteken en de Maya’s in Mexico en andere Centraal-Amerikaanse landen.

Steeds vaker

Sceptici zijn van mening dat we hier te maken hebben met een geologische formatie. Google Earth wordt steeds vaker gebruikt om te speuren naar archeologische vindplaatsen. Onlangs dacht een Canadese tiener nog een verloren piramide van de Maya’s te hebben ontdekt op Google Earth.

En in 2012 zei de Amerikaanse archeologe Angela Micol via Google Earth twee nieuwe sets van piramides in Egypte te hebben ontdekt. Ze beweerde na 10 jaar nieuwe piramides te hebben gevonden in het noorden van het land, op ongeveer 145 kilometer van elkaar.

Het is een bekend gegeven, dat wanneer er een UFO verschijnt de omgeving als gevolg daarvan te maken krijgt met stroomuitval.

Het lijkt erop dat dit op 21 juni jl ook is gebeurd in Diemen, want het antwoord op de grote stroomstoring aldaar verschijnt prominent in beeld bij niemand minder dan de NOS.

Voordat we naar de UFO en NOS gaan, even iets anders, maar ook belangrijk.

Je hebt van die mensen die hun leven wijden aan het onderzoek van vreemde en onverklaarbare zaken in ons luchtruim.

Eén van die mensen is Victor Viggiani, een onlangs gepensioneerd schoolhoofd uit Toronto in Canada.

Al meer dan 30 jaar houdt Viggiani zich bezig met onderzoek en analyse van vreemde gebeurtenissen in het luchtruim.

Enkele dagen geleden, op 25 juni 2016, was er een nationale vergadering (Canadian National Inquiry into UFOs) over UFO’s in Brantford, Ontario, in Canada.

Tijdens die vergadering presenteerde Viggiani een aantal geheime documenten afkomstig van NORAD. De North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) is een militaire organisatie die waakt over het luchtruim van de Verenigde Staten en Canada.

Uit die documenten blijkt dat er talloze keren zijn geweest dat er contact is geweest tussen NORAD en onbekende objecten in het luchtruim, UFO’s.

Ook blijkt uit die documenten dat dit soort waarnemingen en contacten met buitenaardsen op het allerhoogste niveau binnen de overheid en militaire instanties wordt besproken.

Tijdens de vergadering geeft Viggiani aan dat hij is bedreigt en zal worden aangeklaagd voor het in gevaar brengen van de nationale veiligheid als hij die documenten openbaar maakt.

Iets dat deze dappere ex schoolmeester desondanks toch gewoon doet. Sterker nog, hij daagt de overheid uit om hem dan maar aan te pakken.

Dan terug naar Nederland, waar ook iets merkwaardigs plaatsvond.

Op 21 juni verschijnt het volgende bericht bij RTV NH:

AMSTERDAM (AT5) In een groot deel van Diemen en een deel van Amsterdam Zuidoost zitten flink wat huishoudens zonder stroom.

Dat meldt netbeheerder Liander. Het gaat om postcodes 1000, 1001, 1018, 1096, 1098 en 1102. Sommige getuigen melden dat heel Diemen en heel Zuidoost zonder stroom zitten, maar dat kan Liander niet bevestigen. Ook de trams hebben last van de storing: Tram 9 staat midden op de Kruislaan stil. Andere trams kunnen niet doorrijden.

Op Twitter worden veel liftopsluitingen gemeld. De brandweer is bezig om die mensen te helpen. De bestuurscommissie in Zuidoost moest de vergadering schorsen vanwege de stroomuitval.

De verwachte eindtijd van de storing is inmiddels ruim drie uur verschoven. Liander meldde eerst 22.10 uur, nu duurt de stroomstoring nog tot minstens 01.00 uur.

Tijdens de nieuwsuitzending van het journaal wordt ook melding gemaakt van deze stroomstoring.

Zoals waarschijnlijk bij velen bekend, worden UFO-waarnemingen dikwijls vergezeld van stroomstoringen. Dit kan zowel betrekking hebben op auto’s, batterijen, maar ook de normale stroomvoorziening.

Laat nu datzelfde journaal een beeld tonen van een UFO in de achtergrond, tijdens de stroomuitval in Diemen.

This is a cool UFO, but no longer a UFO since of course, its been identified. Its a meteor and its landed right inside this ladies home. Many can be found for much more affordable price, click here to see them. Its value could be astronomical, not only because its from space, but because its landed on a home and was the only one retrieved in that area. This could go for hundreds of thousands of dollars. I also love how the outer shell is revealed from being broken. Its cool to see the melted outer shell of meteors...a sign of a true meteor if its a rocky type. Absolute amazing and beautiful. The suspected meteorite fell through the roof of a home in Plai Chumphon sub-district at 7.26am, hit a wall and then bounced to the floor, breaking into five pieces. “I was having breakfast when there was a loud bang, like a gunshot sound. I looked around and found a rock about the size of an egg and some fragments nearby.

I picked up the largest chunk and let go quickly as it was very hot,” 65-year-old home-owner Bualom Chalomprai said. Mrs Bualom believes the rock is from outer space and will bring her good luck. The test also found the chunk contained large amount of iron and was attracted by a magnet. Prof Sarawut added that the Chalomprais could keep the suspected space rock as it had safe radioactivity levels.

It wasn't long ago that the idea of printing something in three dimensions sounded like science fiction. But over the past decade, 3D printers have become widespread and are now used to create everything from decorative baubles to robot parts to medical devices.

Still, using a 3D printer isn't always simple: The machine is frequently housed within a box the size of a microwave, and it requires technical software and, in some cases, a detailed knowledge of design. But now, a company called 3Doodler has transformed the standard 3D printer into a pen, allowing people to draw 3D creations freely in the air — without the need for a computer or any software.

In 2012, Maxwell Bogue and Peter Dilworth, co-founders of 3Doodler along with Daniel Cowen, were trying to come up with the next greatkids' toy. They said they frequently used 3D printers to craft prototypes of their designs, and one night, they spent 14 hours printing a dinosaur leg, only to find that the printer had missed a section, leaving a gap in the model. The two wished they "could just take the nozzle off the 3D printer and fill in the missing gap," Bogue, now CEO of the company, told Live Science. So, the inventors set out to design a product that could do just that.

Bogue and Dilworth took apart a 3D printer and added a computer chipto the nozzle so that they could control the device. When that rudimentary model worked as a proof of concept, the team set out to streamline the design to create a more user-friendly pen, they said.

The first prototypes came straight from a standard 3D printer. "We printed the shells and the casings and everything that's held together," Bogue said.

When it was done, they pulled the hot nozzle off the printer and used it in their pen. Over about eight months, they refined the design, finally producing the first version of the product, Bogue said.

In a lot of ways, the 3Doodler works like a sophisticated hot-glue gun: A heating element melts plastic, and it is extruded out through a nozzle. But glue guns use a hand pump to push the plastic out of the tip, which can make it clump. The challenge with the 3Doodler was to find a way to make the plastic flow steadily and smoothly, so the inventors designed the pen with a motor to propel the plastic filament, they said.

