WHAT IS THE MUFON SYMPOSIUM?

The MUFON Symposium is an annual event that brings together UFO experts and enthusiasts alike including MUFON’s field investigators from around the world to a common meeting place open to the public and media to learn about the latest UFO developments and MUFON’s vision for the future.

The first MUFON Symposium took place in Peoria, Illinois, on June 13, 1970, some 45 years ago, with the theme of “UFOs – An Unexplored Scientific Horizon.”  Since those early days the MUFON Symposium has blossomed into the world-class meeting-of-the-minds that it is today.

This year experts from within MUFON and from the scientific and media community will present their personal views and research on the UFO phenomenon. In addition to our speakers, it is also an opportunity for those interested in UFO sighting investigations to attend our MUFON field investigators training class on Thursday, June 17th just prior to the Symposium speaker events.

Massive Swastika Found Under Ancient Lake in Antarctica

A shocking Ministry of Defense report on Russian media about a massive underwater structure shaped like a Nazi-like swastika discovered in an ancient lake in Antarctica has sparked fears.

Most interesting to note about Admiral Byrd’s Operation Highjump mission was his solo flight towards the South Pole on February 19, 1947 wherein he recorded in his diary the following:

1005 Hours- I alter altitude to 1400 feet and execute a sharp left turn to better examine the valley below. It is green with either moss or a type of tight knit grass. The light here seems different. I cannot see the Sun anymore. We make another left turn and we spot what seems to be a large animal of some kind below us. It appears to be an elephant!

 

NO!!! It looks more like a mammoth! This is incredible! Yet, there it is! Decrease altitude to 1000 feet and take binoculars to better examine the animal. It is confirmed – it is definitely a mammoth-like animal! Report this to base camp.

1030 Hours- Encountering more rolling green hills now. The external temperature indicator reads 74 degrees Fahrenheit! Continuing on our heading now. Navigation instruments seem normal now. I am puzzled over their actions. Attempt to contact base camp. Radio is not functioning!”

 

 

Though deliberately obscured by the West today, Nazi German leader Adolph Hitler was obsessed with New Swabia (German: Neuschwabenland) which was the name given to the area of Antarctica located between 20°E and 10°W in Queen Maud Land which he believed would one day be the world capital of his “master race.”

Soviet archives have extensive files detailing that Nazi Germany and the United States forged an alliance prior to the end of World War II allowing Hitler and cohorts to escape to their Antarctica base in exchange for German technology that included the atomic bomb and advanced fighter jet, rocket and flying saucer technology. This would also explain the post WW2 global campaign to suppress the information concerning the free energy aspect of this from the public.

There is also being advanced the theory that the newly re-discovered “golden swastika” belonged to very ancient civilizations that was here before modern man.  The idea that these underwater structures predate the Nazis is further bolstered by anomalies such as the Finaeus map (1531) and Piri Reis (1513) maps of Antarctica used by Western explorers to “discover” the New World and showing it to be ice free with flowing rivers and a clean coastline.

The swastika is our world’s oldest known symbol that dates back to the ice age, and due to the extreme amount of time since man last looked into the depths of Lake Vostok, it is entirely possible that what has now been discovered in Antarctica may very well be another clue to who we are and where we really come from.

A man and a woman in a parked car on the Canourge road, Mairieux, noticed a white metallic looking hemispherical object some 50 ft wide in the snow covered fields, 100 yards away. Presently a dark opening appeared in this, from which 6 beings, of 3 different kinds, emerged. First were 3 small humanoids with large heads, 4 ft tall. They had protruding eyes with conspicuous whites, holes for a nose, narrow mouths, and bulging cheeks; their arms were long. They were dressed in tight one-piece suits of metallic appearance. Each carried a dark box 6” on a side whose upper surface bore a round white luminous “screen.” They walked slowly, with stiff small steps, and fanned out as if searching for something. Gradually they approached the road, until within 50 ft of the witnesses. Behind them, nearer to the hemisphere, stood 2 human figures about 6.5 ft tall, with light complexions and blond shoulder length hair, likewise dressed in tight fitting one piece metallic suits, closest to the door stood a squat figure, with long dangling arms, apparently covered with dark fur, “resembling a bear of great ape.” When after about 10 minutes the small beings began to approach the car, the young woman became frightened and jump out, slamming the door, and ran back to her own car which stood close by. At this, the man saw all the figures stood still, then the “animal” reentered the object, followed quickly by the 2 humans and then the 3 humanoids, which ran back with such long, swift strides that they looked as if they were “flying over the ground.” The dark opening disappeared, and the UFO took on a brilliant metallic color, and rose vertically for 30 ft, then shot off westwards, becoming successively orange luminous, bluish, and reddish before dwindling to a point. This all happened with such speed that the young woman observed only the recession of the luminous object. The witnesses did not seek for traces in the snow. However, strange tracks in the snow were found later that morning by a Mrs. Michel and her children in the garden of their house in Maubeuge, 1.1 mile away, implying a connection.

Is Heaven Another Dimension?

When I was a kid and laid down on the grass at night and studied the stars, I  often thought about how vast it is. Too vast for us to understand. Are  we seeing the universe as it really is, or just dots and bits of  something even bigger? What if our earth and other planets are nothing  more than cells that make up something inconceivably larger? Something  like if the cells in your body see each other, but would not know they  were part of a bigger thing called a human being. They have no  perspective to understand that concept. We look at planets and stars and think that's it, a lot of objects floating in a giant space.

Consider  this: We have 2-dimensional things in our world, such as images on photographs  and TV screens. If you were from another planet and visited us, it would  seem quite strange that a human could study a box for hours at a time  and find entertainment, but it is the images and added soundtrack that  stimulate our mind, so we watch the TV screen. If you were inside the TV  screen, all you would see around you are the things in your periphery, width and length,  but there is no height, so you have no perspective that there are  3-dimensional beings outside of your TV screen watching you.

Now,  imagine if you will that if we in the 3-dimensional world of height,  breadth, depth, width, mass, can be entertained by watching  2-dimensional activity, imagine what those in the next dimension might  feel about our 3-dimensional world? Whereas we use paper and pen to  conceptualize in 2-D form but see it as only representational and not  real, might the next dimensionals use the third dimension to  conceptualize and use it as representation but not reality? We can  co-exist with the second dimension in the same space, and so we might be  sharing our space with the next dimension–well, almost certainly!

When  we can conceive of other dimensions simultaneously occurring, we can  also perhaps explain some things that have baffled us, such as  apparitions appearing and disappearing, UFOs arriving and departing in  ways that appear to defy known laws of physics. How about poltergeist  movement of objects? Something like that Carl Sagan explanation of a  3-dimensional being grasping a 2-dimensional being and lifting him out  of his context. It might be that the item was not thrown by unseen  forces, but perhaps manipulated by the next dimension and to us it  appeared to occur quite magically. I'd compare this to dripping a drop of paint on a photo image and having Mr. Photo Image go “where did that come from? It just appeared in my world.”

What is even more  intriguing about these concepts is that if we did catch glimpses of  other dimensional “things,” we are very likely only seeing the portion  of it we can conceive of in our 3rd dimension:

If you were in a 1-dimensional world, you could see in front and behind you, but not to the sides or up and down.

If you were in a 2-dimensional world, you could see in front and back and to the sides, but not up and down.

If you are in a 3-dimensional world (which we are), you could see front and back, sides and up and down.

I  hope I got you thinking a bit more and wondering why I put this on a  ghost hunting theories site. It is entirely possible that what we  consider the afterlife is really freeing ourselves from the  3-dimensional body to be all-knowing, all-encompassing. We dominate over  the 2-D world and we can do so because we can tackle it from all its  dimensions, but what can another dimension do to our 3-D world? Could it  be that it is a universe that can conceive of everything while having  no need for mass as we know it? Does just a physical form of us get shed  so we might go onto be unencumbered by such things and be able to  conceptualize the next dimension? This is very much like what near-death  experiencers describe; that was the real world, this world they came back to is the fake one.

