Are the Phoenix Lights back after 18 years?
Three young men from Sunnyslope are while walking to a friend’s house and they noticed strange lights flickering over Phoenix, Arizona. They filmed the lights on February 2, 2015.
A day later at approximately 10.15 pm a similar event took place near Goodyear, close to Phoenix, Arizona.
Witness: I saw the lights while driving. It was moving south over the Estrella Mountains. The lights were a fiery color. What is not visible in the video is the shape of the craft and the massive size of it. After it disappeared we continued to drive in the direction it was headed, eventually driving behind the mountain but saw nothing.

Filming for the television show Alto al Crimen in the Miraflores district of Lima, Peru was interrupted when the production team noticed a UFO hovering in the sky.
The sighting occurred on the morning of Tuesday, February 10, and was reportedly witnessed by several members of the production crew, including the show’s host, Renzo Reggiardo, a Peruvian congressman.

Peru This Week describes, “Reggiardo had just begun filming for his program Alto al Crimen when his camera man got distracted by something floating in the distant sky. They postponed filming a few moments to take a better look at the floating object.”
Witnesses were bewildered by the strange aerial object. They managed to record video of the UFO with cameras and cell phones.
Videos of the object were uploaded to YouTube by Eduardo Chávez Guerra, a member of the show’s production crew. Although the videos are 1080p HD videos, and were likely recorded with a professional-grade camera, no clear details of the UFO are visible. And, some have questioned why a production crew didn’t bother to use a tripod to obtain better video of something so mysterious.
Although some assert that the UFO in these videos is a bad computer creation, it’s unlikely (but not impossible) that Congressman Reggiardo would participate in a hoax. Others suggest the UFO is a drone, or even a plastic bag. But witnesses doubt these possibilities because they say the object was too large and remained in the sky for too long–nearly two hours.

Robert Salas and Robert Hastings are both merely agitators — one liar and the other a fraud — who have repeatedly misrepresented the claims of the men involved in these incidents. They started utilizing these methods years ago, found out that it made their claims convincing to a few ignorant people, and continued this path of slander and disruption as a result of their minor and isolated successes. NO SIMPLE SOLUTION
Salas’ book is largely a response to these criticisms. Prior to the book, however, famed UFO researcher Richard Dolan speaks in defense of Robert Salas on his website (October 7, 2010, The Malmstrom UFO Event: Did it Really Happen?):
“Furthermore, since I believe Bob Salas is truthful – despite some early mistakes in his telling of the story – I have no reason to doubt him when he said he heard of the same thing at another location, indicating that there may well indeed have been a UFO over Echo.
“No doubt my own examination of this case will not please the critics, but I sincerely thank them for bringing it to my attention. I hope that they understand that, whatever I have said, I have done so in a spirit of discovery and collegiality.
“I want to add that when I began looking into the allegations, I did not do so with a preconceived conclusion in mind. I tried very hard to let reason, not emotion, be my guide. I admit that the allegations about Salas disturbed me, but I was determined not to let that guide my own analysis. There is no use investing yourself in a bad case. Everyone makes mistakes at one point or another. No one is immune to that fate, and the best solution is simply to prevent you from becoming emotionally attached to any conclusion. Therefore, when we learn new information, we can always modify our position.
“At this stage, I remain of the opinion that there was indeed one or more UFO events connected with the shut-down of missiles at Malmstrom Air Force Base. The case is not the slam-dunk that many of us had assumed, but I believe it is stronger than the critics have argued. And I certainly am not persuaded that key promoters of the case are liars.
“Sorting out precise dates and sequences years after the fact is always going to be messy. It has happened many times and will continue to happen. Added to this is the fact that the U.S. Air Force, as well as every segment of the U.S. defense and intelligence establishment, has never cooperated on the release of UFO-related information — for reasons that one may defend or attack. “By the way, all the studies and repairs were necessary and could have been conducted under the guise of it being strictly electronic in nature without having to introduce the UFO into the solution matrix. Salas amply points out that there were no nuclear-atomic-explosions during that period – and for many months surrounding the missile failures from March 10 to April 4, 1967.
DIVERGENCE OF ENCOUNTERS
Such “disabling” UFO encounters are not new to UFO history. We can only point out a few (because of space limitations) that are typical:
In the spring of 1965 two female college students were driving outside of Springfield, Missouri when a “light” approached them and hovered near their car. Levelland, Texas, November 2, 1957, patrolman A.J. Fowler began to receive reports of brilliantly illuminated torpedo-shaped objects that interfered with auto and truck engines. On August 16, 1954, about 5:00 p.m., approximately 200,000 residents and Edward Campagnac (director of Air France) saw an “electric green ball” as a “lens-shaped plasma” made several passes over the town of Tananarive, Madagascar. As the object silently circled above, the farm animals and dogs began to panic and bark. Public and private lighting would die out and return once the UFO left the area. November 4, 1957, two sentries were badly burned by an approaching orange disk that slowly descended over the military fort at Itaipu, Brazil. The UFO issued a buzzing sound and all communication devices ceased operating at 2:30 a.m. (though they were set to alarm at 5:00 a.m.). The guards received 2nd and 1st degree burns. MORE THAN A FEW PEOPLE
In 1977 the Brazilian island of Colares and the area of the Amazon delta were visited by flying objects of an unknown source. Nearly all kinds of UFOs were seen as big, some small, saucer-shaped, cigar-shaped, barrel-shaped, and luminous objects. They arrived generally from the Northern sky every day, and also sometimes from underwater. The activity lasted for months as some Island inhabitants were targeted by the objects beaming strange lights at them resulting in injury. The Air Force came, investigated, observed and reported. The bizarre rays wounded thirty-five people. Civilians fled from entire villages.
“During the months of September through December 1977, the Brazillian Air-Force under the command of a Captain Uyrang Hollanda, was sent to the island of Colares to investigate a series of incidents in which over 80 people reported being attacked by beams of light from UFO's, paralyzing two of them and leaving puncture and burn marks on their skin. The investigation was codenamed ‘Operation Saucer’. This operation collated over 15 hours of film, 500 photos, and hundreds of documents with detailed drawings and interviews with over 3000 witnesses.

“The files were to remain classified by the Brazilian Government until 1997, when UFO investigator's A J Gevaerd and Marco Petite of UFO Magazine were allowed partial access. FRIEND OR FOE: UFOs?
Donald A. Johnson, PhD, noted researcher into the geographic occurrences of UFO sightings, concludes: “So we are left with a somewhat troubling finding. Apparently UFO reports do occur more frequently in the vicinity of nuclear sites, after controlling for population and the region of the country. Given that the motives of the intelligences behind UFOs, assuming that UFOs are intelligently controlled, are not well known, we should be concerned. Given the long history of UFO incursions at sensitive, highly-restricted nuclear facilities; and given that the events of September 11, 2001 have drawn attention to the vulnerability of nuclear power plants to terrorist acts; it would seem to behoove national security agencies to re-direct some attention to the issue of UFOs entering restricted air space over nuclear facilities. THE CABAL
Salas points at noted individuals in the cabal such as the late engineer Wilber Smith, the late Dr. Vannevar Bush, the late Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, and Salas presently includes a CORE group with “the highest security rating and priority.” That team is also called the “Secret Group” by researcher Raymond Fowler. Salas charts what he believes to be the general flow and organization of the CORE group. Salas outlines what CORE may have learned about UFO activity: invisibility and the control of natural energy sources are two characteristics.
The nature of the “enemy” is highlighted by one specific incident:
A principal Civil Aviation Administration air traffic controller, Harry Barnes, distinctly felt that the 1952 UFOs over Washington, D.C could read his thoughts as they darted about over the Capitol. A pilot reported that he “heard his first name called out by a strange voice transmission. Military radio transmissions between aircraft do not use first names of pilots!”

Salas portrays several favorite, little-known and unusual sightings that he feels support the reality of the phenomena. Some are large triangular UFOs, others, flew over nuclear missile bases.
A typical case was that of Josie Zwinanberg who spotted a UFO near the Soesterbuerg, Netherland’s 32nd Tactical Fighter Squadron on February 2 and 3, 1979. The object had a number of brilliant but mystically blue lights that shone from it as the object buzzed the air field. On the 3rd, the object emitted a beam of light to the ground. It was seen by many airmen at the base.
Thirty-one years later in the summer of 2011 while Zwinenberg vacationed in Ireland, she was approached by a “Tom” – a total stranger – who related details of her sightings, even tiny items and intimate information (such as the rustling of leaves) that only Zwinenberg knew.
Part of Salas’ chronology of events, in the latter part of the book, concerns the human abduction phenomena, which Salas naturally includes in his array of UFO events. Salas extrapolates findings from researchers such as Dr. Budd Hopkins, Dr. John Mack and Yvonne Smith of the Close Encounter Research Organization.
“Essentially all abductees seem to be given some information, messages, special abilities, direction, or some special ‘mission’ to perform upon their return.” says Salas, “While there is little doubt that some sort of hybridization program is on-going, there is also little doubt that ETs are trying to somehow ‘improve’ our species.”
NUCLEAR DETERENCE AND SALVATION
One of the greatest concerns of the ETs must be, says Salas, that of nuclear deterrence, human destruction, and the secrecy surrounding these topics. Commanding “fairness, honesty, equal treatment, mutual respect, openness, and account-ability to the people,” Salas concludes:
“If we do nothing, we allow excessive secrecy, we allow corruption to take hold, we allow unnecessary wars to happen, we allow a few to control us and our lives without our consent, and we allow a few to decide how we will interact with extraterrestrial life.”
CRITICS AND THE AFTERMATH
Salas’ quest, however, has not been without its critics and problems. Critic Tim Hebert (a former SAC missile crew commander and staff officer, currently in the healthcare field with a RN, BASN and MSA), however, even detailed UFO activity surrounding and prior to the Malmstrom case:
“Jan 9, 1967: Malta, MT at 9 p.m., on family farm. Family alerted by dog, family saw a large rectangular object with glowing red light along the bottom and large amber light on top moving at high speed. The object landed in a field for approximately one hour. Object suddenly disappeared as if it took off at a high rate of speed. The next day, family went to the field were the object had landed. There were no tracks in the snow and no sign that anything had been there. (Billings Gazette, 1-20-67)
“Jan 26, 1967: Havre, MT at 8:15 p.m. A man saw a yellow sphere with blinking yellow body lights which circled a mountain and flew off (nicap.org).
“Feb 9, 1967: Chester, MT, 6:30 a.m., Railroad foreman saw a saucer (disk) with bright body of light hovering over the railroad depot. The depot was engulfed in light, the object departed straight up. (Spokane Spokesman-Review, 2/12/67.)
“Feb 23, 1967 Glasgow AFB, MT, reported sighting by NICAP (no details listed).
“Mar 22, 1967: Newspaper article (UPI), ‘UFOs Seen in Great Falls Vicinity’, The Daily Inter Lake. Tuesday night, 7:45 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., several persons reported seeing unidentified flying objects over the Great Falls, Vaughn, Fort Benton, and Manchester. White lights, big with a little one on top. The object was moving east to west then north to south.
“Mar 23, 1967: Great Falls, MT, 9 p.m.: Sheriffs deputies saw a yellow object with a red glow coming from top to bottom. Object hovered then flew away; Many sightings throughout the state (Great Falls Leader, 3/24/67).
“Mar 24, 1967: Belt, MT, 9 p.m., Truck driver outside of Belt, MT sees a dome shaped object showing bright lights and landing in a nearby ravine (Investigated by Project Blue Book).”

Hebert, a confessed debunker, unfortunately, did not feel the UFO activity connected with any missile failures on the two major missile fiascos of March 16 and 24, 1967. Herbert gives a short summary of events on his website (dated November 26, 2010):
“The letter in its basic meaning set in motion for OOMA, Boeing, Autonetics and 15th AF to provide support to evaluate the situation and find a cause and correction as detailed in the 341st SMS Wing's history.
‘We must have an in-depth analysis to determine cause and corrective action…..’
“The UFO theory backers have used the Malmstrom Incident to foster the notion that a portion of the U.S. nuclear arsenal was neutralized by a UFO. True, ten ICBMs were off alert for one to two days, but no damage was done to the ICBMs themselves. And most importantly, the RVs remained under positive control! There was no ‘Broken Arrow’ called either by the 341st SMW or by SAC!
“So far, I've shown that of the 10 Echo Flight ICBMs in question:
“1. Shutdowns occurred due to a then never seen electrical anomaly.
“2. This anomaly was thoroughly evaluated by SAC, 15th Air Force, 341st SMW, Boeing, Autonetics, OOMA (Hill AFB), and AF Systems Command.
“3. Due to the on-going investigation a serious weapon system vulnerability was discovered (EMP susceptibility)
“4. A fix was implemented force-wide.
“5. After 16 Mar 1967, this type of anomaly would never again occur in any Minuteman wing/system.”
Supporters of Hebert tend to agree with him that the shutdown was caused by a electronic flux and that the reported UFOs started out as a practical joke. Other criticisms that Hebert holds are that Salas mentions maintenance personnel seeing the UFOs: this was not possible as they are usually inside the LF/silo and the names and identities of witnesses to the UFOs are not given.

