The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. The weekly intelligence report provides you with information on the latest sightings and UFO news that you need to understand the world situation. The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force and Prince Phillip told me of his personal interest in UFOs. The US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years under Project Blue Book; and I continue this advanced research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

General Wilfred de Brouwer Mysterious Phenomenonover Belgium
General Wilfred de Brouwer states, “In any case, the Air Force has arrived to the conclusion that a certain number of anomalous phenomena has been produced within Belgian airspace. The numerous testimonies of ground observations compiled in this [SOBEPS] book, reinforced by the reports of the night of March 30-31, 1990, have led us to face the hypothesis that a certain number of unauthorized aerial activities have taken place. Until now, not a single trace of aggressiveness has been signaled; military or civilian air traffic has not been perturbed nor threatened. We can therefore advance that the presumed activities do not constitute a direct menace. The day will come undoubtedly when the phenomenon will be observed with technological means of detection and collection that won’t leave a single doubt about its origin. This should lift a part of the veil that has covered the mystery for a long time. A mystery that continues to the present. Ancient Megalith’s Evidence of UFOs
All over the world, ancient megaliths and burial mounds were built in the shape of UFOs. Archeologists claim it is because our ancestors worshipped the sun. I suggest they saw flying UFOs that they believed could take them to the promised land or heaven.
The Bible’s 2 Kings 2 written some 3000 years ago suggests UFOs were seen thousands of years ago. As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind.12 Elisha saw this and cried out, “My father! My father! The chariots and horsemen of Israel!” And Elisha saw him no more. Then he took hold of his garment and tore it in two.

Dissignac Tumulus is a restored tumulus with two large passage graves inside with the chambers facing southeast. It was fairly substantially rebuilt at some point in the past, which doubled the size of the mound and extended the chambers by 4 meters. Two Dolmenic chambers are covered by 15-metre diameter tumulus with corridors 11 metres in length, surrounded by small kerbstones.
The shape of Dissignac Mound is very similar to a standard UFO.
Ohio Hopewell American Indian Discs
All around our world there are numerous ancient disc shaped burial barrows, tumuli, or mounds that were built to bury our ancestors. When I flew for the Air Force, I noticed many mounds from the air in many parts of the world. Ohio, West Virginia, Illinois, Florida, France, the Middle East, and United Kingdom have many examples that still exist. Thousands were built in America, and 18,000 were built in Britain 5000 years ago in the Bronze Age.