Wouldn't  it make it very hard indeed for the next dimension to interact with us  in a way we can understand? If we put a drawing on a piece of paper next  to another doodle we did earlier, it sees that another of its kind is  nearby, but knows nothing of how it got there or why minutes later it  was erased from existence. This is sort of like seeing a glimmering apparition  for a few brief seconds to have it disappear or even a UFO. We only see  part of this next dimensional being because we can only view it in our  3rd dimensional reference, just like that 2-dimensional drawing only saw another dot  nearby it and recognized a dot as “his kind” even though it was a human  standing there. With no ability to conceptualize height, it was simply  another one of his being friends; the part of him he has the concept to  recognize.  

What part of the next dimension can we not visualize?

So, is Heaven the next dimension?

Using our own world as a comparison, imagine that we draw up a sketch  of a machine we want to build. We plot it out on 2-dimensional form and  then build it into the 3-dimensional form. Our 2-dimensional concept  became a 3-dimensional reality. Now, image that there is a “God” and  this God sends one of His out to greet us and we see him only in his  3-dimensional form because that is the only way we can view things (like that poor 2-dimensional fellow would only see us 3-dimensionals as a dot). So, this man has abilities to make things appear and disappear (like that 3-dimensional man moving around the 2-dimensional objects)  and we call this man a God and name him Jesus or other visionary. What  if when a person passes on, he is actually being represented in the next  dimensional plane as that drawing we made became a machine we built. We  are nothing more than a concept in the third dimension but we become a  reality in the next dimension… afterlife.

Two videographers in separate states took telescopic images of the moon during the eclipse; they captured something amazing. DarkSkyWatcher74 and Crrow777 share what they call a ground breaking and historical first. Are these objects new space weapons? Crafts from distant galaxies? Kepler-186f, the first Earth-size Planet in the Habitable Zone

Using NASA's Kepler Space Telescope, astronomers have discovered the first Earth-size planet orbiting a star in the "habitable zone" -- the range of distance from a star where liquid water might pool on the surface of an orbiting planet. The discovery of Kepler-186f confirms that planets the size of Earth exist in the habitable zone of stars other than our sun.

While planets have previously been found in the habitable zone, they are all at least 40 percent larger in size than Earth and understanding their makeup is challenging. Kepler-186f is more reminiscent of Earth.

"The discovery of Kepler-186f is a significant step toward finding worlds like our planet Earth," said Paul Hertz, NASA's Astrophysics Division director at the agency's headquarters in Washington. "Future NASA missions, like the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite and the James Webb Space Telescope, will discover the nearest rocky exoplanets and determine their composition and
atmospheric conditions, continuing humankind's quest to find truly Earth-like worlds."

Although the size of Kepler-186f is known, its mass and composition are not. Previous research, however, suggests that a planet the size of Kepler-186f is likely to be rocky.

"We know of just one planet where life exists -- Earth. When we search for life outside our solar system we focus on finding planets with characteristics that mimic that of Earth," said Elisa Quintana, research scientist at the SETI Institute at NASA's Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, Calif., and lead author of the paper published today in the journal Science. "Finding a habitable zone planet comparable to Earth in size is a major step forward."

Kepler-186f resides in the Kepler-186 system, about 500 light-years from Earth in the constellation Cygnus. The system is also home to four companion planets, which orbit a star half the size and mass of our sun. The star is classified as an M dwarf, or red dwarf, a class of stars that makes up 70 percent of the stars in the Milky Way galaxy.

"M dwarfs are the most numerous stars," said Quintana. "The first signs of other life in the galaxy may well come from planets orbiting an M dwarf."

Kepler-186f orbits its star once every 130-days and receives one-third the energy from its star that Earth gets from the sun, placing it nearer the outer edge of the habitable zone. On the surface of Kepler-186f, the brightness of its star at high noon is only as bright as our sun appears to us about an hour before sunset.

"Being in the habitable zone does not mean we know this planet is habitable.
The temperature on the planet is strongly dependent on what kind of atmosphere the planet has," said Thomas Barclay, research scientist at the Bay Area Environmental Research Institute at Ames, and co-author of the paper.
"Kepler-186f can be thought of as an Earth-cousin rather than an Earth-twin. It has many properties that resemble Earth."

The four companion planets, Kepler-186b, Kepler-186c, Kepler-186d, and Kepler-186e, whiz around their sun every four, seven, 13, and 22 days, respectively, making them too hot for life as we know it. These four inner planets all measure less than 1.5 times the size of Earth.

The next steps in the search for distant life include looking for true Earth-twins -- Earth-size planets orbiting within the habitable zone of a sun-like star -- and measuring the their chemical compositions. The Kepler Space Telescope, which simultaneously and continuously measured the brightness of more than 150,000 stars, is NASA's first mission capable of detecting Earth-size planets around stars like our sun.

Ames is responsible for Kepler's ground system development, mission operations, and science data analysis. NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif., managed Kepler mission development. Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. in Boulder, Colo., developed the Kepler flight system and supports mission operations with the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics at the University of Colorado in Boulder. The Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore archives, hosts and distributes Kepler science data.
Kepler is NASA's 10th Discovery Mission and was funded by the agency's Science Mission Directorate.

The Unicorn is usually white in color, there have also been mention of Unicorns being a white goat with a horn projecting from it’s forehead. Leonard Lake – serial killer owned an altered goat with a horn projecting from its forehead. This goat was a way for Leonard Lake to meet the ladies. Many ladies enjoyed having their photograph taken with Leonard’s altered goat that he made claim was a Unicorn. The Unicorn myth has been around a long time and was depicted on the ancient seals of the Indus Valley Civilization and was also mentioned by the ancient Greeks.
Various scribes such as Strabo, Pliny the Younger, Aelian and Ctesias mention the legend of the Unicorn in their works, even the Bible mentions a similar animal referred to as the Re’em that can be translated to Unicorn.
So, my question is, did this animal really exist?
Ancient Astronaut theorists believe it did. Not only did the gods (extraterrestrials) manipulate the DNA of mankind, the Egyptians were terrorized by the monstrocities they were creating. Ancient accounts show that the gods were creating monsters that were half this and that. Monsters like the Sphinx, Mermaids, the Hydra, Medusa with her snake hair, Pegasus, Minotaur, Centaur. A sarcophagus was found with crushed animal bones in Egypt, could this have been the monsters that were created by extraterrestrials? We have hyroglphyics that show a normal man having his head cut off and replaced with the head of a wolf. Take for example Anubis who had the body of a man and the head of a Jackal. He was known as the God of Funery Rites and Embalmment. There was also Sobek, the Crocodile Headed Co-God. There was also the Falcon Headed Son of Osiris. It goes on and on. Did these half man, half animal gods exist? Perhaps so, look at what is now happening in modern times. If you lose an ear, no problem. Scientists are able to grow a human ear on a rat and later take that human ear and transplant it where your missing ear was.
Now back to the Unicorn. What purpose would the Unicorn have? How about in battle. If many soldiers were riding the Unicorn, it’s elongated horn would be perfect in battle against a horse without a protruding horn. If a Centaur existed, then this Centaur would make a perfect super soldier, able to carry a crossbow or a spear, while traveling as fast as a horse. A superb creature for battle.
Unicorns in European folklore were depicted as white horselike or goatlike animals with a long horn and cloven hooves. They were described as woodland creatures that were a symbol of purity and grace. Unicorns could only be captured by a virgin. The Unicorn horn was also known to render poison against the enemy or when crushed, being able to heal the sick. For a long time, black marketeers were selling the horns of Narwhale as Unicorn horns.
North Korea believes in Unicorns. The North Korean government reconfirmed the location of the burial site of the unicorn ridden by King Kongmyeong, the founding father of the ancient Korean kingdom of Goguryeo (37BC to 668AD). The unicorn’sgrave was rediscovered near a temple in the Capital of Pyongyang, with a rectangular rock engraved with the words Unicorn’s Lair.