Who are we? Methods, validity, and scope is what we are sharing in the world of awakening awareness as in consciousness. Being awake and aware of all that surrounds us and being plugged into the universal consciousness is not only a right but a responsibility.
Wakefulness is a daily recurring brain state and state of consciousness in which an individual is conscious and engages in coherent cognitive and behavioral responses to the external world such as communication, ambulation, eating, and sex. Being awake is the opposite of the state of being asleep in which most external inputs to the brain are excluded from neural processing.
Epistemology is the investigation of what distinguishes justified belief from opinion. Epistemology episteme-knowledge, understanding; logos-study of is the branch of philosophy concerned with the nature and scope of knowledge and is also referred to as “theory of knowledge”.
It questions what knowledge is and how it can be acquired, and the extent to which knowledge pertinent to any given subject or entity can be acquired. Authority is most religions other than in monism of one God vs. polytheism of many gods. Question final authority as whose?
Much of the debate in this field has focused on the philosophical analysis of the nature of knowledge and how it relates to connected notions such as truth, belief, and justification.
The term “epistemology” was introduced by the Scottish philosopher James Frederick Ferrier. In Christian, Islamic, or Jewish mysticism, mystery religions and Gnosticism gnosis generally signifies a spiritual knowledge or “religion of knowledge”, in the sense of mystical enlightenment or “insight”. Christian Science, some forms of spiritualism, and in what was called the “New Theology,”.
“Gnosis” and “Gnosticism” are almost always used interchangeably. The suggestion that term “gnosis” ought to be used to describe a state of consciousness, while “Gnosticism”.
Definitions in fields such as social sciences and spiritual science is being written. Historical context of beliefs toward action now unfolds. Monism is the philosophical view that a variety of existing things can be explained in terms of a single reality or substance. Stuff monism is only one kind of stuff as matter or mind.
Thing-monism exists speaking as a single thing the universe so is monism a metaphysical dualism and metaphysical pluralism? Are we there yet?
William Blake on Emery summarizes twelve points on which Gnostics tended to agree in describing characteristics of the Gnostic mythos.
Gnostic teachers and groups in era of classical Gnosticism adheres to some or all who are called a Gnostic:
The Gnostics posited an original spiritual unity that came to be split into a plurality.
As a result of the pre-cosmic division the universe was created. This was done by a leader possessing inferior spiritual powers and who often resembled the Old Testament Jehovah.
A female emanation of God was involved in the cosmic creation albeit in a much more positive role than the leader.
In the cosmos, space and time have a malevolent character and may be personified as demonic beings separating man from God.
For man, the universe is a vast prison. He is enslaved both by the physical laws of nature and by such moral laws as the Mosaic code.
Mankind may be personified as Adam, who lies in the deep sleep of ignorance, his powers of spiritual self-awareness stupefied by materiality.
Within each natural man is an “inner man,” a fallen spark of the divine substance. Since this exists in each man, we have the possibility of awakening from our stupefaction.
What effects the awakening is not obedience, faith, or good works, but knowledge.
Before the awakening, men undergo troubled dreams.
Man does not attain the knowledge that awakens him from these dreams by cognition but through revelatory experience, and this knowledge is not information but a modification of the sensate being.
The awakening i.e., the salvation of any individual is a cosmic event.
Since the effort is to restore the wholeness and unity of the Godhead, active rebellion against the moral law of the Old Testament is enjoined upon every man.
Emery's twelve points are in every consistent with the proposal set out by the colloquium at Messina. Second-century Gnosticism is taken as the principal model for all of these definitions, a practice that appears to be sensible.

A UFO has captured the attention of thousand of Peruvians today, after Congressman Renzo Reggiardo and his film crew captured footage of a purple floating object in the sky over Miraflores, Lima in Peru on February 10, 2015.
According to Peruthisweek Reggiardo had just begun filming for his program “Alto al crimen” when his camera man got distracted by something floating in the distant sky. They postponed filming a few moments to take a better look at the floating object.
Onlookers in the video shout their wild suggestions and estimations for the UFO and concluded it could not be a plane for the way it was floating.

“De oerknaltheorie voorspelt zijn eigen ondergang,” zei professor Saurya Das van de Universiteit van Lethbridge in Canada. “De theorie verklaart ook niet waar die oorspronkelijke staat precies vandaan kwam.”
Om dit probleem op te lossen combineerden de wetenschappers de algemene relativiteitstheorie, die de krachten om ons heen beschrijft, met de kwantummechanica, die het gedrag van subatomaire deeltjes beschrijft.
“Voor zover wij kunnen zien kan het heelal geen begin hebben omdat verschillende punten in het universum in het verleden nooit zijn samengekomen,” zei professor Das. “Het blijft voor altijd bestaan. Het heeft geen eind. Met andere woorden: er is geen singulariteit.”
Maar als de Big Bang nooit heeft plaatsgevonden, hoe is het heelal dan ontstaan? “Het universum kan bijvoorbeeld altijd al hebben bestaan,” speculeert professor Das. “Het kan door verschillende cycli zijn gegaan of het is veel eerder gecreëerd.”
Zijn theorie kan ook de oorsprong van donkere materie en donkere energie verklaren. Het heelal bestaat naar schatting voor 25 procent uit donkere materie en voor 70 procent uit donkere energie.
“We laten zien dat een Bose-Einsteincondensaat zich mogelijk al vroeg heeft gevormd en zowel donkere materie als donkere energie kan verklaren,” zei Das. In de jaren negentig ontdekten astronomen dat de uitdijing van het heelal versnelt als gevolg van de aanwezigheid van donkere energie. Die versnelling kan met het model van Das ook worden verklaard.
“Het geeft een zekere voldoening dat zulke correcties zoveel problemen in één keer kunnen oplossen,” zei Das. Het onderzoek is gepubliceerd in het tijdschrift Physics Letters B.

We horen natuurlijk regelmatig verhalen van UFO’s die in de buurt van passagiersvliegtuigen worden gesignaleerd.
Dat twee passagierstoestellen van dezelfde maatschappij daardoor ontwijkende bewegingen moeten maken om geen botsing te krijgen, komt niet zo vaak voor.
Toch is dit wat er gebeurde in het westen van Australië, niet ver van de stad Perth.
Beide gevallen hebben betrekking op vliegtuigen van dezelfde luchtvaartmaatschappij, Skippers Aviation uit Perth.
Het ene incident vond plaats op 19 maart vorig jaar toen een De Havilland DHC-8 met registratie VH-XFX van deze maatschappij onderweg was van Kambalda in West Australië naar Perth.
Het toestel had bijna haar bestemming bereikt en vloog op 23 kilometer afstand ten noorden van Perth op een hoogte van 3.800 voet, toen de bemanning een vreemd licht waarnam recht voor het toestel.
Het leek alsof het licht zich bewoog in de richting van het toestel en de bemanning besefte dat het hoorde bij een onbekend vliegend object, een UFO dus.
De piloot moest een ontwijkende manoeuvre maken om niet tegen het object te botsen en het passeerde het vliegtuig op een afstand van ongeveer 20 meter en zo’n 30 meter hoger dan het vliegtuig.
Volgens het rapport van de piloot was het een cilindervormig object en grijs van kleur. Het gebied waar het incident plaatsvond was in zogenaamde “controlled airspace”, wat betekent dat er geen verkeer mag vliegen zonder toestemming en alleen onder controle van de verkeersleiding. Het was duidelijk dat deze UFO zich niet had gemeld bij de verkeersleiding. Deze hadden ook helemaal niets gezien op hun radarschermen en konden derhalve het vliegtuig ook geen waarschuwing geven.
Omdat het vliegtuig vloog op 3.800 voet hoogte en de ruimte beneden 3.500 voet verboden militair gebied was, ging het vermoeden in eerste instantie uit naar een militaire drone. De Australische luchtmacht verklaarde echter van niets te weten en was daar op die dag ook niet actief geweest met drones.
Volgens UFO onderzoeker Paul Dean bestaat hier dan ook geen twijfel en hebben we te maken met een buitenaards voertuig. Zeker omdat dit de tweede keer was dat er zich een dergelijk incident voordeed.
Volgens Paul Dean was er op 4 januari 2013 een vergelijkbaar incident op ongeveer dezelfde positie en eveneens met een Skippers vliegtuig.
Uiteraard proberen de autoriteiten dit af te doen als mensen die met op afstand bestuurbare (sport)toestellen vliegen en dat dit toch wel de nodige gevaren voor de luchtvaart oplevert. De verkeersleiding noch de luchtmacht heeft echter iemand kunnen vinden die hiervoor verantwoordelijk geweest zou kunnen zijn.
Daarom blijft dit mysterie de gemoederen in Perth en omstreken bezighouden en zijn er toch velen die denken dat er wel degelijk sprake is van een UFO.

UNCENSORED magazine claims a 1940s film was recently discovered showing U.S. military personnel carrying remains of an alien. The New Zealand/Australian magazine first posted the video to its website on January 22 by its editor Jonathan Eisen and uploaded to YouTube recently. Titled “Roswell Original Footage of Dead Alien Rediscovered by UNCENSORED Editor,” the video allegedly not only shows dead alien body, but also people who carried it out from the military ambulance to a particular place.
The post in the magazine cites the All News Pipeline, an alternative news website, as their source of the story. Indeed, the All News Pipeline published a story of the video on the 13th of January titled “Is This The Real Roswell Alien Footage?”
According to the source, the technical people of UNCENSORED did a frame by frame analysis prior releasing the footage online, and these people determined that the video was legitimate in every aspect. The source says that it has sufficient clues to ascertain that the footage came from the late 1940s.
UNCENSORED write up about the video states that the images from the footage were first posted on the magazine and adds that the complete footage itself has yet to be released by the magazine on the Internet.
However, this assertion has some problems including the fact that this footage has already made rounds on the Internet for years now. For example, the same footage was uploaded to YouTube in 2011 titled “Roswell 1947 Alien Footage – Copy of Original 1947 Footage…”
Additionally, similar footage appeared in 2006 comedy film titled “Alien Autopsy.” See it at the 1:07 mark of the clip from the movie.
The alleged Roswell footage has been around for years, but its authenticity has since been debated.
Alien Autopsy: Fact or Fiction, a famous television documentary in 1995, shows an apparent real alien autopsy from the 1947 Roswell UFO crash. The man behind this documentary, London businessman Ray Santilli, claimed a former US military cameraman had the possession of the footage and that he bought it from him. But Santilli admitted that his television documentary only shows a recreated footage because the original one was damaged beyond repair. He claimed that the short black and white video shown in 2006 movie Alien Autopsy and recently featured by UNCENSORED is original and authentic footage.
Some firmly believe that the short film does show the real alien from the crash incident in Roswell, but others just can’t accept this possibility, including sculptor John Humphreys. According to Humphreys, Santilli hired him to make the aliens shown in the Alien Autopsy comedy. Humphreys added that he was also hired to perform the effects of black and white sequence.

Last week an incident above Loch Lomond was added to the long list of reported UFO sightings above Scotland.
The Loch Lomond sighting was slightly further north of the hotbed of Scottish UFO sightings said to take place in the ‘Falkirk Triangle’.
The Falkirk triangle stretches from Stirling to the outskirts of Edinburgh and is said to be home to around 300 sighting reports each year.
The centre of the Falkirk triangle is, of course, Bonnybridge. The small town, just outside of Falkirk, has had so many UFO sightings it is now officially twinned with the American city of Roswell in New Mexico, the site of the famous alleged saucer crash in 1947.
With literally thousands of sightings since the early 1990s, Bonnybridge is officially the home of UFOs in Scotland.
Over 600 sightings were made from 1992 to 1994 and as sightings continued thereafter, authorities wrote to Westminster pleading for help.
Cllr William Buchanan, wrote to both John Major and Tony Blair demanding “the truth”.
However, the MoD replied that it was “satisfied that there is no evidence that the United Kingdom’s airspace might have been compromised by hostile or unauthorised foreign military activity”.
In November 1979 a man reported seeing a “flying dome” and being attacked by aliens, just outside Livingston.
Robert Taylor, a forestry worker for the Livingston Development Corporation, explained he was walking his dog along a forest path up the side of Dechmont Law when he saw what he described as a “flying dome” or a large, circular sphere approximately 20 feet (6.1 metres) in diameter, hovering above the forest floor in a clearing.
Taylor said the object was “a dark metallic material with a rough texture like sandpaper” featuring an outer rim “set with small propellers”.
Taylor says he could smell a foul smell “like burning brakes” and that smaller spheres “similar to sea mines” then dragged him towards the larger object before he lost consciousness.
When he awoke the objects were gone, he was battered and bruised, his trousers were ripped and he could not start his truck, so walked all the way home.
A plaque has now been erected on the site of the alleged encounter by UFO enthusiasts.
While Bonnybridge may be Scotland’s UFO capital, the Aberdeenshire village of Muchalls certainly runs it close.
UFO sightings in the village began in the early 1970s and were reportedly seen almost every night over a number of years.
There was two main witnesses and by the 1990s, with developments in technology, UFOs were filmed in the area.