The heater inside the 3Doodler runs about 355 degrees to 460 degrees Fahrenheit (180 to 240 degrees Celsius) to effectively melt the most common plastic filaments (known as PLA and ABS). But at that temperature, the plastic would take a long time to cool, making it impossible to draw in the air, Bogue said. As a result, Bogue and Dilworth added a cooling fan to the 3Doodler, which brings the temperature of the plastic down to about 280 degrees to 300 degrees F (140 to 150 degrees C) when it leaves the pen, and the plastic hardens within seconds, Bogue said. The inventors ran a wildly successful Kickstarter campaign to raise money for the project, collecting more than $2.3 million from more than 26,000 backers. The pen is now in its third version, known as the 3Doodler Create, and it has been used for a variety of creations, including artwork, clothing and wallets.

But despite its early success, the initial iterations of the 3Doodler still didn't satisfy Bogue's original mission. "This would be an awesome kids' toy, but it's too hot," Bogue said.

The 3Doodler Create far exceeds the 127-degree F (53 degrees C) maximum temperature allowed for children's products, as set by the EU Toys Safety Directive. So the company teamed up with materials scientists to develop an entirely new type of plastic, and after three years, they created a biodegradable, food-safe plastic that melts at between 113 degrees and 122 degrees Fahrenheit (45 to 50 degrees C). This means that it is safe for kids and can even be used to draw directly on the skin without causing burns, according to the company.

The new pen, known as the 3Doodler Start, is designed for kids ages 8 and older. The rechargeable battery and 16 different colors of filaments make the pen ideal for not just recreational use but also classroom use, the inventors said. In particular, the company is hoping that the new pen will significantly enhance STEM education, Bogue added.

The full line of 3Doodler products can be purchased on the company's website. The 3Doodler Start is available for preorder starting at $49.99, and will start shipping in July.

Two robotic rally cars are tearing up a dirt track in Atlanta, in an effort by researchers to learn how self-driving vehicles can stay in control when they slide, spin or jump.

In addition to making self-driving cars safer in collisions and hazardous roadconditions, the work could be applied to other types of autonomous systems that may need to make decisions in rapidly changing or unstructured environments, the researchers said. These systems could include robots in human homes or workplaces.

Each of the two custom-designed robotic rally vehicles carries a quad-core computer equipped with a powerful graphics processor. This computer performs the heavy processing required by the software controlling the car. Forward-facing cameras, a GPS receiver, inertia sensors and wheel-speed sensors continuously monitor the location and trajectory of the vehicle. The researchers, from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, said the key to the project has been developing an algorithm that can quickly make control decisions with limited computing power, and very limited time.

The algorithm, called "model predictive path integral control" (MPPI), uses the rally car's onboard graphics processor to analyze data from the sensors in real time and predict the trajectory of the vehicle up to 2.5 seconds in the future. It does so by comparing more than 2,500 possible trajectories in less than 1/60th of a second.

One of the lead researchers on the project, Panagiotis Tsiotras, a mechanical engineer at Georgia Tech's School of Aerospace Engineering, told Live Science that the researchers began by examining how expert human drivers control carsat the edges of the vehicles' handling limits, the moments just before cars lose their grip on the road.

"The interesting thing is that human expert drivers are really good at doing these types of maneuvers," Tsiotras said. "So we thought to ask for help from some expert rally drivers, trying to understand how the vehicles operate in those regimes. And if we understand how they operate, maybe we will be able to autonomously control the vehicle in a similar way to how these expert drivers control the vehicle."

Among the researchers' discoveries was a mathematical description of the equilibrium of forces that allow a vehicle to "power slide," or drift while maintaining a high speed. That research had been the subject of a thesis by one of the students involved with the research.

Some early work on the project was funded by the Ford Motor Company, which wanted to improve the active safety systems, such as anti-skid braking, on the company's passenger cars. For the last five years, the work has been sponsored by the U.S. Army Research Office, which is interested in autonomous vehicles that can operate off-road, Tsiotras said. "We're using this algorithm to predict in the very near future how the vehicle is going to behave, and this is not very different than the way human beings do such planning," Tsiotras said.

The research has applications for other autonomous and robotic systems, not just self-driving cars, he added.

"The driving application is interesting — people relate to it because there's a skill factor. But there are a lot of fundamental questions related to controlling autonomous systems in general," Tsiotras said. "Any time that you want to make a decision in terms of sensing, perception and control, that has to be made with limited resources and at very fast timescale. This is an example where these algorithms can be used."

The robotic rally research at Georgia Tech is led by Evangelos Theodorou, a robotics specialist at the School of Aerospace Engineering. The development of the MPPI control algorithm was led by machine-learning specialist Jim Rehg, a professor at Georgia Tech's School of Interactive Computing.

A paper describing the research was presented at the International Conference on Robotics and Automation, which was held in Stockholm, Sweden, in May. The findings were published online in May by the IEEE Robotics & Automation Society.

NASA will test-fire a booster for the world's most powerful rocket Tuesday morning (June 28), and you can watch the explosive action live online.

A solid rocket booster for NASA's Space Launch System (SLS) megarocket — which the agency is developing to blast astronauts toward Mars and other deep-space destinations — will fire for 2 minutes Tuesday at a facility in Utah, beginning at 10:05 a.m. EDT (1405 GMT). Tuesday's test will be the second and final ground test for the SLS booster before the huge rocket lifts off on its first space mission in 2018, w hich will be an uncrewed trip around the moon known as Exploration Mission-1 (EM-1).

The first ground test, which NASA declared a complete success, occurred in March 2015. The SLS booster burned as planned for 2 minutes — the same amount of time it will fire during a launch — and generated 3.6 million lbs. (1.6 million kilograms) of thrust, space agency officials said at the time.

When it's ready to go in 2018, the SLS will consist of a core stage powered by four RS-25 engines (the same kind that NASA used for the now-retired space shuttle), along with two 177-foot-tall (54 meters) solid rocket boosters like the one being tested Tuesday.

SLS is designed to launch NASA's Orion crew capsule, which is also in development. The duo is currently scheduled to fly astronauts for the first time in the early 2020s.

Tuesday's test, like the March 2015 trial, will take place in Promontory, Utah, at a facility owned by aerospace company Orbital ATK, an SLS partner.

A gem of a meteorite found in Antarctica is studded with pieces of opal, a crystal that is associated with water. The discovery lends greater strength to the idea that meteorites brought water to asteroids and may also have seeded the Earth with the liquid necessary for life to evolve.

"This is more evidence that meteorites and asteroids can carry large amounts of water ice," lead author Hilary Downes said in a statement. Downes, a geochemist at the Birkbeck Institute of Earth and Planetary Sciences at the University of London, announced the results today (Monday, June 27) at the National Astronomy Meeting in Nottingham, England.

"Although we rightly worry about the consequences of the impact of large asteroids, billions of years ago they may have brought the water to the Earth and helped it become the world teeming with life that we live in today."

On Earth, opal is made up of silica — a common ingredient in sand — and water. As water runs across the planet, it picks up sand and other pieces of silica. When it evaporates, it leaves behind traces of that material that build up to form opals. Scientists have only found one other meteorite carrying the mineraloid — a rock that traveled from Mars. While the Red Planet has opal-like deposits on its surface, none have been found on asteroids.

Downes and her colleagues found that the meteorite EET 83309 is made up of thousands of broken-up rocks and minerals, suggesting that it came fromthe surface of an asteroid. Research on the meteorite by other scientists reveals that the rock was exposed to radiation from the sun, solar wind and other cosmic sources. Since an asteroid lacks an atmosphere to shield it from deadly radiation, its surface is constantly dosed with the deadly rays.