On HPI’s paranormal hotline – Charles Longtree said he was in the area of the Alps near Lake Constance, Germany and he spotted a white unicorn with elongated horn coming out of its forehead. He said the Unicorn blended in with the white snow, but he was able to observe it, when it tilted it’s head to the side. The Unicorn was in one area of the Alps that gave Charles the perfect observation viewpoint of the Unicorn. The observation lasted for approximately 3 minutes, before the Unicorn dashed off to higher level in this part of the Alps. Charles said this happened in April 1998. Special Note: I have been to Lake Constance and took a boat around the entirety of the lake that borders Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

On Thursday, April 17, NASA announced the discovery of Kepler-186f, an exoplanet with the greatest likelihood of containing life.

A team of researchers published findings related to the discovery of Kepler-186f in the journal Science. The team identified the planet using data collected by NASA’s Kepler space telescope.

Although some previously discovered planets reside in their stars’ habitable zones, those planets are all at least forty percent larger than Earth. This latest discovery marks the first time scientists have found a rocky, Earth-sized planet that potentially has the necessary conditions for liquid water to exist at the surface. And because water is a necessary ingredient for life as we know it, astrobiologists are excited by the potential for life on Kepler-186f. With a size similar to Earth, this exoplanet, which is located approximately five hundred light years away, could have a rocky surface like Earth and maybe even a similar atomsphere.

Thomas Barclay, an astrophysicist who analyzes exoplanet-hunting data for the NASA Ames Research Center, is a co-author of the research paper published in Science. He explains:

Being in the habitable zone does not mean we know this planet is habitable. The temperature on the planet is strongly dependent on what kind of atmosphere the planet has . . . Kepler-186f can be thought of as an Earth-cousin rather than an Earth-twin. It has many properties that resemble Earth.

Four other planets reside in the Kepler-186 system. These planets orbit a red dwarf star half the size and mass of our Sun. Red dwarf stars account for approximately seventy percent of the stars in the Milky Way galaxy.

As Barclay explains to Popular Science, “The fact that such Earth kin have never appeared in the data before doesn’t mean they’re rare.” He and his colleagues “expect there to be more out there.”

Et elle se trouve dans la ZH de son soleil, Kepler 186, une naine rouge plus froide que Sol. Cependant l'orbite de 186f est plus proche de son étoile parente et son année est de 130 jours. Sa gravité est proche de celle de la Terre. Comme les naines rouges émettent plus dans l'IR, il est possible que 186f soit plus chaude qu'on pourrait le supposer. Ainsi, la température de surface de la planète permet probablement l'existence d'eau liquide. Et qui dit eau liquide...
Par ailleurs, les naines rouges sont beaucoup plus vieilles que notre soleil. Si la vie est apparue là-bas dans le passé, qui sait comment elle

60-year old chicken farmer, Joe Simonton, was startled by a strange loud noise outside and above his farmhouse. He stepped to the window and was surprised to see a silvery object coming down vertically in his yard. He approached the object (with no fear), whereupon a hatch in the upper portion opened and he saw three dark-skinned men inside. One of them handed him a silvery jug with two handles, made a motion like drinking, apparently indicating that he wanted water. Simonton took the jug, filled it and handed it back. Looking into the object, he saw a man ‘cooking’ on some kind of flameless cooking appliance. There were several small perforated cookie-like objects beside the griddle, and Simonton motioned that he wanted one, whereupon one of the men handed four of them to him. Then the object took off at a 45-degree angle and was gone in just a few seconds. As it left, pine trees near the take-off path bowed over, apparently as a result of air turbulence as the object went over them. Joe Simonton reportedly ate one of the “cookies” and said they tasted like cardboard. The occupants of the UFO were small, about 5 feet tall, had dark hair and skin and wore dark blue knit outfits with turtle-neck tops and knit helmets similar to those worn under headpieces such as crash helmets. They either had no beard, or were clean shaven. The whole episode lasted about five minutes and Simonton observed a few details of the inside of the craft. It was dull black, instrument panels included, he said, and somewhat like wrought iron. One of the occupants appeared to be cooking and stacked beside the ‘stove’ were some of the ‘cookies’. One man took care of getting water, and the other stayed at the instrument board. The two who were cooking and watching instruments did not look around. Just after Simonton obtained the cookies the man hooked a line or belt into a hook in his clothing near the waist, closed the hatch, and the object raised to 20 feet above the ground, and then took off straight south.
The object itself appeared ‘like two washbowls turned face to face’. The sound Simonton heard before coming out of his house was like ‘knobby tires on a wet pavement’. The craft hovered a short distance (probably only a few inches) off the ground all during the episode. The hatch was about 30 inches wide and about 6 feet tall. All this, Simonton admitted was guesswork.

UPDATE De Amerikaanse ruimtevaartorganisatie NASA heeft op een persconferentie aangekondigd dat ze een planeet heeft ontdekt ongeveer ter grootte van onze aarde, die mogelijk water en dus ook leven bevat. De planeet, Kepler-186f, cirkelt rond de dwergster Kepler-186, en wel op zo een afstand dat er mogelijk vloeibaar water aanwezig is.

"Het is de eerste exoplaneet met de omvang van de Aarde aangetroffen in de leefbare zone van een andere ster", beklemtoonde Elisa Quintana, de astronoom die het onderzoek leidde. De bevindingen verschenen vandaag ook in het wetenschappelijke tijdschrift Science.

Binnen 'bewoonbare zone'
Rondom de dwergster, die ongeveer half zo groot en kouder is dan onze zon, cirkelen in totaal vijf planeten. Kepler-186f is de verste van de vijf en de enige die binnen de juiste afstand tot de ster staat om mogelijk water te bevatten. Die afstand wordt de 'bewoonbare zone' genoemd, de groene zone op de tweet van de NASA hiernaast. Staan planeten dichterbij hun ster, dan kookt het water weg. Staan ze verder weg, dan krijgen ze niet genoeg energie om een atmosfeer zoals op de aarde te creëren.

Dat de planeet in de leefbare zone is, "betekent niet dat we weten dat deze planeet leefbaar is", aldus Thomas Barclay, co-auteur van het onderzoek. "De temperatuur is sterk afhankelijk van wat soort atmosfeer de planeet heeft. Kepler-186f kan beter beschouwd worden als een neef van de Aarde, dan als een Aarde-tweeling. Het heeft heel wat eigenschappen die lijken op de Aarde." De wetenschappers geloven wel dat op de planeet, die ongeveer 10 procent groter is dan de aarde, door de aanwezigheid van water fotosynthese mogelijk is, wat leven mogelijk maakt. Volgens wetenschappers is de ideale omvang voor een leefbare planeet iets kleiner dan 1,5 keer de omvang van de Aarde.

Het hele systeem bevindt zich op ongeveer 500 lichtjaren afstand van de aarde, in het sterrenbeeld Cygnus.

De planeet werd ontdekt door ruimtetelescoop Kepler, die in 2009 de ruimte in werd geschoten op zoek naar planeten zoals de aarde. Tot nu toe zijn al verschillende exoplaneten gevonden binnen de bewoonbare zone, maar de meeste daarvan waren gigantische gasbollen. Dat is nu niet het geval, al is nog niet geweten hoe zwaar Kepler-186f is en uit welk materiaal de planeet bestaat. Het staat wel zo goed als vast dat de bodem "rotsachtig" is.

Volgens Fred Adams, fysica- en astronomieprofessor bij de Universiteit van Michigan, gaat het om een "belangrijke stap in de queeste om een exoplaneet identiek aan de Aarde te vinden". Volgens wetenschappers versterkt de ontdekking de kans op het vinden van zusterplaneten van de Aarde in ons sterrenstelsel.