UFO investigator Nick Pope, insists “compelling” evidence of extraterrestrials in Scotland has been covered up. Pope formerly ran the Ministry of Defence’s project on the subject and, speaking to BBC Radio Scotland Show, Tales of the Unexplained, he said the best picture of a UFO he ever saw was that of a“diamond-shaped metallic craft” suspended in the sky over the village of Calvine in Perthshire.
The UFO was spotted by two men who reported seeing the 25 metre craft hover for 10 minutes before charging up into the heavens at great speed.
The two men took a picture of the craft, which appeared to show military planes in the background and seemed to be escorting “or even chasing” the UFO.
The picture was later sent to the Ministry of Defence where experts told Pope they believed the photo was genuine and Pope blew up the picture and pinned it to his wall.
However, the picture was taken down by Pope’s manager and was never seen again – it did not even appear years later when the MOD released ‘all’ their UFO files.
Garry Wood was one of two men who claim they were abducted from the A70
One August night in 1992, Garry Woods and Colin Wright were driving down the A70 road outside Edinburgh, heading to see a friend. However, looking skywards, they spotted a disc-shaped UFO above the road.
The object produced a strange mist and, when the mist touched the car, they duo say that everything went black.
Later, under hypnosis, Woods and Wright recalled having been forced aboard the UFO by three small entities.
They claim they were given a physical examination while on board the craft before being returned safely to their vehicle.
Muchalls is not the only place in Aberdeenshire where UFO sightings have been reported.
A frightened north east family spotted a strange object in the sky just above their home near Fraserburgh, they filmed the UFO for a short while but it remained overhead for hours.
Morag Ritchie noticed the flickering rotating lights around 2am and explained to BBC Scotland: “I saw what I thought was a bright star.
“However, it was a sequence of flashing lights. There was also a darting light coming from the side. There was no sound, either.”
Ritchie woke her family up and they all witnessed the UFO hang in the air as a number of other lights turned on and off around the main object.

On Feb. 11, 1989, several people reported seeing UFOs over Fyffe, Ala. The sightings would become a national story. Here is a story I wrote about it for the 25th anniversary in 2014:
"FYFFE, Alabama - The prospect of seeing a UFO lured more than 4,000 people to this town of 1,300 in northeast Alabama Friday night, but for all the hoopla no unidentified flying objects were sighted. Visibility was difficult because of clouds and light rain. Fyffe got on the UFO circuit Feb. 10, when a woman reported seeing a strange light in the sky and the police later reported seeing a large lighted object passing silently over them. Numerous other sightings have been reported since then." - New York Times, March 6, 1989
Twenty-five years ago last week, the tiny DeKalb County town of Fyffe, Ala., became the center of national attention.
On Friday, Feb. 11, 1989, the first call was made to the Fyffe Police Department. A woman reported seeing a strange object in the sky. By the end of Feb. 12, more than 50 residents had reported seeing the strange objects, including the town's police chief and his assistant.
The object was described by a witness as hovering "at an angle from 1 o'clock to 7 o'clock with bright lights at the top and bottom. The curvature was outlined in green with "a real bright light in the center."
Fyffe Police Chief Charles "Junior" Garmany and Assistant Police Chief Fred Works responded to the initial call and soon saw something in the sky.
Garmany and Works were driving along DeKalb County Road 43 but stopped and stepped out of the car when they saw an object in the sky that was "bigger than a jumbo jet" and silent. They described it as metallic and triangular shaped.
According to DeKalbLandmarks.org, Works told a reporter: "The object came on over and got straight overhead. It was big, wide and appeared to be a wide triangular shape. We kept waiting to hear the sound. We kept looking at each other and saying, 'Where's the sound?' We never heard anything."
Garmany added: "What I saw the first time was like nothing I ever saw before. It was not a helicopter, it was not a plane. Not a sound."
A week later, Works told the Associated Press: "I'm not saying what I saw was a flying saucer but what really got to me was the lack of sound."
Other law officers who reported seeing something strange in the sky included a Crossville Police officer, the Geraldine Police chief and a state trooper, AP reported.
Over the next few days as many as 4,000 tourists and more than 100 news organizations converged on Fyffe. After a witness described the craft as banana shaped, an entrepreneur began selling T-shirts with a banana-shaped object on the front with the words: "I Survived the Fyffe UFO."
For a while, residents of Fyffe enjoyed the notoriety but soon the tourists and jokes grew tiresome, as The Tuscaloosa News reported Feb. 17, 1989, under the headline "Fyffe police chief, aide tired of UFO jokes."
Works said in the article: "I walked into the grill the other day for lunch and there sat a reporter. I never even got to eat. I came on back to the office and there sat reporters from a TV station...Right now, I'm two wreck reports behind."
After a few years, however, the town realized the lure of its history and began hosting the Fyffe UFO Days Festival each August, featuring hot air balloons, arts and crafts, games, a street dance, live entertainment and more.
Junior Garmany went on to run the Shop and Go store in Fyffe and later ran unsuccessfully for the Town Council. Garmany died Oct. 24, 2013, at the age of 64. The flag at Fyffe Town Hall flew at half mast in his honor, according to the town's Facebook page.
Other sightings in Alabama
Fyffe is not the only Alabama town with a history of UFO sightings. Sightings were especially plentiful in the 1970s.

Falkville 1973
In 1973, another police chief in a small north Alabama town took a photo of what he thought was an alien being.
That October, Falkville Police Chief Jeff Greenhaw responded to a call from a woman who was "excited" as she reported seeing something strange. Greenhaw responded and came upon a 6-foot tall metallic creature with an antennae on its head.
"It looked like his head and neck were kind of made together... he was real bright, something like rubbing mercury on nickel, but just as smooth as glass-different angles give different lighting. I don't believe it was aluminum foil... It was running faster than any human I ever saw."
Greenhaw was ridiculed and lost his job. Many people believed someone had played a prank on the chief. However, the photo he snapped of the creature that night can be seen in books on alien life.

An anonymous witness told The Tuscaloosa News what he saw in October 1976: "The thing dropped out of the sky like a rock/ Just when I thought I was about to be crushed, it pulled up just short ... I looked up again and a light as bright as the sun blinded me."

In 1977, Mr. and Mrs. Terry White were driving toward their Blount County home with their children in the car when they spotted a 65-foot-long craft. Terry told The Tuscaloosa News: "It had something coming out of the bottom of the object. It looked like pads. They were half the width of the object."

The Hessdalen light is an unexplained light usually seen in the Hessdalen valley in Norway.
Unusual lights have been reported here since the 1940s or earlier. Especially high activity of Hessdalen lights took place from December 1981 until the summer of 1984 when lights were observed 15–20 times per week. Since then, the activity has decreased and now the lights are observed some 10–20 times per year.
The Hessdalen light most often is a bright, white or yellow light of unknown origin. On February 8, 2015, the Live Cam2 (NW) recorded again a strange light floating above the ground level.
This kind of mysterious entities or supernatural beings are seen worldwide. Despite intensive research and analysis on this phenomenon, there is no explanation as to what it could be.

Two weeks ago my husband was awakened out of my sleep in the early morning hours and saw a small red laser light that traveled across the ceiling and down the northwest corner of the bedroom wall. I reported the incident to the local police department. Our first thought was that someone was playing a prank with either a laser pointer or worst case scenario a gun sight. I did however; have a problem with my husband’s laser theory because his bedroom window has heavy bamboo blinds that are pulled more than halfway down. It would be difficult for anything to penetrate the thick bamboo blinds. As far as I was aware that was the only incident that occurred that night.
This morning he called me into his bedroom and told me that he had seen a being in his bedroom around 6:00 AM. He said that it appeared to be self illuminating. “Very bright” He said it was about my height, which is approximately 5 foot five inches and that it glowed and it had no face. He said it’s head was a little larger than human. He said when he saw it; the being was near the bedroom door, apparently when it realized my husband was watching it, the being looked slightly over its shoulder at my husband and very quickly exited the bedroom. My husband said it had no discernible features, it had no face. It was then he told me that the night he’s seen the laser, he’d had also seen an approx 3 foot by 3 foot square shape projected on the mirror of his closet doors. He said it looked like a large picture frame and that there was a very bright light illuminating from within it, with strange black symbols that resembled hieroglyphic‘s inside of what he described as small boxes they were also illuminated. He said he’s never seen anything like them before. I asked him why he hadn’t mentioned this before. He told me that he couldn’t understand how there was this large imagine in his mirror, because there are no windows on the west wall of his bedroom, so it couldn’t have been a reflection. He wasn’t going to mention it until he saw the being this morning. He told me he’s very unnerved about these sightings, since they are becoming repetitive. I’m concerned because my husband is not one to make-up stories. He’s very practical down to earth kind of person. If he said he saw something, he did. But he wouldn’t file this report however, he did give me permission to file on his behalf.
And that he will relate the story if asked about it. I found some pictures on the internet and asked if any were similar to what he saw in projected on the mirror. He choose this picture, as it was very close to what he saw.

VIDEO: Nieuwe foto's van Roswell-crash 'bewijzen dat aliens bestaan'
In mei zullen foto’s naar buiten worden gebracht waarop naar verluidt een buitenaards wezen te zien is dat in 1947 bij Roswell is neergestort. Dat meldt de Britse krant Metro.
Verschillende sites claimen dat de foto’s ‘bewijzen dat aliens bestaan’. De afbeeldingen zouden zijn gevonden in een envelop op een zolder, achtergelaten door een geoloog die in de jaren veertig werkzaam was in de buurt van Roswell.
De foto’s zullen op 5 mei aanstaande worden getoond tijdens een ceremonie in het Auditorio Nacional in Mexico-Stad, die live wordt uitgezonden. In dit centrum is ruimte voor 10.000 mensen.
Onderzoeker Anthony Baraglia zei: “Wetenschappers hebben zich erover gebogen en zij hebben vastgesteld dat het echte beelden zijn uit 1947. De enige conclusie is: deze humanoïde is geen misvormd persoon, mummie, dummy, aap of gesneuvelde militair. Het is geen wezen dat van de aarde afkomstig is.”
Schrijver Nigel Watson wees erop dat andere ufologen sceptischer zijn omdat het meeste bewijs voor de Roswell-crash in het verleden nep is gebleken. De films die zijn gemaakt over de autopsie op een buitenaards lichaam, bleken achteraf in scène te zijn gezet. Het echte beeldmateriaal was verloren gegaan of vernietigd, aldus Watson.
Naast Roswell zijn er sinds 1947 nog zo’n 300 andere UFO-incidenten geweest, waarbij vliegende schotels op aarde crashten. Net als het Roswellincident worden ze naarmate de tijd verstrijkt steeds spectaculairder en mysterieuzer.

Wij schrijven al langere tijd over het fenomeen dat er zich bij en op de zon gigantische UFO’s ophouden.
De Westerse wetenschap zwijgt hierover in alle toonaarden, maar zoals gewoonlijk gaat men daar in Rusland iets anders mee om.
Zoals wij eerder schreven:
In 2012 werd door Russische wetenschappers al bekendgemaakt dat er UFO’s ter grootte van onze maan zich in de buurt van de zon bevonden.
Toeval of niet, maar er zijn op dit moment twee meldingen van grote UFO’s nabij de zon, afkomstig van verschillende bronnen.
De eerste is van een lezer (dank!) die schrijft:
“Ik mag graag in de database van de Helioviewer snuffelen en ook het bijhouden van de ISS track”.
Dat heeft onder andere het volgende resultaat opgeleverd.
Een duidelijke sigaarvormige UFO die zich aan/bij het oppervlak van de zon bevindt.
Daarna nog één die wat verder verwijderd lijkt van de zon.
Daarnaast heeft ufoloog Scott Waring ook een soortgelijke ontdekking gedaan via de Helioviewer.
Ook hij is in de database aan het grasduinen op 10 februari wanneer hij de volgende UFO ter grootte van de maan ontdekt aan het oppervlak van de zon.
Volgens Scott is er geen enkele twijfel mogelijk en hebben we hier te maken met een UFO, vergelijkbaar zoals die werd waargenomen door Russische wetenschappers.

Sovereignty group Lawful Hawaiian Government constructed a UFO landing pad and the so-called Star Visitor Center on a rocky, lava field of Big Island to welcome ET visitors.
Waiting for space alien visitors is perhaps similar to the hope of reinstating the Hawaiian Kingdom of over 120 years ago. However, the Lawful Hawaiian Government made alien welcome pad last year, hoping that it could help advertise its cause.
According to Big Island coordinator, Garry Hoffeld, the idea of creating UFO landing pad is to announce to the world, as well as to the universe, that Hawaii is a neutral country and interested in making peaceful relationships with anyone in the world and even from outside Earth.
It appears that the group wants to let the people in the world know that the UFO landing strip is more a symbolic build than a literal UFO touchdown. The location was chosen for two major reasons; the natural beauty of the place and the proximity to Uncle Robert’s bar. The owner of the restaurant, Hawaiian noble Robert Keliihoomalu, built the E.T.-beckoning spot. Keliihoomalu believes that native Hawaiians were coming from Pleiades descended to Earth.
If aliens were going to visit Earth and make their presence known, hopefully they will realize that Hawaii would be a nice area to hold the welcoming party.