Bits and pieces of other asteroids were also embedded in the meteorite, suggesting that the parent asteroid was struck by numerous impacts. As a result of one of the many impacts, water could have been delivered to the surface of the asteroid, forming opal.

"The pieces of opal we have found are either broken fragments or they are replacing other minerals," Downes said.

If early meteorites carried water to asteroids, they could also have broughtwater to the Earth.

"Our evidence shows that the opal formed before the meteorite was blasted off from the surface of the parent asteroid and sent into space, eventually to land on Earth in Antarctica," Downes added.

Scientists uncover a second moon orbiting the earth

Sometimes you’re a planet who’s been with a moon for few eons, and it all becomes a bit too…familiar.

Things started out with a hot and heavy crash, and the two of you get all tangled up with one another. But over time your surfaces cool, your orbits drift apart, and your differences became apparent. And though the living things who mostly hang out at your place do visit your moon once in a while, everyone knows they really want to go somewhere else entirely.

In a situation like that, you might be tempted to take up with a second moon. A small moon, farther away. One that orbits irregularly and most planets wouldn’t even notice.

That’s exactly what Earth did, it turns out.

NASA says asteroid 2016 HO3, which we first heard about via writer George Dvorsky at Gizmodo, is currently locked into “a little dance” with Earth.

The rock’s orbit is irregular, causing it to drift between 38 and 100 times the distance of our planet’s primary moon, and bob up and down across Earth’s orbital plane.

NASA says it’s larger than 120 feet across but no more than 300 feet wide, has likely orbited our world for about a century, and will stick around for many more centuries to come.

Researchers first noticed 2016 HO3 on April 27 with the Pan-STARRS 1 asteroid survey telescope on Haleakala, Hawaii. That telescope is funded by the thoroughly badass-sounding “Planetary Defence Coordination Office,” which tracks near-Earth objects

It turns out that our moon isn’t alone out there, orbiting our planet on its own. Earth has a companion in space which has been orbiting our world for over a century, and NASA has only recently spotted it.

According to new reports from NASA, there is a quasi-moon orbiting around Earth for almost a century, and we have missed it all along.

The new moon isn’t as big as THE MOON is, but, it still keeps our original moon company while traveling across space.

The smaller quasi-moon orbits Earth with an extremely irregular path. Moon 2.0 is actually asteroid 2016 H03, which is locked into a dance with our planet, in fact, it has been dancing with our planet for almost a century and we have failed to notice it until recently. The quasi- moon’s orbit is extremely elliptical causing it to travel between 38 and 100 times the distance of our planet’s ‘original’ moon.

The ‘new’ moon is tilted at around 8° and travels around the sun for 365.93 days, which is a bit longer than our planets 365.24 day-long year.

The orbit of the new moon varies a lot. In fact, due to its tilted and elliptical orbit, 2016 H03 is sometimes closer to the sun and moves faster than our planet and in other times its located farther out and moves slowly. However, researcher shave found it never gets closer to about 14 million kilometers from Earth, nor does it stray off course over 40 million kilometers.

Earth new mini-moon is around 40 meters across and nearly 100 meters wide and will most likely remain as one of Earth’s smaller moon for coming centuries.

The new moon was discovered thanks to the Pan-STARRS 1 asteroid survey telescope in Haleakala, Hawaii.

“Since 2016 HO3 loops around our planet, but never ventures very far away as we both go around the sun, we refer to it as a quasi-satellite of Earth,” said Paul Chodas, manager of NASA’s Center for Near-Earth Object (NEO) Studies at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. “One other asteroid — 2003 YN107 — followed a similar orbital pattern for a while over ten years ago, but it has since departed our vicinity. This new asteroid is much more locked onto us. Our calculations indicate 2016 HO3 has been a stable quasi-satellite of Earth for almost a century, and it will continue to follow this pattern as Earth’s companion for centuries to come.”

Few cultures were as preoccupied with the afterlife as the ancient Egyptians. Their society relied heavily on a mythos of rebirth and transformation through the attainment of higher levels of consciousness. This is especially true of the fortunate few that made up the ruling class, as evidenced standing the symbolism-heavy narrative they left behind etched in stone.

One of their most important symbols – the Eye of Horus- bears testimony to their search for the secrets of this life and, as it turns out, this ancient symbol might be a key to unlocking the perspective of a continued existence on higher planes of existence.

The Sky God Horus was the one of the ancient Egyptians’ most significant deities. The Eye of Horus, also known as Wedjat (sometimes Wadjet) was a symbol of protection and the royal power that the gods bestowed upon mankind. When used properly, it acted as a ward against evil and offered protection in the afterlife. Should it come as a surprise when we realize that this symbol of immense power is actually very similar to the structure in the brain at the center of which the pineal gland is found?

The pineal gland is found in the center of the human brain, between the two hemispheres. It resembles a pine cone (hence the name) and can be found in nearly all vertebrates. Biology tells us that its role in the human body is to secrete melatonin, a hormone that modulates sleep patterns. Some evolutionary biologists believe that the vertebrate pineal cells possess a common evolutionary ancestor with retinal cells. Structurally speaking, the pineal gland acts like it was once an eye.

The Egyptians weren’t the only ones to hold the pineal gland and its representations in such a high regard. This symbol can be found from the ruins of Babylon to the Christian scriptures and everywhere in between. The ancient Greeks considered it the seat of the soul, a notion that was later picked up by the Romans. In Hinduism, it plays an even greater role and is associated with the Ajna chakra, the part of the brain that signifies the conscience.

Throughout history, various cultures have identified the pineal gland as the Third Eye, the All-Seeing organ Plato so ceremoniously described in Republic:

“In every man there is an Eye of the soul which is far more precious than ten thousand bodily eyes, for by it alone is truth seen. The Eye of the soul is alone naturally adapted to be resuscitated and excited by the mathematical disciplines.”

Mathematical disciplines. Hmmm. Was Plato talking about Sacred Geometry, by any chance? Because the ancient Egyptians made heavy use of this concept, and it permeated many aspects of their culture. The Eye of Horus itself stands testament to this idea.

The ancient Egyptians’ architecture is further evidence of their special relationship with numerology. Many Egyptologists have dedicated their energy to uncovering the sacred knowledge the builders of the pyramids possessed.

One of them was French occultist René Adolphe Schwaller de Lubicz, and in his book The Temple in Man, he describes the multiple instances of hidden symbolism present at the Temple of Luxor in Egypt. In 1935, Schwaller de Lubicz moved to Egypt with his wife and daughter and began the arduous process of mapping and measuring the entire temple. He would spend the next 15 years of his life trying and succeeding in finding clues regarding divine mathematics.

Built nerly 3,500 years ago, the Luxor Temple is a perfect example of the use of sacred geometry in architecture, as it reflects the exact proportions of the human body. Even more important, this masterpiece of symbolist teachings reveals the occult anatomy of man. Schwaller discovered that inside the Temple of Luxor, representations of the Eye of Horus abound in the southern secret sanctuaries. This means that the ancient Egyptians viewed the pineal gland as a doorway or a passage. It represented the symbolic entrance to man’s head, the seat of his intellect and his soul.