This week’s lunar eclipse has been seen as a sign that an ancient prophecy will soon be fulfilled.

A ‘blood moon’ occurs during a lunar eclipse, an event that takes place when the Moon passes behind the Earth and in to its shadow ( or umbra ).

This week saw the first of four such events set to take place over the next two years and all of them happen to fall upon the dates of Jewish holidays. The eclipse on April 15th will be followed this year by another on October 8th and then two more next year on April 4th and September 28th.

This procession of dates coupled with the unusual frequency with which they are occurring has lead some to read the eclipses as a sign that something significant will soon take place.

“There’s a sense in the world that things are changing and God is trying to communicate with us in a supernatural way,” said evangelical pastor John Hagee who believes that the pattern of eclipses could precede significant events in the Middle-East.

My house never felt like a home

When I was younger (on many occasions), weird things would happen around my house, but upstairs in my mom’s bedroom in particular.

One day in fourth grade (I was 9 or 10), I had to go upstairs to get my homework assignment from my mom’s dresser, as she would check it every night. I walked casually down the hall to her room and stopped. There was a window above her bed, and in it was the perfect* silhouette of a person. If you took the default display picture they give you males on Facebook, you’d have it. No hair, no ears; just a head, neck, and rounded even shoulders. I knew it wasn’t anyone on the outside of the house because we were up to the second floor I was so terrified, I grabbed my homework and booked it.

A time later, I was bored and young (maybe a year older than I was during the previous incident), and I happened to have a mirror with me. So with it, I look at the things behind me (I’m on the couch). And then below and to the left, I see a face peeking out from behind the coffee table. Black hair, pale (almost sickly white skin), dark eyes with deep circles. If you remember the little boy from The Grudge, I shit you not, this kid looked just like that. As soon as I recognized facial features, I whipped right around to see who’d gotten into my house. There was no one there, even when I turned back to look through the mirror. Nothing behind me could’ve been mistaken for a face.

A few years after that, I was trying to sleep on the floor of my mom’s room. I’d been uncomfortable upstairs for as long as I can remember (especially in my mom’s room/bathroom) , and I hated sleeping alone. So, waiting for my mom to come upstairs and go to bed too, I was listening to my iPod and trying to get sleepy (this was my big music phase), while I’d left the door cracked slightly, so I wouldn’t have to be alone in that room in the dark. Not long after, the door just slams shut. Not dragged across the carpet like if you or I’d done it, but just…slammed. I knew it wasn’t my mom because you can hear when someone comes upstairs due to the floors making noise, even with headphones. Felt someone watching me intently after the door closed.

North Korean officials complain about Kim Jong-un poster

Seeking an suitable image to promote a special offer, a hairdressers in west London attracted more than just extra customers when it used a large poster of the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, in its window.

When M&M Hair Academy in south Ealing put up the 1-metre-by-1.2-metre poster featuring Kim’s distinctive short back and sides with longer centre parting and the words “Bad hair day?”, they received a visit from disgruntled North Korean officials. Unbeknown to the salon’s owner, Mo Nabbach, 51, the North Korean embassy is just 10-minute stroll away, inside a modest semi-detached house in Gunnersbury.

“The day after it went up two Asian-looking guys wearing suits turned up. One was taking pictures and the other taking notes,” said Nabbach. “I said to my client at the time, ‘I think they are North Korean officials.’ Then they came in. They asked: ‘Who put that picture up?’ I said I did. He said the pair told him the poster was disrespectful and must come down. They said: ‘That is a country’s national leader.’ I explained to them we often used pictures of celebrities, Lady Diana, Victoria Beckham.

“I told them: ‘Listen, this is not North Korea. This is England.’ They asked for my name and I told them they would have to get their solicitors for that.” Nabbach said he asked them to leave, and later reported the incident to his local police station. The two did not identify themselves as being from the North Korean embassy, he said. But a Metropolitan police spokesman said: “I can confirm that the North Korean embassy have contacted us and that we are in liaison with them. Officers spoke to all parties. No offences have been disclosed.”

Residents panic after chicken begins talking before being slaughtered

Residents of a small town in Nigeria, have fled in panic after a chicken began talking in Arabic before being slaughtered, police said.

Benue State Police said that the incident of the talking chicken occurred at a local market in Makurdi.

Residents living near the Wadata Market, fled as the news of the talking chicken spread like fire. “I heard that the police have taken the chicken into their possession, and that is why the police station is so crowded. Everybody wants to see the chicken talk,” a woman who identified herself as Aishetu, said.

As the residents crowded the local roads police shot tear gas to disperse the crowd and clear the roadways for normal traffic. This was not the first time that an animal began to talk before being killed.

Zalman Rosen, and his worker Luis Nivelo of New York, said that they were about to kill a fish when it began shouting at them. “It said ‘watch out’ and ‘the end is coming,’” Rosen said.

Rosen admitted that in a state of panic he tried to kill the fish, injuring himself in the process and ending up in a hospital. The fish was finally killed by Nivelo and sold. – Your Jewish News

In March 1968, 6,249 sheep died in Skull Valley, an area nearly thirty miles from Dugway’s testing sites. When examined, the sheep were found to have been poisoned by an organophosphate chemical. The sickening of the sheep, known as the Dugway sheep incident, coincided with several open-air tests of the nerve agent VX at Dugway. Local attention focused on the Army, which initially denied that VX had caused the deaths, instead blaming the local use of organophosphate pesticides on crops. Necropsies conducted on the dead sheep later definitively identified the presence of VX. The Army never admitted liability, but did pay the ranchers for their losses. On the official record, the claim was for 4,372 “disabled” sheep, of which about 2,150 were either killed outright by the VX exposure or were so critically injured that they needed to be euthanized on-site by veterinarians. Another 1,877 sheep were “temporarily” injured, or showed no signs of injury but were not marketable due to their potential exposure. All of the exposed sheep that survived the initial exposure were eventually euthanized by the ranchers, since even the potential for exposure had rendered the sheep permanently unsalable for either meat or wool.  The incident, coinciding with the birth of the environmental movement and anti-Vietnam War protests, created an uproar in Utah and the international community. The incident also starkly underscored the inherent unpredictability of air-dispersal of chemical warfare agents, as well as the extreme lethality of next-generation persistent nerve agents at even extremely low concentrations.  Following the public attention drawn to Area 51 in the early 1990s, UFOlogists and concerned citizens have suggested that whatever covert operations, if any, may have been underway at that location were subsequently transferred to DPG.  The Deseret News reported that Dave Rosenfeld, president of Utah UFO Hunters, stated:  ” “Numerous UFOs have been stored and reported in the area in and around Dugway…[military aircraft can't account for] all the unknowns seen in the area. Strange blue UFO video over Singapore

Open Minds was sent a video of strange blue lights over Singapore. The witness says they watched the object for an hour before it disappeared.

Yesterday we brought you a story about a blue UFO video in the Netherlands. Today’s blue UFO story is from another part of the world. The video was uploaded by a man named Vince on April 8, 2011, although he just sent us the link via our website today. He says the video was taken somewhere on the east coast of Singapore from a balcony on the 25^th floor.

Vince used a 12X optical zoom camera, and apparently still has not figured out what he captured on video that day. In the description he writes:

Hovering over east coast beach, dad spotted it first, I took the video from my balcony with a 12 time optical zoom camera, btw i live on the 25th floor of my building. I have no idea what it is, is hovered for an hour + and then vanished. Ufo??

Some people have commented that they think the object is a kite. Putting led lights that give elaborate light shows on kites has been popular lately. You can see some of these kites in the video below of a kite festival in Bristol.

Others have said that the UFO is too high in the sky and too large to be a kite. However, the witness does say the object hovered there for a long period before disappearing. That could make it a blimp. The lights do seem to be angled down towards the ground, much like the blimp in this video.