Looking over the manuscript, I realized this was the missing “Key” to the puzzle and that the book by Bryce would now take on a greater importance beyond being just a backlist title of little consequence. Thus the book you are now either holding in your hands or reading as an e-book. After doing some research, it became apparent that UFOs had impacted Bryce's life more than he had let on. There were even elements of his experiences which he had never let out of the bag. But now, with the help of Marc Brinkerhoff’s and Shawn Robbins’ recollections, we are able to put this jigsaw puzzle together.

Frankly, I can't help but believe that somehow Bryce was behind all this. As he looked down from some lofty place in space or a heavenly realm, I am sure he wanted others to discover the glory of his transformation experiences so that they might experience their own.

BRYCE BOND – ONBOARD A PHYSICAL UFO AND HIS ALIEN ENCOUNTER OF THE THIRD KIND

The picture that accompanies this personal tribute is a graphite illustration that I did under my close friend Bryce Bond's guidance and direction in 1987. It depicts his physical onboard spaceship encounter with spiritually advanced alien beings. The UFO encounter happened in the area called Cradle Hill in Warminster, Wiltshire, England, in 1974. He had several UFO experiences on subsequent nights at that same location. He was at first very hesitant to discuss his closer-than-life-encounter with a group of extraterrestrials in what for over a decade remained a virtual UFO hotspot where a person could see a UFO on almost any given occasion.
Bryce Bond was visiting Arthur Shuttlewood, who was showing a group of people the area where the UFO sightings were frequently occurring. Arthur lived in Warminster on Portnoy Street. The time was around 2:00 PM on a week day. Arthur took them down a dirt road on a farm where the owners knew Arthur and allowed people to go in the back field with him. Arthur was discussing the “Invisible Walker” with the group, explaining how in certain areas you can hear the footsteps of someone very big walking and see the grass get pushed down, but there would be no physical person there. He described how the footsteps will go past a person and stop a short distance away. No one was ever hurt by the “Invisible Walker,” just amazed and bewildered. Bryce had experienced the “Invisible Walker” a couple of times in Warminster, and so did I when I was out in the Starr Hill Valley fields. They often saw “nothing” – maybe a vague outline of a tall being against a hedge or fence. But they could hear the footsteps shuffling around on gravel and stone pavement as well as lumbering through the hedge rows.
While Arthur was talking to the people, he encouraged them to go off to sky-watch a little and commune with the energies and meditate. So, Bryce took off down a little dirt tractor path that led to another field. He said he ducked through a fence and went into a field with long, golden, 18-inch-tall grass or possibly hay. He walked about 20 to 30 feet in and stopped and stood for a while, just looking at the sky for UFOs. He sent out telepathic thoughts of peace and love to the universe. After a while, he noticed that he didn't hear the people in Shuttlewood’s group talking anymore and thought they had all just settled down to meditate a bit.
Bryce said it was a beautiful day with the sun shining and some clouds moving slowly in the sky. He was standing in the field and had closed his eyes to send out a prayer when he noticed an unusual energy building up around his aura. He thought it was very peaceful and had a loving vibration, as if he was being caressed by Angels.
Suddenly he smelled the intense and intoxicating beautiful scent of Lily of the Valley flowers with a mixture of honey! He felt very calm and almost euphoric with the smell and the energy surrounding him. He began to feel a tingling pressure in his temples and surrounding his head; he also heard a strange whirring sound above him. He tried to look up and turn around and he couldn't. He was held still in place by a gentle pressure. He opened his eyes and could see forming around him a perfect circle in the grass as it was being pressed gently down in a clockwise direction. Then the energy changed in front of his eyes, a bit blurry for a few seconds.
Then he could see, in the energy superimposed around him with the grass still moving, the interior of a spaceship and some translucent people! In a few more seconds he was standing in a physical spaceship and was confronted with a beautiful space woman with large blue eyes, dark hair, and dressed in a form-fitting, medium-blue space suit. In front of Bryce stood a smiling benevolent alien being who was about seven feet tall. He had kind, large, amber-green eyes, no hair, a short and somewhat flattened nose, very small ears and long slender fingers. He was wearing a dark blue-gray spacesuit with a reflective belt and a shimmering silver white cape.
Both of the aliens spoke to Bryce telepathically and asked him some questions, like “How are you feeling? Are you thirsty?” and said “We have been watching you for some time.” Then he had telepathic information transferred into his thoughts and mind regarding energy and healing. He said the alien with the cape was a wise teacher or master and he felt humbled in front of him.
He remembered that for a second he thought of how beautiful the woman was and he felt that she heard his thoughts and looked down and smiled. He told me that he then felt embarrassed to have thought that because he knew she was very advanced spiritually and he was acting like a lustful man in his mind. The space woman sent him a thought of “It's ok, let it go.” Then she directed him to look out the porthole windows. Bryce said he could see our planet Earth in the distance with the stars. He also recalled how beautiful and blue the planet was from space.
After what seemed like almost 15 minutes or so, Bryce was told they were bringing him back, and that someday maybe they would meet again. He thanked them all for the experience and said “God bless you all.” The aliens smiled at him and said “Good-bye and bless you too.” Bryce told me he suddenly began feeling the tingling energy throughout his body with the smell of flowers surrounding him! Then in seconds he was standing back in the golden grass again, but the sky was now a bit darker. He was standing in the center of a perfect crop circle!