Both in Great Britain and America thousands of flint discs have been found inside the American Indian and British burial mounds. Recent evidence has also uncovered an ancient alphabet that appears to have been used throughout the ancient world. The burial barrows are constructed to a precise plan, where the periphery of a circle is marked by posts and stakes and is called a palisade. Now, 5000 years later, the barrows still maintain their basic structure unless destroyed by grave robbers or modern construction projects. Within this palisade the dead were buried and a discoid shaped structure that were built to look remarkably like disc shaped UFOs. Not only was a disc shape used in construction but also, each dead body was buried with its own carved disc. Sometimes these small discs came from a hundred miles away and were often carved or chipped from flint stone. Archaeologists claim these disc barrow builders were worshipers of the sun and moon.
It’s likely our ancestors saw “UFOs” in the sky and intuitively decided that Gods or great spirits from space were visiting us. They, however and more astutely than us, made the death-heaven connection. Why bury models of UFOs with themselves, if they didn’t think that these entities “aboard them” were not connected to the so-called spirit-world they were entering? It is obvious they saw linkage between what they observed in the sky and where they believe they were going after dying. So we can hypothesize that our ancestors, like Ezekiel who saw a UFO in the sky, probably worshipped or at least prayed that these craft would take them to heaven or at least keep their souls alive, and perhaps they can?.
Japan Ghost Ships
Over the last month, a series of abandoned fishing vessels have washed ashore along the Japanese coastline with scant evidence as to their origin and eerily containing the corpses of the sailors who once helmed the fleet. The mystery began early in November when four ghost ships ran aground on the Japanese coast and were followed by an additional seven ships that were discovered throughout the month.
As Japanese officials have begun recovering the ships, reports have emerged of unsettling “skeleton-like” corpses being found on board with the total number of bodies reaching twenty so far. An investigation into the wave of ghost ships has yielded only a scrap of fabric believed to be from a North Korean flag and a sole hand-painted sign, which says “Korean People’s Army.”
These tantalizing clues as well as the rudimentary nature of the boats have led to speculation that the ghost ships came from a North Korean fishing fleet gone awry. Others have theorized that the ships may have deliberately strayed off course in an attempt to flee the oppressive North Korean government, but were ill equipped to find their way to freedom because the ships lacked any GPS equipment.
Since the state of the bodies suggest that the ships have been adrift for quite some time, determining exactly how and why they became abandoned will likely remain a mystery unless a fortunate survivor can be found. Website
UFO Defense Tactics
AK Johnstone, PhD., explores with evidence, the creation of a weather shield to deter UFOs from entering earth’s atmosphere, as well as the erratic weather changes in recent years. Numerous UFO sightings are examined from a scientific viewpoint and a Chemtrail correlation is suggested in the book UFO Defense Tactics.
Are we secretly being protected against the intrusion of alien UFO’s by the American government? Does that explain the dramatic changes in weather in the last few years? What are chemtrails? Johnstone tries to answer all these questions.
Is government weather manipulation evoked as a UFO defense? The existence of UFOs is a phenomenon that intrigues and captivates, yet it generates more skepticism than acceptance. Witnesses of unconventional craft are often disbelieved and even ridiculed. Belief in the existence of UFOs is obviously not yet mainstream, but that may one-day change. Over the past few decades, reports of UFO sightings have dramatically increased in North America. Further, the behavior observed in these sightings has been described to be more blatant and even menacing. Some reports even imply that these craft are monitoring our planet, interestingly; many of these sightings have taken place over military bases.
In UFO Defense Tactics, A K Johnstone, PhD., explores the details of numerous sightings from a scientific viewpoint, including descriptions of craft, luminous sheaths and fireballs. So what, if anything, is the United States government doing about it? Johnstone suggests that military and government agencies have the ability to manipulate weather electromagnetically and with chemtrails to deter unconventional craft. This hypothesis also explains erratic changes in the weather in the last few years. Is the government creating a weather shield to deter UFOs from entering the earth’s atmosphere? Take a look at the evidence.

New App Makes a UFO Photos
Donald F Saunders writes, “It has come to my attention that some posts are being made to the MUFON database claiming people took shots of Large UFOs over different states and countries around the Globe. Only problem is they are all the same ship. The ship is from a drawing called “V for Victory” by Jukka Korhonen and the ship in this painting has been put into an APP that allows people to add this and other UFOs into pictures. I think this is a shame that people have to screw around as this just to get there jollies. I just want to make sure everyone is aware that these HOAX reports are coming in.

Camera Lens Flares
Iphone users should know that if you regularly take photos in daytime, and specifically have had moments where you take photos directly pointing into the sun, then you may have noticed purple lens flares, or noticeable bright spots in your iPhone camera photos. We discuss this issue briefly before giving you the surprisingly obvious solution. This is an inherent weakness with the most popular mobile phone’s hardware. Literally, every single earlier iPhone has had this issue where it would show bright spots, hazy regions, or purple lens flares when taking photos in direct sunlight. Frankly, many cameras have a similar problem. The simplest solution comes directly from Apple: change the position of the phone so that it doesn’t produce any aberrations caused by sunlight reflecting within the camera lens setup.
Until Apple improves the optics, iPhones camera photos will have this problem. For the time being, pointing you camera away from direct light will likely solve it. Website
Holloman AFB Records Show F16’s in the UFO Sighting Area.
HOLLOMAN AFB RECORD – F16 ACTIVITY – June 10, 2015.
Update – Dec 5, 2015: We have received a response to our FOIA to Holloman AFB inquiring about aircraft that were in the air at the time of the above sighting. Although the request was heavily redacted, we have determined that twelve F16 aircraft were in the air at the time of the witness sighting. The radar times agree with the FOIA response when the aircraft landed. Some of the aircraft were in the air for nearly 90 minutes. Although I don’t know the purpose of the mission (redacted), I can surmise that the aircraft radar returns in the sighting area were from Holloman AFB. The document showing the F16 can be viewed below. The document above shows F16 takeoff and landing times of F16 aircraft out of Holloman AFB. Pertinent aircraft are highlighted in yellow. Further investigation indicated that the same number of sorties were dispensed about 24 hours later for similar time periods. However, it is not known where these were sent.