This would also explain the object disappearing, because simply turning off the blimp’s lights would make the lights vanish.

New Evidence Suggests Pluto Has An Ocean Beneath Its Surface

Astronomers believe that Pluto and its moon were the result of two massive objects slamming into each other. The resulting gravitational dynamic may have warmed the interior of Pluto, creating an ocean comprised of liquid water. Remarkably, this underground sea could still be there.

The idea that Pluto has an ocean underneath its icy surface is not new. Back in 2011, astronomers speculated that, despite its frigid surface temperature, the distant minor-planet could host liquid oceans if two conditions were met. First, it has to have a core rich in potassium to produce enough radioactive decay. And second, the flow of ice on the surface needs to be sufficiently slow-moving (otherwise too much heat would be wasted).

Seems a bit speculative, and it is. But a new scenario, as proposed by Amy Barr and Geoffrey Collins, suggests a different kind of process.

Billions of years ago, Pluto's moon Charon was created after a giant object smashed into its icy mantle.  The subsequent release of heat may have melted the interior of Pluto, creating an ocean that would have survived for a remarkably long period. And in fact, it could still be there.

According to the researchers, Pluto may still be warm enough to harbor an ocean beneath more than 62 miles (100 km) of ice. This is possible because liquid water, once mixed with other materials, like ammonia and low-eutectic salts, takes on properties similar to antifreeze.

Tectonic Faults

Excitingly, we may be able to find even more evidence to support this theory once the New Horizons spacecraft gets there in July 2015. Should it detect signs of ancient tectonic activity — which would appear as scars and fault lines on the icy surface —  it would further the notion that Pluto had or may still have an internal ocean.

According to computer simulations, these hypothetical tectonic faults — the product of a short-lived tectonic system — would have formed soon after the initial collision when both celestial bodies were still warm. The resulting tidal heating could have fostered a liquid ocean, which would have left its mark on the surface. As the authors write:

Orbit and spin evolution of the Pluto/Charon system is driven by the raising and lowering of tidal bulges on each body. The tidal bulges exert torques which change the semi-major axes of the orbits and the spin rates. The mechanical energy associated with the periodic raiding and lowering of the bulges is dissipated as heat in the bodies' interiors. Changes in bulge height and energy dissipation are thought to drive endogenic resurfacing and tectonic activity on many of the icy satellites of the outer solar system.

But for New Horizons to make the observation of tectonic faults, we'll have to hope that Pluto hasn't produced enough atmospheric weather to erode the surface (which is a possibility).

All this said, because we don't know Charon's precise impact on Pluto's internal structures (mostly because we don't know its exact historical orbital location), two other plausible scenarios exist.

First, Pluto may be a differentiated object with no ocean (with ice above rock). In this case, Pluto's icy shell is stubbornly fixed to its rocky core, which would prevent significant tidal deformations and slow the rate at which momentum is exchanged between the two bodies. The other possibility is that it's just an undifferentiated rock and ice mixture.

Of the three possibilities, the going evidence favors the liquid ocean model.

Based on interviews with Catholic researchers and scientists who were willing to speak about the Prophecy of the Popes and the possibility of extraterrestrial life, researchers Tom Horn and Cris Putnam spokes about an ‘extraterrestrial’ connection between Peter the Roman, the Vatican and the Mount Graham International Observatory in Arizona .

Their findings published in The Vatican’s Astonishing Plan for the Arrival of an Alien Savior were far more disturbing than they expected to find. It would mean that Francis is the last pope.

Furthermore, Documents revealed by the FBI on April 8, 2011 referring to the (Secret) Vatican-Alien connection.

Does the Pope know about the truth about aliens is not anymore a question after all the revelations, it is clear that the Vatican has evidence of the existence of extraterrestrial life.

    BLACK SAUCER SHAPED ALIEN CRAFT SPOTTED IN ARLINGTON TEXAS

 

I was traveling south. One block south of me and traveling north toward me, a dark grey and black saucer-shaped craft topped the hill. It was as wide as the three lanes of traffic and had two red  triangular lights on either side in a similar position to where the  parking lights are on an automobile but on the bottom edge.  However, no light from these reflected onto the ground and they were not bright  like headlights, but they were large rectangles and most definitely  red.  The largest part of the craft was very dark gray and the top  “bubble” part was black. This craft was only a few inches off the roadway. My light changed and as I proceeded toward it, it was as if something  came between us and it was no longer visible. As there was nothing there to actually come between us, I feel as if it “cloaked ” itself, but it  was gone.  This area is very well lit as there are street lights on  either side and there are businesses on both sides of the road so my  visibility was excellent. At this time of morning, there was no one else on the road except for it and me. This road runs directly behind my  house and this happened 1/2 block north from my backyard.  I went home  and immediately called my friend who I had just dropped off and told her about it. However, over a period of 20 minutes, we were only able to  maintain a phone connection for about 5 minutes, as our call would get  dropped and I would get the message “Call Failed” which never comes  through when a call is dropped but rather when it doesn’t go through to  begin with.  I would try to call her back and it would do absolutely  nothing. Just like dead air. She left me a voice-mail message but my  phone had not rang. She would call me and get the same nothing. One  time, I called her and as the phone was ringing, it sounded as if there  was a third party on the line and I could hear! some scratching like  claws on a piece of wood but just when the call should have gone to voice-mail, it just disconnected and I got the “Call Failed” message.   She said when we finally were able to talk that she had never  experienced anything like that ever before with a cell phone. I hadn’t  either. I was unable to go to sleep until about 6:00 a.m.  The next day  she told me that she had checked the Arlington Police Dept. active  police “blotter” after we hung up and that from 3:00 a.m. until 3:30  a.m. there had been 9 calls to 911 that were only classified as  “disturbances” within a 1-mile radius of where this occurred and my  house.  She tried to take a screen shot of this information, but it  would not work. I can get a copy of that night’s activity from the  police department, but cannot do so for 30 days. At that time, I will  forward you a copy of that to go with this report.

Chilean TV Airs Video of 240 Mile Wide UFO Taken by GOES-8

Santiago -- On Tuesday, January 26, 1999, nightly news viewers in Santiago were awestruck when Television de la Universidad Catolica (TV-UC), Canal (Channel) 13. Chili’s most watched station, and second oldest, broadcast several satellite video stills of two incredible, gigantic UFO discs taken near its coast. The 1st was captured in July 17th, 1992, and a second, similar image taken in April 7th, 1996. The UFOs, seemingly one in the same, measured well over 240 miles, (400 kilometers in diameter)

The stills were presented and discussed on the network news broadcast by two prominent South American UFOlogists; Dr. Mario Dussuel of CEFAA and Rodrigo Cuadra of ESIO. Unlike the United States who chooses to keep its citizens in the dark concerning UFO activity, Chili, a hotbed of constant UFO activity has formed CEFAA; Chili’s official national UFO study group; composed of government agencies, local UFOlogists and Fuerza Aerea de Chile- the Chilean Air Force. Interestingly, these amazing video images captured by NOAA’s own Geostationary Orbital Environmental Satellite 8 (GOES-8), were downloaded on July 17, ‘92, then for a second time on April 7, 1996; neither of which made the news in America. Taken while the satellite sat in geostationary orbit 21,600 miles (36,000 kilometers) above planet Earth, the huge UFO paralleled the orbital speed of the satellite; a speed of 6,696 miles per hour or 10,713 kilometers per hour. The 1st images received clearly show a incredibly huge, disc-shaped UFO positioned over the Earth in space above the Pacific Ocean, west of the Chilean coast, and was luckily downloaded by the astute Servicio Aereo Fotometrico Ltda. in Santiago. The image, besides the huge craft, included odd electromagnetic lines of interference that can be seen in front of the UFO. Three additional images were taken over 10-minute intervals. The 1st images show temperature variations represented by color variations we see differences of some 40°C. The black ring on the object showed a temperature over 50°C while the central part of the craft is about 10°C. Experts said the lines of interference shown on the image do not represent a problem with this satellite, but instead showed what appeared to be some type of energy generation. To experts the temperatures demonstrated the craft emitted some type of internal energy.Four years later, on April 7, 1996, GOES-8, now over the Atlantic in front of Brazilian coast, captured the 2nd image of a similar UFO disc, also measuring some 400 km plus in diameter. On this occasion the images were recovered by Centro Meteorologico Regional de Antofagasta. Experts believe the second images could represent the return of the first object. The Maya predicted the return of the Bolo Yok’te sky gods at this time with the full eclipse of the Sun, seen over Hawaii, and Mexico where many witnesses recorded amazing UFO activity which took place in full view of startled eclipse watchers? Experts in satellite imagery analysis say the objects are both real and enormous; in fact, the second was more accurately measured somewhere between 450 and 500 kilometers in diameter! The UFO was moving at the same speed as the GOES-8 satellite for 10 minutes. It is depicted very clearly with no blurring that you’d expect if the satellite’s camera was passing by the object. Chile's Centro Meteorologico Regional de Antofagasta weather service downloaded the GEOS 8 image to servers around the world. The images were quickly erased and discredited in the U.S. while 3rd world countries like Mexico and Chili keep their citizens well informed on the reality of the UFO phenomena. Russian Navy Declassifies Its 'UFO' Underwater Encounters