Orfeo Angelucci's Secrets Of The Flying Saucers – A Return To The Days Of The Early Contactees
After covering UFOs, alien abduction and many other paranormal subjects for over 25 years, I thought I’d seen it all. But once again, publisher, editor, writer and talk show host Timothy Green Beckley has shown me just how wrong that assumption can be. Tim recently sent me a book that contains two full-length tomes by the late contactee Orfeo Angelucci combined in one volume. Though the books were originally published in the 1950s, they contain so much that is relevant and precious about UFO contact and the mortals who come under their purview for reasons they themselves do not comprehend.
In the case of Orfeo Angelucci, I would hazard a guess that he was chosen because of his sincere, guileless innocence. Orfeo was 39 years old when he had his first consciously-recalled alien encounter, but there is an undeniable childlike quality that comes across in his writing that makes it difficult to imagine he was seeking fame or attention or money. He honestly believed that the Space Brothers – who had walked into his life from out of the blue – had charged him with the mission of making their presence and good intentions for mankind known.
Orfeo’s first book was called “The Secret of the Saucers” and came out in 1955. He begins by telling the story of his childhood, which he spent a great deal of in bed due to a poorly diagnosed aliment the doctors called “constitutional inadequacy.” The symptoms included great physical weakness, lassitude, lack of appetite and malnutrition. He tired easily and the slightest physical effort left him weak and exhausted. He also suffered from migraine headaches and it seemed at times that his every nerve and muscle ached with excruciating pain.
When Orfeo was in the ninth grade, his doctors advised that he leave school and continue his studies at home. Orfeo liked the arrangement because it allowed him to do all the reading in the various sciences that he wished. After a year of plenty of rest and a weight-building diet, the doctors said he could return to school. But since his family had suffered some financial reverses in the meantime, it was decided that he should instead go to work for his uncle’s flooring and stucco company. Which again left him with the freedom to voraciously read books on science.
In 1936, Orfeo met his future bride, Mabel Borgianini, an Italian girl who he says was a direct descendant of the famous Italian Borgias. Her happy, cheerful disposition helped keep Orfeo from brooding over his ill health. A year after their marriage, they had their first son, Raymond. But a short while later, Orfeo had a complete physical breakdown that left him bedridden in a hospital for 18 months. His body and mind were so tortured that he longed for the release of physical death. When he recovered, against all odds, he returned to work and began classes in night school, determined to pursue his interest in the sciences.
Orfeo had had a lifelong phobia about thunderstorms, which had caused him miserable physical and psychological symptoms since he was a child. Because his beloved native New Jersey was often subject to violent thunderstorms, he was glad when Mabel began to talk of moving to the West Coast, where thunderstorms rarely happened. In November 1947, Orfeo, Mabel, Richard and their second son, Raymond, set out by car for Los Angeles. After spending some pleasant, “touristy” time exploring the region, the Angeluccis decided to make their home there.
This period, 1947 and afterwards, was when flying saucers first began to make headlines worldwide. Orfeo was completely disinterested in the phenomenon and figured they were only a new type of aircraft being secretly developed and that the information would come out in due time. Orfeo found work at the Lockheed Aircraft plant in Burbank in their metal fabrication department and, later, their plastics division, working the swing shift.
In “The Secret of the Saucers,” Orfeo recalls the exact date – Friday, May 23, 1952 – when his journey of discovery and revelation began. He was at his job at Lockheed when, around 11 P.M., he felt an odd pricking sensation running through his hands and arms and up to the back of his neck along with a slight heart palpitation and a sense of his nerves being on edge. These were the familiar symptoms that always came before a bad electrical storm. He expected to see heavy threatening clouds in the sky, but the Southern California night was exceptionally clear and the stars were bright. He was puzzled but continued working. When the quitting whistle sounded at 12:30 A.M., he was exhausted almost beyond his capacity to endure.
As he drove home, he felt increasingly nervous and tense and said he sensed a force of some kind around him. He wondered if his old illness was returning and whether he might again be confined to bed with excruciating pain. He noticed that his eyesight was glazing over and the sounds of the traffic around him were strangely muffled and far away now. The night seemed to be growing brighter, as though enveloped in a soft golden haze.
Next, he saw a red, faintly glowing oval-shaped object that began to increase in brilliance. The object stayed in view as he continued to drive home until it hovered over a deserted stretch of road called Forest Lawn Drive. As the pain of his symptoms increased, the object veered sharply to the right. It was then that it occurred to Orfeo that he might be seeing a flying saucer, the sort of thing he had read about for years. Two smaller objects, green in color, came out of the red object and hovered only a few feet away. They were three feet in diameter and hung there silently while their green light fluctuated rhythmically.
Then, from what seemed to be an area between the two eerie balls of green fire, came a masculine voice speaking perfect English. Orfeo writes that at that point he was in a state of shock and therefore cannot report the conversation verbatim. He does recall, however, that the first words spoken to him were, “Don’t be afraid, Orfeo. We are friends!” Then the voice asked him to exit his car, which he did, in spite of feeling so weak and shaky that he could barely stand.
The kindly voice told Orfeo that the green objects were “instruments of transmission and reception” unlike anything developed on Earth and that they were being used for Orfeo to communicate with “friends from another world.” Orfeo dimly remembered thinking that he should say something but was stunned into utter silence, wondering if he had completely lost his mind.
The voice began to speak to Orfeo about things no stranger could know, at which point all traces of fear left Orfeo. But he suddenly felt thirsty. The voice, apparently reading his mind, directed Orfeo to drink from a goblet that suddenly appeared on his car’s fender. Drinking the delicious beverage caused his various discomforts to vanish completely and gave him a sensation of strength and well-being. He thanked the voice and the goblet disappeared.
Then, in the area between the two green fireballs, a luminous, three-dimensional television screen began to gradually take form. Images of the heads and shoulders of two persons appeared on the screen, one male and one female. The two figures struck Orfeo as “being the ultimate of perfection. There was an impressive nobility about them” and they “emanated a seeming radiance that filled me with wonder.” Orfeo also had the confusing feeling that the two figures were familiar, as though previous encounters with them were stored in his memory
They seemed able to read his mind at its deepest levels, and Orfeo felt he stood before them in a “kind of spiritual nakedness.” There seemed to be a telepathic exchange of information happening, with thoughts and understandings that would have taken hours of normal conversation passing between Orfeo and the people on the screen in mere seconds. Then the two figures faded and the screen vanished. Orfeo was on the point of blacking out when the initial voice spoke again, saying that Orfeo was understandably confused but that he would comprehend everything that happened later on. “The road will be open, Orfeo,” the voice assured him.
The thought flashed through Orfeo’s mind, “Why have they contacted me – a humble aircraft worker – a nobody?”
The voice explained that their selection process was not conducted with the limited senses of man but was based on their superior understanding of what an individual Earthling really is. They were also aware of how flying saucers were a source of humor to most people, as it was meant to be. Earth was supposed to become accustomed gradually to the idea of space visitors, and it was good that they be taken lightly at first for the sake of human civilization’s stability.
Although the Space Brothers would help mankind as best they could, there were cosmic laws that prohibited interfering too directly in the evolution of a given planet. Earth must work out its own destiny, but the danger is greater than people realized. The voice alluded to an evil enemy that was preparing secretly and in vast numbers to do what damage it could to the people of Earth. This is interesting because it involves a more complicated moral scenario than mere alien saviors preaching an impossible kind of “sweetness and light.” Instead, they freely acknowledge that there are many battles to be fought and that mankind is up against subtle, insidious influences intended to lead him on the path to his own destruction.
“As I listened to that kind, gentle voice,” Orfeo writes, “I began to feel a warm, glowing wave of love enfold me; so powerful that it seemed as a tangible soft, golden light. For a wonderful moment I felt infinitely greater, finer and stronger than I knew myself to be. It was as though momentarily I had transcended mortality and was somehow related to these superior beings.”
The voice told Orfeo that he would be contacted again and said a warm goodnight, calling Orfeo “friend.”
“Bewilderment, incredulity, shock and stark fear flooded over me,” Orfeo writes. “I had the sudden conviction that I had lost my mind and gone raving mad. What I had witnessed, I felt, just couldn’t have happened.”
He got in his car and drove home, desperate to return to “the world of sane reality.” Mabel asked why he was so late and looked so terrified. He said he would tell her tomorrow, which he spent in bed, still feeling the aftereffects of what he’d experienced. When he told Mabel the incredible story the following day, she believed him, saying he had always been truthful with her.
Two months later, in July 1952, Orfeo had an experience onboard a UFO in which he was able to view the Earth from outer space. Again, an alien voice spoke to Orfeo as the awestruck mortal sat in a form-fitting chair on the craft: “Orfeo, you are looking upon Earth – your home! From here, over a thousand miles away in space, it appears as the most beautiful planet in the heavens and a haven of peace and tranquility. But you and your Earthly brothers know the true conditions there.”
As he listened to the tender, gentle intonations of the wonderful voice, Orfeo began to be overwhelmed by sadness and wept, something he had not done since childhood. The tears worked to cleanse and purify him and to free him from the unfeeling shell of “The Reasoner” he had come to pride himself on being as an adult.
The voice seemed to join in Orfeo’s weeping and said, “For all of its apparent beauty, Earth is a purgatorial world among the planets evolving intelligent life. Hate, selfishness and cruelty rise from many parts of it like a dark mist.”
Again, the Space Brothers acknowledge their opposition to a dark and evil force working in our world, something similar to the war between the Archangel Michael and Satan prophesied in the Book of Revelation. The allusion to an armed conflict between good and evil over the destiny of mankind adds a degree of moral complexity to the overall mix that ups the realism factor greatly.
Orfeo is then taken further out into space and shown demonstrations of various other types of alien spacecraft while the voice continues to speak of the love for mankind that is inherent in everything the Space Brothers do. Orfeo hears beautiful music as he flies out into deep space, the music of the spheres, an expression of how vibrantly alive the stars and planets are throughout the universe. But he continues to cry in shame, as though repenting for the sins of all mankind at once.
“I wondered how those great beings could love such a one as I,” he writes, “or any of mankind.”
This echoes the Bible, Psalm 8: 3-4, “When I look at thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars which thou hast established; what is man that thou art mindful of him, and the son of man that thou dost care for him?” This is a recurring pattern among many contactees of Orfeo’s period and after him as well. Their experiences relate to what is found in ancient scriptures, including the Bible, seamlessly and without apparent conscious effort on the contactee’s part. One is therefore led to conclude that the Space Brothers of our present era are the same entities we call Ancient Astronauts when they appear in the context of our earliest religious writings. The fact that they also seem to be at war with some form of devil – with mankind as the battlefield – also speaks to their timeless presence among us. They are more ancient than we know what ancient means.
Orfeo then undergoes a baptism not in water but in light. He sees his entire life flash before his eyes in a panoramic vision and fears that he is dying. He regains something more like normal consciousness and is returned home. He had felt a burning sensation below his heart during his profound “initiation,” and as he undressed for bed he saw a circular burn about the size of a quarter in that same place. He felt it was a sign from the Space Brothers intended to help him remember that the experience had been physically real as he faced the cold light of the coming days.
Orfeo’s next adventure with the Space Brothers was a face-to-face meeting with a being he called Neptune. It was August 2, 1952, and Orfeo was taking a late evening stroll near the Hyperion Avenue Freeway Bridge, where he had earlier seen the ship that took him out into space. Neptune appeared from out of the darkness and called out, “Greetings, Orfeo!” The Space Brother had the same noble, handsome countenance as the figures Orfeo had seen on the mysterious viewing screen during his first encounter.
After some introductory chitchat, Neptune began to deliver the same woeful message about Earth and its dark future.
“I may tell you,” Neptune said, “that, to the entities of certain other worlds, Earth is regarded as ‘the accursed planet,’ and ‘the home of reprobate, fallen ones.’ Others call your Earth ‘the home of sorrows.’ For Earth’s evolution is evolution through pain, sorrow, sin, suffering and the illusion of physical death.”
One is reminded that one of the most basic tenets of the Buddha is that, “All life is sorrowful,” but Neptune also prophesies that mankind will survive the inevitable warfare of Armageddon and rejoice in the coming of the New Age in which people will forget their bitter hurts and build constructively together upon the solid foundation of the Brotherhood of Man. He tells Orfeo not to doubt the reality of what he is experiencing and that Orfeo’s account of his encounters will give greater faith and inner conviction to only a few – but it is an important few.
“The road is open now,” Neptune said. “Walk it as you will.”
Orfeo had been writing about his experiences and hoped to find a publisher willing to believe his story enough to print his manuscript and get it out before the public. When there were no takers, he began to consider the idea of self-publishing his narrative in newspaper form and calling it “The Twentieth Century Times,” in spite of Mabel’s objections.
Orfeo was already suffering a great deal of “ribbing” about his interest in UFOs from his coworkers, and seeking further public attention would make life even more difficult for his sons, whose schoolmates had learned of his flying saucer fascination. But the Space Brothers had given him such an intense sense of mission about spreading the word about them that he pressed on heedlessly in his efforts to get his story out. He was also giving weekly lectures about the Space Brothers to increasingly larger crowds at a local social club and was pleased to find a sympathetic, believing group of kindred spirits.
With the help of Max Miller, the president of Flying Saucers International, an organization devoted to the study of UFOs, Orfeo put together the Flying Saucer Convention at the Hollywood Hotel. The featured speakers included Frank Scully, George Van Tassel and George Adamski, some of the biggest names in the field at the time. The crowds overflowed out onto Hollywood Boulevard to hear the message, but there were also the obligatory negative voices being heard as well. A woman who had been continually buttonholing Orfeo to quote the scriptures and in general revile his efforts finally succeeded in getting Orfeo to display some real anger, an unusual emotion for him to feel.
“When at last I literally blew my top,” Orfeo writes, “she joyfully picked up her data and departed, shouting that my temper proved I was an agent of the devil.”
Orfeo also reports on attending a convention of science fiction writers at the Hotel Commodore in Los Angeles where he was surprised to learn that UFOs were now a taboo subject for this particular kind of literati. Orfeo says this was most likely due to the fact that the Space Brothers are beautiful, heavenly entities but it was tales of horror and fear that sold books.
“But the joke is on them,”Orfeo writes, “for reality has slipped quietly past them and established new frontiers of its own. The science-fictioneers were induced by subtle forces to ignore flying saucers, as were many other materialistic sources of information. During the welcome lull, the actual flying saucer phenomenon and the extraterrestrials were left to the inexperienced but honest handling of rank amateurs. At first these men were inept and inarticulate, but they are finding their voices and their numbers are rapidly increasing. The Space Brothers had actually only cleared the atmosphere for them. Had the professional spinners of horror fiction stuck to the theme of flying saucers, the true contacts should never have been able to perform their missions.”
Whitley Strieber, the abductee whose bestseller “Communion” put the alien abduction phenomenon in the spotlight for a new and sizable audience in the 1980s, once made a similar remark. He said the Visitors had ultimately bypassed the government and the media and gone straight to the people who interested them, what we might call a “populist” or grassroots effort independent of the sanctions of officialdom.
There is much more to the story Orfeo Angelucci tells in “The Secret of the Saucers,” including a brief but beautiful conversation with the living Jesus Christ and a short visit to the paradise that is the Space Brothers’ home world. Orfeo died in 1993 at the age of 81 and presumably went to dwell there with them as he awaits the New Age on Earth that his life and work were part of creating.

“There are two things I know with certainty about the UFO phenomena. SHUTDOWN
That stentorian statement is backed by Robert Salas’ 32 years he had worked for the government, seven years on active duty as a graduate of the U.S Air Force Academy, a weapons controller, launch officer for intercontinental ballistic missiles, Air Force propulsion engineer at Martin-Marietta on the Titan III Program, and 21 years for the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) as an aircraft structure engineer.
Nothing, however, gives him as much spiritual and etheric power to speak on the topic as to when he was a witness to a March 24, 1967 shutdown of 10 ballistic missiles that went dead – 20 shutdowns in a week – a “crap out” from their alert status.
MARCH 16, 1967
(“UFOs were seen more frequently around areas vital to the defense of the United States. The Los Alamos-Albuquerque area, Oak Ridge, and White Sands Proving Ground rated high.” Ruppelt, Edward J. Salas recounts events that “Airman Smith” (a pseudonym) participated in an invasion when he worked at Echo Site on March 16, 1967 as a targeting technician. Smith was notified that the missiles “had gone down” as they were working on the Echo Flight LF. At some point into the acquisition of the autocollimator, a failure occurred.
“About this time, the top side security guard shook the ladder and motioned for Airman Smith to come up the ladder,” says Salas. “When he reached ground level, he could see a large, glowing, orange-colored sphere, stationary at about 30 degrees from the horizon, in the direction of the gate and close to the site.”
Airman Smith notified the team chief who was visibly frightened by the sight of the object. Smith ordered the “shaken” guard to report the sighting to the Wing Command Post through the Sensitive Information Network (SIN), but the line would not connect. Smith and two other team-members tried the startup procedure several times, only to “crap out” at collimator acquisition.
The object was still above the site while this was happening. Smith observed the object to pulsate and give off a low hum and he felt an electrostatic energy coming from the object.
“The object was present for at least an hour; however, the guard told him later that it would periodically move away for a short time and then return,” says Salas. “After considerable inhibiting the startup, it left the area; the missile was then brought back to Alert status with no anomalies whatever during collimator acquisition.”
Salas also relates an incident of a technician called “Tex” (this may have also been ‘Smith’) to UFO researchers Sean Casteel and John Weigle (October 29, 2013). They relate the tale:
“Further confirmation came from a source called ‘Tex,’ who prefers to remain anonymous since he is currently the vice president of a prominent aerospace company. Tex said that he was working through a checklist to bring an Echo Flight missile back online when a guard called him to the surface to see a UFO hovering over the site. He returned to his work and started to bring the missile back up.
‘He gets to a certain point in the checklist,’ Salas said, ‘and the missile shuts down again. This object is still up there. In fact, he can feel the electrical energy coming down the tube right where he is. He said he felt almost like he was immersed in static electricity. But he tried this many, many times, he said, trying to bring the missile back up on alert using his checklist. When he got to this particular point on the checklist, he said, the missile shut down again.’

MARCH 24, 1967
A similar scenario took place when Salas was on duty on March 24, 1967.