The ancient Egyptians relied heavily on symbolism and our knowledge of their culture was extracted from their figurative representations. But this process of deduction is far from being perfect and you can be sure that some of the intricacies of their beliefs were lost in translation.

Despite all this, one thing is abundantly obvious: they held the pineal gland in high regard and they knew it held the key to exploring the spiritual world. By subjecting it to the principles of sacred geometry, they acknowledged the Third Eye as a corridor to the outer cosmos that originated man.

There are reasons to suspect the Egyptian culture might be much older than modern science is willing to accept, pushing back the use of this divine symbol by millennia and giving birth to a legitimate question: did the Egyptians discover the role of the pineal gland on their own or did they receive this esoteric knowledge from a much older and wiser culture? The fact that symbolic representations of the All-Seeing Eye can be found throughout the globe in cultures spanning thousands of years seems to support the latter.

So what does this mean for us? Should we rely on what human anatomy tells us and further demystify the capabilities of this spiritual organ? Do we let it become calcified without attempting to investigate its life-changing powers that seem to transcend time and space? Do we rub sand in our own eyes?

In addition to the numerous anomalies found on the surface of the moon, UFO Hunters have found a set of mysterious tunnels visible on satellite images of the moon that have eventually been brushed away. What are ‘they’ hiding?

Near the landing site of the Apollo missions, UFO hunters discovered a set of tunnels stretching up to one kilometer in length.

The enigmatic ‘tunnels’ were found by UFO hunter Marcelo Irazusta, near the Apollo 17 landing site.

Interestingly, these tunnels appear to have been brushed away in newer versions of Google (Earth) Moon, which has raised speculation as to what is really down there, and why have the ‘mystery tunnels’ been removed.

In the past, UFO hunters from around the globe have discovered countless things that should not be on the moon. However, if these alleged tunnels are just fissure marks on the surface of the moon, why have these ‘faults’ been brushed away in later versions of the satellite images of the area?

In addition to tunnels and strange marks, UFO hunters have found what appear to be domes, towers and strange lights, all visible on Satellite images on the moon and Apollo mission image archives.

Not long ago, a NASA whistleblower released a set of images from the Apollo missions which are considered as the ultimate proof of alien bases on the lunar surface.

More than a decade ago, a bizarre six-inch skeleton was discovered in Chile’s Atacama Desert, spurring claims that extraterrestrial visitors had crash-landed on Earth.

Now, alien investigators of the internet have spotted what they say could be a living member of the same species.

Just feet away from Nasa’s Curiosity rover, YouTube user Paranormal Crucible claims a tiny humanoid alien can be seen spying from behind a Martian rock.

The original image was captured by the Curiosity rover’s Mastcam, revealing the rocky landscape of the red planet.

But at the bottom-center of the photo, Paranormal Crucible claims to have found something strange.

‘Interesting anomolie [sic] found by the rover, which looks like a little Martian,’ the Youtuber wrote.

‘I have colorized the image and added eyes to the head so its easier to see, but everything is there in the original images, whatever it is it looks humanoid, reminds me of the Atacama Alien, about the same size too, this one is around 6 inches.’

Pareidolia is the psychological response to seeing faces and other significant and everyday items in random stimulus.

It is a form of apophenia, when people see patterns in random, unconnected data.

There have been multiple occasions when people have claimed to see religious images and themes in unexpected places.

On the red planet, one of the most famous is the 'face on Mars' spotted by one of the Viking orbiters in 1976.

This was later proven to just be a chance alignment of shifting sand dunes.

Commenters have speculated that the small figure is likely a Martian woman, based on the shape of its ‘body.’

On UFOSightings Daily, editor Scott C. Waring added to the claims, writing that the figure in the photo is of a Martian species that is alive, but dwindling.

‘This human-like figure is peering around the corner of a rock wall and I can make out its head, chest, shoulders, arm, leg, knee, and foot from this one close up photo,’ Waring writes.

In 2013, however, it was revealed that DNA tests on the tiny skeleton confirmed that the bizarre specimen found in Chile was not an alien, but a human with an ‘interesting mutation.’

THE MYSTERIOUS 'ATACAMA ALIEN' SKELETON

The 'Atacama alien' remains were found on October 19, 2003 by a man named Oscar Munoz while he was looking for objects of historical value in La Noria – a ghost town in the Atacama Desert.

Near an abandoned church, Munoz found a white cloth containing ‘a strange skeleton no bigger than 15cm [the size of a pen],’ according to a local Chilean newspaper.

It was a creature with hard teeth, a bulging head with an additional odd bulge on top.

Its body was scaly and of dark color. Unlike humans, it had nine ribs.

A few years ago, researchers from Stanford University analysed DNA from bone marrow extracted from the specimen.

‘I can say with absolute certainty that it is not a monkey.

'It is human - closer to human than chimpanzees. It lived to the age of six to eight,’ Garry Nolan, director of stem cell biology at Stanford University's School of Medicine in California, said at the time.

Op internet gaan momenteel beelden rond die naar verluidt een kleine alien tonen op de rode planeet. Het filmpje maakt de nodige tongen los op internet, zo melden Britse media.

Het YouTube-kanaal Paranormal Crucible zegt de humanoïde te hebben gevonden op een foto die is gemaakt door Marsrover Curiosity van de NASA. “Interessante anomalie gevonden door de rover die op een kleine Marsbewoner lijkt,” klinkt het.

De beelden doen denken aan de documentaire Sirius over een kleine ‘alien’ die naar verluidt jaren geleden werd gevonden in de Atacamawoestijn in Chili. De documentaire deed heel wat stof opwaaien. Volgens Paranormal Crucible zijn de humanoïden ongeveer even groot.

Scott C. Waring van de site UFO Sightings Daily stelt dat er nu ‘absoluut bewijs’ is geleverd voor leven op Mars. “Deze mensachtige figuur kijkt om de hoek van een stenen muur,” zei hij. “Ik kan zijn hoofd, borst, schouders, arm, been, knie en voet ontwaren.”

Sceptici zijn van mening dat het een geval van pareidolie is, een waanvoorstelling waarbij dingen die gezien worden op een abnormale, met veel fantasie gepaard gaande wijze worden geïnterpreteerd.

A Pennsylvania witness at Rochester reported watching a cigar-shaped UFO that appeared to morph in shape, according to testimony in Case 77094 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness moved outside into the backyard at 6:34 p.m. on June 14, 2016, when she heard her husband calling out loud that he was seeing a UFO.

“I came outside, but it had gone behind the big trees behind our house,” the witness stated.“We waited two-to-three minutes and then we could see it again.”

The witness described the object.

“It was a white cigar shape, with left end round and the right end triangle shape – like a Q-tip, but bigger ends. It was horizontal. Going straight really slow, then stopped and hovered for a couple minutes, then moved again, hovered etc.”

But then the shape of the object seemed to change.

“It appeared to be shapeshifting or morphing and changing shapes. It would appear round, then elongated, then like a triangle. A large jumbo jet flew by the UFO and it appeared slightly bigger than a jet, but I don’t know if it’s because it was closer than the plane, therefore it looked bigger. At one point the triangle shape to the right moved away from the object – maybe 100-200 feet – and disappeared. It was too far away to guess the actual size, but it appeared big at least 100 feet long.”

The witness wondered what the object was.