USO’s: Unidentified Submerged Objects or Underwater-UFOs leaving water or entering water are an underreported phenomenon. The Russian navy has declassified its records of encounters with unidentified objects technologically surpassing anything humanity ever built, reports Svobodnaya Pressa news website. The records dating back to Soviet times were compiled by a special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships. The group was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov, and the documents reveal numerous cases of possible UFO encounters, the website says. Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says the materials are of great value. “Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water,” he said. On one occasion a nuclear submarine, which was on a combat mission in the Pacific Ocean, detected six unknown objects. After the crew failed to leave behind their pursuers by maneuvering, the captain ordered to surface. The objects followed suit, took to the air, and flew away. Many mysterious events happened in the region of Bermuda Triangle, recalls retired submarine commander Rear Admiral Yury Beketov. Instruments malfunctioned with no apparent reason or detected strong interference. The former navy officer says this could be deliberate disruption by UFOs. “On several occasions the instruments gave reading of material objects moving at incredible speed. Calculations showed speeds of about 230 knots, of 400 kph. Speeding so fast is a challenge even on the surface. But water resistance is much higher. It was like the objects defied the laws of physics. There’s only one explanation: the creatures who built them far surpass us in development,” Beketov said. Navy intelligence veteran, Captain 1st rank Igor Barklay comments: “Ocean UFOs often show up wherever our or NATO’s fleets concentrate. Near Bahamas, Bermudas, Puerto Rico. They are most often seen in the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, in the southern part of the Bermuda Triangle, and also in the Caribbean Sea.”

Lake Baikal Another place where people often report UFO encounters is Russia’s Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world. Fishermen tell of powerful lights coming from the deep and objects flying up from the water. In one case in 1982 a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured. “I think about underwater bases and say: why not? Nothing should be discarded,” says Vladimir Azhazha.“Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. So it’s very important to analyze what they encounter there.” NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

Russia is Aggressive Feeling God is Now on Their Side

Black Sea-- A Russian SU-24 Fencer fighter jet aggressively taunted the US destroyer Donald Cook in the Black Sea by making “numerous close-range low-altitude passes on Saturday while the destroyer was conducting operations in international waters east of Romania. The Navy tried to communicate with the Russians, but to no avail. The aircraft did not respond to multiple queries and is inconsistent with international protocols. The Russian fighter jet flew within 1,000 yards of the ship that carries helicopters at an altitude of about 500 feet.

The destroyer was deployed to the Black Sea on April 10, in the wake of the Russian military takeover of Ukraine’s Crimea region and ongoing unrest there. The Su-24's fixed armament is a single fast-firing GSh-6-23 cannon with 500 rounds of ammunition, mounted in the fuselage underside. Two or four R-60 AA-8 'Aphid') infrared missiles are usually carried for self-defense by the Su-24M/24MK. The escalation comes just as the United States is preparing to unveil to NATO leaders a list of recommendations on how to best ease the concerns of its skittish Eastern European allies after the stealthy Russian invasion and annexation of an eastern Ukraine peninsula. Riots and the takeover by protesters of numerous government buildings in a dozen cities is occurring by pro-Russian people in Eastern Ukraine. Ukrainian military retake back an airfield in Eastern Ukraine, but some soldiers are defecting. Be aware Putin is a Christian who attends church regularly And feels "If God is for us, who can be against us?"(Romans 8:31). Putin claims Ukraine is about to have a civil war.

The Orthodox Church has long been central to Russian identity—ever since 988 A.D., when Vladimir the Great opted to convert to Byzantium’s form of Christianity rather than Rome’s. The church’s power continued uncontested until the overthrow of the tsars in the early 20th century, when it became a prime target for the new revolutionaries. When Lenin came to power in 1917, the Soviet Union started the persecution of Christians as 200,000 clergy were killed and 41,000 churches destroyed. Until 1989 the church was allowed to barely survive under strict Secret Service supervision but it now has grown greatly with the approval of the Russian Government. Vladmir Putin is very likely to attempt to gain areas once controlled by the Soviet Union as he has done in Crimea. He will likely invade Eastern Ukraine to build a land road to Crimea, as well as Latvia where 20% of the people are Russian. Putin knows that NATO and the US will unlikely risk war with the US so far in debt.

Patrick Buchanan writes, Vladimir Putin is very intelligent man and realizes that Communism failed because of its denial of God and Christianity. Russia is now a Christian country and Putin is saying. Christianity is growing rapidly in Russia as it declines in NATO countries. In his Kremlin defense of Russia’s annexation of Crimea, Vladimir Putin, even before he began listing the battles where Russian blood had been shed on Crimean soil, spoke of an older deeper bond. Putin said, “Crimea Is where Prince Vladimir was baptized and adopted Christian Orthodoxy that predetermined the overall basis of the culture, civilization and human values that unite the peoples of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.” This speech recalls last December’s address where the former KGB chief spoke of Russia as standing against a decadent West with weak leaders. “Many Euro-Atlantic countries have moved away from their roots, including Christian values. Policies are being pursued that place on the same level a multi-child family and a same-sex partnership, a faith in God and a belief in Satan. This is the path to degradation.” Heard any Western leader, say, Barack Obama, talk like that lately or even attend church? Indicting the “Bolsheviks” who gave away Crimea to Ukraine, Putin declared, “May God judge them.” What is going on here? With Marxism-Leninism a dead faith, Putin is saying the new ideological struggle is between a debauched West led by the United States and a traditionalist world Russia would be proud to lead. In the new war of beliefs, Putin is saying, “It is Russia that is on God’s side. The West is Sodom and Gomorrah.” Vladimir Putin claims to stand on higher moral ground; he knows exactly what he is doing, and his new claim has a venerable lineage. Putin is entering a claim that Moscow is the Godly City of today and command post of the counter-reformation against the new paganism in the West. Putin is plugging into some of the modern world’s most powerful currents. Not only in his defiance of what much of the world sees as America’s arrogant drive for global hegemony. Not only in his tribal defense of lost Russians left behind when the USSR disintegrated. He is also tapping into the worldwide revulsion of and resistance to the sewage of a hedonistic secular and social revolution coming out of the West. In the culture war for the future of mankind, Putin is planting Russia’s flag firmly on the side of traditional Christianity. His recent speeches carry echoes of John Paul II whose Evangelism Vitae in 1995 excoriated the West for its embrace of a “culture of death.”