Salas received a call from the flight security controller (FSC) reporting strange “lights” about the facility observed by several security personnel. The lights moved erratically and would sometimes hover and reverse direction, often at high speeds. The FSC called again and agitatedly told that an object was hovering over the front gate. Salas ordered them to stand ready with weapons and to let no one enter.
Salas alerted Colonel Fred Meiwald as they began to get audible alarms and indicator lights on their status board. “All of our missiles were indicating NO-GO; they were all disabled.”
Fred Meiwald phoned in the NO-GO status at Oscar Flight to the Wing Command Post. Meiwald stated: “The same thing happened at another flight!” Salas later discovered the Oscar Flight incident was not mentioned in any of the reports of the Echo Flight investigation.
Lieutenant Robert Jamison was a targeting officer assigned to the 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron. He states in his affidavit that he was called out one evening to restart Oscar Flight – all ten missiles were NO-GO. Jamison testified that he had to wait about three hours before he was given a go-ahead to proceed to Oscar Flight. Jamison tells of the following facts:
# All targeting teams received a “special UFO briefing” prior to each dispatch for the next two weeks after the March incident.
# They were to report any UFO activity to the Missile Command Post and to take self-defense measures if necessary.
# Jamison was told about the Echo Flight shutdowns and UFO encounters.
Despite multiple witnessing and much evidence, Lieutenant Colonel Lewis Chase of the Air Force Chief of Staff and the Foreign Technology Division at Wright-Patterson (TDET) concluded the incident as having “no equipment malfunctions and abnormalities.” (Page 59.)
“These are blatantly false statements,” says Salas, “I and others can attest that were ordered not to talk to anyone about our incident and that our equipment certainly did malfunction.”
CONDON TRICKERY
Salas recounts his meeting with the infamous University of Colorado UFO Study Group (headed by Edward U. Condon). The Condon Committee, as it also became to be called, was eventually exposed as a negative, contrived and “orchestrated” study. Condon Committee investigator Dr. Roy Craig was asked to investigate at Malmstrom on October 9 to 14, 1967.
“The report of the shutdowns was cloaked in secrecy even before Craig arrived at Malmstrom,” says Salas, “the depth of that secrecy would soon be escalated after his arrival.”
Craig turned over what limited information he was given by the Air Force to co-investigator Condon Deputy Robert Low. It was Low that wrote in an August, 1966 memo: “The trick would be, I think, to describe the project so that, to the public, it would appear a totally objective study, but to the scientific community, would present the image of a group of nonbelievers trying their best to be objective, but having an almost zero expectation of finding a saucer.”
Largely because of his experience with UFOs, Salas becomes acquainted with the growth of the Military-Industrial-Complex and its skeleton of secrecy that smothers and is tyrannical. He traces the creation of the U.S Air Force Project Sign, watches it grow into an uglier Project Grudge, blossom again into a brighter Project Bluebook, only to be crushed beneath the CIA Robertson Committee Panel of the January, 1953 and its “disinformation campaign to discredit the phenomena…keeping the UFO question in the realm of incredulity…” (Page 25.)
Also pivotal to Salas and the UFO situation was the Manhattan Project and the creation of the atomic bomb: this strengthened the structure of “holding a secret (as having) always been a way of having some sort of power over others.”
THE LONG WALK
Salas speaks of the September 1948 Top Secret “Estimate of the Situation” that states that UFOs were spaceships:
“In fact, the highest levels of our government did know for certain that these were interplanetary,” says Salas, “because they had already recovered extraterrestrial craft and beings from the 1947 Roswell crash in New Mexico.” (Page 22.) Quickly following the 1947 UFO events began a series of happenings whose momentum in negativity has become nonstop ever since:
# The 1949 Project Grudge two-phase approach: explaining all UFO reports and, secondly, convincing the public, which Grudge pursued wholeheartedly.
# The ‘hardening” of the government’s seeming “negative approach” following the July, 1952 UFO buzzing of the nation’s Capital in Washington, D.C.
# The forming of the January 1953 CIA Robertson Committee Panel “to establish a disinformation campaign to discredit the phenomena.”
“Here in the United States this excessive secrecy has been ongoing for such a long period of time that many abuses by various government agencies,” says Salas, “have and continue to degrade the conversation of our democratic principles – government of, by, and for the people.”
# A 2010 information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) report indicates there were 76.8 million classification decisions, a more than 40 percent increase from 2009; a cost of $10.2 billion in 2010.
# To combat the UFO situation, governments have formed “a secret organizational structure, a cabal,” devoted to a huge zero-sum game with the public. “As long as there is no public disclosure about the UFO reality, the game goes on and there are no absolute winners or losers.” One side, the public (so-to-speak) would attempt to represent more credible UFO evidence; the cabal, on the other hand, consists of disinformation, debunking, silencing, intimidation, and ridicule. As the readers will see, Salas goes through several examples.

Ja hoor, deze foto is écht! Daar zorgde ruimtetelescoop Hubble voor. Dit is een beeld van een cluster van sterrenstelsels die luistert naar de naam SDSS J1038+4849. Niet echt romantisch zo net voor Valentijn, maar duidelijk voor wetenschappers. De brede 'smile' is te danken aan het speciale effect dat we kennen als zwaartekrachtlenseffect. Een glimlach vanop 7,5 miljard lichtjaren afstand.
De groep van sterrenstelsels genaamd J1038 - een cluster met triljoenen sterren - ligt op zo'n 4,5 miljard lichtjaren afstand van ons. Daarachter, op zo'n 7,5 miljard lichtjaren, liggen nog meer sterrenstelsels. Het licht daarvan passeert langs J1038 om de Aarde te bereiken. Door het effect van de zwaartekrachtlens krijgen we dit prachtige beeld voorgeschoteld vanuit de ruimte. De zwaartekracht van de sterrenstelsels buigt het licht om een sterrenstelsel heen.
Bij J1038 worden de ogen gevormd door twee elliptische sterrenstelsels in de achterliggende cluster. De neus is afkomstig van een kleiner sterrenstelsel (al dan niet behorend tot die cluster). De glimlach en de zijcontouren van het hoofd zijn eigenlijk de vervormde sterrenstelsels die veel verder weg liggen: een zogenaamde Einsteinring. Dit effect is een gevolg van de algemene relativiteitstheorie van Albert Einstein, die stelt dat niet alleen materie maar ook licht wordt beïnvloed door zwaartekracht.
En dan is er ook nog het verschijnsel van de pareidolie, waarbij de mens via interpretatie herkenbare dingen (zoals gezichten) ziet in onduidelijke waarnemingen.

Zwitserse ingenieurs hebben een nieuw type drone ontworpen dat 'onverwoestbaar' is. Concreet is de drone omringd door een kooi. Dat biedt bescherming en zorgt ervoor dat de drone niet neerstort als hij ergens tegenaan vliegt. De drone, met de naam Gimball, zal vaak gebruikt worden tijdens zoektochten of reddingsoperaties.
Momenteel zijn drones bijzonder kwetsbaar. Bij de minste verkeerde beweging loop je het risico dat de drone neerstort, waardoor zowel de drone als de camera kunnen beschadigd zijn. Zwitserse ingenieurs hebben daarom een 'onverwoestbare' drone gebouwd. Of beter: een drone die omringd is door een flexibele kooi. De rotorbladen en ingebouwde camera zijn op die manier optimaal beschermd is elke mogelijke situatie. Als de drone ergens tegenaan vliegt, zal hij dus niet beschadigd zijn of neerstorten. Integendeel. De drone zal terugkaatsen en gewoon zijn vlucht kunnen verderzetten.
De drone, met de naam Gimball, heeft het grote voordeel dat hij zonder problemen in gebouwen en smalle ruimtes kan vliegen. Daarom kan hij ook ingezet worden tijdens risicovolle ondernemingen in een rampgebied, tijdens een oorlogssituatie of bij reddingsoperaties. Verder kan de drone ook gebruikt worden om moeilijke bereikbare plaatsen te inspecteren. Zo kunnen bijvoorbeeld chemische lekken sneller opgespoord worden.

Ruimtevaart Op de Europese lanceerbasis Kourou in Frans-Guyana is het licht op groen gezet om komende woensdag een Europees experimenteel ruimtevliegtuig, de IXV, te lanceren. Dit hebben het Europese Ruimtevaartbureau ESA en het Europese lanceerbedrijf Arianespace getwitterd.

Na een laatste analyse is beslist om woensdag tussen 14.00 en 15.43 uur Belgische tijd een lichte Vega-draagraket te lanceren met in de nok de onbemande IXV.
"IXV" staat voor "Intermediate eXperimental Vehicle". Het ruimtetuig ziet eruit als een zeer kleine spaceshuttle ter grootte van een auto, en heeft min of meer de vorm van een strijkijzer.
Eenmaal afgezet door de Vega maakt het tuig autonoom een vlucht. De IXV duikt terug de atmosfeer in en moet uiteindelijk, afgeremd door een valscherm, 100 minuten na lancering in de Stille Oceaan neerploffen. Een schip moet de minishuttle bergen.
De ontwikkeling van het experimentele ruimtetuig duurde vijf jaar. Bedoeling van de missie is terugkeertechnologie voor toekomstig ruimtetransport uit te testen. Indien de test slaagt, betekent dit een wereldprimeur, aldus ESA-programmadirecteur Giorgio Tumino.
België participeert voor ongeveer tien procent in IXV. Sabca leverde de actuatoren (een soort hydraulische hefbomen) die de "flappen" besturen en die dezelfde zijn als voor de Vega. QinetiQ Space speelt een rol in de "avionics" en software. SAS is betrokken bij de "operaties" en het grondsegment. De Karolingische dochter van hoofdaannemer Thales Alenia Space werkte mee aan elektrische systemen op de grond en aan het elektronisch geheugen van het tuig zelf.

A North Carolina witness recounts a 1979 UFO encounter at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point when a black triangle flew overhead, according to testimony in Case 63125 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness waited 35 years to report the UFO.
“It was in my bucket list to do so, so here I am,” the witness stated. “Back in 1979, I was a geologist employed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. My job was to accompany drilling rigs hired by them to ensure the desired objective was met. In this case, the objective was to locate cavernous areas underneath the railroad tracks that go through the military base. When found, these areas would be filled with cement to enforce the ground underneath the tracks.”
The witness explains the circumstances at the base that day.
“Trains often went by. My team and I had to have special permission to go onto the military base for this purpose. Our work hours were overnight, from about 11 p.m. through the morning.”
The site had a visitor that shift.
“On one particular night, the mayor of nearby Southport, NC, Eugene Tomlinson, stopped by at around midnight to see how things were going. He also was employed at the military base. I came down off the embankment on which the train tracks are on, and we stood and chatted. The only noise was from the drill rig, which wasn’t that bad since the rock was soft.”

And then the object appeared.
“Soon he said to me, ‘What in the hell is that?’ as he looked straight up. I looked up and couldn’t believe my eyeballs.”
The witness described the object.
“There was a perfectly triangular, pure black ship, very slowly going along the track. It had no lights at all. In fact, if it weren’t for the fact that the ship totally blotted out the sky above it, you couldn’t see it. But it was absolutely there.”
The object was silent.
“I heard no sound from it; granted the drilling rig was running, I still don’t believe it made a sound. I stood and watched it as it slowly flew along the tracks and out of my sight. I never saw anything come out of it.”
The witness is not sure if there were additional witnesses.
“I do not know if the guys on the drilling rig saw it; I don’t think so, because not one of them said anything to me. However, Mr. Tomlinson certainly saw the craft. The weather was fine at the time; I don’t believe we were even allowed to work if there was threatening weather. In fact, I recall it being a starry night, and marveling at how the object blacked out the stars.”
The witness says the “clincher” came two days later.
“I had just gotten up and was having coffee and breakfast in a local restaurant. They had a local newspaper available, which I picked up. As I was eating, again my eyeballs popped out when I saw a little article about how local farmers were very annoyed by unexplained, triangular burn marks in their fields. I recall no details from the article, which was very short anyway.”
The witness is sorry that no evidence was collected.
“Oh how I wish I had kept that newspaper; I did not. I took no pictures. I have nothing but my memory and and a notation in my diary of what I saw that night. It is sharp, except for things like directions (N, S, E, W), time, etc. I know it was the summer or early fall, because the weather was very warm.”
The witness is unsure of exactly how large the craft was or far away it was.
“Also, it was impossible to say the distance to the craft or its size. There was nothing to contrast it against. However, it seemed to me to be flying low. It didn’t seem to be huge or anything. Sure was a perfect triangle. Not one light to be seen on it. We had no phones, so I don’t know if they would have been affected. I never felt fear or threatened; only astonishment. I am 100 percent certain that I saw a UFO that night. I will never forget it. I simply desire that my sighting be added to the history of sightings for that year and that place. Who knows? Maybe it’ll help one day.”

Faked Flying Saucers – Serious Business
It’s one of the oddest stories in UFO history. It’s also one of the least known and long forgotten. It’s the weird saga of an actor who never quite made the big time, but who produced a less than great movie on UFOs that got him into major problems with none other than the U.S. Air Force. Welcome to the bizarre tale of Mikel Conrad and The Flying Saucer.
Born in Ohio, in 1919, Mikel Conrad was an actor who appeared in approximately two dozen movies between 1947 and the late 1950s, most of which were/are forgettable and downright crummy. That includes 1952′s Untamed Women – which, by its title alone, should have made for great, exciting viewing. Unfortunately, it does not, I can assure you. But, it’s The Flying Saucer, which hit the cinemas in 1950, that we need to focus on.
Not only was Conrad the star of this priceless piece of UFO hokum, but he also produced it, directed it, and co-wrote it. It tells the story of a man named Mike Trent (played by Conrad) who takes a flight to Alaska to help a U.S. Secret Service agent investigate reports of local UFO activity. Of particular concern, the encounters are apparently of deep interest to pesky Russian agents who are prowling around.
Conrad, as the man behind the movie, personally ensured that the aforementioned agent was played by a hot babe. She was: actress Pat Garrison, who took on the role of the Secret Service’s Vee Langley. As Trent and Langley – clearly the Mulder and Scully of their day – investigate what’s afoot in the skies of Alaska, they learn something that was definitely not anticipated.
The Russians are not on the scene to uncover the truth about alien visitations to the Earth, after all. Rather, the flying saucers that are being seen, and astounding the populace in the process, are actually the creations of an American scientist who is determined to sell his inventions to the dastardly Reds – for a high price. Of course, Trent and Langley save the day. They prevent the evil commies from getting away with the saucer-shaped technology, and the free world sighs with relief.
There wasn’t (and still isn’t) anything particularly special about The Flying Saucer. It remains just one of many alien-themed movies that were made in the 1950s. But it does stand out for one, notable reason.
In September 1949, in the build-up to the release of the movie – and in an effort to create interest, and hopefully generate sizeable audiences – Conrad began loudly telling the U.S. media that he had got his hands on no less than 900 feet of genuine UFOs over Alaska. And adding to the intrigue, he informed the Dayton, Ohio Journal Herald that: “The saucer footage is locked in a bank vault. I’m not showing it to anyone yet.”
It was actually pure nonsense. There was no footage – at all. However, it wasn’t just the media and the public that took note of Conrad’s claims to have in his possession film that he described as showing “scenes of the saucer landing, taking off, flying and doing tricks.” Behind the scenes, wheels were turning – and turning fast. The Air Force got wind of the story, and of Conrad’s claims too, and decided they would very much like to see Conrad’s priceless footage.