This is a UFO from the most recent photos from Curiosity rover this week. It has a dark disk and is not an anomaly stuck to the lens December 4 2015
I checked other photos from the same camera and it is not there, therefore it is not on the lens. It is flying in a horizontal position and observing the rover from a distance. Source URL: Website

Crashed Alien Craft Near
The Rio Grand River
DEL RIO TEXAS This is a shocking eyewitness testimony from a retired U.S. Air Force colonel and former F-86 fighter jet pilot who says that he chased a UFO across West Texas and watched it crash along the Rio Grande River near Del Rio, Texas in 1955 .
Robert Willingham was flying an F-86 fighter jet across West Texas when he saw an object “as bright as a star” streak past him and then execute a 90-degree turn going 2,000 miles per hour. Nothing could have prepared him for what happened next, as his life was about to change forever.
Soon after, he visited the crash site and saw a large, silver UFO, “sticking into the side of a hill.” Willingham, who lives near Wichita Falls, was one of America’s earliest jet aviators, during the transition from propeller-driven planes to jets It was also a time when UFO sightings had become commonplace throughout the United States, especially in and around military bases.
“He was flying as part of a group of F-86 fighter jets that were escorting a B-47 bomber across West Texas,” said Noe Torres, a lecturer, researcher, and member of the MUFON chapter in Texas. “It was a Cold War simulation designed to follow the route that bombers would take to reach Russia in the event of a nuclear war.”
A radio message warned Willingham and the others about a fast-moving UFO that was approaching Texas from the northwestern U.S. “Suddenly it came into their view, looking like an intensely bright light – like a bright star seen through a telescope,” Torres said. “It blazed across the sky past them, and everyone in all the planes saw it. But, because of the location of Willingham’s jet, he was in the best position to see what happened after the object flew by.”
Willingham estimated that the object was traveling at 2,000 miles per hour and he saw it make a sudden 90-degree turn, without slowing down. As the UFO streaked toward the Texas-Mexico border, Willingham received permission to break from the formation and pursue the object in his F-86 fighter. Following the object’s vapor trail, Willingham followed it down to near Del Rio, Texas,
where he saw it suddenly begin to wobble and descend rapidly. Giving chase in his jet, the decorated World War II and Korean War veteran watched in awe as the object suddenly plummeted to Earth.
As the pilot watched in stunned silence, the UFO plunged toward the Rio Grande River, plowing into the ground just south of Langtry, Texas and digging out a 300-yard long furrow before finally coming to rest alongside a sandy hill.
“Rarely do you have such a highly credible eyewitness to an event of this magnitude come forward with information that is guarded so closely by various intelligence agencies.” Uriarte said, “Willingham had heard a lot of discussion about UFOs, and now suddenly, he had one down on the ground. As he flew over the awesome scene, he decided that he was going to switch planes and return there as quickly as possible to look at the thing up close.”The aviator returned to the scene of the crash a few hours later, according to Uriarte. “They landed the small plane right alongside the crashed UFO and noticed that a large number of Mexican soldiers had already taken control of the crash site.
They had cordoned off the area and would not allow Willingham or Perkins to approach the main part of the wreckage. However, what they were able to see and look at was so amazing that it forever changed their lives.”
Before being forced to leave the area by the Mexican military, Willingham picked up a chunk of strange metal debris that was about the size of a man’s hand. He later tried to burn it, cut it, and otherwise deform it, but he was not able to. “It was a piece of something not of this world,” Uriarte said.
Torres and Uriarte are active members of the UFO research community with many years of experience investigating UFO cases in the Southwestern U.S. and Northern Mexico. Their research has appeared on the History Channel’s UFO Hunters and UFO Files TV shows.
Their first book, Mexico’s Roswell: The Chihuahua UFO Crash, published in 2007, received wide critical acclaim.