Without the resurrection, it is quite certain there would have been no Christian church. There is no doubt that He really did die on the cross. Pilate was given assurance of this by the centurion. Resurrection of Christ, 1700 by Noel Coypel

Jesus appears to many over a span of forty days before his ascension to Heaven, to sit at the Right Hand of God. Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday, the third day after Good Friday, the day of his crucifixion. But with the assurance that Christ was alive, the disciples went forth everywhere proclaiming the resurrection, and multitudes became believers in their Living Lord. If the resurrection is really a demonstrable fact of history, then not only are His claims vindicated, but so are His promises. Death is not, after all, the great victor, but is a defeated foe.

After saying this, Jesus was taken up while those who had gathered together were watching, and a cloud took him out of their sight. Jesus was going away, and the apostles were looking into the sky. Suddenly, two men (angels) wearing white clothes stood beside them. The two men said to the apostles, "Men from Galilee, why are you standing here looking into the sky? You saw Jesus carried away from you into heaven. He will come back in the same way you saw him go." —Acts 1:6-11

Malaysian Aircraft Disappearance

The previous case of disappearance of Boeing 707-323C of Varig civil aircraft took place on January 30, 1979 on a routine cargo flight. Half an hour after departure from Tokyo the plane disappeared over the Pacific Ocean where UFOs are often reported. Despite extensive searches failed to find any trace of the aircraft or signs of his fall. The incident was considered still the only fact of disappearance jet airliner and one of the most mysterious cases in the history of world aviation. Anthony Glees, director of the University of Buckingham’s Centre for Security and Intelligence Studies said the prospect of an Islamist plot offered one explanation for why the Malaysian authorities “have not been telling us the whole truth. Evidence that it turned back to Malaysia means that this could easily have been a Malaysian Islamist plot to turn the plane into a 9/11-style bomb to fly it into a building in Kuala Lumpur.” “ Malaysia’s prime minister stated, “The plane had been deliberately re-routed and flown for hours with communication systems switched off to disguise its flight path provided the most significant clues yet as to what might have happened. " Mr. Najib stopped short of confirming Flight MH370 had been hijacked. Note: The pings from the Black Box indicate the plane is at the bottom of the Indian Ocean and will be found relatively soon.

Frozen Great Lakes

NASA has released several stunning photos of the frozen Great Lakes as seen from space. The space agency’s Earth Observatory reports that ice cover on the Great Lakes reached 88 percent in mid-February 2014. For comparison, the average maximum ice extent since 1973 is just over 50 percent and it has eclipsed 80 percent just five times in 40 years. The photos below were taken by NASA’s Aqua satellite on February 19, 2014. The photo reveals the Great Lakes in the early afternoon, when ice blanketed 80.3 percent of the lakes, NOAA’s Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory. “Persistently low temperatures across the Great Lakes region are responsible for the increased coverage of the ice,” noted Nathan Kurtz, cryospheric scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. “Thanks to NOAA  

Buildings and Lights on Mars Seen In Rover NASA Photos

Unexplained lights are being seen on Mars in two different NASA photographs along with what appear to be buildings. Naturally the Rover turns away rather investigating claims it was a shiny rock or a lens flare.

The light anomaly was caught on different days suggesting life on Mars or a reflection off a mirror, metal, or water object.

This discovery of structures was made by Streetcap1 of YouTube. He found some structures on a hill in one of the Mars Curiosity rover photos on April 9, 2014. Look at the photo and pay special attention to the white shiny walls on top of the hill. The walls are white on one side due to reflection and dark shadowy on the other side due to the sun’s angle. Is NASA trying to move the rover away from these obstacles to prevent the public from learning about life on Mars? Sightings in the United States

Arizona Fluorescent Blue

Tucson -- As I turned onto Speedway, it started moving and then lit up deep fluorescent blue on April 11, 2014. As it flew over me, the bottom was rotating counter clockwise and it had four orange lights on the bottom that were also rotating. As it passed me, I looked back and it took off due east. It was gone in 2 seconds. As I turned onto my street, a few blocks down the road, I saw a helicopter heading west in the same place the object had gone. It flew by my house, headed west for some time, turned northeast and then disappeared before I could snap a picture. Thanks to MUFON CMS

California Orange Glowing Objects

Malibu -- We had just packed the car and we're leaving when we saw an orange glowing object out over the water. We stopped and I got out of the car and took a cell phone picture. Then there were two, then three, and four glowing objects. As I took pictures they looked like they were morphing and then they dimmed and came back on but not as bright but more uniform in color and shape. My camera stopped working so I got scared and left. Florida Lights

Destin -- I am on vacation this week and I witnessed multiple UFOs on April 9, 2014, while sitting on my balcony of my condo at 8 PM. I was watching the stars just starting to show up when I saw two lights that burned bright just above the horizon that were totally out of place. The two brightest lights were stationary and suspended in the sky for a few seconds before they were gone. They disappeared and re appeared four a total of four sightings. Two lights would appear for a second then just sort of extinguish and appear in a different place. I called my father-in-law and we both witnessed two more sightings that were even more significant than the original four that I saw alone. We saw a total of 7 lights. Indiana Family's Incredible UFO Sighting

INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT –- I was driving home with my 12 and 17 year old daughters on I70 passing near the airport on March 29, 2014, when I noticed something in the sky. I asked one of my daughters "What is that?" It was a V shaped hovering object. It had lights on it around the point of the V. She kept saying she didn't know. The object was darker in color than the sky. I called my husband and asked him how fast an airplane had to go in order to maintain any altitude in the sky because this wasn't moving. My other daughter then said she saw a moving plane. When I got off the phone with my husband I kept asking my daughters what that was. The lights I saw were also round in shape and feel like they were on the bottom or underside of the object. NOTE: The above image is a rendering. Massachusetts Orb

Boston – I went outside in the middle of night after learning my friend’s brother was killed on his motorcycle. I was upset and looked up and saw a red and yellow and centrifugal type movement with what seems like a red x shape center and yellow light emitting. Came in got the camera and my husband to look at it. We both watched it and I took a great video of it. I uploaded it to YouTube. It was planet sized and it was moving. On the video it's between two stationary stars and the object is moving, glowing, and emitting light. It was not earth made that is sure. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Minnesota Cylinder

Bemidji -- On April 10, 2014, at 10 AM; I set up my video camera facing directly up into the sky. When reviewing video at 1/8 speed, I noticed a "cylindrical" shaped object moved from the bottom of the screen, and going to the north. A second dark disc shaped object followed behind it. It actually did a "death roll" while in flight. Later, I picked up two larger objects much higher in the sky and slightly fuzzy. The only object that can be seen at full speed was the darker object. Two other craft came in from the bottom left moving very fast as well. I speculate that a darker craft "might" be one of ours chasing the cylindrical craft. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Nebraska Diamond

The witness says the pictures were taken on November 26, 2010. The witness’ girlfriend spotted the UFO first. She called for her boyfriend to come outside and he snapped a couple of pictures. The witness thought it was a stealth bomber at first. He says he doesn’t believe in UFOs or extraterrestrials. However, when his friend saw the pictures, he convinced the witness to submit them. Nevada Disc

Henderson --The family was observing the blood moon lunar eclipse on April 15, 2014, when they noticed an intense orange light that appeared to be on fire. The object was traveling north and turned west as the light extinguished. They saw a disc shaped object with details on the bottom. It was not smooth or uniform in color as the city lights reflected off the bottom on the object. It hovered momentarily and continued NW before disappearing. Minutes later they saw the same object again or perhaps another one do the same thing. Can't believe it wasn't on the news. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New Jersey Beam