Also in September 1949, a Lt. Col. James O’Connell, District Commander with the USAF’s Office of Special Investigations (OSI), requested that the OSI office in Maywood, California should begin an investigation of Conrad and his claims of possessing priceless saucer footage. He was now a marked man. In no time at all, other offices of OSI were involved, as were staff from the Air Force’s UFO program, Project Grudge, and Air Materiel Command. And, just for good measure, the FBI undertook a background check on Conrad. Uh-oh.
OSI documents state that “…after some investigation in an effort to locate Mikel Conrad, it was determined that he was presently an actor-producer-writer in Los Angeles, California.” Conrad was quickly contacted by an OSI agent with the last name of Shiley, who made it clear to Conrad that he wanted to see both The Flying Saucer movie, as well as that 900-feet of film Conrad was loudly claiming to possess. The words “deep” and “shit” spring to mind.
On October 26, 1949, Agent Shiley attended a preview of Conrad’s movie. No word in the files as to whether he enjoyed it or not. But, far more important to Shiley was the film-footage, supposedly “locked in a bank vault.” Confronted by Agent Shiley, a very worried Conrad came clean and admitted that – to quote from the declassified Air Force files – the entire thing was a “figment of his [Conrad's] imagination” and “not a reality.”
Seeing that he might, by now, be might be in dire trouble, a groveling Conrad “apologized to Agent Shiley” and added that he was “sorry that he had misled the USAF.” Amusingly, even though he was concerned the Air Force might come down on him hard, Conrad asked Shiley, somewhat tactfully, if this could all be kept between the two of them and the Air Force, since he didn’t want any adverse publicity affecting the success of his movie!!!
The Air Force agreed, noting in its files, in slightly disapproving fashion, that it had “no interest in his picture.”
It’s notable that at the beginning of the movie a statement appears on-screen. It reads: “We gratefully acknowledge the cooperation of those in authority who made the release of ‘The Flying Saucer’ film possible at this time.” Another apology to officialdom, perhaps? Almost certainly. And, of course, it added a bit of intrigue for the viewers.
The strange saga of aliens over Alaska, The Flying Saucer, and a run-in with the Air Force for promoting a bogus UFO tale, was certainly the highlight of Mikel Conrad’s uneventful career. He died in Los Angeles in 1982, after years of living in obscurity, down on his pennies, and with a serious booze addiction. He was sixty-three. He would probably be very pleased to know that sixty-five years after his movie was made, and more than three decades after his death, The Flying Saucer is still being discussed.

A known sighting around President George W. Bush took place in Texas January 8, 2006. The people in Stephenville and Dublin Texas got some eye opening tourists passing though their area. Over a dozen people that included a pilot, county constable and many business owners state that they have seen a 300 meter long silent flying object that had brilliantly lit lights and flew low and fast to the ground. There’s no need to tell you that this shook up the little communities terribly. Some of the eyewitnesses also said that they saw US Air Force jets in hot pursuit behind the UFO. Radar reports that were released, show that eyewitnesses in Stephenville area were correct; something was seen on radar passing over them. The object was watched on radar as it flew over and past Stephenville and went directly toward President Bush’s Crawford Ranch, at 10 miles from the ranch the UFO went beyond the limits of the radar screen, or so the government agencies report. Leaving us with the unanswered question, how could any craft of such immense size come so close the Presidential ranch without getting a response from military aircraft? Unless of course, it was a military craft. MUFON Stephenville Radar Report, a 77-page document states, “This object was traveling to the southeast on a direct course towards the Crawford Ranch, also known as President Bush’s western White House. The last time the object was seen on radar at 8:00pm, it was continuing on a direct path to the Crawford Ranch and was only 10 miles away.” Although humorous, George W. Bush was traveling to the West Bank, Israel, Kuwait, Bahrain, The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt from January 8-16, 2008, making it highly unlikely he was out on a joy ride in some huge alien craft, yet America does have numerous bases over there, which could in fact allow the USAF to experiment with alien ships without Americans noticing. So did the craft fly over the Crawford Ranch? That radar information was not given out to the public, but if it was headed in that direction on last radar report, most likely the answer is yes; it flew over the Presidential Ranch.
So if it was not a coincidence, were they perhaps looking for or working with the president? Or does a species from beyond, control American politics for their own gain? With President Bush being a former military fighter pilot, it may have been tempting for him to pilot such a craft as seen flying over his very ranch. Perhaps coincidence, or alien curiosity, only time will tell. Think about this, former president George W. Bush decided to go skydiving on his 80th and his 85th birthdays. His 85th birthday was not his second, but actually his 7th time that he skydived! This guy is a risk taker. If the Bushes are that wild even in old age, then can you imagine what an ex-military jet pilot would do if he saw a 300 meter alien ship in the hands of the USAF? It is very possible that President Bush used his authority to take the helm of this ship from a hidden base and flown it half way around the world in mere minutes to take a look at his own ranch from the air. Please note, that he has already done this in the past as proof. On May 2, 2003 President Bush used his authority to co-pilot a Navy S-3B Viking hover jet and flew it over to the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier. Bush stated that he did fly the craft alone for awhile stating, “Yes, I flew it. Yeah, of course, I liked it.” His past experience of being a F-102 fighter pilot back in the Texas Air National Guard, kicking it. It would be just natural for Bush to take control of an alien technology ship in USAF hands and fly it to the location he loves the most, Texas. Why the ranch, easy, to go home and impress his folks, namely George H.W. Bush with his new ride.

A New York witness in Suffolk County reported being woken up by a sound and seeing an entity standing nearby, according to testimony in Case 63119 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness was asleep in his bed when he woke to a “weird buzzing sound.”
“And I turned and looked and saw some kind of creature about 5 foot, 3 inches, standing silently in my bathroom doorway staring down at me,” the witness stated.
The witness described the entity.
“He wore a blue-ish spacesuit of some kind and had black boots on up to his knees. The outfit covered the whole body except its neck and face, which was horrible looking and very strange. He had a sad look on his face and it appeared like its skin was very wrinkled or had a melted-like appearance.”

The witness became very frightened at this point and yelled out and tried to move away.
“I couldn’t move. Then I immediately passed out, which I’d never do if I’m facing something like that – an ugly spaceman in my house. I think it knocked me out somehow even though he just stood still and didn’t move towards me.”
The witness woke up five hours later and the entity was gone.
“I wasn’t sure about reporting this, but I thought after two days went by that maybe someone has seen this creature before. I pray I never see it ever again. I found a weird lump on my back around the shoulder blade that was never there before. And I have a weird pain in my shoulder now. It’s terrible these aliens can come in your home unannounced and late at night. That scares me a lot. I haven’t slept since it occurred.”
The witness also has a memory of an orb.
“I also remember seeing a bright white, glowing orb float past my bathroom window three days before this incident happened. I thought the orb was strange and didn’t pay it any more mind. It was the size of a baseball and was very luminescent. Light came off it like a tail and floated very much like a ghost and was silent. Maybe that’s how they find people. I’m no expert – just a wild guess.”

Domestic UFO sighting reports for the U.S. were up 44.5 percent in January 2015 over December reports filed.
Wyoming was the high reporting state by population with 3.47 sightings per million population and registering as a UFO Alert 2, according to witness reporting statistics released February 1, 2015, from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).
New Mexico was the next highest reporting level by population – also earning a UFO Alert 2 with 3.36 sightings per million population.
Alaska was the only state rated a UFO Alert 3 with 2.73 reports per million population.
Four states were rated a UFO Alert 4 with the following statistics based on per million population: Oregon, 2.56; Utah, 2.45; Arizona, 2.44; and Missouri, 2.16. All other states received less than 2 sightings per million population and were ranked a UFO Alert 5.
As the highest reporting state per million residents, Wyoming received two reports.
There were a total of 575 U.S. reports filed in January 2015 compared with 398 in December 2014. Total worldwide sightings were 721 for January 2015 and 498 for December 2014.
The UFO Alert Rating System is based on five levels – 1 through 5 – where states with 4.01 or higher reports per million residents are rated an Alert 1; 3.01 – 4.0 reports are an Alert 2; 2.51 – 3.0 are an Alert 3; 2.01 – 2.5 are an Alert 4; and those states with 2.0 or lower are rated an Alert 5.
Disregarding populations, the top reporting states for January 2015 with 16 or more reports were: California, 90; Florida, 51; Texas, 37; Pennsylvania, 29; Arizona, 28; New York, 22; Oregon, 20; Illinois, 20; and Missouri, 18.
The sphere remains the most-reported UFO shape with 133 January cases. Other shape reports include: Triangle, 87; Star-like, 71; Circle, 66; Disc, 59; Unknown, 53; Other, 48; Fireball, 34; Oval, 31; Cylinder, 21; Boomerang, 17; N/A, 16; Square-Rectangular, 15; Cigar, 13; Blimp, 11; Diamond, 9; Chevron, 8; Flash, 8; Egg, 7; Saturn-like, 4; Teardrop, 4; Cone, 3; and Bullet-Missile, 1.
The object’s distance from the witness includes: Less than 100 feet, 102 cases; 101 to 500 feet, 101 cases; 501 feet to one mile, 152 cases; over one mile, 168 cases; unknown, 237; and no value stated, 25.
In addition, there were “26 landings, hoverings or takeoffs reported and 0 entity observed.”
The most interesting UFO reports do not necessarily come from high reporting states – but those states with higher numbers do account for some of the most interesting evidence to study. While UFO sightings seem to pop up randomly around the country, this list is meant to offer a small insight into where Americans are filing reports.

Phoenix in de Amerikaanse staat Arizona is met recht een UFO hotspot te noemen.
Na de beroemde Phoenix Lights uit 1997 heeft het er alle schijn van dat deze lichten weer helemaal terug zijn.
Het verhaal begint met de wereldberoemde Phoenix Lights op 13 maart 1997. Een fenomeen waarvan duizenden mensen getuige waren zoals wij eerder schreven.
Misschien wel één van de meest besproken UFO waarnemingen ooit betreft The Phoenix Lights.
Hiervan waren duizenden inwoners van de Amerikaanse stad getuige op 13 maart 1997. Mensen zagen deze UFO's in allerlei variaties. Van losse bolvormige objecten tot formaties in een V vorm en/of een driehoeksvorm.
In eerste instantie claimde de luchtmacht verantwoordelijkheid want het zouden fakkels geweest zijn die gebruikt waren als onderdeel van een oefening. Zeventien jaar later bleek dat er die avond helemaal geen vliegtuigen van de luchtmacht in de lucht waren geweest boven Phoenix.
Verder zijn er inmiddels beelden opgedoken van een militaire jet die een eind buiten de stad de UFO’s achterna joeg.
Eind vorig jaar het vreemde verhaal van een vrouw die met haar kind in een park loopt in Phoenix en daar een helikopter ziet die een UFO achterna zit.
En nu zijn zo te zien de originele Phoenix Lights weer terug.
Afgelopen 3 februari reed een stel in de buitenwijken van Phoenix toen ze rechts boven de snelweg een serie vreemde lichten waarnamen.
Lichten die of afzonderlijk waren of die toebehoorden aan één groot schip, maar waarvan duidelijk was dat ze in een bepaalde formatie vlogen.
Later vervaagde de formatie en op een zeker moment was er nog een grote ronde gloeiende oranjeachtige UFO te zien.
Er zijn ook hier weer meerdere getuigen die onafhankelijk van elkaar deze lichten hebben waargenomen, zoals in onderstaande video wordt uitgelegd.
Dat er zich vreemde dingen afspelen in de buurt van Phoenix lijkt duidelijk. Ook nu echter weer geen duidelijke antwoorden over wat het is waar we nu eigenlijk mee te maken hebben.