“It looked too big to be a drone or helium balloons. Its weird shapeshifting ruled out it being a blimp. It was a windy day but stayed stationary when it stopped to hover. It was solid white and changing shape either from rotating and showing different sides or actual morphing. It is hard to explain the shape. The sun was behind me and it was not reflecting sunlight on the surface. If I held my arm straight out and compared it to my thumb. It was about one-inch long using my thumb as a reference. As wide as my thumb.”

“But the object was too faraway and a little blurry from the morphing changing shapes to make out more details. No lights. Was heading south toward the Ohio River and Pittsburgh, PA. I watched it for about 10 minutes until it moved south and my view was obscured by more big trees. I live about 10 blocks or one mile from the confluence of the Ohio River and Beaver River.”

Rochester is a borough in Beaver County, PA, population 3,657. Pennsylvania State Section Director Sam Colosimo, Jr. is investigating. A California witness at East Los Angeles reported watching and videotaping three bright, yellow spheres that formed a triangle shape, according to testimony in Case 77127 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was sitting outside on a balcony at 8 p.m. on June 17, 2016.

“I closed my eyes and looked up to the sky,” the witness stated.“When I opened my eyes I saw a silvery object above in the sky which was just sitting there without moving. I thought it was a balloon at first, but the reflection of the sun was making it shine real bright.”

The witness decided to look at the object binoculars, but could not make out the shape.

“I decided to take out my telescope which has an attachment where I can hook up my android phone since I like taking pictures of the moon and the planets once in awhile at night. The object began to move slowly and I was struggling to capture it through my telescope until I was finally able to get it on my phone.”

The witness began video recording the object.

“At first I thought it was balloons once again because it was three spheres that were attached to each other, but they began to move in a circular motion and once in awhile the three spheres would separate from each other and come back together.”

The witness ruled out balloons.

“The three spheres together formed a triangle shape and were bright yellow – almost shining, I don’t know if it was due to the sun hitting the object or what. The object would move around as if it was out of control, but as it was moving in one direction it would suddenly move to another direction.”

At one point in the video a white sphere passes by.

“I was unable to stay with the other object or I would have lost the three sphere objects. Finally, I was unable to track the object because the arms that make my telescope move were unable to move further and I lost the object. The sun was setting and clouds began to move in making it difficult to see the object any longer. The object was real high in the sky because it disappeared behind the clouds that were passing by and usually the planes that pass above my house from LAX usually are real high in altitude and they don’t even fly above the clouds. I was able to find another video on YouTube from someone in Cordoba, Argentina who filmed a similar object back in May 2015.”

This was found by Marcelo Igazusta of Argentina. He says its a UFO parked underwater. That could be true. Its a perfect pyramid that measures over 8.5 miles across one side of its base. Thats a conservative estimate, it could be up to 11 miles across.

Even if this is not a UFO that landed in the ocean that was being used as an alien base, it still is a monumental discovery. A 8.5 mile pyramid...biggest the world has ever known, and its right off of Mexico, near they ancient Mayan and Aztec pyramids. Humans could never have built such a construction. Only aliens could accomplish making such a massive structure.

Russian police officers spotted the body of a creature of Kyshtym in 1996. Due to its unearthly features and small size, it was dubbed as the ‘Kyshtym alien’ by the media. When the doctor performed an autopsy, he found out that it was neither animal nor human. Dr. Stanoslav Samoshkin was in charge of the anatomy department when the mysterious body was brought for analysis. According to the findings, the creature was not a human being. It consists of six bones, and that skull was made up of 4 bones. In the skeleton structure, there were differences. Those anomalies did not look like congenital malformations. The mummified creature was 10 inches, had a disfigured and enlarged head, and its eye sockets occupied its face. It was presumed that when it was alive, the Kystym alien looked different from humans. However, it bears a resemblance to Ata, the bizarre mummified body in 2003 found in the Atacama Desert.

One story was about an illiterate and an old woman named Tamara Prosvirina who found a small alien while it was alive. She discovered the small creature in a tomb, took it home, gave it to ‘Aleshenka’, and raised it as her child. The exact origins were still unknown, but the discovery is interesting. To study the body and understand the mechanism through genetic analysis, paranormal and analyst Vadim Chernobrov had traveled from Moscow. Numerous attempts were made to recover the body but have been unsuccessful. Later, rumors resurfaced about the mummified body being cursed when it started to spread. Seeking for the truth could be difficult due to the lack of evidence.

Summer is officially here, which means UFO sightings are bound to spike until late September, as they have for roughly the last 65 years.

In honor of the summer ritual, Tech Insider dug through the mountain of CIA documentsrelated to UFO sightings, which the agency declassified nearly 40 years ago. Many of the sighting reports date back to the early 1950s, at a time when political tensions were high and flying objects were seen as national security threats.

Here are some of the most interesting.

1. A memo on national security and the 'vulnerability to air attack' from flying saucers

On October 2, 1952, the Assistant Director in the Office of Scientific Intelligence sent a memoto the Director of the entire CIA with the subject "Flying Saucers."

As the AD wrote, "'Flying saucers' pose two elements of danger which have national security implications. The first involves mass psychological considerations and the second concerns the vulnerability of the United States to air attack."

The AD recommended more research be conducted to explore the "implications of the 'flying saucer' problem."

(If you listen closely enough, you can almost hear them typing the word "drones" decades ahead of time.)

2. mysterious light show

The late 1940s in the Uzbekistan capital city of Tashkent saw more unidentified light shows than it could count.

"From May to September 1947," a CIA information report reads, "three light phenomena happening at intervals of about 15 minutes were seen almost every night between 9 and 10 p.m. local time." At its highest point, the light seemed to be roughly a fifth the diameter of a full moon.

As the report details, the light always began as a bright red ball. Within seconds it would grow a fiery tail and then morph into a green, then white, mass.

"Smoke trails, noises, or detonations were not noticed."

3. Fiery disks looming over Belgian uranium mines

A daily newspaper in Vienna, of all publications, reported on a peculiar sighting of "two fiery disks" hovering over uranium mines in mid-August, 1952.

As the report explains, the two objects supposedly tore through the airspace in a highly erratic fashion. At one point they would be soaring vertically away from the onlookers, and the next they'd be diving down "to within 20 meters of the tree tops."

Commander Pierre of the local airfield took off in his own fighter plane to wrangle the unknown aircraft. However, "Pierre had to give up pursuit after 15 minutes since both disks, with a loud whistling sound which he heard despite the noise of his own plane, disappeared in a straight line toward Lake Tanganyika."

Pierre later estimated the disks were traveling more than 900 miles per hour.

4 The East German flying saucers of 1952

The CIA published this internal document reporting on one German man's fantastic account of a 45-foot-wide disk he spotted in a forest when his motorcycle broke down.

Accompanied by his 11-year-old daughter, the man approached the strange-looking object to find two men in "shiny metallic clothing" kneeling over the disk, which had a cone-shaped capsule on top.

Once the two men realized they were being watched, the man says, they hopped into the capsule and the disk began to leave the ground. Eventually, it rose high above the trees and took off.

"I had never heard of the term 'flying saucer' before I escaped from the Soviet Union into West Berlin," the man later said. "When I saw this object, I immediately thought it was a new Soviet military machine."

5. The CIA begins to have its doubts about UFOs

With all these reports coming in, it didn't take long for the CIA to get suspicious. In August 1952 (keep in mind, still two months ahead of its memo on those two national security concerns), the Deputy Assistant Director of the Scientific Intelligence office released a memodiscounting the threat posed by UFOs.

"Of 1000 to 2000 such reports received by ATIC (Air Technical Intelligence Center), a large percentage are clearly 'phoney,'" the report reads. In fact, many of the reported flights were easily explained as known missions using US equipment, the report went on.

Owing to the agency's uncertainty, however, the Deputy AD recommended CIA surveillance continue on the mysterious "flying saucers" under the cover of darkness.

"It is strongly urged ... that no indication of CIA interest or concern reach the press or public," the report read, "in view of their probable alarmist tendencies to accept such interest as 'confirmatory' of the soundness of 'unpublished facts' in the hands of the U.S. government."

6. Flying objects passing over Casablanca

In early September 1952, multiple sightings were reported of various UFOs over Casablanca, Morocco. Residents of the town, which was made famous by the 1942 film, saw two flying saucers that were "elongated in shape" and "followed by a trail of white light."

On a separate occasion in July, two other people reported seeing a "blue-green, ball-shaped object" just before midnight "moving at a high rate of speed." The mysterious object disappeared after only three or four seconds, however, "as though it had literally melted into the sky."

The very next morning, another couple observed a mysterious object around 9 a.m. for roughly 30 seconds. Several more accounts, all with differing details, emerged that summer.

7. A year later, the unidentified aircraft is spotted in Morocco again...

On the night of September 2, 1953, residents of a small town southeast of Casablanca known as Oued Zem reported hearing a thunderous noise. The next morning, a pair of shepherds claimed to have seen a flying object that was "lighted in many colors and flying at great speed."

The sightings followed two other incidents in July and August, one over Greece and another over Spain. Witnesses in Madrid described the UFO as "flying like a jet plane" but emitting a red reflection and creating no noise.

In Drama, Greece, residents said they saw a rocket-shaped object at low altitude, which stayed stationary for three to four minutes before disappearing into the night.

8. Europe can't agree about what people are seeing in the sky

In the span of a month between April 15 and May 13, 1954, five separate reports from France and Sweden each described UFOs of a different size and shape.

The first, on April 15, involved an elongated, cone-shaped object with two red and green lights at its base. It flew at a high altitude.

The next, on April 26, was a "cigar-shaped object" observed by a group of people walking through France's Sare region, near the Pyrenees border. The object was traveling at a high altitude — roughly 6,500 feet, the observers claimed — and heading toward Spain.

The final event took place the morning of May 13, in Sweden. Three people separately reported seeing a "brilliant, silver-colored sphere with a tail."

9. Three Norwegian guys walk into a forest...

In mid-November 1952, three men working in a forest in Kirkenes, Norway spotted a flat, round object just hovering roughly 1,500 feet in the air.

"The object appeared to have a diameter of 15-20 meters (50-65 feet)," the CIA report stated. "After the workers had observed the object for a while, it suddenly flew away at great speed in a northwesternly direction."

They were the only people who reported seeing the object, unfortunately for them. "They swear, however, that their report is true."

Researchers simulated the creation of elementary particle pairs out of the vacuum by using a quantum computer.

Quantum mechanics suggest that seemingly empty space is actually filled with ghostly particles that are fluctuating in and out of existence. And now, scientists have for the first time made an advanced machine known as a quantum computer simulate these so-called virtual particles.

This research could help shed light on currently hidden aspects of the universe, from the hearts of neutron stars to the very first moments of the universe after the Big Bang, researchers said.

Quantum mechanics suggests that the universe is a fuzzy, surreal placeat its smallest levels. For instance, atoms and other particles can exist in states of flux known as superpositions, where they can seemingly each spin in opposite directions simultaneously, and they can also get entangled — meaning they can influence each other instantaneously no matter how far apart they are separated. Quantum mechanics also suggests that pairs of virtual particles, each consisting of a particle and its antiparticle, can wink in and out of seemingly empty vacuum and influence their surroundings. Quantum mechanics underlies the standard model of particle physics, which is currently the best explanation for how all the known elementary particles, such as electrons and protons, behave. However, there are still many open questions regarding the standard model of particle physics, such as whether or not it can help explain cosmic mysteries such as dark matter and dark energy — both of which have not been directly detected by astronomers, but are inferred based on their gravitational effects.

The interactions between elementary particles are often described with what is known as gauge theories. However, the real-time dynamics of particles in gauge theories are extremely difficult for conventional computers to compute, except in the simplest of cases. As a result, scientists have instead turned to experimental devices known as quantum computers.

"Our work is a first step towards developing dedicated tools that can help us to gain a better understanding of the fundamental interactions between the elementary constituents in nature," study co-lead author Christine Muschik told Live Science. Muschik is a theoretical physicist at the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Innsbruck, Austria.

Whereas classical computers represent data as ones and zeroes — binary digits known as "bits," symbolized by flicking switch-like transistors either on or off — quantum computers use quantum bits, or qubits, that are in superpositions — meaning that they are on and off at the same time. This enables a qubit to carry out two calculations simultaneously. In principle, quantum computers could work much faster than regular computers at solving certain problems because the quantum machines can analyze every possible solution at once.

In their new study, scientists built a quantum computer using four electromagnetically trapped calcium ions. They controlled and manipulated these four qubits with laser pulses.

The researchers had their quantum computer simulate the appearance and disappearance of virtual particles in a vacuum, with pairs of qubits representing pairs of virtual particles — specifically, electrons and positrons, the positively charged antimatter counterparts of electrons. Laser pulses helped simulate how powerful electromagnetic fields in a vacuum can generate virtual particles, the scientists said.

"This is one of the most complex experiments that has ever been carried out in a trapped-ion quantum computer," study co-author Rainer Blatt, an experimental physicist at the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Innsbruck, Austria, said in a statement.

This work shows that quantum computers can simulate high-energy physics — showing how particles might behave at energy levels that are much too high to be easily generated on Earth. "The field of experimental quantum computing is growing very fast, and many people ask the question, What is a small-scale quantum computer good for?" study co-lead author Esteban Martinez, an experimental physicist at the University of Innsbruck in Austria, told Live Science. "Unlike other applications, you don't need millions of quantum bits to do these simulations — tens might be enough to tackle problems that we cannot yet attack using classical approaches." The problem the researchers had their quantum simulator analyze was simple enough for classical computers to compute, which showed that the quantum simulator's results matched predictions with great accuracy. This suggests that quantum simulators could be used on more complex gauge-theory problems in the future, and the machines could even see new phenomena.

"Our proof-of-principle experiment represents a first step toward the long-term goal of developing future generations of quantum simulators that will be able to address questions that cannot be answered otherwise," Muschik said.

In principle, desktop quantum simulators could help model the kind of extraordinarily high-energy physics currently studied using expensive atom smashers, such as the Large Hadron Collider at CERN.

"These two approaches complement one another perfectly," study co-author Peter Zoller, a theoretical physicist at the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Innsbruck, said in a statement. "We cannot replace the experiments that are done with particle colliders. However, by developing quantum simulators, we may be able to understand these experiments better one day."

"Moreover, we can study new processes by using quantum simulation — for example, in our experiment, we also investigated particle entanglement produced during pair creation, which is not possible in a particle collider," Blatt said in a statement.

Ultimately, quantum simulators may help researchers simulate the dynamics within the dead stars known as neutron stars, or investigate "questions relating to interactions at very high energies and high densities describing early-universe physics," Muschik said.

The scientists detailed their findings in the June 23 issue of the journal Nature.

A group of scientists confirmed that there is a pear-shaped nucleus. Not only does this violate some laws in physics, but also suggests that time travel is not possible.

A new form of atomic nuclei has been confirmed by scientists in a recent study published in the journal Physical Review Letters. The pear-shaped, asymmetrical nuclei, first observed in 2013 by researchers from CERN in the isotope Radium-224, is also present in the isotope Barium-144.

This is a monumental importance because most fundamental theories in physics are based on symmetry. This recent confirmation shows that it is possible to have a nuclei that has more mass on one side than the other. “This violates the theory of mirror symmetry and relates to the violation shown in the distribution of matter and antimatter in our Universe,” said Marcus Scheck of University of the West of Scotland, one of the authors of the study.

Until recently, there were three shapes of nuclei — spherical, discuss, and rugby ball. There is a specific combination of protons and neutrons in a certain type of atom that dictates the shape formed by the distribution of charges within a nuclei. These three shapes are all symmetric and agree with the theory known as the CP-symmetry, the combination of charge and parity symmetry.

In the end, this could help us understand why our universe is the way that it is. As astrophysicist Brian Koberlein notes, “It’s been proposed that a violation of CP symmetry could have produced more matter than antimatter, but the currently known violations are not sufficient to produce the amount of matter we see. If there are other avenues of CP violation hidden within pear-shaped nuclei, they could explain this mystery after all.”

This uneven distribution of mass and charge in the nuclei causes the isotope to ‘point’ in a certain direction in spacetime, and the team suggests that this could explain why time seems to to only go forward and not backward.

“We’ve found these nuclei literally point towards a direction in space. This relates to a direction in time, proving there’s a well-defined direction in time and we will always travel from past to present,” Marcus Scheck from the University of the West of Scotland told Kenneth MacDonald at BBC News.

That said, it is a rather speculative hypothesis, but it does raise some rather interesting avenues for investigation.

In the end, this recent discovery is another indication that the Universe might not be what we thought, which could propel us to a new era of theoretical physics.

Aboriginal legends reveal ancient secrets to science

Scientists are beginning to tap into a wellspring of knowledge buried in the ancient stories of Australia’s Aboriginal peoples. But the loss of indigenous languages could mean it is too late to learn from them.

The Luritja people, native to the remote deserts of central Australia, once told stories about a fire devil coming down from the Sun, crashing into Earth and killing everything in the vicinity.

The local people feared if they strayed too close to this land they might reignite some otherworldly creature.

The legend describes the landing of a meteor in Australia’s Central Desert about 4,700 years ago, says University of New South Wales (UNSW) astrophysicist Duane Hamacher.

It would have been a dramatic and fiery event, with the meteor blazing across the sky. As it broke apart, large fragments of metal-rich rock would have crashed to Earth with explosive force, creating a dozen giant craters.

The Northern Territory site, which was discovered in the 1930s by white prospectors with the help of Luritja guides, is today known as the Henbury Meteorites Conservation Reserve.

Mr Hamacher, who runs an Indigenous astronomy program at UNSW, says evidence is mounting that Aboriginal stories hold clues about events from Australia’s ancient past.

Last year, he travelled to Victoria with tsunami expert James Goff, also from UNSW, to visit members of the Gunditjmara people

“They describe this gigantic wave coming very far inland and killing everybody except those who were up on the mountaintops, and they actually name all the different locations where people survived,” says Mr Hamacher.

He and Mr Goff took core samples from locations between 500m and 1km (0.6 miles) inland, and at each spot, they found a layer of ocean sediment, about 2m down, indicating that a tsunami likely washed over the area hundreds, or possibly thousands, of years ago.

The samples need further analysis but Mr Hamacher says it is a “very exciting” result that suggests the legend could be true.

Earlier this year, another team of researchers presented a paper arguing that stories from Australia’s coastal Aboriginal communities might “represent genuine and unique observations” of sea level rises that occurred between 7,000 and 11,000 years ago.

Nick Reid, a linguistics expert from the University of New England in Australia, co-authored the paper with marine geographer Patrick Nunn from the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Fact checking

The stories they analysed, which had been documented in colonial times, referred to water levels rising over coastal areas that were once dry.

By looking at historical records of sea level rise following the last glacial period, about 20,000 years ago, they were able to match the stories to coinciding dates.

Mr Reid says the relative isolation of Australia’s indigenous people – living for 50,000 years more or less free from cultural disruptions – and the conservative nature of their culture could help explain why there is so much detail in their stories.

“Aboriginal people have very particular beliefs about the importance of telling stories properly, and about stories being told by the right people,” he says.

They also employ a rigid kin-based, cross-generational system of fact-checking stories, involving grandchildren, parents, and elders, which Mr Reid says doesn’t seem to be used by other cultures.

This extreme conservatism and adherence to accuracy can also be seen in rock paintings, drawings and engravings, which were often used to support oral legends, says Les Bursill, an anthropologist and member of Sydney’s Dharawal people.

“They are replicated time after time after time, and if they vary, even by not very much at all, they are scraped off and re-done,” he says.

Secret knowledge

But Mr Bursill doesn’t think Aboriginal communities are interested in sharing their knowledge with modern Australia.

Non-indigenous academics recognise that some Aboriginal communities are suspicious of outsiders.

But Mr Hamacher says his research group has been approached by a number of Aboriginal communities keen to tell their stories.

He says this sharing must be met with a “giving back process” that benefits the Indigenous community.

His team, for instance, has developed a range of educational materials relating to astronomy, which are now taught in remote schools.

It is all part of a growing recognition that Indigenous knowledge has a lot to offer the scientific community.

Australia’s national science organisation, the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), is working with Indigenous communities to improve environmental management practices, in order to prevent wildfires and improve ecological health and biodiversity.

But there is a problem – Indigenous languages are dying off at an alarming rate, making it increasingly difficult for scientists and other experts to benefit from such knowledge. More than 100 languages have already become extinct since white settlement.

About 145 Indigenous languages are still spoken in Australia by at least one person but a 2014 report by the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies found that 75% of these were considered “critically endangered”.

An ancient “flying machine” (or parts thereof) reportedly were discovered in a cave in Afghanistan and retreived in 2012, and the news was immediately hushed. The hushed report of the ‘find’ did attracted the attention of world leaders including Barack Obama.

The Vimana (a flying machine often described in Sanskrit texts) was discovered by a group of 8 U.S. soldiers on a mission in the desert of Afghanistan.

The 5,000 year old machine is believed to be protected by an energy barrier, preventing the troops from removing it from the cave.

US Military scientists were deployed to Afghanistan to investigate the disappearance of the eight American soldiers (who were later found asleep after a hard day), and to get more information in what is causing the Vimana to be entrapped in what some are calling a “time well” in the cave.

From the ancient accounts found in the Sanskrit epic The Mahabharata a Vimana is described as measuring twelve cubits in circumference, with four strong wheels. Apart from its ‘blazing missiles’, The Mahabharata records the use of its other deadly weapons that operated via a circular ‘reflector’. When switched on, it produced a ‘shaft of light’ which, when focused on any target, immediately ‘consumed it with its power’.

According to ancient writings found in the cave where the Vimana was discovered, the rightful owner of the flying machine was reportedly the ancient prophet Zoroaster who was the founder of Zoroastrianism.

Through a computer-simulated study, astronomers at Lund University in Sweden show that it is highly likely that the so-called Planet 9 is an exoplanet. This would make it the first exoplanet to be discovered inside our own solar system. The theory is that our sun, in its youth some 4.5 billion years ago, stole Planet 9 from its original star.

An extrasolar planet, or exoplanet, is by definition a planet located outside our solar system. Now it appears that this definition is no longer viable. According to astronomers in Lund, there is a lot to indicate that Planet 9 was captured by the young sun and has been a part of our solar system completely undetected ever since.

"It is almost ironic that while astronomers often find exoplanets hundreds of light years away in other solar systems, there's probably one hiding in our own backyard," says Alexander Mustill, astronomer at Lund University.

Stars are born in clusters and often pass by one another. It is during these encounters that a star can "steal" one or more planets in orbit around another star. This is probably what happened when our own sun captured Planet 9.

In a computer-simulated model, Alexander together with astronomers in Lund and Bordeaux has shown that Planet 9 was probably captured by the sun when coming in close contact while orbiting another star.

"Planet 9 may very well have been 'shoved' by other planets, and when it ended up in an orbit that was too wide around its own star, our sun may have taken the opportunity to steal and capture Planet 9 from its original star. When the sun later departed from the stellar cluster in which it was born, Planet 9 was stuck in an orbit around the sun," says Alexander Mustill.

"There is still no image of Planet 9, not even a point of light. We don't know if it is made up of rock, ice, or gas. All we know is that its mass is probably around ten times the mass of earth."

It requires a lot more research before it can be ascertained that Planet 9 is the first exoplanet in our solar system. If the theory is correct, Alexander Mustill believes that the study of space and the understanding of the sun and the Earth will take a giant leap forward.

"This is the only exoplanet that we, realistically, would be able to reach using a space probe," he says.

NASA’s Kepler Telescope Discovers a Colossal Artificial Structure Orbiting a Star in Our Vicinity

NASA’s Kepler Telescope has stumbled upon one of the most fascinating discoveries so far – a colossal artificial megastructure believed to have been constructed by an advanced alien civilization.

Besides Kepler’s ability of finding small, rocky worlds orbiting distant stars, it can also detect different space phenomenon like stellar flares, star spots and dusty planetary rings.

This time however, Kepler detected the signal of a supposed vast artificial structure orbiting a star only 1,500 light years away from Earth.

After finishing all plausible explanations, scientists now believe that this complex structure might be an artificial construction made by an advanced alien civilization way up on the Kardashev scale of comparison.

This megastructure works like a supersized solar array orbiting around its host star, stocking the energy and sending it back to the source. The size of the structure is so grand that it’s blocking a considerable fraction of starlight as it spins around its host.

Normally all the exoplanets discovered by Kepler have a typical planet-shape, meaning they are round. This time however, the telescope detected something that isn’t round and behaves unnatural.

A paper has been submitted to the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society in which a particular star named KIC 8462852 is described.

Over the duration of the Kepler mission, KIC 8462852 was observed to undergo irregulary shaped, aperiodic dips in flux down to below the twenty percent level.

Studies mostly focused on two interesting anomalies at KIC 8462852, one that was recorded between days 788 and 795 of the Kepler mission and between days 1510 to 1570.

The first event showed a single transit causing a star brightness drop-off of 15 percent, while the second event manifested as a burst of several transits, possibly indicating towards mass of different objects, resulting in a brightness dip of up to 22 percent. For such a major dip in brightness to occure, the transiting objects have to be extremely big.

Considering that our galaxy has existed for more than 13 billion years, it’s not hard to imagine that an alien civilization may be out there, possessing technology that allows them to build megastructures around stars.

After analyzing all possible situations, scientists concluded that this strange anomaly might be the result of a group of dormant comets recently disturbed by a nearby star. Because this theory is not all that convincing, other researchers are already hypothesizing the possibility of a mega-engineered project created by a Type 2 alien civilization on the Kardashev scale.

This type of aliens would have the ability to use all the available energy radiating from a star. With the help of a vast shell or series of rings surrounding a star, a Dyson sphere-like structure could be constructed. This would block out the star from sight in visible wavelengths, but once the solar energy has been utilized by the alien civilization, the energy would be shifted to longer wavelengths and probably lost as infrared radiation.

Puzzled by these strange recordings, scientists are now trying to point a radio antenna at KIC 8462852 in order to solve the riddle. By doing so, they will be able to detect any artificial radio signals coming from the star and will determine whether or not an intelligent, Type 2 civilization exists in our vicinity, only 1,500 light-years away.

Meanwhile, a second paper is being drafted by top researchers in order to analyze the transit scenario focusing around the possibility of a colossal artificial device engineered by advanced aliens.

A recently-retired school principal from Toronto, Victor Viggiani has been researchingUnidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs) for over three decades. When it comes to experience in the area of UFO sightings and anomalous phenomena, he has plenty to go around. Last Saturday, at the Alien Cosmic Expo in Ontario, Canada, Viggiani presented 11 documents that he obtained after filing a Canadian Access of Information Act (AIA) request. The documents reveal some unsettling statistics about what goes on in the sky above our heads.

I have here in front of me eleven documents. I call them the RUNIC Files and they are directly from NORAD indicating that over the last five years an average of 1,800 ‘tracks of interest’ with 75 intercepts. This is directly from the commander of NORAD.”

Mind-blowing. The US-Canadian organization tasked with providing aerospace warning and defense for Northern America intercepts and engages 75 unidentified flying objects per year. This means that the jet fighter pilots manage to get close enough to the UFOs to not only establish visual contact, but also get a target lock. Maybe not all of these encounters feature extraterrestrial airships as primary suspects, but it’s still enough to confirm our suspicions. And remember, this is the number of tracks of interest (TOIs) NORAD officials were willing to disclose. The real number of intercepts could be in the thousands and we wouldn’t even know.

Viggiani’s AIA request was aiming for more complete disclosure, a full “Table of Tracks of Interest” if you will. This was the official NORAD response:

“The request for “Table of Tracks of Interest (TOI) are classified UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO). It is to be controlled, stored, handled, transmitted, distributed and disposed of in accordance with DOD policy relating to FOUO information and is not to be released to the public, the media or other personnel who do not have a valid need-to-know without prior approval of an authorized NORAD official.”

The document continues with:

“However, the NORAD Commander has approved the release of the following information regarding Tracks of Interest and Unknown Tracks.”

“I also have documents relating to UFOs that have been found by the RCMP. I also have an air traffic control report that references Mr Hellyer’s [Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Defense Minister, big proponent of UFO disclosure] indication that two CF-18s chased three UFOs in 2001 out of Comox Air Force Base, at 35,000 feet and gained contact with these UFOs.”

As Stephen G. Bassett, the Executive Director of the Paradigm Research Group bluntly puts it, “in a constitutional democracy, the government has always been given the right to keep secrets, but the government has never been given the right to lie to the people.”

“Any distribution of this kind of information,” Viggiani read from the NORAD document,“threatens National Security in addition to the Espionage Act of the United States.”