Hewitt -- I woke up on April 10, 2014 at 3 AM, and went outside to look at the stars and saw a very bright object. It looked liked two things attached to each other so I went up to my outdoor deck better view of the object. It was whitish, with an orangish color. It looked like a baseball on top with a golf ball attached on the bottom. It was brighter than any object in the sky with two circular objects connected to each. It then began to shoot laser like beams of light. It shot one to three beams at a time. On the left, it shot a 45 degree beam upwards, and then it shot two beams making a 90 degree angle; one up, the other down. One time it shot three beams, and one at the center. The beams were 10-15 times the length of the larger circle. After watching it for 5 minutes, I went back in the house since it was so cold. The object looked liked it was over Clinton Reservoir. This case is under investigation by Ken Pfeifer www.worldufophotos.org Hazlet -- I went out on the front porch to look at the lunar eclipse on April 14, and there were numerous silent craft traveling in front of the moon. One was large and the rest were smaller. I went in to get my fiancé' and when he came out his jaw dropped. They did not move in unison and were under separate control. The one large one was bigger than the moon - below and to the right of the moon. There were no lights, no noise - they just glided for17-minutes! Thanks to MUFON CMS

North Carolina Lights

Fuquay Varina -- I was running down to the gas station at about 8:45 PM, when I noticed three very bright white distinct lights in a row close together on April 9, 2014. The lights changed from white to having hints of orange light blended with the white. I stopped on the side of the road to take pictures with my IPhone. I noticed some much smaller, dimmer group of red 6-8 flashing lights approach. The red lights flashed very fast on and off. As soon as it had flown over head they flew northeast. I took a few pictures of the red lights. I am familiar with the usual military aircraft that frequent the area due to Fort Bragg in neighboring Fayetteville. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Ohio Triangle

Brunswick -- My wife and I were in our hot tub relaxing when my wife saw a red shooting star over the eastern horizon on April 10, 2014. I am a big astronomy buff and my wife and I saw a satellite directly above us. I turned to the west and saw a somewhat dim, yet clearly visible unbalanced diamond shaped object, clearly larger than an airplane. We live 12 miles south of Cleveland Airport but rarely have planes come over. It honestly looked like something out of a science fiction movie. The shape was almost kite like, but had a mirror-like appearance and had four rings at each of the tips of the object that were sort of flickering. The object was the same color as the sky and silent. It was not heading towards the airport. I have never seen anything like it before in my life. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Rhode Island Triangle

North Providence -- I was standing in my driveway at 8:40 PM and noticed a brighter and larger than normal star on April 4, 20l4. I noticed a much larger odd shaped bright light, obviously not a star. I then took my camera phone and zoomed in on it. That is when I realized the shape was clearly triangle and not a star. There were stars in the area, but were not big or bright enough to show up on the picture. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Texas Disc

Killeen -- On or about March 27, 2014, I was sitting in my patio observing the low storm clouds brewing, and went inside to get my cell phone to take photos of the brewing storm. I took the photos and tried to post them on face book to share with my family back home, but couldn't get an internet connection I forgot about the pictures, until April 7, 2014, when I was going through the photos when I came across the photos of the hail storm and I noticed a dark object in the clouds and said "What is that?" I realized "That can't be a plane." I ran out of the room looking for my husband and showed him the photos. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Washington Light

Port Orchard -- I saw a bright object that floated down as 6 to 8 lights circled the object as it hovered for 25 minutes on April 7, 2014, at 9 PM. Mt Rainier-- I was taking my daughter to school at 8:15 AM on April 9, 2014. You know those long lines in the sky that they leave behind... This one was over by Mt Rainier but wasn't as long as a jet contrail would leave. My daughter and I were both looking at it when all of a sudden it zipped off and poof it was gone! We don't have any pictures of this, but what we saw was a metallic silver streak. My daughter and I looked at each other with our mouths dropped saying, "Did you see that"? The line was like a metallic shiny streak that wasn't a jet line and like a zipper on a coat just zipped itself up. Thanks to Kim and Kylie.

Australia Colors

Ivanhoe, Melbourne, Victoria – I thought it was a flickering star or plane but it was moving very slowly and it had three different colors that kept changing to red, purple, and green. I took some photos. There was one I could see and the other was behind clouds. I only saw a bright light twice shine through that started moving away about 2.10 AM. Canada Lights

Prelude Lake near Yellowknife, Northwest Territories -- Thirty days from the last unexplained 'sighting', I saw another on April 2, 2014, at 9:32 PM. While the time and location were almost identical, the hovering lights were very different. I spotted it in the southern sky from my cabin window and watched for 25 minutes. I got a few not very good photos. I grabbed the binoculars and saw a horizontal row of 'windows' with a green pulsating light coming from inside. Iran Glowing Object

Mazandaran -- I was a guest in a villa in North Iran on shore of the Caspian Sea and tried to call my husband in Canada with my cell phone. The sky was clear and I saw this glowing object and called my host family to come outside and see it. The whole family, four sons their wives and their daughter and their five grand children came out to the terrace. Their daughter who was at that time in last year of university told me this is a big one, and she had even taken pictures with her smart phone. We all stayed outside and talked about UFOs. People in Iran have a normal reaction to this subject and believe we are not alone. We were talking about the object as it vanished and reappeared. Our cell phones did not work when the UFOs were around! An airplane was flying north at high altitude crossing the Caspian Sea toward Russia. I saw this object once more at 3 AM, from my bedroom window. I was scared and closed the window. It was gone at 5 AM. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Ireland Sphere

Dublin -- It was about 11 PM, on April 3rd 2014 and went outside to feed the dog and I was just about to go back inside when I saw a strange object above the Dublin Mountains to the left of Ticknock. Visually it looked like a blinking blue and red star. I went to the attic with my dad and we observed the object with binoculars. We saw that it was two round blinking objects that moved about three degrees left and then right very slowly. After 45 minutes it flew deeper into space at super speeds. Mexico Shining Dot

Teotihuacan -- I was alone resting and sitting by the archeological site at the base of the one step pyramid on February 1st, 2014. I noticed a shining dot far in the sky and turned on my Nikon P500 camera and started shooting some pictures and a video. The quality of this video is not very good. The object was moving slowly in a straight path. I noticed that the object slowed down and then continued its path smoothly till the moment I couldn't track it and the object disappeared in the distance. The supersonic round orb did not leave any trail at all. I like scanning the skies with my camera and my telescope, so I know pretty well the differences between an airplane or any man-made aircrafts. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Colonna – The witness was taking a late night walk with his wife when he noticed some glowing lights in the distance on March 10, 2014. Slovenia Red Lights

Maribor -- Two red lights were seen above Maribor, one moving upward, the other down in the city on April 4, 2014, at 10:30 PM. South Africa Close Encounter

Cape Town -- From the age of 6, I can remember sleeping in a room and having the feeling of something in the room with me. At the age of 9, I saw what it was for the first time and ever since I have had the fear it will come back and hurt me? At age 16 I saw “the ship it used to get from place to place.” At age 17, I saw it floating in the woods just outside town. Three of us were playing in the woods and Joe said “Oh my God look up at the sun.” We saw a triangle shape hovering 50 meters above us. The sun gave it a red glow and out came two of them like the sun was recharging there suits. Anyway at age 23, it came back but this time setting its eyes on my girlfriend who is now my wife. Last night, it came back hovering outside that lit up our bedroom. I woke up and spotted a device that looked like a hand on the wall. I tried to wake up my wife but she was fast asleep. After 15 seconds the hand just vanished and my wife opened her eyes that were as black as the night. I was shaking her and then I heard a soft whisper from the foot of the bed. I looked up and saw a short blue alien. My wife woke up and we looked at it for 30 seconds. Then we both passed out and had a dream of handing each other red glowing orbs. UK /England Beam

Bridling – The UFO appears to be pulled into a tractor beam or something similar on April 5, 2014. This is the best UFO footage I have ever managed to get. The sounds are really loud and creepy coming from the sky whilst the UFO was visible. They were much louder than they appear in the video. This was a really scary experience. Manchester – Robert Newton writes, “This is the main craft in an alien fleet captured on April 7, some 1,000 feet away going east towards Manchester. The 5 or 6 craft of two types are morphing and tumbling, moving at 20 mph silently.