Er zijn videobeelden opgedoken waaruit zou kunnen blijken dat er tactische nucleaire wapens worden gebruikt in de Oekraïne.
De explosie vertoonde alle karakteristieke kenmerken van een dergelijke wapen, van een paddenstoelwolk tot een schokgolf.
Het gaat om een opname die is gemaakt met een mobiele telefoon, waarop duidelijk de paddenstoelwolk te zien is die gepaard gaat met een dergelijke nucleaire explosie, alsmede de schokgolf die daarbij optreedt.
Volgens experts zou uit de beelden blijken dat we hier te maken hebben met een kleine tactische nucleaire bom en niet een zware zoals die bijvoorbeeld wordt gebruikt om een complete stad van de kaart te vagen.
De opname werd door een man gefilmd vanuit zijn woning en door de schokgolf van de ontploffing brak het glas in de ramen van zijn huis.
Volgens Russische media vond de ontploffing plaats in het Kuibyshev district van Donetsk (waar ook vlucht MH17 in de buurt is neergestort en waar de mensen op bevel van Kiev op dit moment worden uitgehongerd). Dit is tevens het gebied waar op dit moment de meest intense gevechten plaatsvinden.
Men kon de explosie op een afstand van tientallen kilometers zien en voelen. De volgende afbeelding, waarop de explosie ook is te zien, schijnt afkomstig te zijn van een NAVO satelliet.
De beelden zijn nogal overtuigend. Wat men in eerste instantie niet wist, was wie verantwoordelijk was voor de explosie. Later werd dat wel duidelijk.
Volgens Kiev gaat het hier niet om een nucleaire ontploffing, maar om een explosie van een chemische fabriek. Deze zou zijn ontstaan doordat de regeringstroepen de fabriek hadden bestookt met artillerievuur.
Weer andere berichten claimen dat het gaat om een munitiedepot van de separatisten wat door Kiev zou zijn geraakt.
Kortom, de berichten zijn weer behoorlijk tegenstrijdig.
Gezien de permanente stroom leugens die uit Kiev en omstreken komt en dat er NAVO wapens en munitie zijn aangetroffen bij de regeringstroepen, is het zeker niet ondenkbaar dat ze tactische nucleaire wapens inzetten om het "probleem" van de lastige bevolking in het oosten op te lossen.

Two residents of Goodyear believe they saw the legendary Phoenix Lights on Tuesday above the regional park, Estrella Mountains. Kerrie and Jeff Zakaras said they saw like a headlight but hovering from their viewpoint. The couple though still unbelievers despite witnessing the strange sighting.
Meanwhile, paranormal and sci-fi writer Alejandro Rojas believes in UFOs, but he thinks that the recent observation did not involve space aliens.
Rojas believes that they were flares from the military. Indeed, Luke Air Force Base officials confirmed that they were having a training that time of the evening, involving the use of flares.
Rojas said that while this particular case looks to be military exercises, there were still many mysterious cases. He explained that many UFO sightings in the area still left unsolved and no explanation yet even after careful investigation. Rojas said that he is a believer and mysterious activities out there still waiting for an answer.
The couple may be right that they only videotaped flares, but they were possibly wrong when they said they spotted the same event from the famous UFO Phoenix Lights that happened on March 13, 1997, Tuesday, in Phoenix, Arizona and Sonora, Mexico.
Thousands of people reported lights with varying descriptions between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM (MST). It is believed that the incident involved two distinct events namely a triangular formation of lights spotted to pass above the state and a series of hovering lights seen in the Phoenix area.

Excavators working in Siberia, Russia discovered a disc-shaped object buried forty metres underground. Some sky watchers believe it fell from outer space. An intriguing image has made rounds online showing a man holding what thought to be a UFO that fell to Earth from space thousands of years ago – stayed deeply on the ground.
The mysterious flying saucer-shaped thing was recovered through digging during excavation operation by a coal mining company in Kuznetsk Basin in Siberia, Russia.
Excavators think the so-called craft is a man-made object, but still subject to further examination by archaeologists. Meanwhile, some UFO enthusiasts do believe it fell from the space.
Nearly a perfect circle, the bizarre object measures 1.2 metres in diameter and weighs 440lbs – equivalent to roughly 31 stones.
Forty-year-old excavator Boris Glazkov, who discovered the object, said he immediately saw the object because it was large and distinctive.
He said he had never encountered similar to it before in the middle of nowhere and added that it is a real mystery.
Thirty-eight-year-old Arthur Presnyakov, Glazkov’s colleague, said that they found two identical objects, but the other one broke when it was pulled out from the ground through the excavator bucket.
Presnyakov revealed that they were not careful when they pulled out the first one, the reason it broke. So, when they spotted the second similar object, they were more careful pulling it up with the excavator bucket.
The official owner of the object, Kuzbassrazrezugol mining company, said the object was unearthed at a depth of approximately 40 metres.
Given that deep, the object is estimated to be older than mammoth bones, which have been found in the same area at a depth of 25 metres. Scientists declined to comment on the matter while the investigation is still ongoing.

A witness recorded video of strange lights in the sky over Goodyear, Arizona on the night of February 2, 2015.
This witness noticed the unusual lights at approximately 9:15 p.m. He describes:
- I saw this ufo while driving. It was moving south over the Estrella Mountains. The lights were a fiery color. What is not visible in the video is the shape of the craft and the massive size of it. After it disappeared we continued to drive in the direction it was headed, eventually driving behind the mountain but saw nothing.

Others in the Goodyear area saw the mysterious lights too. And local news station ABC15 even aired a story about the lights, commenting on how the event was reminiscent of the well-known Phoenix Lights UFO incident.
Open Minds‘ Alejandro Rojas informed ABC15 that these recent lights seen over the Estrellas “are believed to be flares dropped by the military.” So ABC15 checked with Luke Air Force Base officials “who confirm they were flying out at Goldwater Range on Tuesday night and that during training, they do drop flares.”
After seeing the ABC15 news report, the witness sent his video to Open Minds. And he asserts that what he observed “looked nothing like flares.” He also describes that the UFO “did not just vanish, it was moving and moved over the mountain at an angle.”
The original Phoenix Lights incident occurred on March 13, 1997–an incident that involved multiple mass UFO sightings. Although the mysterious events were officially blamed on flares, that explanation doesn’t fit with with witness testimony or even the timetable of events, leaving the incident an unsolved mystery.

In the beginning, Bryce Bond and I had a very casual relationship, if you could even call it that.
It was the mid-60s – around 1966 I think – and I was helping noted UFO researcher James W. Moseley to promote his regular flying saucer club meetings that he held at one of several midtown Manhattan Hotels, mainly the Woodstock and the Diplomat. These were not high class joints in those days, and Times Square was pretty unseemly in general during this period. But, hey, you could rent a lecture hall that held 200 people for like $50. Try to get it for under a thousand bucks today! And if your guest speaker had appeared on the Long John Nebel show the night before and L. J. himself promised to show up, for $125 more you could squeeze as many people as possible into a larger banquet room and toss out your 350 folding chairs till there was standing room only. Not that you were going to make any money, regardless how you cooked the door, as admission was either 50 cents or a sawbuck back in those days. It was typical to split the money with the speaker who had to make his way onto the next town by rail or bus.
Anyway, Bryce was hosting a nightly pop music show called Moondile out of WTFM, a radio station somewhere on the outskirts of the City. Bryce was not a big fan of rock and roll or blues and limited himself to spinning low-key jazz and Frank Sinatra hits. But I guess he had enough interest in the UFO subject that he would announce our “Saucer News” club meetings (“Saucer News” was the name of the magazine J. W. M. was publishing at the time and of which I eventually became Managing Editor) as a public service notice free of charge since we were obviously a nonprofit group. (But have saucers ever made anyone money?). Just recently I found out from a longtime friend of both Bryce and myself that Mr. Bond had been a “closet UFO experiencer” since an early age.
During one of our brief conversations held while Old Blue Eyes could be heard crooning away in the background – the melody going out over the air to God knows how many desperate souls who enjoyed this kind of pop music (I say this being a big fan of rock and roll, unlike my friend Bryce) – Bryce said that he was going to England on vacation to get away from work for a while. He wanted to know if I had any suggestions as to what he might do “off the beaten track” while visiting jolly ole England.
I had just published a book called “UFO PROPHECY” by a Briton named Arthur Shuttlewood. It was a remarkable – almost sensationalistic – volume about the ongoing wave of UFO sightings over the tiny hamlet of Warminster, located on Salisbury Plain a stone’s throw from the megalithic Stonehenge. The Warminster phenomena, first dubbed “The Thing,” kicked in on Christmas Eve 1964 as a loud hum like the sound made by a “million bees” and filled the evening sky, tossing a woman to the ground and pinning her there as she was on the way to church services. The sightings of lights and ships began on a regular basis shortly thereafter and attracted hordes of observers to such locations as Cradle and Starr Hills on the skirts of town.
In the book, Shuttlewood, editor of the daily “Warminster Journal,” revealed how his town had gone from a placid spot on the countryside to a locale where you could go almost any night and have a personal sighting – or encounter – with a UFO. All you had to do was go to one or two observations points – Cradle Hill or Starr Hill. Maybe bring along a small telescope or a pair of binoculars and perhaps a torch light in case you felt comfortable in trying to communicate with the craft by signaling to it as it hovers up in the heavens, almost hidden among the stars, but decisively brighter and somewhat pulsating. You will, I am told, almost immediately know the difference.
I quickly dashed off a letter of introduction and sent it air mail to Arthur Shuttlewood in advance of Bryce's departure from the States.
The next thing I heard was that the two gentlemen had gotten along rather famously and that Bond had become, in essence, Shuttlewood's sky-watching buddy. Word came back to me from several sources that Bryce had not only seen a UFO but that he had felt the psychic energies given off by standing inside a crop circle (one of the early ones at that) and that he had had several unexplainable experiences which are detailed throughout the pages of this book. And, although he does not speak of it directly in the typed manuscript he gave me, I did find out from a mutual associate that Bryce had undergone his own encounter with the crew of a landed space pod who took him for a brief sojourn in their craft and brought him back safely. Apparently this was all part of several “missing time” episodes that took place while he was staying in Warminster. As Shuttlewood tells it, he and his fellow sky-watchers insisted that their comrade had been gone for hours while to Bond it seemed like a much shorter period of time had expired.
Now such an experience might shake up almost everyone else but our intrepid newsman and radio host. Far from being shaken up by his otherworldly adventure, Bryce was elated. He says he felt high on life and had to do whatever he could to change his calling in life. He no longer felt like he had an infinity for Frank Sinatra tunes. He knew that he had to do whatever he could to make the Earth a better place in which to live, regardless of whether or not his peers in the entertainment business might make fun of him for discussing such matters as if they were actually true.
Almost the minute he arrived back at WTFM, he marched into the Program Director's office and said he was quitting his job, that he could no longer do something so, to him, superficial. He had to be free to help others and save humanity. Well, OK, perhaps I am going a bit overboard, but I do know that when I saw Bryce next he was no longer the hip DJ but had committed himself to a “higher purpose.” He began lecturing at my NY School of Occult Arts and Sciences (one of the first of many-to-come metaphysical groups in the U.S.), became an instructor for Silva Mind Control and a well-known faith healer in the area.
UFOs had changed his life as they have done for many other individuals – both positively and negatively. Sometime later, Bryce began working on a book he called “Keys to Inner Perfection” which he asked me to publish and which I did. There was nothing really significant about UFOs in the book but I felt that what Bryce had to say was important enough to print a small edition of 2,000 copies. He did discuss one near-death-experience which I found both compelling and chilling. Over the ensuing years, Bryce’s experience would be given much attention by reviewers discussing his book. In any case, I figured that Bryce had such a good media personality that he would be able to help sell many copies by appearing on radio and TV in the metropolitan area.
Unfortunately, Bryce Bond never lived to see his book published. He passed away less than a month before the cartons arrived at our warehouse from the printer. I was always sad about this fact as I knew Bryce had put his heart and soul into preparing this publication.
“Keys to Inner Perfection” sold moderately well over the next several decades. We were recently down to just one copy on the shelf, not because we had sold all two thousand copies, but because our storage area, which was a freight car parked on a back lot near the train yard, was destroyed little by little by weather and, frankly, even rodents that chewed into the cartons of boxes.
I was, of course, determined not to sell our only copy even though we had an order for it. I decided to return the customer’s money and tell them that we were going to scan the book and reissue it. I sent it off to our graphics department headed by the Adman himself, Wm. Kern.
There was no rush on this, I told BK. Something told me the book was missing something. Initially, I decided I would add a couple of pages of my own ramblings about my meetings with Mr. Bond. Then, as “luck” would have it, I was going through one of my forty file cabinet drawers and came across this black binder. I opened up the dusty volume and found a partially-edited, typewritten manuscript by none other than Bryce Bond on his experiences in the U.K.
I vaguely remembered that Bryce had given me this book around the time he had submitted the “Keys to Inner Perfection” manuscript and asked me to publish it at a later date if I could. The years passed, the pages became almost brittle and changed color from white to a brownish-yellow.

Een eerste indruk van Apple's nieuwe 'spaceship'-campus in beeld gebracht door een drone (VIDEO)
Er is een nieuwe drone video opgedoken die de vooruitgang bij de bouw van de nieuwe Apple Campus in beeld brengt. In Cupertino wordt al een tijdje hard gewerkt aan een nieuwe campus, die nog groter en spectaculairder moet worden dan de huidige. De campus krijgt een eigen auditorium om nieuwe producten te lanceren en heeft de vorm van een UFO.
In de onderstaande foto's ( via BI) zie je de vooruitgang van de afgelopen maanden mooi op een rijtje:
